Innocent Oseghale Becomes Guilty Oseghale for the Murder of Pamela Mastropietro

An illegal immigrant from Nigeria named Innocent Oseghale has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder and dismemberment of an 18-year-old girl named Pamela Mastropietro. Mr. Oseghale had stayed on in Italy after his residence permit expired, making his living as part of a gang that smuggled and sold drugs. In January of 2018 he lured Ms. Mastropietro to a rendezvous where she was killed, and then dismembered.

Mr. Oseghale has now been sentenced to life in prison by a panel of Italian judges.

In the following video, the possibility is mentioned that Innocent Oseghale was not the only person involved in the girl’s murder. We’ve posted a number of times in the past about the murder of Pamela Mastropietro; and in the first two posts listed below, Alessandro Meluzzi discusses the theory that Ms. Mastropietro was not just dismembered, but ritually dismembered and partially eaten by a Nigerian mafia gang, which intended to sell some of her body parts on the black market.

Nigerian Migrant Sentenced to Life for Murder of Italian Teen Pamela Mastropietro

Nigerian migrant drug dealer Innocent Oseghale has been found guilty of the murder and dismemberment of Italian teenager Pamela Mastropietro and was sentenced to life imprisonment with 18 months of isolation.

The Court of Assizes of Macerata found the Nigerian guilty of every single charge against him from voluntary murder aggravated by sexual assault, insult, to destruction and concealment of a corpse this week, Italian newspaper Il Giornale reports.

Video transcript:

00:00   After five hours in chambers the Criminal Court of Macerata handed down
00:05   an exemplary sentence against Nigerian Innocent Oseghale,
00:09   the man who murdered the young Pamela Mastropietro,
00:12   And then cut her body to pieces. Max Franceschelli:
00:15   Life imprisonment and 18 months isolation for Oseghale. Sentenced for murdering Pamela.
00:24   In the name of the Italian people: The sentence is life imprisonment.
00:30   Life imprisonment. Justice has been done. [Unintelligible]
00:39   After five hours in chambers, at 7:52pm the criminal court [unintelligible]
00:44   the request of the prosecution and sentenced Innocent Oseghale to life imprisonment
00:48   with the addition of 18 months isolation.
00:52   Justice has been done! —Hey! Justice has been done!
01:02   Joy… Joy.
01:07   [Unintelligible] that it would end like this? —I was hoping so…I was hoping so.
01:14   But anyway, there is always divine justice, right? —What does this evening mean to you?
01:19   That justice has won. That’s what it means.
01:27   We arrived at what we have worked for. Let’s say that justice has been done, yes.
01:31   Certainly, it won’t serve to bring back Pamela
01:37   I believe, I hope it can [unintelligible].
01:43   There are no victories. It is a sentence in the first degree. I know that the story
01:47   will have a continuation on appeal.
01:51   We maintain that we have identified
01:55   Oseghale as the only person responsible for what happened.
02:01   We may have erred. Were there other persons responsible? I don’t know. That could also be so.
02:07   Thank you. Thank you. Thanks to the judges.
02:11   Thank you. Thank you, Pamela. Thank you.

  1. Is the 18 months solitary confinement to be carried out prior to, or subsequent to, the life imprisonment?

I suggest the public funds necessary for housing this savage in relative comfort for the rest of his life, be deducted from the salaries of the public “servants” responsible for allowing his stay in Italy. Let’s be generous to the state, and declare eligibility for NGO refugee advocates, immigration officials, and any judge interfering with the deportation process. Any International Court of Human Justice official who comes sniffing around should also be fined, and required to post a bond guaranteeing payment of his assessment, before being released from custody.

I don’t really blame the Nigerian, who is simply doing what he did in Nigeria, before being imported into Italy to continue doing what he had been doing. True, Oseghale stayed after being told, in a fashion, to go. But should be expect Oseghale to take a directive seriously that is not taken seriously by Italian police?

    • The 18 month solitary confinement is likely for his own protection from the other inmates. If it causes him to go insane and accidently hang himself or otherwise creatively assume room temperature then more’s the pity.

I too, would love to see the assets of these NGOs frozen, their invader ships confiscated and sold, and the proceeds used to deport these vermin back to the islamic and african paradises they slithered out of. Barring that, deporting them to the Vatican or Brussels would be almost as satisfying an outcome.

Let those who want them take care of them.

      • All good stuff. But, a primary factor in allowing illegals to stay in a country, even after being declared ineligible for asylum, are do-gooder judges who block any real attempts at deportation, lethargic or collaborationist public officials who force police to slow-walk or no-walk the deportation proceedings, and numerous welfare bureaucrats. In other words, internal enemies who are citizens and public “servants” of the country they are damaging.

I might add, the larger the regions controlled by a government, the less responsible the officials are to public sentiment.

        • In other words, internal enemies who are citizens and public “servants” of the country they are damaging.

It may have been in, “A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court”, where America’s Bard referred to returned Crusading knights as having contracted, ‘a case of the Sir Walter Raleighs’ (i.e., returned home with West Asian chivalrous traditions derived from Islamic purdah).

It’s become beyond clear that a similar over-elaboration of nomenclature has occurred, although of a far less humorous nature. It may well be a category error on your part. Then again, it could just be my propensity for reading too much meaning into things like song lyrics and laser levitated nano-diamonds.

Throughout most of recorded history (i.e., in the simpler times before PCMC), those ‘internal enemies who are citizens and public “servants”‘, were efficiently consolidated under the universally known and well-accepted term, Enemies of the state.

          • A slightly perpendicular point:

There is a long and honorable tradition in Western literature of chivalry, a la Roman de la Rose. Necessity being the mother of invention, it was a corrective for a society that saw many poorer nobility unable to marry.

            See
            https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_de_la_Rose

for a brief explanation of the traditions of courtly love.

I rather liked my all-too-brief semester examining the voluminous literature on the subject. Wish we hadn’t scuppered entire the ideals, but blame those ignorant ‘feminists’ for shooting themselves in the foot.

An Innocent is guilty. Is there nothing that the Kaliyuga cannot do?!
