Adam Schiff’s New Law Expands Definition of ‘Domestic Terrorism’, Promotes FBI Entrapment
Recently, the US House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) introduced a bill which intends to criminalize various new acts under the ever-expanding banner of domestic terrorism. Undoubtedly, this is an attempt by the government to broaden the definition of ‘domestic terrorism’ in order to make interpretation more arbitrary, and thus qualify more offenses for terrorism prosecutions.
Schiff’s new law will give the US Attorney General new powers which would potentially charge any threat of violence or damage to property that “creates a substantial risk of serious bodily injury” — as an act of domestic terrorism.
Potentially, this might could also include the use of heated political rhetoric during a “planning meeting” (a conversation in person, or in an internet chat room), or even breaking a window during a protest. In theory, the Federal government could them pursue sentences up to 30-years in prison.
Predictably, mainstream partisan pundits are cheering this authoritarian move by Schiff, as they believe that this legislation will give the state more power to crack down on what they perceive as their political enemies, namely ‘white supremacists’ and ‘white nationalists. It’s important to point out that this same reactionary, flawed logic was used by Neconservatives in the wake of 9/11 in order to target and ‘deal with’the supposed ‘Muslim threat’ by rushing through Patriot Act I and II during the Bush Administration.

Alabama Law Diminishing State’s Role in Marriage Goes Into Effect
Alabama’s new marriage law, which effectively removes the state from the responsibility of sanctioning marriage, goes into effect today. The new law removes the state as an authority governing marriage and reduces its responsibilities regarding the institution to a mere record-keeping role.
Senate Bill 69 (SB69) passed overwhelmingly in both houses and was signed by Governor Kay Ivey in May. The new law abolishes the requirement in Alabama that a couple must receive a marriage license prior to getting married. Probate judges will now simply record that a marriage exists between any two individuals (straight or gay) based on signed affidavits of the two principles.
According to SB69’s summary, the new law will “eliminate the requirement for solemnization of a marriage for it to be considered valid.” It will also serve to “specify that the judge of probate would have no authority to reject any recording of a marriage, so long as the affidavits, forms, and data are provided.”
So probate judges will no longer have to violate their own religious principles in order to sanction gay “marriage.” Neither do they have any standing to disallow such a “marriage.” They simply record it based on the forms submitted by the couple.

Court Rules Airline Passengers Can Sue TSA Agents for Abusive Searches
A federal appeals court ruled travelers can sue Transportation Security Administration officers for “abusive conduct,” stripping the controversial agency of the government immunity that has protected it thus far.
The 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia declared TSA screeners act as “investigative or law enforcement officers” when searching passengers, meaning they can be subject to civil claims for intentional wrongdoing under the Federal Tort Claims Act. The decision reverses a controversial 2018 ruling by a three-judge panel from the same court that effectively gave TSA officers immunity under the law.
The “intimate physical nature” of the screenings classifies them as a law enforcement act, the court ruled in a 9-4 decision on Friday, meaning the government’s immunity from lawsuits does not apply in cases where TSA agents abuse their power.
“If you think you are a victim of intentional misconduct by TSA agents, you can now have your day in court,” exulted lawyer Paul Thompson. His client, Nadine Pellegrino, sued the TSA over a 2006 incident in which she was imprisoned for 18 hours and charged with crimes including assault and making terroristic threats, after objecting to an especially invasive screening as she attempted to board a US Airways flight at Philadelphia International Airport.
While she was acquitted of the charges two years later, Pellegrino and her husband sued the TSA for false arrest, false imprisonment, and malicious prosecution — only to be told last year that they were not legally permitted to sue the TSA. Now, at least, the case can continue.

In June General Mike Flynn hired well-known defense attorney Sidney Powell to represent him after abruptly firing his lawyers.
In an earlier interview with The Epoch Times Sidney Powell blasted the appalling two-tiered judicial system in the United States today where General Michael Flynn can get set up and prosecuted by deep state operatives while Peter Strzok can leak and lie and get off scot free.
President Trump praised General Flynn for retaining Attorney Sidney Powell.
Now this…
In a court filing on Friday Attorney Sidney Powell revealed two very disturbing developments in the Flynn case.
According to Sundance at Conservative Treehouse:
In a filing today (full pdf below) Flynn’s defense lawyer, Sidney Powell, notes two significant issues: (1) Ms. Powell is being denied a security clearance she needs to review all of the documents in the case; and (2) the DOJ is refusing to provide the original FBI notes from their interview of Michael Flynn on January 24th, 2017.

Delayed by Obama, Trial of 9/11 Plotters Finally Set for 2021
For those of you who weren’t yet born on September 11, 2001, on that day Islamic jihadis killed nearly 3,000 Americans in attacks on the Twin Towers and the Pentagon. A fourth plane was set to murder even more people by crashing into another landmark in Washington, but it was downed in Pennsylvania by its passengers in order to thwart the jihadis’ plans. Even those who don’t remember the day have probably learned about it in school, but few people are aware of the fact that the surviving plotters have not yet been brought to trial.
That is now set to change on January 11, 2021, the day that Air Force Colonel W. Shane Cohen has just set the trial to begin at Camp Justice, at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba.
Why has it taken nearly twenty years for these jihadis to face justice? Largely because of Barack Obama.

Google’s Project Zero Reveals Stunning iPhone Hack
A recently disclosed hacking operation that ran for two and a half years and had “attacked thousands of [iPhone] users a week” was used to steal nearly all data stored on and used by those devices. That data included up-to-the-minute location information, all passwords, contacts, chat logs, e-mails, and more.
The complexity of the hack was simply astounding. Using a few hacked websites, the hackers were able to deliver malware to devices running iOS simply by the device being used to visit the sites. No user interaction beyond visiting those sites was needed for the devices to be taken over by the hackers; simply visiting the hacked websites was sufficient to launch the attack and install the malware that was then used to grant the hackers remote access to the devices. This particular type of remote access is known as a “monitoring implant.”
While it is unknown who the hackers were, the complexity and efficiency of the attack indicates that they possessed both a skill-set and organizational structure usually seen in state-sponsored hacking organizations. This hack involved five separate exploit chains made up of 14 distinct bugs. Due to the difficulty of hacking the iPhone, developing or purchasing the information needed for a single exploit chain for an up-to-date iPhone can cost up to $3 million, according to a report by Motherboard. That means that this hack had a price possible tag in the $15 million range.

Greta Thunberg Mum as Climate Activist Proclaims ‘We Cannot Live in a World That is Melting’

“We cannot live in a world that is burning,” one young woman said, “that is melting.”
“Climate change is already affecting millions of people,” another young woman claimed. “This could lead to mass extinction.”
“We are not here to guilt individuals that forgot to recycle a cup last week,” another young woman said. “We are here to hold cowardice [sic] politicians accountable who have caused this damage by turning their heads in fear.”

Student Suspended After Shooting Guns at Range With Mother
“People base their apprehension on their own paradigm and their own fear of guns and gun culture.”
A Loveland, Colorado, junior was suspended from high school pending a police investigation after he went to a shooting range with his mother.
Complete Colorado reports that 16-year-old Nathan Myers was reported anonymously by another student after posting alleged “threatening” material to Snapchat. The alleged “threatening” material was a video of guns Nathan and his mother Justine posted before heading out to the range.
The caption on the video said, “Finna be lit.”
Weld County Sheriff Steve Ream spoke to the uproar over Nathan’s video, saying, “People base their apprehension on their own paradigm and their own fear of guns and gun culture. One kid is totally excited to go out and train on how to use a gun responsibly, while another kid is totally freaked out about seeing a gun.”
Bearing Arms reports that Loveland High School—the school suspending Nathan—is operating in line with a program called “Safe 2 Tell.” The program is designed to allow students an avenue to report possible threats.
Sheriff Ream observes Nathan’s plight as a perfect example of the trouble that arises from putting laws in place where people can face punishment or have guns confiscated simply on accusations.

German Police to Disclose Nationalities of All Criminal Suspects
The nationalities of all criminal suspects will now be revealed by police in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Die Welt reports.
Since Chancellor Merkel instituted her policies allowing for mass immigration from the third world, the topic has because especially sensitive in Germany.
On Monday, the state Interior Ministry announced in Dusseldorf that police in the western German state of North Rhine-Westphalia would begin disclosing the nationalities of all criminal suspects in communications with the media when it’s ascertainable beyond any doubt.
The ministry also said that the communication policies of police are also being revised.
From state to state, policies on disclosing a suspect’s national origin vary. In a large number of states across Germany, the suspect’s nationality is only revealed when the authorities regard it to be important to the nature of the crime that was committed. For instance when it functions as a motivating factor.
Herbert Reul, North Rhine-Westphalia’s Interior Minister, stated that the new policy was a part of a broader move for increased transparency.

Italy Goes Back to Leftist Globalism, Salvini Ousted From Government
The populist Five Star Movement (M5S) and the establishment Democratic Party (PD) — two parties with pretty much nothing in common — have joined hands to take down their arch political opponent — Matteo Salvini.
Yesterday, the BBC reported that the two unlikely partners were able to strike a coalition deal to take down right-wing populist Matteo Salvini and his League Party, which has surged in popularity in the last months.
The two parties which have traditionally been at odds with one another entered into coalition discussions after the previous coalition between the League and M5S broke down after months of internal strife.
A failed attempt by M5S to do away with plans to construct a high-speed rail link proved that the populist coalition could no longer govern, Salvini said at the time. Salvini subsequently tabled a no-confidence motion against him with the hope that it would bring forth new elections.

Rising Tide Against Globalism Now Threatens Continued Rule of Germany by Angela Merkel
With rising resistance to the authoritarian globalist elites in Europe in nations such as the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Hungary, and Poland, even Germany’s longtime chancellor, Angela Merkel (shown), and her ruling Christian Democratic Union (CDU) are now threatened with electoral defeat at the hands of Alternative for Germany (AfD). Germany is clearly the dominant power on the European continent, and if the spirit of Brexit that caused Great Britain to say goodbye to the European Union were to spread to that nation in Sunday’s elections, it could prove to be the fatal blow to the European Union, which, other than the United Nations itself, is the crown jewel in the New World Order dreamed of by globalist elites.
Germany boasts the largest economy on the continent, with the most population.
The CDU has ruled the central European nation since the collapse of communism in eastern Germany nearly 30 years ago, but elections in two large German states — Saxony and Brandenburg — could provide yet more evidence that the uprisings across Europe against the globalist elites has not yet abated.

UK: Dad’s Hotel Room Stormed by Police After Checking in With Teenage Daughter
A single dad was left feeling ‘disgusted’ after police interrogated him over sharing a hotel room with his 13-year-old daughter. Jon Coupland said he was ‘horrified’ when police stormed Nottingham’s Jury’s Inn an hour after he checked in with his daughter Jessica on Wednesday.
The 58-year-old, from Lincolnshire, has had full custody of the teen since she was three months old and says he has never been made to feel like he was acting suspiciously. Jessica had come with him on a work trip so she could go shopping for school supplies but was left in tears over the incident.
Mr Coupland said: ‘I have never been made to feel like this in the whole time I have had custody of Jessica. ‘No one has ever questioned me or made me feel like this before. ‘I decided to book the Jury’s Inn as it looked like a good location and then when we got there I was checking in and they asked for ID.
Mr Coupland said staff knew he was Jessica’s dad and believes he was treated with suspicion because his daughter is half Thai. The single dad said he was particularly upset by the incident because of what he had been through in the past. In 2014 it was reported he was awarded £86,000 in damages after being falsely accused of abusing his daughter.

Woman Shot Dead After Masked Gunmen Open Fire on Swedish Beach
Several masked gunmen opened fire on a man and woman carrying a child near the popular beach resort of Ribersborg, Sweden. The woman has died and police are hunting for the perpetrators, RT.com reports.
At approximately 10am local time, a gang of several masked attackers fired off between eight and ten shots, reportedly from multiple weapons, before fleeing the scene through the grounds of a nearby apartment building.
The woman was reportedly carrying the child when she was struck by a bullet in the unprovoked attack. She was taken to hospital for emergency treatment but later died of her wounds. The man they were with then went into shock.
According to Swedish media reports, one possible motive being explored by police is that the child’s father was the intended target of the attack. The man is said to have a criminal record in both Sweden and Denmark and has served time in prison previously.

Omar’s Call for UN Takeover of Mexico Border Undermined by History of Child Rape Scandals
Democrat left-winger Ilhan Omar wants the United Nations to take control of the U.S.-Mexico border to handle migrants “humanely” — despite its long record of child abuse scandals.
“We should do what any other country does, by dealing with this situation in a serious way,” Rep. Omar insisted at a public meeting in Minnesota— but the Somalia-born ‘Squad’member was not advocating building a wall or adopting a robust policy of turning illegal migrants away, as sovereignist governments in Hungary and Italy have done, drastically reducing not only migrant numbers, but also migrant deaths.

Over 600 Migrants Land on Greek Island in One Day
Sixteen boats packed with over 600 migrants stormed ashore on the Greek island of Lesbos in single day, according to reports.
In the span of one hour on Thursday, thirteen boats carrying 547 migrants landed, followed shortly by the rest.
The vessels reportedly set sail from Turkey laden with migrants mostly from Syria and Afghanistan.
“Hundreds have been arriving in Greece from Turkey each week, despite a deal struck between Turkey and the European Union which saw Ankara receives billions in funding from the bloc in return for stemming the flow,” the Telegraph reports.
“But Thursday’s mass arrival was the largest of its kind since 2016, when the agreement came into effect.”
Interestingly, local media outlet Keep Talking Greece reports that NGO workers were on shore, helping to guide passengers through the disembarkation process.
[Comment: Why are these NGOs allowed to freely operate? They should be should down and those involved arrested for sedition.]

Atheists Can be Blocked From Giving Invocation in Pennsylvania Legislature
A federal appeals court has overturned a lower court ruling that would have allowed atheists and agnostics to offer the invocation before Pennsylvania’s House of Representatives.
A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia ruled August 23 that the state’s nearly 340-year-old invocation policy was constitutional, overturning a 2017 decision to the contrary by a U.S. District Court judge. The policy requires that any individual offering the invocation be “a member of a regularly established church or religious organization” or “a member of the House of Representatives.”
In 2016, a coalition of atheists and “non-theists” filed a federal lawsuit insisting that the policy violates the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause, as well as the First Amendment’s Free Speech, Free Exercise of Religion, and Establishment Clauses.
In his lower court ruling, U.S. District Judge Christopher Conner allowed the suit to proceed only on the plaintiff’s argument that the policy violated the Establishment Clause.
In explaining the Third Circuit Court’s decision to overrule the lower court action, Judge Thomas Ambro wrote that with regard to the Establishment Clause, “we uphold the [state legislature’s] policy because only theistic prayer can satisfy the historical purpose of appealing for divine guidance in lawmaking, the basis for the Supreme Court taking as a given that prayer presumes a higher power.”
Ambro added that as for “the Free Exercise, Free Speech, and Equal Protection Clauses, we hold that legislative prayer is government speech not open to attack via those channels.”
