U.S. Private Sector Job Growth Picks Up in October: ADP
(Reuters) — U.S. private employers added 125,000 jobs in October, slightly above economists’ expectations, a report by a payrolls processor showed on Wednesday.
Economists surveyed by Reuters had forecast the ADP National Employment Report would show a gain of 120,000 jobs, with estimates ranging from 40,000 to 190,000.

Antifa Activist Charged With Felony Hate Crime for Anti-Semitic Attacks
An antifa activist with a history of violence and threatening behaviour across the Pacific Northwest has been arrested on a felony hate crime charge in Seattle for alleged anti-Semitic attacks.
Jamal Oscar Williams, 44, is accused by state prosecutors in Washington state of hate crimes and criminal harassment against Schmuel Levitin, a rabbi, and Ephriam Block. According to court documents, Williams “maliciously and intentionally” followed, threatened to kill and assaulted the men in multiple attacks in October because of their perceived religion.

First Common Core High School Grads Worst-Prepared for College in 15 Years
For the third time in a row since Common Core was fully phased in nationwide, U.S. student test scores on the nation’s broadest and most respected test have dropped, a reversal of an upward trend between 1990 and 2015. House Formalizes Impeachment Inquiry in Party-Line Vote
The House voted along party lines on Thursday to pass a resolution advancing the impeachment inquiry against President Trump.
The resolution passed 232-196 with the support of all but two House Democrats. It formalizes procedures for the “public-facing phase” of the impeachment probe, including open hearings before the Intelligence Committee. Republicans on that panel will be able to request witness testimony, but Democratic committee chairmen will have the option to decline those requests.

Maid Accuses Kuwaiti Family in US of Human Trafficking
CLEVELAND: A domestic worker has accused a Kuwaiti family of human trafficking in the United States. The worker, from Gambia, escaped from her employers’ apartment in Cleveland, Ohio, after calling a human trafficking advocate and the police. The woman, whose name has not been released, told police that she had been sold to a family in Kuwait, held captive for four years and then brought to America to take care of the family’s elderly relative, according to local police reports.
That family had traveled to Cleveland on Aug 12, 2019 so the elderly woman could receive treatment at Cleveland Clinic, says a report posted on Cleveland.com, quoting police reports. The family allegedly locked the woman in an apartment in Cleveland for two months, according to her statements to police. She also told officers that the family would lock her in a bedroom in the apartment when they left, and did not allow her to talk to anyone when they were in public.
After escaping, the woman called a friend, who helped her report her case to the National Human Trafficking Hotline, and then to police. Cleveland police went to the apartment where the woman said she was held and found nothing inside, but noted the apartment smelled of hookah.
Cleveland police contacted the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, which helped find the woman a temporary place to live. Officers said while they were taking her to that location, she started receiving several calls from the family, local news websites reported. The woman also told police she feared for her life, and that she would be killed if she was returned to the family from Kuwait or her family in Africa. Investigations are ongoing in the case.

Protests Break Out on UNLV Campus Before Tomi Lahren Speech

Breaking: Free Speech Event at SFU in Jeopardy After Threats of Violence
Word spread quickly on social media this evening that Simon Fraser University has backed out of its decision to host the event entitled “#GIDYVR: How Media Bias Shapes the Gender Identity Debate” on November 2nd.
In addition to Vancouver feminist Meghan Murphy, the event was slated to feature Quillette Canadian editor Jonathan Kay and The Post Millennial contributor Anna Slatz, and was co-organized by Mark Collard, an SFU professor of anthropology, Amy Eileen Hamm, Holly Stamer, and GIDYVR. Free speech activist Lindsay Shepherd was set to moderate.

61 Percent Say “Islam is Incompatible With French Values and Society”
A new Ifop poll has revealed that 61 percent of French people, or two-thirds of the population, think that Islam is simply “incompatible with the values of French society”.
The numbers from this year’s survey are indicative of growing concerns among the French population of the impact Islam is having on France’s traditionally secular society. Last year, the same survey found that just over half, or 53 percent of Frenchmen, felt that Islam was simply ‘incompatible’ with French values and society, Le Journal du Dimanche reports.

Belgium: Muslim Woman Caught on CCTV Kidnapping Children for Gangs
Brussels saw its seventh kidnapping attempt since the beginning of October take place in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert on Saturday:
At a Proxy Delhaize car park on Saturday at around 12:30 PM, near the Clos de Peupliers campsite, Olivier (11) was approached by a woman who was hidden between two cars.
The woman reportedly invited the eleven-year-old boy to come with her to a shopping centre.
Olivier fled to a friend’s home nearby and his father was immediately informed. His father went to the carpark but the suspect was no longer there.
Olivier “told us that she was wearing big sunglasses and that she was hiding part of her face with her scarf and that she also had dark skin… [Olivier] compared her age with his grandmother who is in his fifties,” Olivier’s father said to La Capitale.
The incident happened at a location which Proxy Delhaize’s outdoor camera could not see, but we had a good chat with our son to see if he had imagined the story and no, he had not imagined it,” Olivier’s father continued.

Dutch Construction Workers Descend on Hague, Protest ‘Crippling’ Green Rules
Thousands of Dutch construction workers converged on The Hague on Wednesday to protest restrictions they say are crippling their industry, the latest large-scale demonstration against the government’s environmental policies.
A central park in The Hague filled up early with trucks, diggers, cranes and construction workers in orange high-visibility jackets.
The demonstration disrupted traffic around The Hague for hours, forcing police to block the main highway into the city to prevent even more trucks from arriving.

THE IRISH branch of Extinction Rebellion have gathered in Dublin city in protest against a fossil fuel industry conference.
The environmental activists had announced planned to throw fake blood on the road outside the Clayton Hotel on Burlingford Road—Dublin city’s largest hotel conference venue.
The hotel is currently playing host to the Atlantic Ireland Conference and Exhibition, which itself is hosted by the Petroleum Study Group as part of the Petroleum Infrastructure Programme which is funded by a myriad of oil companies.
Now climate activists have gathered outside the hotel in a sinister demonstration against Exxon and other industries, performing a ‘die-in’, pouring fake blood and holding placards urging people to “Act like it’s a climate emergency”.

Nearly Half of French Have No Trust in the Justice System
Nearly half, 47 per cent, of the French population no longer trust the country’s justice system or those who work within it, according to a survey.
The survey, conducted by polling firm Ifop, revealed that confidence in the judicial system had dropped 10 per cent from 63 per cent to 53 per cent. Trust for judges and other legal employees was split between the left and right-wing of the French political landscape, L’Express reports.

Sweden Imposes Mandatory Vegan Diets in Schools Because of Climate Change
A school in Sweden is going completely vegetarian in an effort to positively impact the climate, according to reports.
The Gitarren Preschool in Umeå is testing the new policy during a trial period with a plan to implement it permanently, making it the first school in the municipality to pursue the radical approach.
All food served at the school will be totally meatless, and children will not have a choice to opt out of the program.

The Guardian has a piece with the headline: “Climate crisis affects how majority will vote in UK election — poll” reporting on a survey which claims that two-thirds of people agree that the climate emergency is the biggest issue facing humankind, with only 7% disagreeing.

Algerian Protesters March on in Defiance of ‘The Power’
ALGIERS (Reuters) — Riad Mostefai has marched through the capital of Algeria every Friday since February to demand a purge of the ruling hierarchy, an end to corruption and the army’s withdrawal from politics.
Though some of his demands have been met, Mostefai plans to keep on marching each week along with tens of thousands of others who don’t believe an election in December will change anything, as long as an opaque ruling elite remains in charge.

ECJ Slams Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic on Refugees
According to the opinion of European Court of Justice’s advocate general Eleanor Sharpston, the court ruled that “by refusing to comply with the provisional and time-limited mechanism for the mandatory relocation of applicants for international protection, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic have failed to fulfil their obligations under EU law.” She continued that these countries cannot invoke “the maintenance of law and order” or “internal security.”

Essex Lorry Deaths: Irishman Wanted by Police ‘Spotted’ In His Hometown as Manhunt Continues
AN IRISHMAN wanted by police in connection to the deaths of 39 migrants found in the back of a lorry in Essex last week has reportedly been spotted in his hometown as authorities continue their search.
Christopher Hughes (34) and his brother Ronan Hughes (40) were both identified earlier this week by police as suspects in the investigation and are wanted for questioning.
Reported as being from Co. Armagh, it’s understood that Chris has been seen walking around his hometown of Monaghan near the Northern Irish border.

Italy Will Renew Migrant Coastguard Deal With Libya
Italy is to renew its deal with the UN-backed government in Libya under which the Libyan coastguards stop migrant boats from reaching European coasts, The Guardian reported. Italy’s foreign minister, Luigi Di Maio, said that it would be unwise to break this deal since “it is undeniable that it has reduced the number of arrivals and deaths at sea.” The agreement will expire on Saturday and be renewed automatically.

Migrants Crossing English Channel Refuse French Navy Rescue So They Can Go to the UK
Migrants trying to illegally cross the English Channel in a small boat refused rescue by the French coastguard so they could be collected by UK authorities instead, according to reports.
The small dinghy with 15 Iranian men on board was spotted by French and British sea patrols after making it about halfway across the English Channel. After the French patrol vessel approached their boat, the Iranians became aggressive, firing flares up and yelling that they didn’t want to be taken back to France, The Telegraph reports.

Students Demand ICE Agents Give 2 Weeks Notice if They’ll be on Campus. ICE Agents Laugh.
Michigan State University, commonly referred to as MSU by most of the student body, has quite the overzealous, and quite frankly, moronic club in its midst attempting to create campus legislation that would essentially make anti-ICE liberals feel good while basically accomplishing nothing.
The East Lansing, Michigan university, having been around since 1855, has managed to get so “progressive” that in turn they’ve started to become regressive from a logical standpoint.
The university’s student government recently passed a bill requiring the university to notify them anytime U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents are going to be on campus. The irony is, ICE doesn’t really have an obligation to let the university know if they’re arriving in a capacity to fulfill their duties.

Belgian Christians Protest Naked, Transgender Joan of Arc
A Christian organization has launched an online petition to block a Brussels opera house from staging a performance of an oratorio called Joan of Arc at the Stake, in which the Catholic saint appears naked.
The Pro Europa Christiana Federation objects to the performance of Arthur Honegger’s oratorio, Jeanne d’Arc au bûcher, or Joan of Arc at the Stake, insisting that the production is “obscene and transgender.”

Texas School District Mandates Transgender Education for 8-Year-Olds
A Texas school district board has unanimously approved a proposal to introduce transgender education for children as young as 8-years-old.
The Austin Independent School District rubber stamped the new curriculum, which will for the first time will see students taught about “gender identity and sexual orientation.”
“The lessons will also help kids identify an adult they can trust; plus talk to them about options if they get pregnant, and seventh graders would learn how to use a condom,” reports KXAN.
The curriculum is being described as “controversial” given that it will teach children as young as eight about gay anal sex and transgender identities.
Over in the UK, efforts to introduce similar LGBT curriculums into schools have been met with fierce protests, almost exclusively from Muslim parents.
