France: ‘Elected Officials’ Worst Nightmare’? Yellow Vests Hope to Trigger Bank Run With Financial Protest

Yellow Vest protesters are hoping to trigger a bank run with a nationwide coordinated cash withdrawal. By threatening the French financial system, protesters say, they want to peacefully force the government to pass their reforms.

If the banks weaken, the state weakens immediately,” said Yellow Vest “sympathizer“ Tahz San on Facebook. “It’s elected officials’ worst nightmare.”

Black Suspects Arrested in Shooting Death of 7-Yr-Old Black Girl After Sister Describes Killer as “White Man With Blue Eyes”

Last week, in Houston, TX, 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes was tragically shot and killed while her mother was driving Jazmine and her three sisters on the East Sam Houston Parkway.

The family of the slain 7-year-old Jazmine Barnes was sure her killer was a white man. Her sister was even able to give the police officers a pretty good description of the killer, “He was white and he had blue eyes, and that was it because he had a hoodie on so I couldn’t see his hair,” her sister Alexis told them.

California Mandates Zero-Emission Buses

U.S. cities and states are investing in electric buses despite performance and range problems and their significantly higher initial costs

The California Air Resources Board voted unanimously to require that all new buses be carbon-free by 2029, in essence phasing out purchasing any new gas— or diesel-powered buses by 2029 and requiring only zero-emission buses by 2040. The mandate will eventually take an estimated 14,000 gas-powered buses off the roads. California currently has 153 zero-emission buses, most of which are electric, and hundreds more on order. The long lead time on the rule will enable transit agencies to phase out existing buses over their current lifespan of 10-plus years.

The transportation sector accounts for 40 percent of California’s greenhouse gases, and those emissions must be drastically reduced to meet the state’s climate change goals. The California Transit Association, however, is concerned that zero-emission buses cannot match the performance of the existing fleet and that there is insufficient money available for the transition, despite subsidies from the state.

Performance issues with electric buses include how far they can run on a single charge and whether they will hold up with a full passenger load (especially in hilly cities like San Francisco). Los Angeles and San Francisco had each passed their own rules requiring electric bus fleets, despite the Los Angeles Times reporting that some electric buses have broken down in the city. Albuquerque, New Mexico had to cancel a contract with Chinese electric bus manufacturer BYD over safety concerns with the vehicles’ batteries and chargers. The city ordered a fleet of 20, but their performance was so poor the city canceled the order and switched back to natural gas and diesel.

Death Threat Sends Bellwether Conservative Radio Host Into Hiding

In another sign of our intensifying cold civil war that threatens to go hot, the Internet’s most-streamed terrestrial talk-radio host has been forced to change locations owing to a credible death threat. Sent via e-mail, the would-be killer warned a restaurant favored by the host — radio giant Michael Savage (shown) — that he’ll turn the eatery into a “shooting gallery” unless it refuses the commentator service.

Savage has received death threats before, but this one is serious enough so that city, state, and federal agencies are investigating the matter, according to the Washington Times…

In contrast, just imagine the uproar if a corresponding leftist figure received such a threat. Note that when President Trump merely renders unflattering opinion about the media (i.e., “fake news”), it’s said to threaten reporters’ safety and imperil the First Amendment. Yet we hear crickets when media figure Savage receives an actual threat.

In a way, though, Savage is the canary in the coal mine here. To understand why, consider that today is the day the host is “going dark” on some big-city radio stations, kicked off the air — apparently for ideological reasons — despite earning them millions and having high ratings…

One likely reason is that of all the high-profile media figures, Savage is the most “outside the box” — the establishment box. In fact, considered instrumental in the election of our nation’s most assailed, anti-establishment president, the radio rebel and raconteur has been dubbed “the Godfather of Trumpmania.”

(This phenomenon also explains why Fox News host Tucker Carlson was subjected to violent protests outside his home for speaking out against immigrationism.)

But what’s befalling Savage will eventually, if we remain on our cultural trajectory, be visited on other high-profile conservatives. For there’s something quite ominous occurring here.

I warned in 2012 that what everyone was still calling the “culture war” was no such thing — that war was well over.

What we were, and are now, experiencing is a pacification effort.

Dreamy Girl Ocasio-Cortez: Electric Cars for Everyone! Tax the “Tippy-Tops!” Trump’s a Racist!

If you want to know what happens when you send an over-schooled, undereducated former bartender to Congress, look no farther than Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the celebrated democratic socialist who represents New York’s 14th District.

The 14th’s voters, Powerline’s Scott Johnson noted, elected an overgrown child.

She believes her socialist fantasies with the innocence of a little girl who puts her first lost tooth under the pillow, and likewise innocently believes she’s unique and courageous and forward-thinking.

Speaking to her for 60 Minutes, Anderson Cooper inadvertently divulged what a shallow mind is at work. All will be well if we stop using fossil fuels, tax the rich at 70 percent, and by the way, President Trump is a racist.

Kellyanne Conway Destroys ‘Smart Ass’ Jim Acosta Over Trump Address

‘A lot of these people don’t like you,’ she said of his media colleagues

White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway tore into CNN senior reporter Jim Acosta on Tuesday over his “smart ass” question asking if President Trump would tell the truth during his upcoming Oval Office address on border security.

“Can you promise that the President will tell the truth tonight?” Acosta asked Conway.

“Yes Jim. Do you promise that you will? The whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you God?” she replied. “Am I allowed to mention God to you?”

“By the way, this is why I am one of the only people around here who even gives you the time of day…let me get back in your face because you’re such a smart ass most of the time and you want this to go viral. A lot of these people don’t like you,” she added, pointing to the other members of the media.

“I was on your network 25 or 26 times in 2018, I’m one of the last people here who even bothered to go on, and the disrespect that you to showed me personally, I’ll just look passed.”

“Ma’am —” Acosta began.

“And don’t call me ‘ma’am’ to make it up,” Conway added before answering other questions from the media.

Left Ramps up Attacks on Lead Plaintiff in Lawsuit Against Boulder Gun Law

The day after Boulder enacted its anti-gun law in May banning “assault” rifles, large-capacity magazines and “bump stocks,” Jon Caldera joined with the Boulder (Colorado) Rifle Club, a member of the University of Colorado Shooting Team, and others to file suit against it.

The suit claimed the law violated numerous federal, state, and local laws, and for that Caldera and his school-age daughter are taking heat. US Telecoms ‘Selling Cellphone Data Showing User Locations in Real Time’

American telecommunications giants are selling access to their customers’ location data, leaving them exposed to being tracked by bounty hunters and others, a disturbing report by Motherboard has revealed.

T-Mobile, Sprint, and AT&T are reportedly among the companies whose data is being used to track phone locations, leaving mobile network users exposed without their knowledge.

US telecommunication companies sell user data to aggregator companies who then sell this information in turn to their own customers. The data can then be re-sold on the black market, where it could fall into the hands of criminals, stalkers and others.

Motherboard reporter Joseph Cox paid a bounty hunter to geolocate a target’s T-Mobile phone in his investigation into the location tracking practice. The bounty hunter’s contact was able to track the phone to the correct Queens neighborhood within a few hundred meters of its location. This was done without any hacking or previous knowledge of the owner’s location.

T-Mobile shared user location data with a data aggregator company called Zumigo, which shares information with another company called Microbilt. Microbilt sells phone geolocation services to a number of private industries, like property managers, bail bondsmen and roadside assistance, company documents and sources revealed to Motherboard.

Award Winning Journalist Exposes Wifi Disaster in Canadian Public School That Injured Dozens of Children

“Two children have dropped dead in Simcoe County Schools since Wi-Fi was installed…” ~Rodney Palmer

Wireless technology is largely seen as benevolent and kind. Any danger to our health is typically passed off to the next generation to figure out, regardless of the consequences that have happened already. This story has played out many times in the past, whether it be DDT, cigarettes, or leaded paint. However, as Wifi proliferates throughout our schools with potential dangers for our children’s health, some are courageous enough to fight back against this under-studied science.

Rodney Palmer, an award-winning Canadian journalist and Communications Advisor at the Safe School Comittee, has been speaking out about the dangers of Wifi in public schools since at least 2010. In a presentation to the Royal Society of Canada, he spoke about a wifi disaster at a public elementary school that injured dozens of students. The story is quite remarkable.

“When the schools installed the wifi, we found out that at least four children had erratic tachycardia [fast or irregular heart rate] that confounded their doctors and they were wearing heart monitors to school. The older children…told us they had blackouts in certain areas of the school.” — Rodney Palmer

Do children have a particularly low resistance to wireless radiation? According to Rodney Palmer, many school-aged children report a negative reaction from exposure to Wifi since its introduction to public schools. These children cite headaches, irregular heart rate, and blackouts as potential reactions to the technology.

Sharia Law Political Party Must Not be Allowed

The Islamic Party of Ontario (IPO) has officially reserved its name with Elections Ontario, and is part-way along the path towards becoming an official party.

According to their website, the soon-to-be party will be guided in its policy formation by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which starts with, ‘Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law” — and we are further informed that “The Islamic Party of Ontario believes in ‘Supremacy of God’ and understands that it is our constitutional requirement to make all the rule of laws of Provinces and Federal in obedience and according to the will of God.”

That might sound harmless enough, but they are not referring to “our” God, they are referring to “their” God — and there is an immense difference between the two.

Indeed, it might be fair to say that the IPO intends to gut and shred our rights and freedoms by installing and enforcing Sharia Law in Ontario. More explicitly, we are informed that “(The) Qur’an is the latest and final edition of divine books that provides complete guidance to all mankind in all walks of life that include politics and governance under the belief of Supremacy of God… All other Books of God are now obsolete after the final revelation of God, the Quran.”

And, finally, “Qur’an and Sunnah are the two sources of guidance given by God, the Creator of human beings and the whole universe, to shape our private and public life both… Islamic Party of Ontario sets its policy of governance, economy, social justice, human dignity, healthcare, family life, environment, and justice, etc. according to the Qur’an and Sunnah… Islamic Party of Ontario believes in the rights and freedoms of all faith and religious beliefs to practice their faith in their private lives, and the establishment of places of worship with full protection of life, wealth, and dignity… To achieve the objective, Islamic Party of Ontario will follow the peaceful and democratic means provided by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom.”

Thoughtcrime and Punishment: A Year of Shunning and Law Suits at a Canadian University

In late 2017, I found myself at the centre of a controversy at Wilfrid Laurier University, where I was an M.A. student and teaching assistant (TA) in the Communication Studies department. As many readers will know, this material featured University of Toronto professor Jordan Peterson making the argument against alternative gender pronoun usage, as well as Sexual Diversity educator Nicholas Matte’s arguments encouraging their use.

Because I chose not to disavow Peterson’s views before airing the clip, I was brought into a subsequent disciplinary meeting.

Toronto Synagogue Backs Out of Hosting Conference on Threats to Freedom: It’s ‘Islamophobic’

“A prominent synagogue in Toronto,” reports the Canadian Jewish News, has pulled out of a controversial event that it was scheduled to host in March.” The conference was set to focus on three threats to freedom: “[T]he radical left, radical Islamists and the radical right.” However, “after the event was criticized due to some controversial figures who were scheduled to speak at it, the congregation withdrew, citing security concerns.”

Trudeau’s Support for Islamists a Warning to America

Many Canadians (and others) are starting to believe that Prime Minister Trudeau’s position on reintegrating and deradicalizing ISIS fighters is unreasonable, if not delusional. Canada’s “Centre for Community Engagement and Deradicalization” has no leader and no deradicalization centre. Nor does it appear to have plans for a program which could operate inside or outside of government. It is also not clear that the law of Canada could force a returning ISIS fighter to attend such a program, even if it did exist. In France, a similar government sponsored program was a failure.

A Century of Disorder

by Srdja Trifkovic

The Paris Peace Conference opened at the Palace of Versailles 100 years ago (January 18, 1919). It was the most ambitious gathering of its kind in history: Leaders and diplomats of 27 nations convened to shape the future, a mere ten weeks after the Armistice. Far from reestablishing order in Europe and the world after over four years of unprecedented carnage and destruction, however, it produced a flawed treaty that contained the seeds of another, even more destructive war a generation later.

A major weakness of the Versailles system was that two great European powers were not present. Germany and her allies were excluded until after the details of all the peace treaties had been agreed upon by the Big Four—France, Britain, the United States, and Italy—and presented as faits accomplis to each of them separately. Russia was not invited because the Bolsheviks had signed their separate peace with the Central Powers at Brest-Litovsk in March 1918.

Brest-Litovsk was an important precursor of Versailles. Ludendorff’s generals had formulated extremely harsh terms that were seen as excessive even by the German civilian negotiators. This convinced the Entente powers that no reasonable agreement could be reached with Germany, and that they had to fight for an outright victory. By imposing a Carthaginian peace on Russia, the Germans ensured that they could not count on anyone’s lenience when things went wrong for them. When they later complained that Versailles was too harsh, the Allies could point out that it was in fact far less brutal than the terms imposed on Russia.

Multiculturalism and the Transformation of Britain in 2018: Part II

July 2018

July 1. Mubarek Ali, a 35-year-old former ringleader of a Telford child sex abuse gang, was sent back to prison after breaching the terms of his parole. In 2012, Ali was sentenced to 22 years in prison for child prostitution offenses, but was automatically released in 2017 after serving only five years. Telford MP Lucy Allan said there are “many questions to be answered” about why Ali was released, and also about how the justice system treats so-called grooming cases:

“Now he is back in jail, justice demands that he must serve the remainder of his sentence in custody; anything less would show a casual disregard for the nature of his crimes and for the victims whose lives he changed forever.”

UK: Brexit Reveal: No Deal Brexit is ‘Most Realistic Scenario’ Says Former Brexit Minister

A no deal Brexit is currently the “most realistic scenario” for the UK, claims David Jones. The former Brexit Minister also argued that no deal is “manageable” and something that the Government is “preparing for”. Mr Jones told the BBC: “To be realistic at the moment I think that no deal is the most likely option. I think that what the Government has to prepare for, in fact is preparing for, is no deal.”

UK: Remainer Speaker Bends Rules So MPs Can Vote to Disrupt No Deal Brexit

Members of Parliament have challenged Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow for allowing a vote on an amendment intended to derail a “No Deal” Brexit, in what may be construed as a breach of Commons precedent.

It is widely expected that Prime Minister Theresa May’s EU Withdrawal Agreement will be voted down next week, which would leave No Deal as the default Brexit option. Current rules dictate that Mrs May would have to make a statement within 21 days on the Government’s plan of action, with a Commons vote in the following seven days.

UK: Remainer MP Uses Paddy Ashdown Death to Push Anti-Brexit Message

Liberal Democrat MP Layla Moran used the passing of her former party leader Paddy Ashdown as an opportunity to make an anti-Brexit point.

At the first Prime Minister’s Questions in the House of Commons following the Christmas break, Ms Moran said, “I’d also like to add my own sadness at the passing of Paddy and in his final weeks, he was very concerned by the way that Brexit would play into Britain’s place in the world.”

Following her comment, Brexiteer Tory MP Andrew Bridgen remarked “from the grave!” with some MPs responding “shame!”

Former Israeli Cabinet Minister Sentenced to 11 Years in Prison for Espionage

A former Israeli cabinet minister once jailed on drug-smuggling charges has now been convicted of spying for arch-foe Iran.

Under a plea bargain, Gonen Segev was sentenced to 11 years in prison for espionage and relaying information to the enemy, the Justice Ministry said. A court hearing to approve the sentencing will take place on Feb. 11. The remaining details of the case are under gag order, the ministry said.

UNRWA is a Racist Obscenity

Through UNRWA, the Palestinians have received 25 times more aid per capita than did the whole of Europe to rebuild their shattered countries after World War II And yet, many decades later, Palestinians still use the victimhood card of poverty and statelessness, even though massive funding flows through the hands of the Palestinian Authority and Hamas.

UNWRA is the only UN refugee agency dedicated to a single group of people. They do not solve the refugee problem. They inflate it. One needs to ask why. Palestinians do not absorb their refugees. Instead, with cooperation from UNWRA, they increase their refugee numbers with each generation. Compare this to Israel that absorbed more refugees from Arab and Muslim countries than the number of Arabs fleeing the Arab-inflicted wars against the Jewish State.

Apologists for Extremism in the West

As someone who grew up in fundamentalist Muslim countries, the continuing spread in the West of apologists for sharia law is, to say the least, intriguing. It is, of course, good-hearted to wish people from other cultures to feel welcome. Many of these apologists, however, have no first-hand experience of how it feels actually to live in that part of the world or to be a victim of day-by-day radical Islam. What is painful is that although many of these apologists have never lived under Islamist rules, they often act as if they had.

First, as Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan correctly said, “There is no moderate Islam; Islam is Islam.”

Russian Patriarch Says Smart Phones Are Herald of Antichrist

The leader of the Russian Orthodox Church said that the Antichrist will run the “world wide web” and that powerful data-gathering devices are a harbinger of his arrival.

In an interview aired Monday on Russian state television, Patriarch Kirill said that the church does not oppose technological advances but warned against “falling into slavery” to smartphones.

The patriarch expressed concern that with the proliferation of cell phones “someone can know exactly where you are, know exactly what you are interested in, know exactly what you are afraid of” and that this knowledge of “location, interests, and fears” could be employed for centralized world domination.

[Comment: Technically, he is 100% correct. Very likely that through hi-tech data trails people leave that anti-globalsits and conservatives are being tagged for culling should leftists (ie communists) come to power in western countries. It is the SOP for communists. When communists took over eastern european countries, the natives were shocked at how quickly the commies swooped in and rounded up people. This was because the commies used long term intelligence to build a list of anti-communists prior to communist invasion.]

China Faces ‘Unstoppable’ Population Decline, India May Already be World’s Most Populous Country

Russia Today: China’s population is set to peak at 1.44 billion in 2029 before beginning an “unstoppable” decline in 2030, according to a shocking new report. Data hints that India may already be the most populous country in the world.

According to the ‘Green Book of Population and Labor’ published by the China Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) on Friday, growth in China’s working population has stagnated. Meanwhile, the country’s “dependency rate” (the population of non-working people including children and the elderly) is predicted to increase for decades to come in a trend which will have a far-reaching socioeconomic impact on the world’s most populous country.

“For the Chinese population, the most important demographic event in the first half of the 21st century is without a doubt the arrival of the era of negative population growth,” the report’s authors added.

The country’s birth rate fell by 3.5 percent in 2017 despite an end to the highly controversial “one-child policy.” However, this policy shift, in combination with a rising proportion of retirees thru 2060 will further exacerbate the dependency rate: at present, China’s elderly population is projected to reach 400 million by the end of 2035.

‘Hate Speech’ Convictions Soar Tenfold as Sweden Cracks Down on Migration Critics

Head of online hate speech monitoring group “Näthatsgranskaren” Tomas Åberg receives tax funds for mass reporting pensioners and others who write critically about migration on Facebook.

And now he claims that his reports to the police have resulted in almost 150 hate speech convictions.

The group also states that its state-financed operations have led to a tenfold increase in the number of hate speech convictions in Sweden, reports Fria Tider.

Over the year, they further “researched, collaborated, and lectured on, among others, the Council of Europe’s conference on criminal online hate speech”, they claim.

The authority MUCF, which finances left-wing extremist organisations such as Expo, has so far granted just over €150.000 in contributions to the Online Hate Speech Monitor.

The group is run by Tomas Åberg, who a few years ago was investigated for extensive animal cruelty but escaped charges by avoiding being served the lawsuit.

Prosecutors Investigate Legality of Dutch Christians Affirming Traditional Marriage

Prosecutors in the Netherlands have opened an investigation to determine whether Christians have violated Dutch law by signing the “Nashville Statement” affirming traditional marriage.

Last week, some 250 Dutch Christian leaders, including the leader of the SGP Christian party, signed the statement after it was translated into Dutch and posted on the internet.

As Breitbart News reported, leading Evangelical Christians published the Nashville Statement in August 2017. The manifesto reaffirmed Christian teaching on God’s creation of human beings as male and female, rejecting attempts to normalize “gender fluidity” based on “autonomous preferences.”

Using the Climate to Transform the World

Despite the growing skepticism over “climate science” and “climate action” that threatened to upend the whole narrative, leading globalists doubled down. They also came out of the closet when it comes to the real agenda. As the summit kicked off, UN Secretary-General António Guterres declared that “climate action” offers a “compelling path to transform our world.” Even your “mind” must be transformed, he said. Many other proud socialists, communists, and globalists also called for using the man-made global-warming hypothesis to transform the world. And they are not kidding.

Leaders at the UN summit worked to exploit alarmism over the climate to restructure every aspect of human life. The sought-after global transformation will also involve more government promotion of feminism, planetary taxes on emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2), and so much more, explained Guterres, a longtime socialist leader who led the Socialist International, an incredibly powerful global coalition of socialist and communist parties, before becoming UN boss. He also ludicrously claimed hurricanes that struck the Caribbean last year were “emergencies” that “are preventable,” as if hurricanes were caused by refusal to submit to carbon taxes quickly enough.

Website Sells Prosthetic Genitalia for Transgender Kids

The movement to normalize transgenderism continues to target children, this time with a website that sells genital prosthetics for children who suffer from gender dysphoria and identify as transgender. (Of course, the site makes no mention of gender dysphoria because that would mean it has to admit that transgenderism is merely a symptom of a psychological problem.) According to the TransKids website, the site is “a safe and affirming place where helping your kids live fully and embodied is our only goal.”

The website for the company explains that Transkids.biz seeks to provide a “space dedicated to providing young folks with gender expression gear and resources.” The online store sells garments and prosthetics designed for young children between ages eight and 13. It also sells transgender children’s books like A Girl Like Any Other and Backwards Day. The site also features a “Book Suggestions” section that recommends readers read books such as Who are you? The Kid’s Guide to Gender Identity, Be Who You Are, Are You a Boy or a Girl? and I am Jazz.

According to The Daily Wire, the company is affiliated with FTM Essentials, an online store for biological women who identify as men, and its parent company is an erotica shop in Chicago called Early to Bed.

  1. So China’s population will begin to shrink?

Send in the Afrcian moslem hordes; it is claimed to be a great fix for a shrinking population.

    • After hydrogen, they are the second most common thing in the solar system.

  2. So the French authorities want to ban the wear of masks at protests? Does this apply to antifa losers as well?

Those wanting to preserve their anonymity should start wearing niqabs to protests; maybe some french entrepeneur can create some bright yellow ones for this purpose. Force the French government to also ban islamic and islamic inspired headwear…

    • It’s not an easy one; unmasked faces, “live” or on cctv, may make it easier for the authorities to identify, and archive images of, legitimate, peaceful protestors whose politics are unacceptable to the authorities.

On the other hand, as I’ve observed on relatively uncontrovertial demos (eg in defence of the NHS), it’s the radical socialists- antifa and the like- who go masked, so on balance, I’d ban such face coverings at demos.

      • The Chinese have their face recognition system nearly in full operation in all public spaces and I would imagine when our own systems are up and running, face covering laws will come into effect – except for moslems.

  3. Regarding the radio blacklisting of Michael Savage in several large cities for ideological reasons, I suggest a possible means to fight this would be a boycott of all radio in the affected cities.

Radio stations make their money off of advertising, and by all accounts Savage made his syndicator, Westwood One a pretty nice pile of dough. A blanket refusal to listen to any radio stations in the affected markets where Savage is being dropped would be enough to hurt advertising for all syndicators, and those not involved would exert far more effective pressure on Westwood to reinstate than any ineffective traditional effort like letter writing or phone call campaigns, since the loss of advertising dollars would affect them all.

I am not a big fan of boycott campaigns, however this banning for ideological reasons needs to be squashed and squashed hard. It is the most effective tool that the Left has, and a look at many of the migrant infested European nations in terminal decline should be enough to convince anyone with a brain how effective a tool banning ideas and those who express them can be.

    • I agree. Boycott.

If I remember correctly, several years ago he was physically assaulted inside or just outside of that restaurant.

Actually, I am surprised that Michael is still receiving such nasty backlash.

It seems to me that when he switched to Westwood several years ago, he bacame much more sedate and railed against islam far less. I used to look forward to his shouting and those excellent and hilarious yiddish insults.
I suspect his new management wanted a more palatable show for a larger audience.
But he’s still worth listening to, every minute of it.

    • A big problem is that as corporations become more ideological, they are driven more by ideology and less by profit. The mega-services like YouTube and Twitter are deplatforming some of their most lucrative accounts.

Paradoxically, the huge capitalist corporations with the Marxist philosophy are refuting Marx in that they are acting out of “principle” rather than for maximized profits…although they make more than enough profits. It’s a spotlight on the corruption of the Justice Department that they can get away with flouting the anti-trust laws. Anti-trust does not ban monopolies, but it penalized using the position of monopoly to consciously manipulate the market. Arbitrary de-platforming seems to me to be prima facie market manipulation.

      • “….as corporations become more ideological, they are driven more by ideology and less by profit.”

Excellent point and so boycotting becomes less effective unless it is large enough to dent profits to the point that the shareholders demand answers.

There is now underway a sort of growing boycotting of facebook as people close their accounts due to the increasingly commercialisation of it and the privacy concerns. I myself have recently closed my account for these reasons. The shareholders are now openly demanding solutions to this problem.

I wonder if such large corporations are able to write-off such de-platforming losses as legitimate business losses? The financial impact upon such businesses would then be lessened and become less of a concern for them.

      • “Arbitrary de-platforming seems to me to be prima facie market manipulation.”

I like this line of thought.

I would like to see this issue gain traction in the public and government sphere. I think a case could be made to battle this with legislation by the gov’t and within the courts by individuals and small groups.

  4. Mr. Philippe wants to pass legislation making it illegal to wear masks at rallies.

    Will that include the police?

  5. “pass legislation making it illegal to wear masks at rallies”

But what about those nice guys from antifa? Will they have to beat “islamophobes” with their faces showing? Poor things…

  6. “a synagogue in Toronto has cancelled its hosting of a conference on threats to freedom, saying that it would have been “Islamophobic”.”

Nowadays The Monty Phyton Flying Circus would not be a comedy show, it would be the 6 o’clock news.

    • In Canada, it is already.

Trudeau changes his wardrobe so often you’d think he was performing skits, in drag.

  7. re: ‘Hate Speech’ Convictions Soar Tenfold As Sweden Cracks Down On Migration Critics

The UK: RISE of the Anarcho-Tyranny STATE
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUEOmlPM08A

Samuel Francis … introduced the word “anarcho-tyranny”… “we refuse to control real criminals (that’s the anarchy) so we control the innocent (that’s the tyranny).”… While the government functions normally, violent crime remains a constant, creating a climate of fear (anarchy) … While this problem rages on, government elites concentrate their interests on law-abiding citizens.

    • Perhaps such a system will be viewed, if not so already, as a cost-cutting measure. That is, that the gov’t can simply use or allow the thugs to keep the citizens in check. Stalin did this with great effect in the gulags especially, where the Russian gangsters would often be used to run some of the camps. It was cheap and effective.

For this reason I believe municipalities will increasingly allow moslem sharia patrols of neighbourhoods.

      • Municipalities will allow sharia patrols out of self-preservation. If a region has enough moslems that it can support sharia patrols then it has enough moslems that the local politicians have to worry about the very real threat of bodily harm to themselves and their families should they denounce and try to curb such practices.

By the time a region is that far gone that local moslems can wield power visibly, it likely is far enough gone that it can wield power politically. An example would be Minneapolis or parts of Michigan such as Ypsilanti. At that point, nothing short of genocide can excise the infection, and the threat to the personal safety of non muslim public figures becomes serious enough that they must choose to either look the other way to abuses, or resign from public life out of fear of person safety.

  8. re: Multiculturalism and the Transformation of Britain in 2018: Part II

So, if the ringleader was out of jail after only 5 years of a 22 yr. sentence, can we assume the rest of the child abusers are also out..???

I have to admit that I am completely flabergasted at the light sentences given in parts of Europe for child sexual assault. Europe has always been more lenient with most things sexual compared to us in North America, but it is incomprehensible that sex crimes against children are also taken more lightly. I presume it is mainly the establishment which has devalued such crimes and not the average citizen.

Although a friend of mine in Spain says that in the smaller communities of his country any man committing such crimes would be severely beaten by the other men of the community, before being turned over to the police.
