Philippe de Villiers: Wherever Islam Settles, Things Always Turn Out Badly

In the past we’ve posted a number of videos featuring Philippe de Villiers (most recently here). Mr. de Villiers is a French author, historian, and former MEP. He is a rare bird among French intellectuals: an actual conservative. He is also the owner of the wildly successful Puy du Fou, a French amusement park based on French history and tradition.

In the following video from French TV, Mr. de Villiers lays out some of the basic facts about Islam. Many thanks to Ava Lon for the translation, and to Vlad Tepes for the subtitling:

Video transcript:

00:00   I’m going to tell you what I think. It will perhaps shock you, but it doesn’t matter.
00:04   I know Islam well. I read the Quran. —And you have
00:08   written on that matter. —Yes, I wrote on that subject. I think that in fact
00:12   Islam isn’t a religion like any other. It isn’t only a religion.
00:16   It’s a system:
00:20   spiritual, judicial, political.
00:24   So there’s no compatibility with our republic,
00:28   between secularism and Islam. Why? Because Islam
00:32   as its natural tendency in the jihad territory [territory currently subject to jihad, Dar al-Harb]
00:36   wants to impose not only
00:40   spirituality but also law.
00:44   It’s called Shariah. Therefore the veil isn’t simply
00:48   an instrument of submission
00:52   of woman, as they say. As the feminists say.
00:56   No, no, it’s not that. It’s much more than that. It’s a propaganda tool.
01:00   It affirms, on the street, the presence of Islam.
01:04   Why? Because there is Dar al-Islam,
01:08   where Islam already exists [rules], and the Dar al-Harb where Islam
01:12   doesn’t exist [doesn’t rule] yet. And we are in that latter case.
01:16   And so I’m telling Jews and Christians who find themselves on board exactly the same boat, because
01:24   when the first ones are being targeted, the later ones don’t know that they are right behind.
01:28   Well, I’m telling them: be aware that in the human history,
01:32   every time that Islam has made itself at home somewhere, it has ALWAYS ended badly.

  1. I noticed it too.
People like us who is unable to accept their various societies inferior dominance,
would find ourselves mostly excluded politically, economically and socially, wherever they invade or dominate.
