Economic Overview for 2019

As we enter 2019, the Federal Reserve is once again in the headlines for increasing interest rates. The Fed’s increase is what is responsible for the upsy-downsy stock market, not President Trump’s tariffs (though the fake media will tell you otherwise).

There are three important things to remember about the Federal Reserve System: 1) It is a private corporation and is not part of the government; 2) It is merely a wholesaler of financial services and does nothing that cannot be done by the United States Treasury Department; 3) American taxpayers are responsible for the unlawful debts accumulated by the Federal Reserve.

“Well,” you may say to yourself, “it’s only fair that we pay for Social Security and our highway system and all of the things that cause the national debt, isn’t it?”

You might want to take a look at the loans that have nothing to do with America and its well-being before being so generous with your forgiveness:

A 2006 audit showed that during the period from December 1, 2007 through July 21, 2010 the Fed made $16 trillion dollars in loans (our total national debt is $21 trillion) to US banks and corporations and to foreign banks.

Foreign banks? That’s right… foreign banks. The bank bailout of September 2008 was nothing compared to secret loans made by the Federal Reserve System about which the Congress was never informed.

British Spy Confesses He Was Hired by the Democrats to Sabotage Trump

The now famous Christopher Steele, a former intelligence agent from Britain’s MI6, their military intelligence agency who authored the Trump-Russia “dirty dossier,” admitted in in a London courtroom that the Democratic Party’s favorite law firm, Perkins Coie, contracted him to sabotage a Donald Trump administration should he win the presidency in 2016.

Steele stated that the law firm of Perkins Coie wished to be prepared to challenge the results of the Nov. 6, 2016 election with evidence which he claims he uncovered that proved the Trump campaign conspired with President Vladimir Putin to “steal the election” from Mrs. Clinton.

While Mrs. Clinton and other players during the Obama presidency had more contact with the Russians during a uranium deal that gave a whopping 20 percent of U.S. uranium to a Russian company, the mainstream news media decided to aid Hillary and her minions by zeroing in on Trump and his transition team and then his cabinet members.

Establishment Republicans Thwart Our President’s Promises

A majority of Republicans front for America’s enemies. Why? Because 90 to 95 percent of them belong to the same globalist cabal as the Democrat party socialists.

John McManus’s book, William F. Buckley: Pied Piper for the Establishment thoroughly explains the destruction of old right conservative Republicans by Buckley, a CFR member, CIA agent, and Skull and Bones member. Dubbed the Godfather of neoconservatism, Irving Kristol, a longtime Trotskyite, was Buckley’s partner in crime. Irving was the father of Bill Kristol whose anti-Trump magazine, the Weekly Standard, finally closed. Link

Buckley advocated the legalization of marijuana, approved the Panama Canal giveaway, repeatedly called for national service for youth, smeared Pat Buchanan, pushed for foreign aid giveaways to Russia, favored legalized prostitution, supported adoption of the Brady Bill gun control measure, and endorsed “gay rights” legislation. Seems as though if you have built a reputation as a conservative, you can get away with being as liberal as you want.

Journalist Irving Kristol published the magazine, Encounter, which received covert funding from the Central Intelligence Agency after the CIA and MI6 discussed the founding of an “Anglo-American left-of-center publication.

Phyllis Schlafly understood the destruction only too well when she wrote A Choice Not an Echo regarding the Rockefeller “Kingmakers.”

Like John Birch Society’s President Emeritus, John McManus, Schlafly accused “the secret kingmakers” of the Republican party of constantly undermining conservative champions like Robert Taft and Barry Goldwater and using back-door deals to ensure the victory of compromising candidates like Wendell Willkie and Dwight Eisenhower. Neo-cons Buckley and Kristol along with the Rockefeller Republicans have stabbed us in the back…

Regarding the southern border wall funding, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has already refused to use the nuclear option where a simple majority is enough, rather than the required 60 votes. Senate Majority Leader McConnell and his wife, Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao make millions through Chao’s father who owns a Chinese shipping company, so McConnell has no desire to help Trump in any fashion.

Republican Sens. Jeff Flake (AZ) and Lamar Alexander (TN) immediately announced that they would not vote for the nuclear option. Both are Trotskyites (slow Marxists). Link Alexander is retiring, but his good friend, our corrupt Tennessee Republican Governor Bill Haslam, who refused to vote for Trump, will run for Alexander’s spot and retain it for dozens of years, once again giving no support to old right conservatives.

Harry Reid certainly had no trouble using the Nuclear Option in 2013 to fill district courts with Obama’s nominees, those same judges who now stop every executive order by President Trump to protect American citizens from invaders.

How Mitt Romney is Plotting His Revenge on Trump

On the most recent edition of our America’s Survival TV show, investigative journalist Steve Baldwin described Romney’s record of fake conservatism and how he could posture as a reasonable Republican. “He portrayed himself during his campaigns as a conservative,” Baldwin said of Romney, “but his record as governor [of Massachusetts] was very, very weak. In fact, he led the country on three of the left’s most cherished issues — cap and trade, gay marriage, and socialized medicine. Some of this legislation served as a model for national versions of those same policies. He really is the leader of the RINOs in America today. With the Senate barely under Republican control, Romney is now in a position to break off a few key senators and cause Trump trouble as Trump pursues an America First agenda.”

In an article headlined, “How Mitt Romney could wind up running the United States 6 years after losing the presidential election,” Elaine Kamarck noted, “Republican Senator Romney will have what no other Republican Senator currently has, a Republican constituency that does not like President Trump. Trump came in third in the Republican primary in Utah in 2016 and in the general election a large number of voters voted for the independent and Mormon conservative Evan McMullin, rather than pull the lever for Trump or Hillary.” McMullin, a former CIA operations officer, received 21 percent of the vote, compared to 45 percent for Trump and 27 percent for Hillary.

Baldwin, former California legislator and executive director of the Council for National Policy, wrote an entire book on Romney that was ultimately rejected by a conservative publishing house that was fearful of offending establishment Republicans. In one of the chapters, “The Buying of a Movement,” he alleged that Romney captured the 2012 GOP presidential nomination not only by falsely advertising himself as a conservative but by funneling donations from his family foundation to influential conservative groups.

Mass Exodus: More People Left New Jersey Than Any Other State in 2018

Over the last four decades, United Van Lines has published its National Movers Study, which tracks customers’ state-to-state migration trends over the past year, revealed a mass exodus of residents from New Jersey than any other state in 2018.

Last year, New Jersey displaced Illinois to take the top spot on the list of most-moved from states. According to the study, 66.8% of New Jersey’s moves in 2018 were outbound, the highest rate across the country.

‘Survival Crimes’

The latest fad in criminal-justice activism is the concept of “survival crime.”

The theory holds that the homeless, the poor, and people of color commit property crimes and low-level infractions in order to secure their basic survival. Any enforcement of these laws is thus a violation of their basic human rights and should be relaxed—that is, local governments should stop enforcing any laws that “criminalize homelessness” and “criminalize poverty.”

Survival crime theory is the flipside of Broken Windows theory. They deal with the same class of offenses—mainly property crime, drug possession, and public nuisances—in precisely the opposite way. Broken Windows theory argues that everyone is responsible for their own behavior and that, if we permit low-level crimes, it will lead to a general breakdown in law and order. Survival-crime theory, by contrast, argues that local governments should decriminalize these offenses because vulnerable individuals have been compelled by social conditions to commit them.

The idea of “survival crime” is not new, and has floated around in academic circles for decades. And for people living in a slum in Caracas, Peshawar, or Khartoum, there might be a moral argument that stealing food for oneself or one’s family is a justified “survival crime.” But the United States isn’t Venezuela, Pakistan, or Sudan. The federal government currently spends more than $1 trillion a year on anti-poverty programs, including general assistance, food stamps, housing vouchers, SSI, and WIC. Every city in America has a network of churches, food banks, and charities that offer direct assistance. And, more broadly, we’re living in an era of record-low unemployment and, in cities like San Francisco, New York, and Seattle, record-high minimum wages.

The problem is that cities like Seattle and San Francisco have not just “decriminalized homelessness” or “decriminalized poverty”—they have increasingly decriminalized crime.[…]

Fighting the Juggernaut

“In those dark hours [for the French in World War One], that vision of France as a generous nation, of France as a project, of France promoting universal values, was the exact opposite of the egotism of a people who look after only their interests, because patriotism is the exact opposite of nationalism: nationalism is a betrayal of it.” — President Macron of France, flatulating on Armistice Day, November 11, 2018

“The beginning of any society is never charming or gentle.” — Franca Bettoia, as Ruth Collins, in “The Last Man on Earth,” 1964

“The Last Man on Earth” was a Vincent Price movie made in 1964. The year before the beginning of the end. In 1965, all of our restrictive immigration laws were dismantled, in accordance with ushering in a new era of civil rights, and, in many ways, I personally date all subsequent historical events using that milestone. Even in 1965, as a child, I understood that this was a watershed moment, and one ominous in its implications.

Few others had the same forebodings. America, people reasoned, was strong, invincible, and confident. With promises from politicians that the demographics and politics of the U.S. would remain unaltered, our nation’s gates were flung open to the world.

They lied, as the evidence of our own eyes verifies, and, forty years later, I entered the lobby of a local library and encountered an ancient woman diligently yanking down public notices from a bulletin board. When I asked what she was doing, she smiled, and said, in accented English, “These notices are written in ten different languages, translations paid for with my tax dollars. If someone had the right to put them up on a public board, I have the same right to pull them down. Let them learn English, as I did.” As I pondered the woman’s response, she trundled out the door and down the street, away from the scene of her mischief.

She turned out to be Colette Berger, an immigrant herself, a woman who resided in a house whose roof was visible from my own residence. In our next encounter, I observed her at the supermarket, hiding Spanish language magazines behind English publications. Again, the smile of a disobedient child, and a quip: “If I’d wanted to live in Guatemala, I’d have gone to live there.”

France in Free Fall

Strasbourg, France. Christmas market. December 11th, 8pm. A man shouting, “Allahu Akbar” (“Allah is the greatest”) shoots at passersby, then wounds several with a knife. He murders three people on the spot and wounds a dozen others, some severely. Two will later die of their wounds. The murderer escapes. Two days later, the police shoot him dead.

He was known to the police. When members of the General Directorate of Internal Security and some gendarmes came to his home a few hours earlier, he had escaped. Although they knew he was an armed and dangerous Islamist ready to act, and that Christmas markets had been, and could be, likely targets, no surveillance was in place.

Never Again! Until the Next Time: The Greatest Deception

There is an eight hundred pound gorilla on the world stage and nearly every political leader in the world, save Trump, Ader of Hungary, and Duda of Poland, plus a few more, refuse to acknowledge its presence. It is getting really awkward for Macron, Merkel, and May. The atrocities that they have allowed to be committed against their citizenry by this gorilla deny reason. Can open revolt In France, Germany, and the United Kingdom be too far off?

Stated simply, world leaders who advocate for the continued freedom of this gorilla to behave in any way it desires are either deceived or being paid to downplay what is clearly a war against Western civilization. I believe it is some of both but mostly deception. Somehow, Western leaders believe they can contain the cancer that is Islam.

What kind of blindness is this? How can political leaders who rise through the cesspool of maneuvering to reach national prominence not understand what Islam is? The message of Islam is simple: convert or die. There is no ambiguity within Islam. This is why I say that the world and especially the leaders of the world’s nations, save a few, are completely deceived. This deception is satanic. Let me explain.

Researchers Just Named a Brand New Species of (Probably) Extinct Shark

It’s a brand new year, and with it comes a brand new shark. Well, not new exactly, but newly discovered. In fact, it hasn’t even been spotted in the wild for nearly a century.

It’s called a Carcharhinus obsolerus, or simply a Lost shark for obvious reasons. Researchers looked at three specimens that were preserved in ethanol way back in the ‘30s, which, at the time, were thought to be Borneo sharks. Interestingly, the Borneo shark was thought to be extinct until one was documented in 2004.

Upon closer examination, however, the researchers found that the three sharks had a few differences: the morphology of the teeth and the shape of the nose and eyes.

Key Democrat Admits Trump Has Authority to Declare National Emergency to Build Wall

Democratic Rep. Adam Smith (D-WA), chair of the House Armed Services Committee, admitted that President Trump has the authority to declare a national emergency and have the military build a wall along the US-Mexico border.

ABC‘s “This Week” host George Stephanopoulos asked Smith “Does President Trump have the ability, have the authority to declare a national emergency and have the military build his wall?”

“Well, unfortunately, the short answer is yes,” replied Smith. “There is a provision in the law that says the president can declare an emergency. It’s been done a number of times, but primarily it’s been done to build facilities in Afghanistan and Iraq. In this case, I think the president would be wide open to a court challenge saying, where is the emergency? You have to establish that in order to do this. Beyond that, this would be a terrible use of Department of Defense dollars.”

MADRID (AP) — Spain’s maritime rescue service says it has saved 549 migrants trying to cross the Mediterranean Sea.

The service says its craft intercepted six small smuggling boats carrying a total of 350 migrants on Saturday in waters east of the Strait of Gibraltar.

On Sunday another 199 migrants were pulled from five different boats, including two tiny inflatable boats meant for small bodies of water or near the beach. One of those tiny recreational boats was carrying four children. The other was packed with 10 adults.

  1. Survival Crimes:

An elderly woman in my city complained that local homeless were abusing her home.

There was a homeless woman using a propane BBQ on the old ladies’ porch each night to keep warm. A homeless man who was keeping his collection of stolen store items under her porch and a growing number of men banging at her door each night demanding food.

    The police advice?

    1. Don’t answer the door
    2. If it becomes worse, move to another neighbourhood

All this in a nice middle class area which until only a few years ago had zero homeless people.

These folks were only doing what was necessary to survive; old, selfish hag…

  2. That Doberman in Sweden also seems to have suffered a knife accident at the hands of followers of the religion of pieces. And one would not be too surprised if it had been molested as well.

It never ceases to amaze me how the brutal rapes and beheadings of two young, foolish scandinavian women does not arouse the Swedish population, yet the torture and killing of an animal does. Swedes seem to value a dog more highly than a woman; at least islam sees women and dogs as both equally inferior.

  3. Have led a resonably Christian life so far, however to hear what Pope Franics has advocated concerning the migrants situation is quite imcomprehensible. He and his like should be locked up. He obviously has absolutely no understanding of what an open door policy is doing to the White Christian Europeans, and especially in respect to those people who follow the techings of Islam that have been swarming across Europe-75 million to date.

    • I wonder what dirt the globalists had on the Catholic Church to get them to force Benedict XVI to step down (because of ‘illness’) and put this idiot in his place…

  4. I wonder who is more disgusting, the Pope or Patriarch Kirill?
We had a few months very calmly and the Orthodox priests did not make idiotic statements. All this time they have divided the church property and the Lord God in Ukraine. (I do not follow this process).
    And here is another “pearl”.
Patriarch Kirill announces the risk of control of people by the Antichrist through the contraptions
    https://tech2.org/russia/patriarch-kirill-announces-the-risk-of-control-of-people-by-the-antichrist-through-the-contraptions-society-rbc/

These bastards squirm like in a frying pan. After all, now it is impossible to hide all their dirty deeds.

    • Christ is born, glorify Him.

Elena if, by your own admission, you do not follow the shenanigans of the Poroshenko regime and his schismatics’ scheme of establishing a non-canonical church in Ukraine, would it not be better to NOT say anything about it?
And if you think Patriarch Kirill speaking out against “contraptions” (I think you mean contraceptives) is a “pearl”, then you assume Orthodox Christians are in favour of abortions. You are mistaken and ill-informed.
My suggestion to you, if you feel the urge to comment, is that you either make only comments on things you have some knowledge of or if that is not the case, then at least inform yourself before commenting. However, the best solution would be to just say nothing.

I am following GOV for many years and never felt the urge (was annoyed enough) to comment, but you dear Elena made me do it…

    • Elena, after reading the article about the “contraptions” (sorry, I got that wrong the first time through), my question to you is still what is wrong about the Patriarch’s speech? Why do the “bastards squirm”? Do you think we have achieved the pinnacle of civilization by being addicted to iPhones? YouTube? Have you been to a mall lately and observed the people? Have you contact with young people with cell-phones?

    • I do understand that it can appear hypocritical for a religious leader in the Ukraine or Russia to criticise control of the people. I think he makes a good argument of why we should oppose the internet becoming too centralised in the hands of only a few powerful entities who can control all the information we consume.

    • This is just to inform, because obvious things are not so obvious to everybody.

“Patriarch Kirill announces the risk of control of people by the Antichrist through the contraptions”

I would not call it a “risk”, but contraception (lat: contra conceptionem / eng: counter conception) has the scope defined in its own word: to prevent birth, so it is designed for birth control, and so also for people control. This practice, the use of contraceptives, is not christian, in fact it is really against it, or in other words it is anti christian.

According to Christian religion, the sex out of marriage is the sin. But also the sex in a marriage, for the pursue of lust or for personal pleasure, is the sin. Because this is one of the 7 mortal sins, in the end, there is no need of contraceptives for one christian (except for a sinner).

        • Not really, a philosophy or an ideology does not change in regard to who he is describing it. I did not said my personal opinion on the subject, I just explained the point of the doctrine and of the principles (coherent with what Kirill and many others always said), which in this case is not that hard to understand and is quite very simple.
If a woman or a man want to do as he likes, to satisfy his personal ego and have all the pleasures he or she may like, to commit whatever sin he may find entertaining, it would not be correct to call that a Christian example. For what that matters that could be better called Epicureanism or something else.

          • I will try to answer a few questions at once.

I think that by his statement, Kirill expressed his dissatisfaction with the information society, because the unsightly deeds of the clerics became public.
(Words from one youth song: drunk pop will crush us with his car)

Actually, Cyril is not stupid pop. On some topics, he is silent. But he has several clowns who often put Muslims as an example. Confessor Rogozin (the one who destroyed the Russian space), priest Smirnov – calls for exploding in the name of Christianity

The Russian Orthodox Church is a criminal bunch of the church with the state of thieves that distracts people from the dirty work of Putin’s oligarchs.

Have you read Russian classical literature? The aristocracy was free-thinking, but the state with an iron hand spread Orthodoxy into the peasant masses.
            ================================
I am not a Christian and I am not an adherent of Abrahamism. It seems to me that the ROC is an enemy project for the idiotization of Russia. (English spies are behind him, joke)

I am good to Ukrainians, but not to the current Ukrainian government

          • Fair point, Robyn; I have a particular dispute with the Christian idea of “sin”: leaving aside God’s responsibility for making us imperfect in the first place, it takes little account of the psychological effects of heredity and environment on how humans turn out.

          • It all depends on what Christian you read regarding “sin”. That’s a slippery word, especially in the hands of those who demonize human behavior.

As for “God’s responsibility” in making us imperfect…well, would you rather have perfection or free will? Because you can’t have both.

Further, the psychological effects of heredity and environment are areas for exploration, much as quantam physics is. You want a treasure map with it all spelled out?

I like process theology, where the idea of God ‘becoming’ is similar to our own development. If “God is love” and love is a process of learning the mystery of the beloved ever more deeply, then God is always moving closer toward us…

  5. In the United States, two Muslim women who passed to Congress recently took the oath on the Koran.
Our people are interested in: what suras of the Koran did these Muslim women swear?
“..kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them”?

    • I heard both liberals and conservatives on the radio defending this action saying that it is ‘freedom of religion’.

I don’t think situations as this are what the ‘founding fathers’ had in mind.
