Jury Rejects Harry Reid’s Lawsuit Against Fitness Band Maker He Blamed for Injuries
A jury in Las Vegas flatly rejected former Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid’s lawsuit against an exercise band maker he blamed for injuries — including blindness in one eye — he suffered when the stretchy device slipped from his grasp and he fell face-first a little more than four years ago.
After eight days of testimony, the eight-member civil trial jury deliberated about an hour before declaring that Reid never proved the first of 10 questions they were asked to decide: that the device Reid, former senator from Nevada, used that day was a TheraBand made by Ohio-based Hygenic Corp.
Jurors never saw the actual device because Reid’s adult son, attorney Leif Reid, disposed of it soon after Harry Reid was injured.

Medieval Diseases Making a Comeback Due to Feces on Streets
Medieval diseases are making a comeback in major American cities thanks to the increasing amount of feces on the streets.
According to a report by Kaiser Health News, “Infectious diseases — some that ravaged populations in the Middle Ages — are resurging in California and around the country, and are hitting homeless populations especially hard.”
Outbreaks of Shigella bacteria and Hepatitis A, both are which are caused by exposure to feces, are on the increase in Southern California, New Mexico, Ohio and Kentucky, “primarily among people who are homeless or use drugs.”

Muslim Representative Calls Prayer to Jesus in House Chambers Highly Offensive
This week, The Blaze reported, “The first Muslim representative elected to the Pennsylvania legislature is demanding an apology from another member who began their session with a prayer to Jesus Christ, calling it ‘highly offensive.’“
The Pennsylvania State Democratic party called the prayer an “Islamophobic message,” while Party Whip Jordan Harris shrieked:

New York Bill Proposes Splitting Empire State Into Three Districts
Secession is such an ugly word. Let’s call it a constitutional uncoupling.
An amicable divorce would split New York state into three independent districts, each with its own governor and legislature — but would keep it one state for the federal government’s purposes — under a bill introduced by a Buffalo-area lawmaker.
The plan would leave intact New York City’s five boroughs, with their 8.6 million residents, and even keep the name New York.
The city’s immediate suburbs — Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland counties would be called “Montauk,” although their 4.2 million citizens would be free to vote for a different name.
And the rest of the Empire State, all 53 upstate counties and their 7.1 million people, would go back to historical basics and become New Amsterdam.

Scientists Prove Stephen Hawking’s Dark Matter Theory Wrong
1971 theory presupposed small black holes traveled across universe
Based on Hawking’s expanded hypothesis, which was notably first proposed by scientists Yakov Zel’dovich and Igor Novikov in 1966, the team assumed that the abundance of black holes smaller than the Moon required to produce the dark matter effect would lead to at least 1,000 lensing events. However, the observations arrived at just one potential event, which means that primordial black holes can account for no more than only 0.1 percent of dark matter.
The conclusion suggests that dark matter is something more massive than a plethora of teeny black holes, as proposed by the legendary scientist.

A Russian father and his three daughters are seeking asylum in Poland after he fled Sweden with them when they were placed in foster care with a Muslim family.

German ‘Rent Insanity’ Sparks Mass Tenant Protests, Expropriation Action

Italy: Di Maio Denies Tria to be Replaced
Cabinet set to pass growth decree with savers compensation
(ANSA) — Rome, April 4 — Deputy Premier and ruling 5-Star Movement (M5S) leader on Thursday denied press reports that Economy Minister Giovanni Tria will be replaced after the European elections by a candidate proposed by junior government partner the League.
“The government is united and the report we’ll offer the Treasury to the League are myths and legends”, said labour and industry minister Di Maio.
Di Maio added that “there will be no supplementary budget or wealth tax” to keep public finances on track.
The government is working on a minimum wage, he added.

Italy: Racial-Hatred Probe Opened Over Protests Against Roma People
Rome decided to move families elsewhere after ugly scenes
(ANSA) — Rome, April 3 — Rome prosecutors are opening an investigation into the violent protests that took place in the Torre Maura district of the capital on Tuesday against the transfer of a group of around 60 Roma people to a reception centre there, sources said on Wednesday. The probe into the crimes of criminal damage and threats with racial hatred an aggravating factor. Around 200 local people, supported by militants of the far-right CasaPound party, took to the streets in the protest, which saw trash canisters turned over and set alight. The city council said earlier on Wednesday that 60-odd people would be moved to other facilities in the Rome area.
Rome Mayor Virginia Raggi defended the decision after she came under fire for allegedly capitulating to thuggery. “I intervened to stop the situation degenerating,” she said.
“The atmosphere was bad, one of hate.
“I intervened to protect the very many honest citizens of that quarter and the 33 children (among the Roma) who risked their lives and personal safety.
“It is an administrators duty to protect people’s lives”.
Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Matteo Salvini blasted Tuesday’s violence but reiterated his position that he wants to close the country’s Roma camps.
“I say no to any form of violence,” said League leader Salvini.

Plurality Would be Angry if UK Took Part in EU Elections After Brexit Delay
According to a Sky Data poll released Friday, 43 per cent of people would be angry if Britain took part in European Parliament elections as a result of Prime Minister Theresa May forcing a long extension of Article 50.

Russian Family Flees to Poland as Sweden Gives Kids to Muslim Foster Parents
The Swedish social services’ decision to place three Christian girls in a Muslim Lebanese family has resulted in an international scandal, involving Poland.
After the Swedish social services attempted to place Denis Lisov’s three children in a Muslim foster family, the Russian father took his daughters and fled Sweden, unleashing a thriller-like sequence of events.
Denis Lisov came to Sweden seven years ago. In 2017, his wife fell ill, whereupon social services decided to take away his children on the grounds that he had no full employment and was therefore unable to take care of them. Instead, they were placed in a Muslim Lebanese family. Lisov’s family formally retained the custody of the children, but only had the right to see them six hours a week, the Swedish news outlet Samhällsnytt reported.
According to Babken Khanzadyan, who represents the Lisovs, they weren’t given any opportunity to defend their rights, and the girls didn’t want to stay there.
After his daughters had spent over a year in the Muslim family, about 300 kilometres from their real father, Denis had had enough. He took his daughters and decided to return to Russia. However, he was stopped at Warsaw airport, as the Swedish authorities reported his daughters missing. Therefore, he has applied for asylum in Poland instead.
A Polish court ruled that the Swedish social service had violated an EU convention that forbids the placement of children in foreign cultural environments. The court also noted that Lisov’s paternity rights had not been revoked, which is why the children could stay with their father.
According to Lisov, the youngest girls didn’t understand anything, but the eldest one had problems adapting to the harsh environment of the Muslim family.
According to Lewandowski, the Muslim foster father also appeared in court. There, he admitted that his visit to Poland had been paid for by the Swedish social services, Samhällsnytt reported.
Lewandowski also tweeted that a representative of the Swedish social services arrived to pick up the three girls, but was stopped by the police.

The EU is Tearing the UK Apart Over Brexit
Despite all of the twists and turns, the incomprehensible motions, legal maneuvers and behavior of Prime Minister Theresa “I Surrender” May, for me there’s been a simple through-line to it all.
The EU does not want Brexit and if it were to happen it will inflict incredible damage to the British political system and its integrity.

The EU’s intransigence in negotiations, aside from it having no other option, is an elaborate bluff to separate and divide the British political class, now that the people have voted to leave.
It preyed on the divisions within the U.K.’s structure, empowering Scottish ‘nationalists,’the SNP, while offering power to the eternal victim-status seeking Labour leadership. It knew it had a Tory leadership willing to play ball with them to find a way to deliver BRINO — Brexit in Name Only — and a civil service that would provide all the supporting data to gaslight millions…
The reason the EU’s plan to scuttle Brexit is failing is precisely because of what I saw months ago — the British people want their will, no matter how flawed, respected. And the political class is too consumed with its own self-righteousness that it cannot see this.
The entire process has made a mockery of the democratic institutions that exist across the West.
And that was precisely the effect the EU wanted out of all of this. Because even if they lose the latest Battle of Britain, they win in creating the philosophical case as to why direct representation is a stupid form of government.
The EU is a dream arrangement for globalists. It is an unelected leadership mostly immune from the changes in demographics and voter opinions pushing humanity, a base and unruly lot in their mind, towards their chosen outcomes.

Kosovo: More Than 170,000 Left Between 2013-17
Majority emigrated in 2015, 75,000
(ANSA) — BELGRADE, APRIL 5 — More than 170,000 people left Kosovo between 2013 and 2017, according to a report of the Kosovo ministry of Interior, based on data from the national Agency for statistics, Radio Free Europe reported.
The number includes both legal and irregular emigrants.
Kosovars mostly moved to European Union countries, but also to the United States and Canada. Many have asked for asylum in the EU, but the requests were in great part rejected. In 2015 only, around 75,000 people emigrated from Kosovo, most of them illegally, Radio Free Europe noted. However, since 2017, the number of Kosovars leaving the country has significantly dropped, with 12,000 leaving that year. “Around 67,000 people requested asylum in 2015 but the figure dropped to 3,515 in 2018 and we think the trend will continue this year,” an official from the ministry of Interiors was quoted as saying.

Algeria: Secret Service Chief Resigns — Media
Tartag, close to Bouteflika, has stepped down
(ANSAmed) — CAIRO, APRIL 5 — The head of the Algerian secret intelligence service, General Athmane Tartag, has resigned, Algerian media including television Ennahar and the website Tsa reported on Friday, quoting their sources.
“General Athmane Tartag has been removed from his functions as head of the Algerian intelligence service”, wrote the broadcaster in a tweet. The website Tsa added that the official, “called Bachir”, “has presented his resignation on Tuesday” and has been in office since 2015.
The resignation comes after a month and a half of protests and pressures by the military on Tuesday led to the fall of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, with the perspective of an interim institutional presidency to reach elections in just over three months. Tartag was the head of the “Dss” (formerly Drs), reported Tsa, implicitly referring to the “Department of surveillance and security”, known as the “Direction of security services”.
The member of the military presented his resignation to Bouteflika “who accepted them”, said Tsa. The decree was signed yesterday by Bouteflika, reported the website Algerie360, recalling that the former head of State can still sign presidential decrees as parliament has not yet convened to appoint a new interim president.

Libya: Tripoli Launches Operation to Push Back Haftar
‘Wadi Doum 2’ from place in Chad where strongman was defeated
(ANSAmed) — CAIRO, APRIL 5 — The new coalition of militias “western region” has launched the operation “Wadi Doum 2” to counter the attack of Libyan military commander Khalifa Haftar in Tripoli, according to Libyan media including the Libya Observer.
The code name comes from the military landing strip built by Muammar Gaddafi in northern Chad where Haftar was defeated and captured by government forces in 1987 when he was fighting the Libyan leader, the Libya Herald recalls.
Meanwhile the ‘west military zone’ of the national unity government of premier Fayez al-Sarraj said it was able to “reject an attack carried out by groups belonging to Haftar in the areas of Abu Shiba and Al Hira”, west of Garian, Alwasat reports. “Short clashes were reported between the forces in the area of Hira”, according to Libya Herald. A military source was quoted as reporting fighting in the area and two other zones by the broadcaster Al Ahrar.

Saudi Women: Legally Banned From Making Decisions
“Women should be treated as a full citizen,” Saudi Arabian activist, Aziza Al-Yousef told the Guardian back in 2016. She had spearheaded a campaign which saw thousands sign a petition to eradicate the country’s dictatorial guardianship system — one that she fought unrelentingly for over a decade.
“They all declared that this is not religion, this is all government rules and it should be changed,” she insisted.
In 2018, Al Yousef was detained, left to languish in a prison cell and allegedly subjected to cruel torture — because of her fight for women’s rights. Facial-Recognition Systems on the Rise in Brazil
Used by police to catch criminals during Rio carnival
(ANSA) — Police in Rio de Janeiro and Salvador identified and arrested criminals during the recent Carnival season with the help of video cameras with facial-recognition systems.
The use of this type of technology in security programmes in Brazil is still at an early stage, but sector operators report that there is growing demand for biometric solutions.
James Miranda, a consultant specialised in facial recognition, said that it is possible to see an increase of “between 20% and 30%” a year for the market, when taking account of the expansion of the use of this technology in residential and commercial complexes and for business activities.
“A significant increase in the demand for this technology has been registered over the last four years, independently of needs,” added the expert.
The systems are split into two main types: devices that have integrated facial biometric technology and software analysis that is used with other devices, such as cameras and cell phones. “The use of this technology is growing exponentially,” said Fernando Terzian, the director of Terzian, a company that provides facial biometric solutions.
He cites two factors to explain the “gigantic increase” in demand: on one hand, there is the development of the quality of face evaluation, which requires greater processing power and algorithms, and, on the other, the significant reduction in prices. “All the software analysis, and facial recognition in particular, make it possible to have greater control by a smaller number of people,” Terzian said.
“It won’t stop growing. It’s be like smartphones, something incredible. The company will present biometric face cameras with internet-access points in May in Sao Paulo at Exposec, an international fair organized by CIPA Fiera Milano and the Brazilian Association of Company Electronic Security Systems (ABESE), along with another model powered by solar energy that is capable of giving off a wi-fi signal. Terzian believes that most of the demand will come from the public sector at first before spreading to the private sector, for example, retailers and shopping centres. For his part, Miranda stressed that simply installing a facial-recognition system at a shopping centre “automatically” provides “an agent that inhibits robberies and thefts”.
Rio — Monitoring by Rio de Janeiro’s military police took place from March 1 to March 6. Video-camera images were transmitted to the Integrated Command and Control Centre (CICC), where a biometric system compared the faces recorded with photographs of fugitives. The software activated an alarm when there was a match. The system was tested during the Copacabana Carnival, with 28 video cameras installed in strategic positions.
“The video cameras enabled us to capture four criminals that arrest warrants were out for, to arrest an adolescent who should have been doing educational-social work and to recover a stolen vehicle,” the military police said in a statement. “What was more important that the result in terms of numbers was what the team involved in the project learned and the verification of the system’s applicability”. Indeed, as expected, the software only froze the image and activated the alarm when the video cameras captured the features of people wanted by the judicial authorities and the number plate of a stolen car, basing itself on the data base of the civil police and the transport department (DERAN), the statement added.

Two men recently attempted to claim asylum stating that they were both minors until fingerprint tests revealed that they were not even close to being under 18.

(ANSA) — Rome, April 4 — Migrants must be rescued rather than being pushed back, the Italian Bishops Conference (CEI) chief said Thursday.
“Migrants must be rescued and not pushed back to unsafe or third countries, also because we take on responsibilities if we entrust them to third parties,” said Cardinal Gualtiero Bassetti at the presentation of the Astalli Centre migrant report.
“(Migrant) landings in Italy have dropped but the deaths are rising.

I think you are taking the word of your traitorous advisors. I think that if you had read only Chapter 24, you would not be for this agreement. Doctors Are Now Giving 8-Year-Old Girls Testosterone, Claiming They’re ‘Transgender’
According to medical doctors and a parent of a gender non-conforming child speaking on a panel for the Heritage Foundation, their quest to stop dangerous transgender treatments on minors has exposed that “government-funded research now allows wrong sex hormones such as testosterone to be given to girls as young as 8,” reported The Christian Post on Tuesday.
Through FOIA requests, Dr. Michael Laidlaw, a California-based endocrinologist, and some of his colleagues “found that in 2017 they lowered the minimum age for cross-sex hormones from 13 to 8,” the report said.

But, how would they convince us to willingly become dirt poor without complaining about it? Well, they invented a monster and accused us of having created it. They called this monster “global warming.”
Soon after they created their monster, a veritable army of scientists profiting from grants provided by non-profit foundations under the control of the mega corporations began publishing an enormous volume of “scientific” papers and “academic” books warning us that, unless stopped, the coming global warming would mean the death of every living organism on Earth. Oxford University to ‘Reconsider’ Hon Degree for Sultan Who Wants Gays Stoned to Death
