Arctic Blast Brings Record-Breaking Temperatures Across U.S

A dangerous deep freeze is about to get worse for millions of Americans as it widens and tightens its grip. From the Great Lakes to New England, people are digging out from deep snow.

At least five people died on icy roads, including an 8-year-old girl in Kansas. Sleet-slicked roads caused a 50 car pileup near Youngstown, Ohio, that left two people critically injured. Forty miles west in Hudson, multiple collisions caused cars to spin off the road. Overnight, a bus carrying seven passengers landed on its side after the driver lost control just south of Syracuse, New York.

Meanwhile, snowfall records shattered across the Northeast and Great Lakes. In Buffalo, New York, nearly nine inches of snow broke a 77-year old record. Parts of northern Michigan saw upwards of 30 inches of snowfall.

Blizzard’s Apology Fails to Appease Protesters in Anaheim

Editors’ Note: This dispatch is part of the Voice of OC Youth Media program, working with student journalists to cover public policy issues across Orange County. If you would like to submit your own student media project related to Orange County civics or if you have any response to this work, contact Digital Editor Sonya Quick at squick@voiceofoc.org.

Blizzard President J. Allen Brack apologized at BlizzCon at the Anaheim Convention Center on Nov. 1 for punishing a video game tournament player over showing his support for Hong Kong protesters.

Yet his apology did little to appease the 50 protesters parked outside the convention halls.

The professional Hearthstone tournament player, named Ng Wai Chung, publicly sided with Hong Kong in a dispute about its opposition to Chinese policies.

Anaheim protesters, and thousands of social media protesters, felt Blizzard was afraid to take on China, where Blizzard sells millions in products.

Dems Went All-in on Schiff Impeachment and Now it’s Quickly Turning Into a Schiff Show — Unconstitutional, No Crimes, With Only Far-Left Democrat Support

You just can’t break the truth. No matter how far you may bend it, it is always the truth. The Democrats are learning this lesson again and it is going to be really ugly this time and it should.

Speaker Pelosi and her band of socialist Democrats went ‘all-in’ on an impeachment of President Trump. They’ve wanted this since before the 2017 Inauguration. However, in their rage they forgot and are missing a couple of key points — one, there must be high crimes, misdemeanors, treason or bribery — and two, there must be public support. Unfortunately for the Dems, they have neither.

The Schiff Sham is unconstitutional As the Democrats move forward with their insane impeachment hearing in the House, the levels of insanity reach new levels. The Schiff Sham is unconstitutional, that is why it is so insane!

The Democrats created an impeachment process where the individual leading the process was involved in creating it with a CIA spy who leaked information from a Presidential call. The same CIA spy was kicked out of the White House in 2017 for leaking.

Impeachment Whistleblower May be Abusing His Office to Enrich Himself, ICIG Complaint Alleges

The whistleblower behind the Democrats’ impeachment inquiry may have violated government regulations by using his office and his access to classified information to enrich himself on GoFundMe, a new complaint alleges. Anthony Gallo, managing partner at the law firm Tully Rinckey PLLC, sent a letter to the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) passing on the allegations from a source with a top-secret SCI security clearance who has served in government.

The GoFundMe fundraiser, entitled “Help the Intel Community Whistleblowers,” has raised $227,537 as of Tuesday morning. According to the complaint, first reported by Fox News, the donations from roughly 6,000 individuals “clearly constitute” gifts to a current intelligence official. This may violate 5 CFR 2635.203 and other government statutes.

Now That We’ve Incentivized Sociopaths… Guess What Happens Next

As long as central banks create and distribute trillions in conscience-free credit to conscience-free financiers and corporations, the incentives for sociopathy only increase.

“Sociopath” is a word we now encounter regularly in the mainstream media, but what does it mean? Here is a list of 16 traits, many of which are visible in lionized corporate and political leaders and entrepreneurs.

One key trait is a lack of moral responsibility or conscience; the sociopath feels no remorse if he/she takes advantage of people or exploits them.

Sociopaths are masters of superficial charm, intelligence and confidence, and adept at massaging or misrepresenting reality up to and including outright lying to persuade others or get their way.

Like all psychological syndromes (manic depression, autism, bipolar disorder, etc.), there is a wide spectrum of sociopathological traits, some of which may offer some adaptive benefits (and hence their continued presence in the human genome). In other words, an individual can have a few of the traits in greater or lesser proportions.

Why Everything They Say About California Fires is Wrong

In 2018, a fire ripped through the town of Paradise, California, killing 85 people. It was the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in the state’s history.

Liabilities from wildfires started by its powerlines bankrupted Pacific Gas & Electric, which cut off power to nearly one million homes and businesses last month to prevent wind from triggering and fanning fires.

Many blame climate change.”The reason these wildfires have worsened is because of climate change,” said Leonardo DiCaprio.”This is what climate change looks like,” said Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

On Sunday, after President Donald Trump tweeted, “The Governor of California, @GavinNewsom, has done a terrible job of forest management,” Newsom tweeted back, “You don’t believe in climate change. You are excused from this conversation.”

But can the increase in fires in California really be blamed on climate change?

I asked Dr. Jon Keeley, a US Geological Survey scientist who has researched the topic for 40 years if he thought the 2018 Paradise fire could be attributed to climate change.

“It’s almost certainly not climate change,” he said. “We’ve looked at the history of climate and fire throughout the whole state, and through much of the state, particularly the western half of the state, we don’t see any relationship between past climates and the amount of area burned in any given year.”

White Helmets ‘MI-6 Co-Founder’ Found Dead in Turkey

A former British army officer and military contractor who founded the shadowy ‘White Helmets’ has been found dead near his home in Istanbul, days after he was accused by Russia of being a spy with “connections to terrorist groups.”

The body of 43-year-old James Le Mesurier was found Monday in the Beyoglu district of the city, with state-run Anadolu news agency reporting that he may have fallen to his death.

The White Helmets, a roughly 3,000 member NGO formally known as the Syrian Civil Defense, was established in Turkey in “late 2012 — early 2013” Le Mesurier trained an initial group of 20 Syrians. The group then received funding from Le Mesurier’s Netherlands-based non-profit group, Mayday Rescue — which is in turn funded by grants from the Dutch, British, Danish and German governments.

According to reporter and author Max Blumenthal, the White Helmets received at least $55 million from the British Foreign Office and $23 million from the Agency for International Development. They have also received millions from Qatar, which has backed several extremist groups in Syria including Al Qaeda.

The US has provided at least $32 million to the group — around 1/3 of their total funding — through a USAID scheme orchestrated by the Obama State Department and routed overseas using a Washington D.C. contractor participating in USAID’s Syria regional program, Chemonics.

Notably, the Trump administration cut US funding to the White Helmets last May, placing them under “active review.”

While the White Helmets tout themselves as ‘first responders’, the group has been accused of staging multiple chemical attacks — including an April 7 incident in Duma, Syria which the White House used as a pretext to bomb Syrian government facilities and bases.

President Erdogan has shocked European officials by repeatedly threatening to unleash them along with some three million Syrian refugees on Europe if his ‘Operation Peace Spring’ does not gain support, and if the EU rejects his ‘safe zone’ offer.

But as of Monday Turkish officials announced plans to begin sending hundreds of the some 1200 plus ISIS detainees and other jihadists it has in its custody back to Europe, saying Turkey “is not a hotel for jihadists” — to quote an Interior Ministry statement from last week.

Trump Was Right!… Denmark Closes Its Border With Sweden as Bombings Spread

In February 2017 President Trump held a rally in Florida in front of thousands of supporters.

During his speech President Trump referenced the increased violence in Sweden due to the tremendous influx of refugees.

President Trump: “You look at what’s happening in Germany, you look at what’s happening last night in Sweden — Sweden, who would believe this? Sweden — they took in large numbers. They’re having problems like they never thought possible. You look at what’s happening in Brussels. You look at what’s happening all over the world. Take a look at Nice. Take a look at Paris.

The media immediately pounded on President Trump.

They ran attacks all day Sunday claiming Trump said there was a terrorist attack in Sweden.

But Trump was right. Migrants are changing the face of Sweden.

But Trump was right. The bombings and violence have continued to escalate in once peaceful Sweden.

On Monday Denmark closed its border with Sweden as bombings spread.

Teachers Are Indoctrinating Our Children in Radical Trans Ideology

For trans ideology to truly spread, it needs to become an inherent part of our core belief system. As natural as the sky being blue, and the earth being round, we must all have the truth of trans as a foundational element of our understanding about the world for it to thrive. Convincing adults is one thing, but to really make this wash, it’s children that need to taught the dogma of multiple gender identities and the ability of humans to swap their sex for its opposite. The purported goal behind teaching children that male and female are nothing more than feelings is compassion, empathy, and anti-bias.

The work to bring children into the trans fold is pervasive and growing, and we’ve seen it in the US and Canada. In Sweden, the government is pouring money into an educational program for drag queens to read to children with disabilities. Meanwhile, in the UK, where trans advocates have a major head start, the BBC is airing educational programming to teach children that there are as many genders as stars in the sky. Both of these programs bring new dictates on gender to young kids. And kids, malleable as they are, typically believe what adults tell them.

Novosibirsk hooligans beat a third grader, calling him a “Russian pig”

Nine-year-old Roma and a friend decided to drive the ball in the yard. Later, a non-Russian peer boy approached them and also asked to play. The guys accepted him, but during the game there was a conflict between the boys, and the newcomer kicked Roma’s friend and pushed Roma himself when he tried to intercede for his comrade.

    – An unfamiliar boy called my son a Russian pig, there was still a lot of swearing in the speech, I won’t list them … I took out two lighters from different pockets and said: “I’ll burn you now and you will burn with blue flame,” Roma’s mother Olesya Katrechko.

According to the woman, her son is a completely non-conflict child. On the contrary, he stands up for everyone, is always ready to help his mother, and his teachers note him for kindness and honesty.

So that day, Roma and his friend decided not to mess with a clearly aggressive peer – they took lighters from him and threw them into the bin, and they went home. But along the way, Roma remembered that he had forgotten a bottle of water on the field, and decided to return. Four nine-ten-year-olds were already waiting for him there.

    – They grabbed Roma by the hands and jacket and dragged him to the trash. The son was trying to break free, and the “invaders” said at that time that they would show who was at home, ”Olesya reports the story of Roma. – They dragged Roma to the urn and ordered to find lighters, which the son threw out with his friend.

The boy refused to do this, then the hooligans threw him to the ground and began to punch him on the head and kick him on the sides. Fortunately, at that time a man passed by, who, seeing what was happening, shouted at his punks – they immediately released their victim and fled.

Arriving home, Roma, right on the threshold, lost consciousness. He was taken to a hospital where doctors diagnosed a concussion and severe soft tissue injury.

Olesya Katrechko intends to write a statement on hooligans to the police, moreover, the woman knows the offenders of her son – they study with Roma at the same school. Also, a woman will try to get video from surveillance cameras to confirm words in court.

    • Probably a little incomprehensible. Roma is an abbreviated version of the name Roman. More popular in Ukraine. The name of the mother also indicates Ukrainian origin (may be partially). But the boy was beaten by Asian children. Who exactly is not indicated.
