How the Private Central Bank Ponzi Scheme Trapped and Destroyed America

Once upon a time, in 1913, a corrupt Congress and a corrupt President transferred the money creation authority vested in the government by the Constitution to a private central bank. It was going to be called the Third Bank of the United States. Such a fundamental change to the nation’s economy should have required a Constitutional Amendment. But earlier that same year, there had been a huge fight to ratify another Amendment, the 16th Amendment authorizing the income tax, and there is good reason to suspect that the 16th Amendment actually failed ratification even though the payers of that income tax were told otherwise.

“I think if you were to go back and and try to find and review the ratification of the 16th amendment, which was the internal revenue, the income tax, I think if you went back and examined that carefully, you would find that a sufficient number of states never ratified that amendment.” — U.S. District Court Judge James C. Fox, Sullivan Vs. United States, 2003.

Getting yet another Amendment ratified against such opposition, or worse, having to cheat one through, would be extremely difficult.

Then there was a problem with the proposed name, “Third Bank of the United States”, as it reminded people of the predations of the First and Second Bank of the United States.

Faced with the possibility that a new Amendment to transfer money creation from the US Government to a privately owned bank might fail and fail badly, and with the name “Third Bank of the United States” already leading to opposition to the plan, the plotters did an end run around the Constitution, passing the Federal Reserve act over Christmas vacation when the members of Congress opposed to the bill would be away. The name of the new bank was then changed to “The Federal Reserve.” But, it is a private bank, no more “Federal” than Federal Express. From that moment on all currency would enter circulation as a loan at interest.

The Founding Fathers understood how dangerous such banking systems are, and I will try to teach you here what the public schools are forbidden to let you know. The Federal Reserve system is a deliberate trap, to enslave a population to unpayable debt in order to control and exploit them, and here is how it works.

US Weekly Jobless Claims Drop to the Lowest Level Since 1969

The number of Americans filing applications for unemployment benefits dropped to a 49-1/2-year low last week, pointing to sustained labor market strength that could temper expectations of a sharp slowdown in economic growth.

Initial claims for state unemployment benefits fell 8,000 to a seasonally adjusted 196,000 for the week ended April 6, the lowest level since early October 1969. Claims have now declined for four straight weeks. Data for the prior week was revised to show 2,000 more applications received than previously reported.

Dem Congresswoman Claims Criticism of Ilhan Omar Over 9/11 Comment is “Racist”

Democratic Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib claimed that critcism of Ilham Omar’s characterization of 9/11 as “some people did something” was racist and that Omar was speaking the truth.

During an interview on MSNBC, Tlaib immediately began ranting about identity politics, claiming Omar was “taken out of context” because she was a ‘woman of color’.

However, the context was clear; Omar clearly minimized 9/11 by referring to the 9/11 hijackers as “some people (who) did something”.

Every Illinoisan Must See These Two Charts

Authored by Mark Glennon via WirePoints.com

Whether you know nothing or everything about Illinois’ state and local fiscal crises, take a moment to digest these two charts published by the Wall Street Journal today. Every high school in the state should be devoting a class to them, and every paper should have them on the front page. After you look at them, take a moment to consider how our political establishment is responding.

Focus on the top line in both charts. They aren’t complicated. They show how much of total revenue collected by the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago is now being consumed by payments on pensions and other debt, and how much worse it would be if proper amounts were being paid.

Ex-FBI Official: ‘at Least 2 Trump Cabinet Members’ Helped Rosenstein With 25th Amendment Coup

Former FBI General Counsel James Baker admits plot existed to remove President Trump from office

At least two members of President Trump’s Cabinet were open to go along with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s plot to remove him from office using the 25th Amendment, according to ex-FBI official James Baker.

Former FBI General Counsel James Baker testified to the House Judiciary Committee last October about his role during Special Counsel Mueller’s Russia witch hunt, in testimony released by the House Intelligence Committee on Tuesday.

“To the best of my recollection [former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe] told me that the deputy attorney general said that he had at least two members of the Cabinet who were ready to invoke the 25th Amendment,” Baker said.

Baker’s testimony reveals that not only did Rosenstein plot a coup, but that members of Trump’s own Cabinet went along with it!

Greg Craig, Ex-Obama White House Counsel, Indicted for Alleged False Statements

Greg Craig, former White House counsel for then-President Barack Obama, was indicted Thursday on two counts of making false and misleading statements to investigators — including Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team — in connection with his work on behalf of Russia-backed former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.

Craig is the first prominent Democrat to be indicted in a case arising from Mueller’s now-completed probe into Russian election interference. Mueller referred the Craig case to prosecutors in New York last year after uncovering possible wrongdoing while he investigated former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort’s Ukraine lobbying work.

The Washington-based lawyer was indicted by a grand jury in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for allegedly falsifying and concealing “material facts” and making false statements both to Mueller and to the DOJ National Security Division’s Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) Unit.

The FARA Unit is responsible for enforcing foreign lobbying laws that require the disclosure of certain overseas activity, including public relations work for foreign entities. At issue were Craig’s 2012 lobbying and media contacts on behalf of Yanukovych, while Craig was a partner at the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Kim Dotcom: Charge Against Assange is a Trick to Make Him Agree to Extradition

The maximum 5 year sentence hanging over Julian Assange for computer hacking is a trick designed to fool him into agreeing to extradition, only to be hit with far bigger charges when he arrives in America, according to Kim Dotcom.

“The maximum 5 year sentence announced by US DOJ may be a tactic to tempt Assange to consider swift extradition,” tweeted the Internet entrepreneur and political activist.

“DOJ may have a superseding indictment with more charges ready on arrival. I can tell you from experience DOJ is full of liars and tricksters,” he added.

Mexican Police Officer Indicted in South Texas With Importing Methamphetamine

LAREDO, Texas — A federal grand jury in the Southern District of Texas returned an indictment Tuesday charging a Mexican man with conspiracy to import and importing methamphetamine into the United States.

This indictment was announced by U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Patrick, Southern District of Texas. This case was investigated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), with assistance from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Gabriel Garrido Isaias, 41, from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, was originally charged by criminal complaint March 15, 2019, and was later remanded to custody. On April 9, a Laredo grand jury returned the two-count indictment charging him with conspiracy to import and importing methamphetamine into the United States. Garrido Isaias is scheduled to be arraigned April 18.

According to the indictment, Garrido Isaias approached the Lincoln-Juarez Bridge #2 on March 14, 2019, driving a Ford F-150 pickup truck. After CBP sent him to secondary examination, an X-ray examination allegedly revealed anomalies in all four tires. A search of the tires resulted in the discovery of 38.36 kilograms (84.57 pounds) of methamphetamine. During the investigation, Garrido Isaias revealed he is currently a Mexican police officer.

If convicted, Garrido Isaias faces a minimum of 10 years and up to life in prison and a possible $10 million maximum fine.

Assistant U.S. Attorney April Ayers-Perez, Southern District of Texas, is prosecuting this case.

Obama White House Counsel Indicted for Lying to Mueller Team

First of many indictments to come in wake of now-completed FBI probe into Russia-Trump collusion

An attorney for the White House under President Barack Obama has been indicted by the Trump Justice Department for allegedly lying about his lobbying work for a former Ukrainian president.

On Thursday DOJ charged former White House Counsel Greg Craig with two counts of making false statements regarding his connections to former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

In a twist of irony, Craig’s alleged dealings were brought to light by FBI Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, making him the first Democrat to be indicted as a result of the now-completed probe.

Secret Service Agents Say ‘Good Riddance’ To Director Who Proposed No Protection of Trump Family

The ouster of Secret Service Director Randolph D. ‘Tex” Alles on Monday was not unexpected, and, in fact, was welcomed by most members of the law enforcement agency, sources tell DailyMail.com.

‘The sentiment at the agency is “good riddance,”‘ they say.

‘Alles seemed more interested in making friends with agents than fixing the problems that plague the once-proud agency,’ according to agency sources. ‘He proved to be the exact opposite of what was needed to reform the agency. ‘

His idea for trimming costs was to get rid of protection for members of the Trump family.

Thousands of Amazon Employees Listening to Alexa Conversations

Amazon employs thousands of people to listen in on what people around the world are saying to their Alexa digital assistant, according to what is sure to be a Congressional hearing-inspiring report by Bloomberg, which cites seven people who have worked on the program.

While their job is to “help improve” NSAlexa — which powers the company’s line of Echo speakers — the team “listens to voice recordings captured in Echo owners’ homes and offices,” which are then transcribed, annotated and fed back into the software in order to try and improve Alexa’s understanding of human speech for more successful interactions. In other words, humans are effectively helping to train Amazon’s algorithm.

In marketing materials Amazon says Alexa “lives in the cloud and is always getting smarter.” But like many software tools built to learn from experience, humans are doing some of the teaching. —Bloomberg

The listening team is comprised of part-time contractors and full-time Amazon employees based all over the world; including India, Romania, Boston and Costa Rica.

Listeners work nine hour shifts, with each reviewing as many as 1,000 audio clips per shift according to two employees from Amazon’s Bucharest office — located in the top three floors of the Romanian capital’s Globalworth building. The location “stands out amid the crumbling infrastructure” of the Pipera district and “bears no exterior sign advertising Amazon’s presence.”

While much of the work is boring (one worker said his job was to mine for accumulated voice data for specific phrases such as “Taylor Swift” — letting the system know that the searcher was looking for the artist), reviewers are also listening on people’s most personal moments.

UK: Here Comes the Internet Czar

The freedom of the Internet, although frequently and flagrantly abused, was great while it lasted. But the world’s governments don’t intend for it to last much longer.

The United Kingdom, a country with no First Amendment to protect free speech, is preparing to set up an “Internet safety czar” to promote “Internet safety” and prevent “online harms,” with full powers to regulate the social media and shut sites down if he sees fit. “Huge fines” will also be on the menu.

According to plan, the “czar” will come crashing down on any site where he finds any of the following.

  • “Violence or incitement to violence.”
  • “Encouraging self-harm or suicide.”
  • “Fake news.”
  • Cyber-bullying.
  • Children given access to “inappropriate material.”
  • Child exploitation or “abuse content.”

Let’s take a little closer look, shall we?

Take “violence.” Because I state the truth, that there is no such thing as a “transgender person,” but only people who say they are, I have been accused of “violence” and even “assault” and “beatings.” For the Far Left Crazy, “violence” is any degree of dissent from their program. WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange Arrested After Ecuador Withdraws Asylum

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was charged Thursday with conspiracy to commit computer intrusion for aiding Chelsea Manning in the cracking of a password to a classified U.S. government computer in 2010, the U.S. Justice Department announced hours after Assange’s arrest in London.

Manning later transmitted a trove of classified government files to Assange, whose website posted the materials to a worldwide audience.
