California Man Wearing Hat With MAGA Written in Russian Beaten in a Restaurant Bathroom
A Southern California man was arrested Tuesday morning for beating up another man for wearing a hat with MAGA written in Russian inside a local restaurant bathroom a month ago.
Police said David Delgado, 32, (below)of Los Angeles was taken into custody inside his home around 9 am Tuesday.
Authorities charged him with suspicion of robbery and battery with serious injury.
Investigators said Delgado was in a bathroom inside the Tower 12 restaurant in Hermosa Beach around 6.40 pm on September 2 when he approached an unidentified man wearing a red hat with the words ‘Make America Great Again’ written in Russian.
Hermosa Beach Police Sgt. Robert Higgins said Delgado asked the victim what the hat said in English before punching him in the face multiple times until the beleaguered man fell to the ground.
Delgado reportedly took the man’s hat before fleeing the scene.

New York Man Charged Over Sucker Punch That Broke 71-Year-Old Woman’s Jaw
Police have arrested the suspect caught on video landing a single sucker punch on a 71-year-old grandmother as he strolled past on a New York street, leaving her lying on the sidewalk with a broken jaw.
Just one day after they released security footage of the unprovoked assault, which occurred two weeks ago, on Oct. 2 NYPD announced that they had identified the suspect as 23-year-old Jaquan Rasheed Whittle, thanks to tips that came in after the video went viral.

France: Paris Knife Attack: Four Dead in Paris Police HQ Stabbing
Three officers and an administrative assistant were stabbed to death at Paris police headquarters by an employee who went on a rampage after evading security with a ceramic knife.
The 45-year old, named by local media as Mickaël H, had worked for 20 years in the IT department of the police intelligence section in offices in Paris’ central île de la Cité, a stone’s throw from Notre Dame cathedral.
He was shot dead at the scene after killing three men and a woman.
Police sources said the assailant, who was partially deaf and reportedly converted to Islam 18 months ago, was “in conflict” with his superiors. Police last night said they had not determined a terror links.

The man who stabbed four people to death in the Paris police headquarters was a convert to Islam enraged by a reprimand from a female colleague, according to reports.
IT worker Michael Harpon, 45, is said to have killed his female supervisor — who had previously reprimanded him for refusing to deal with women — with a ceramic blade, before going on to attack several other police personnel, leaving a total of four dead and one critically wounded before he was fatally shot in what has been described as a self-defence situation.

Italy: Pope Names Ex Rome Chief Prosecutor Head of Vatican Court
Giuseppe Pignatone takes over from Giuseppe Dalla Torre
(ANSA) — Rome, October 3 — Pope Francis has appointed Giuseppe Pignatone, the former chief prosecutor of Rome, as the new president of Vatican City State Tribunal, the Vatican said in a statement on Thursday. Pignatone, formerly a top anti-Mafia prosecutor, replaces Giuseppe Dalla Torre.
The appointment means that, if it comes to trial, Pignatone will judge a high-profile case of financial irregularities that saw prosecutors seize documents from the offices of the city state’s Financial Information Authority (AIF) and its Secretariat of State this week.
Five senior Vatican officials have been preventively suspended in relation to a probe, news magazine L’Espresso reported on Wednesday. AIF Director Tommaso Di Ruzza is reportedly among the suspended officials. Macron’s France: Four Police Officers Stabbed to Death in Paris HQ
Four police officers have been stabbed to death at a headquarters building near the cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris, France.
The perpetrator “was involved in an argument with someone and then erupted in anger, targeting other police colleagues before being neutralised,” according to a source quoted by The Sun.
“The attacker is believed to have been an administrative officer working in a secure part of the building — making it very easy for him to walk around freely. He would have had security clearance.
“One victim is dead, along with the attacker. Others are in intensive care.”
French media now reports that the death toll has risen to four, however.
The attacker’s motives, if known, are yet to be disclosed, as his identity.
A police union secretary, Loïc Travers, has told France’s BFM TV that he was a long-term employee, who had been “with us for over 20 years”. At least one of his victims was a female officer.

Hong Kong Teen Shot by Police During Pro-Democracy Protests Now Risks 10-Year Jail Sentence
A Hong Kong teenager who is still recovering from a gunshot wound he suffered during pro-democracy protests earlier this week now faces up to a decade in prison after being charged with rioting and attacking police.

The Italian island of Lampedusa is under enormous strain and struggling to cope with new migrant arrivals, with its reception centre already at double capacity according to reports.
The Mediterranean island, located to the south of Sicily, has seen a new wave of landings from Tunisia in recent weeks. On Tuesday night alone, 53 illegals landed on the island, Italian newspaper Il Giornale reports.

Mexico Intercepts 2 Trucks Crowded With 243 Migrants
MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexican authorities say they have intercepted two trucks carrying 243 migrants in crowded conditions in the southern state of Chiapas.
A government statement says the vehicles were discovered in two separate incidents by federal authorities.
The migrants were from Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, and 46 were minors.

Migrants Have Made Sweden’s Unemployment Rates Among the Highest in the EU
Despite continuous promises from PM Stefan Löfven to reduce unemployment rates, Sweden’s has continued to skyrocket thanks to the vast numbers of welfare-dependent migrants they’ve imported.
According to newly released Eurostat figures, the Scandinavian country now appears to be the new sick man of Europe, now ranking 24th out of 28 EU member states in unemployment, the daily newspaper Expressen reports.

Swedish Police Warn Brutal Nigerian Mafia Gaining Foothold in Stockholm
Stockholm police have warned of the growing influence of the “Black Ax”, a Nigerian criminal gang connected to drug trafficking and prostitution involving illegal migrants.
The Black Ax is said to be an international group which operates in several southern European countries. Fifteen members of the group were arrested this week in Gothenburg in connection to drug trafficking cases, Sveriges Radio reports.

UK: Three Men in Kayak Off Dover Among 29 Migrants Detained
Twenty-nine migrants have been detained after three boats landed on Kent and Sussex beaches and an inflatable kayak was intercepted in the English Channel.
One boat came ashore at Winchelsea and 11 people were detained. Others may have absconded, the Home Office said.
Nine migrants were detained after a boat landed at the Leas in Folkestone.
Six men were arrested on Hastings Pier after a boat was reported in the English Channel. Three more men were rescued from an inflatable kayak.

British Court in Transgender Case: Bible Belief is ‘Incompatible With Human Dignity’
On Tuesday, a British court ruled that belief in the Bible was “incompatible with human dignity.”
That statement came in a case involving Dr. David Mackereth, a devout Christian who had worked as an emergency doctor for the National Health Service for 26 years. He said he was fired from his job because he refused to call a biological man a woman. The court’s ruling stated: “Belief in Genesis 1:27, lack of belief in transgenderism and conscientious objection to transgenderism in our judgment are incompatible with human dignity and conflict with the fundamental rights of others, specifically here, transgender individuals.” The court added. “… in so far as those beliefs form part of his wider faith, his wider faith also does not satisfy the requirement of being worthy of respect in a democratic society, not incompatible with human dignity and not in conflict with the fundamental rights of others.”
The Telegraph reported that Mackereth said he was removed from his job with the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) in late June 2018 after his boss “interrogated” him about his personal religious convictions…

The Red Pope recently revealed his vision of a “Global Pact on Education,” which, he said, would usher in a “new humanism,” as if the humanism we’re already lumbered with were anything to write home about. It’s gonna be great! Its purpose will be “to create a global change of mentality toward education.” And a lot of other swell things, too.
Here’s where the supposed head of the Roman Catholic Church—I say “supposed” because so many Catholics are anything but happy with him—parts company with sanity.
Who does he think will be in charge of drawing up and executing the global curriculum? Christians? [Three-minute laugh break.] What does he imagine will be taught? The Bible? [Six-minute laugh break.] The world’s biggest teacher unions are already licking their lips over this. Hint to pope: these are not the Church’s friends…
One of the things they’ll teach, maybe even the worst thing, is the sheer wonderfulness of “transgender.” Today’s educators are hot to trot for anything transgender. And they don’t care about the consequences.
For instance, the U.S. government’s Food & Drug Administration has recently linked a puberty-blocking drug, Lupron, beloved of the transgender crowd, to “thousands of adult deaths” brought about by using the drug to interfere with a child’s natural glandular development. Since 2004, the FDA claims, Lupron has been linked to more than 33,000 “adverse reactions,” including 6,056 deaths. Death is a pretty adverse reaction, don’t you think?

Male Student Wins Homecoming Queen Title at Tennessee High School
A male student won the title of homecoming queen at a Memphis, Tennessee high school last Friday night, and the school and district administration is 100-percent in his corner.
According to the HuffPost, White Station High School’s Brandon Allen, who is gay and refers to himself as the “Queen of Extra,” wore a gold sequin gown at the ceremony because “he truly believes he is royalty.”
Technically, Allen’s official title is “Homecoming Royalty.”

UK: NHS: Biological Males Can Stay in Female Wards if They Identify as Trans
National Health Service (NHS) staff should ask transgender and “non-binary” patients whether they want to be treated on male or female wards.
New NHS guidance stipulates that hospitals should accommodate transgenders “according to their presentation” — i.e., “the way they dress and the name and pronouns” they use. It adds this does not depend on whether they have legally changed their gender and “may not always accord with the physical sex appearance of the chest or genitalia”.

Here’s the thing: in my opinion, both sides were wrong.
From what I can tell, actual transsexuals are mostly aware that they can be vulnerable to some diseases more common in the sex they were born with, so when undergoing examination, they will generally mention being transsexual to the doctor. It’s their health, after all.
On the other hand I don’t think religion has a place in medicine and the doctor should’ve done his job more professionally. In other words, if it would’ve made the patient more cooperative, he should’ve called him whatever he wanted. It’s not that uncommon to play a bit of pretend in order to get through to the patient.
That all said, I think the hospital should’ve been fined as well. As far as I know it’s a form of discrimination to inquire about your employees religion. And I don’t know this for sure, but I believe Great Britain doesn’t have different rules from the rest of Europe in this regard.
The doctor was fired for not being willing to identify, officially, a man as a woman or vice versa. This is clearly a matter of medical fact. The NHS now dictates female treatments be given to men, and so forth. All to satisfy political ends. The court ruled his objection was ‘conscientious’ but said it was unacceptable in a democracy’; isn’t that a contradiction? A democracy, they seem to think is one in which some people’s rights contradict freedom of thought and speech. There seems to be some confusion about the final words, are they ‘not incompatible with human dignity’ or ‘not compatible’? The latter would seem to follow the sense of the rest.
I think you will find that he never examined such a person. I believe he was asked ‘What he would do if he found himself in such a situation?’
