Alex Jones Fights Back: Sues Young Turks for Libel
Defendents spread horrendous false smear Jones was responsible for sending child porn.
In federal court in Austin today, Alex Jones filed suit against various liberal media members that libeled him over the summer, including The Young Turks, the national affairs editor of Mother Jones (Andrew Kimmel), and Democratic Congressional candidate Brianna Wu.
The suit alleges each of the defendants libeled Jones repeatedly over the summer, and failed to take any corrective action, even when the rest of the press did so.
As the suit states: “The defendants launched a campaign of lies and libels against their media competitor and ideological opponent, Alex Jones. Defendants virally spread one of the worst smears that can be spread about anyone: accusing someone of one of the most infamous federal felony crimes, even though defendant knew Jones was actually the victim of that crime.”
The suit details how cybercriminals targeted Infowars and tried to plant child porn on Infowars servers in order to be produced during discovery in other legal matters, how the FBI’s investigation cleared Infowars and identified Jones as the targeted victim of the cyberattack, and how the defendants then lied to the world about what happened by falsely accusing the victim, Alex Jones, of being the perpetrator.

Demographics Will Eventually Destroy Our Founding-Fathers’ Republic
Statistics is a well-established, mathematical discipline. Its accuracy in predicting large-scale phenomenon by collecting and analyzing huge volumes of relevant data is pretty much an accepted science. The U. S. Census Bureau engages in statistical analysis to predict population trends for many government purposes. Their predictions for population distribution by age, gender, ethnicity and birth and death rates over the next several decades should send shivers down the backs of freedom-loving Americans. Based on those predictions, holding on to America’s sovereignty and its Constitutional Republic may be virtually impossible. America is aging and aging rapidly. That fact alone has huge implications on America’s future.
But that’s not all. The population is increasing rapidly as well. Today, America’s population is around 326,000,000. By 2058, the population will top 400,000,000, according to the prognosticators. How do you govern 400,000,000 people without infringing on the rights of the individual? The fact is, you can’t. Crime will grow, especially in inner cities so more cops, judges, courts and jails will be needed. More medical facilities will be an absolute necessity to care for the increasing elderly population. Artificial intelligence will be replacing jobs, so more people will be out of work requiring more unemployment and welfare benefits. With less people working and paying taxes, the national debt will rise to heights no one thought possible, as America borrows its way into national bankruptcy due to the Democrat socialists’ insane and suicidal policy of IRRATIONAL COMPASSION.

George Lucas ‘Felt Betrayed’ That Disney Scrapped His Original Ideas for the ‘Star Wars’ Sequels
George Lucas wasn’t happy when the “Star Wars” creator found out Disney wasn’t using his script outlines for the latest trilogy to follow the Skywalker storyline. According to Disney CEO Bob Iger, Lucas “felt betrayed.”
In his new memoir, “The Ride of a Lifetime,” Iger recounted making the deal to purchase Lucasfilm for $4 billion in 2012 and Disney’s subsequent decision to not move forward with treatment scripts it received from Lucas for a new “Star Wars” trilogy.
“George knew we weren’t contractually bound to anything, but he thought that our buying the story treatments was a tacit promise that we’d follow them, and he was disappointed that his story was discarded,” Iger wrote.
It’s easy to see why Lucas would have been upset.
Lucas has been thinking about the current “Star Wars” trilogy and beyond for more than 30 years. A Time article from March 1978 suggested Lucas had plans for up to 12 “Star Wars” films.

Gregg Jarrett: The Trump Whistleblower May Not be a Whistleblower at All
The latest media mass hysteria over a whistleblower’s complaint that, according to FoxNews.com “reportedly involved allegations President Trump made a troubling and unspecified ‘promise’ to a foreign leader,” is based on precious little information. That has not stopped journalists from convicting Trump in the court of public opinion and predicting his imminent demise.
Who exactly is this unidentified “whistleblower”? What is the specific nature of his or her “urgent concern” complaint against the president? Does this complaint really qualify under the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA)? These are just a few of the most fundamental questions that remain largely unknown.
Despite the paucity of facts, some reasonable observations and conclusions can be drawn.
It appears that an American spy in one of our intelligence agencies may have been spying on our own president. The complaint suggests that this intel agent was listening in on Trump’s conversation with a foreign leader. Was this person officially asked to listen to the conversation or was he or she secretly listening in? We don’t know.
This agent, who is an unelected and inferior federal employee in the government hierarchy, apparently believes that it is his/her job to second-guess the motivation behind the words of the elected president, who is the most superior officer in the U.S. government.
Article II of the Constitution gives the president sweeping power to conduct foreign affairs, negotiate with leaders of other nations, make demands or offer promises. The Constitution does not grant the power of review, approval or disapproval to spies or other unelected officials in the executive branch.
The ICWPA law defines the parameters of an “urgent concern” complaint as an abuse or violation of law “relating to the funding, administration, or operations of an intelligence activity involving classified information, but does not include differences of opinions concerning public policy matters.” The president’s conversation with a foreign leader does not seem to fall under this whistleblower definition.
It appears the acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) agrees with this assessment. His agency’s general counsel wrote a letter stating the complaint did not meet the ICWPA definition because it involved conduct “from someone outside the intel community and did not relate to intelligence activity,” according to a report by Fox News. This is why the DNI refused to forward the complaint to congress.

But as far-fetched as it sounds, this is the astonishing defense put forward by a mom-of-three and parenting author shockingly accused of felony neglect for abandoning her adopted daughter.
Kristine Barnett, 45, and her ex-husband Michael Barnett, 43, are alleged to have dumped Ukrainian-born Natalia Grace at an apartment in Lafayette, Indiana in 2013 before moving to Canada one month later and breaking off contact.
Police say the girl was left to fend for herself for three years despite having a rare form of dwarfism that means she is 3ft tall and has problems walking.
But in an exclusive interview with DailyMailTV at an undisclosed location, Kristine insists there’s a major flaw in their case: Natalia was not a nine year old — as charging documents claim — she was actually 22.
Barnett claims the true victims are her and her family who were terrorized for years by the mysterious impostor who threatened to stab them in their sleep, pushed her towards an electric fence and poured bleach in her coffee.

Report: Black Teens Fatally Attacked John Marvin Weed, 59, After ‘He Declined to Give Them $1’
If the races were reversed in this killing it would be the most popular story in the entire country with wall-to-wall media coverage and politicians demanding “action.”
Two teenage brothers allegedly fatally attacked 59-year-old John Marvin Weed at a fair in Frederick, Maryland and spit on him while he was on the ground because “he declined to give them $1.”
Medics flew him to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. He died there Saturday, the sheriff’s office said.
The 15-year-old boy was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, the sheriff’s office said. His 16-year-old brother was charged with second-degree assault. They are charged as juveniles but the prosecutor may ask that they be tried as adults.

Report: Georgia Loses More Than $300 Million in Payroll From H-1B Workers
Georgia businesses lose hundreds of millions in sales each year because employers are replacing middle class Georgians with cheap H-1B workers, according to a review of federal data.
The data shows U.S. companies asked for 20,000 H-1B workers in 15 career tracks during 2017, and likely received 8,000 of the requested lower-wage workers.
Robert Heath, a programmer in Boynton Beach, Florida, compared the pay promised for the 8,000 imported H-1Bs to the higher pay which is already being earned by Americans who are working in those careers in Atlanta.

St. Paul Schools Settle Case Involving Racial Quotas in School Discipline
A Minnesota teacher received a $525,000 settlement, after suing the St. Paul School District for retaliating against him after he criticized its use of racial quotas in school discipline.
Aaron Benner, a black man, filed the suit in 2017. He said the St. Paul School District forced him to quit after investigating him four times in the 2014-15 school year. Those investigations were a first for Benner, who had nothing else on his disciplinary record, and was by all accounts an outstanding teacher.
If fact, you might be a bad teacher in the St. Paul School District and be safely employed for life. Benner, however, did something worse than be a bad teacher—he stood against the leftwing system.

Not long ago, I received a lengthy e-mail — “Why We Must Renew Our Commitment to the Civil Rights Movement” — from a woman named Melanie Roth Gorelick, who identified herself as Senior Vice President of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs (JCPA).
Honestly, I thought it was one of the preposterous spoofs of that satirical publication, The Onion.
But no… it was the real thing.
In short, Ms. Gorelick recommended that Jews concentrate their attention not on the pandemic of anti-Semitism and violent acts against Jews throughout the world and in the United States of America, but instead on those poor oppressed blacks who have never had it better in the good ole U.S.A., thanks to President Trump!
While Ms. Gorelick briefly mentioned that there is an “increase in anti-Semitism and hate crimes” in America, her entire discourse was devoted to a plea for the Jewish community (2.8 percent of the U.S. population) to turn their impassioned efforts and energies to supporting the cause of blacks in the U.S. (14 percent of the U.S. population), who she claimed still experience grave discrimination.
This in spite of the fact that since President Trump was elected, blacks have never experienced a higher degree of employment, independence, wealth, home ownership, and freedom from discrimination in the history of our country!

UK: Girls Aged 12, 13, And 15 Raped by Grooming Gang
A pack of military-aged migrants have been sentenced to prison by a court in Manchester for repeatedly raping girls aged 12, 13, and 15, using social media to lure them to parks.
The four Romanian migrants are said to have bombarded schoolgirls on social media to lure them to parks in Manchester to have sex with them, the Sun reports.
So far, police have been able to identify three victims aged 12, 13, and 15. However, police believe there could be additional victims since other members of the grooming gang are still on the run.

UK: Report: Rees-Mogg Called Supreme Court Ruling ‘Constitutional Coup’
Leader of the House of Commons Jacob Rees-Mogg has reportedly accused Supreme Court judges of a “constitutional coup” after they ruled Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s suspension of parliament “unlawful”.
The accusations levelled against the judges were made during a Cabinet conference telephone call on Tuesday, according to sources speaking to the Daily Mail.
The Brexiteer is also reported to have said that the Supreme Court had undertaken “the most extraordinary overthrowing of the constitution” and accused the senior judges of being wrong, saying “some elements of the judgment are factually inaccurate”.

Woman Behind French #MeToo fined for Defamation
A court in Paris ordered the woman who coined the French version of the #MeToo campaign to pay thousands of euros in damages for defaming the man she accused of sexual harassment.
Sandra Muller, a French journalist who introduced the viral hashtag #balancetonporc (expose your pig) to describe alleged sexual harassment, said the court’s decision was “incomprehensible” and urged women to continue to make their voices heard.
The court ordered Muller to pay €15,000 ($16,500) in damages to French TV executive Eric Brion, who she had accused of making vulgar remarks at a party. She was also told pay €5,000 in legal compensation to Brion, delete the tweet that accused Brion, and publish the court ruling on her Twitter account and in two media outlets.
Muller’s lawyer, Francis Szpiner, told reporters they would appeal the decision, slamming the ruling as “out of its time” and a “regression.”

It’s that time once again: over the weekend Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan for perhaps the twentieth time warned his army is making preparations to act on its southern border with Syria, saying it will take unilateral steps to create a “safe zone” amid accusations the US is dragging its feet implementing agreements to push Syrian Kurdish forces from the border.

The Swedish government has allowed an ISIS fighter to return to the country to receive medical treatment from the state for an injury he received in Syria. They then allowed him to return to Syria to continue fighting for the ISIS terrorist organization.

UAE to Open Synagogue, Part of Interfaith Compound, In 2022
Abu Dhabi complex will include church and mosque; follows pope’s visit to country earlier this year that resulted in religious tolerance pact
The United Arab Emirates will build a new synagogue as part of an interfaith compound that will also house a mosque and church and is reportedly set to open in 2022.
The announcement of the Abrahamic Family House, on the Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, follows a visit by Pope Francis to the UAE in February, the first by a pope to the Arabian Peninsula. During the trip, the pope signed a joint declaration with the grand imam of al-Azhar, Dr. Ahmed el-Tayeb, that called for religious tolerance and dialogue.
An interfaith council to oversee projects advancing tolerance was formed as a result of the declaration, and named the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity. The Abrahamic Family House is its first initiative.

New Species of Crocodile Discovered in Museum Collections
By this point, scientists have a pretty good handle on what kinds of big animals exist. Researchers still turn up new species of rats and insects, but most animals bigger than your hand are old news. But by looking at 90-year-old crocodile skulls in museum collections and double-checking with live specimens at a zoological park in Florida, researchers have just discovered a new species of ten-foot-long croc.
The new crocodile, described in the journal Copeia, is from New Guinea, the bigger-than-Texas tropical island just north of Australia. Scientists had known that New Guinea was home to a unique species of crocodile since the New Guinea Crocodile was officially described in 1928, but since then, researchers have wondered if the island was actually home to two separate species, one in the north and one in the south. This new study answers the question: yes.

New Zealand University Student Lay Dead in Room for Nearly Two Months
Concerns about student welfare have been raised after a first-year student at the University of Canterbury in New Zealand is believed to have lain dead in his room for close to two months before the alarm was raised.
The male student was found on Monday night at the Sonoda residence on campus in Christchurch after fellow students noticed a smell and alerted police, according to local media reports. He has not been named.
According to the Christchurch Press newspaper, his father also contacted police after failing to locate him through his friends.
The student’s death is being examined by the coroner and no cause of death has yet been identified.

40 Migrants Rescued by Danish Tanker Safely Reach Greece
ATHENS, Greece (AP) — Greek authorities say 40 migrants rescued by a passing merchant ship from a crippled sailboat off western Greece have safely arrived in port.
In a statement, the coast guard said the 34 men, two women and four children disembarked Wednesday in Kalamata, southern Greece.
They were picked up at sea Tuesday by the Danish-flagged Navigare Tolero crude oil tanker southwest of the island of Zakynthos, and had probably been making for Italy.

US Asylum Pact With Honduras Would Seal Off ‘Northern Triangle’ To Migrants
The Trump administration announced Wednesday that it had signed an agreement with Honduras that effectively prevents migrants from traveling through Central America to enter the United States.
The deal, signed on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, completes a central component of President Trump’s strategy to deter asylum-seekers from crossing into the U.S. through Mexico. UK Transgender Man Who Gave Birth is Child’s Mother: Court
London (AFP) — A transgender man who gave birth but did not want to be registered as the child’s mother on the birth certificate lost a legal battle at England’s High Court on Wednesday.
Freddy McConnell, 32, was born as a woman but has lived as a man for several years.
He was biologically able to get pregnant and give birth — and had legally become a man when the child was born in 2018.
McConnell wanted to be registered as the child’s father or parent.
But Andrew McFarlane, President of the Family Division of the High Court, ruled against him.

2) He’s not doing anything to promote childbirth among the natives either, though. And while we are getting more citizens, it’s mostly from immigration and their childbirth rates, not our own. The only difference being those migrants don’t come from Africa or islamic countries, they come from Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia or Vietnam.
