Gates of Vienna News Feed 11/10/2018

President Donald Trump criticized French President Emmanuel Macron’s call for a European army, which the latter said was needed, among other reasons, to defend Europe against the United States. Mr. Trump tweeted: “Very insulting, but perhaps Europe should first pay its fair share of NATO, which the U.S. subsidizes greatly!”

Meanwhile, the latest polls show that Mr. Trump’s popularity has risen further, while Mr. Macron’s has declined even further.

In other news, a member of the Lega Nord, one of the two parties in Italy’s governing coalition, said that he supports Donald Trump, and that Italy should not sign the UN migration pact.

“They’re Not Gonna S***w Rick Scott.”… Lindsey Graham Calls Out Dems…

Mixed Bad Provisional Ballots With Good Ones [Video]

Leave it to Lindsey Graham to call out the Dems for what’s going on in Florida:

“They are trying to steal this election, it’s not going to work” —Sen. Lindsey Graham calls ballot recounts a tactic by the Democrats.

As things become more and more exposed in Broward and Palm Beach counties, it makes you wonder where else the voter fraud is happening in the US.

Watch Snipes dodge questions:

We’re finding out that bad provisional ballots were mixed in with good ballots in Broward County where the notorious Brenda Snipes is in charge: According to the Miami Herald:

Broward’s elections supervisor accidentally mixed more than a dozen rejected ballots with nearly 200 valid ones, a circumstance that is unlikely to help Brenda Snipes push back against Republican allegations of incompetence.

The mistake — for which no one had a solution Friday night — was discovered after Snipes agreed to present 205 provisional ballots to the Broward County canvassing board for inspection. She had initially intended to handle the ballots administratively but agreed to present them to the canvassing board after Republican attorneys objected.

Snipes has a long history of funny business:…

America’s ‘Ministry of Truth, ‘ Part I — the Narrative

A decade before the collapse of the Soviet Union, Paul Lendvai, a Hungarian journalist, published “The Bureaucracy of Truth: How Communist Governments Manage the News,” a fascinating overview that unveiled totalitarian methods of thought control.

He quoted an item from Pravda (the USSR’s main newspaper, which means “truth” in Russian) that mandated how news industry workers must carry out their duties: “A journalist is an active fighter for the cause of the party. It is not enough for him to have good intentions, he must also have clear views, a knowledge of life and the ability to present his thoughts convincingly and brilliantly from Leninist positions.” No room for argument there. …

The American Narrative

It goes like this: America was never great. It is a country characterized by its horrible treatment of minorities, based on race, class, gender, ethnicity, and religion. Indeed, America’s record of oppression has few parallels in history, from the era when European invaders waged war against indigenous peoples to the current time dominated by assaults against minorities and women at home and innocent victims abroad. Forces of progress include all minorities as well as women who pledge fealty to their own gender and reject cultural appropriation by non-members of self-described, exclusive groups.

Anti-Trump Comedian George Lopez Slapped With Battery Charge Over ‘MAGA’ Confrontation in Hooters

Lopez was filmed suffering Trump Derangement Syndrome in public

Comedian George Lopez is headed to court on battery charges over an October “MAGA” confrontation that turned physical and was caught on camera.

A police report obtained by entertainment website TMZ confirms that a summons was delivered to the anti-Trump celebrity one day after grabbing a man’s neck inside Hooter’s restaurant in New Mexico. The incident, which was recorded with a cellphone camera, shows Mr. Lopez approaching a man while talking about “bull—t.”

Election Fraud Expert: Brenda Snipes Allowed Illegal Aliens and Felons to Vote; Illegally Destroyed Ballots

Three statewide races in Florida are headed to a recount and all depend on results from a county whose supervisor of elections has a history of losing ballots and breaking laws by allowing illegal immigrants and felons to vote, as well as illegally destroying ballots.

Broward County supervisor of elections Brenda Snipes’ office has admitted “they don’t know” how many ballots there are still to count.

Snipes’ latest failure to finalize Tuesday’s election returns days after the polls closed is also in violation of Florida law, which requires elections officials to “report all early voting and all tabulated vote-by-mail results to the Department of State within 30 minutes after the polls close. Thereafter, the canvassing board shall report, with the exception of provisional ballot results, updated precinct election results to the department at least every 45 minutes until all results are completely reported.”

This should alarm anyone hoping for fair and accurate election returns, as Snipes’ history in Broward is checkered with numerous examples of facilitating illegal voting practices.

In 2017, Dr. Snipes admitted in court that her office had allowed non-citizens and felons to vote and was particularly vulnerable ahead of major elections.

Europeans React to US Elections

The American midterm elections attracted intense interest in Europe, where much of the political and media establishment are hostile to U.S. President Donald J. Trump, and many had openly hoped that the vote on November 6 would weaken him and his legislative agenda.

Newspapers and magazines across Europe provided saturation coverage of the elections. The overwhelming majority of commentaries and editorials, while customarily vitriolic in tone, grudgingly acknowledged that the midterm results did not amount to the total repudiation of the Trump Administration and may even help the president’s chances for reelection in November 2020.

Is Hostile Acosta Stalking Trump in Paris?

He just can’t give it up.

Either Jim Acosta is obsessed with President Trump, or the #VeryFakeNewsCNN is using their aggressive “reporter”, Jim Acosta, to increase their abysmal ratings by sending him to Paris to cover President Trump’s visit.

On Wednesday, Acosta had his White House press pass suspended, after he karate-chopped a young, White House intern, while she attempted to take back the White House microphone from him after President Trump repeatedly told Acosta he was done answering his questions.

Yesterday, Acosta tweeted a smug photo of himself standing in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, where President Trump is currently visiting to commemorate the end of World War One.

Democrat Andrew Gillum conceded to Republican Ron DeSantis in Florida on election eve but has now claimed he wants to wait for some absentee ballots to come in. Senator Marco Rubio is sounding the alarm about this with tweets detailing his opinion on why this is bad news for Republicans:

Florida law requires counties report early voting & vote-by-mail within 30 minutes after polls close. 43 hours after polls closed 2 Democrat strongholds Broward County & Palm Beach County are still counting & refusing to disclose how many ballots they have left to count.

Ocasio-Cortez Complains About Not Getting Congressional Paycheck Yet: ‘How Do I Get an Apartment?’

“Those little things are very real.”

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez apparently believes the “electoral system” is unfair because she can’t receive her congressional salary until she’s actually sworn in as a member of Congress.

On Thursday, the 29-year-old socialist spoke with The New York Times about her election victory on Tuesday.

But rather than discuss her ideas for Congress, Ocasio-Cortez complained about not being able to afford an apartment in Washington, D.C.

Given that she will not be sworn in as a member of Congress until January, the Democratic socialist complained about not receiving her congressional salary for another three months.

“I have three months without a salary before I’m a member of Congress, so how do I get an apartment?” Ocasio-Cortez said. “Those little things are very real.”

President Trump Lets Obama Have it in Fantastic Comeback to Michelle Obama’s Claim [Video]

President Trump was on fire this morning during a short question and answer with the media at the White House. The president was on his way to Air Force one via helicopter when he took questions from reporters.

A reporter asked the president about what Michelle Obama said in her newly released book. The former First Lady claimed she could never forgive President Trump for his questions about Obama’s birth certificate. She claims in the book that it put her family in danger…

President Trump has a fantastic comeback: “She got paid a lot of money to write a book. And they always insist you come up with controversial. Well, I’ll give you a little controversy back. I’ll never forgive him for what he did to our United States military. By not funding properly, it was depleted. Everything was old and tired. And I came in and I had to fix it… He made America very unsafe.”

Six Off Duty Police Officers Used Themselves as Human Shields in CA College Bar Shooting…

HEROIC Sheriff Sgt. Ron Helus KILLED In Gunfire [VIDEO]

A popular college bar in Thousand Oaks, California was the scene of a mass shooting last night. The normally very safe town was changed forever when a man armed with a Glock-45 handgun walked up to the doorman of Borderline Bar and Grill and shot him. The gunman proceeded to kill the cashier near the door then entered the bar to continue his deadly shooting spree. He killed 13, not including the gunman. The gunman has been identified as a 29-year-old Ian Long, a former US Marine with a history of PTSD.

Ventura County Sheriff Geoff Dean spoke to reporters about the heartbreaking heroic actions of six off-duty police officers:

It’s just amazing, there were probably six off-duty police officers in there, from a couple different agencies— and I’ve already talked to a parent that came up and said: “They stood in front of my daughter”. So it was amazing. It was amazing.

One heroic Sheriff, Ron Helus died, as he stood in front of college students to protect them from the bullets of a mentally ill individual.

Ventura Country sheriff’s sergeant Ron Helus, who confronted the California shooter was shot multiple times and died from his injuries. He died a hero. Remember his name.

The Roll Out of 5G Wireless Service is ‘A Massive Health Experiment, ‘ Public Health Expert Warns as Cell Companies Install 800,000 Towers Across the US

Wireless carriers are constructing cell towers a stronger, faster 5G network, but some experts warn that the updated service’s health effects are unknown and potentially dangerous.

Today, there are 154,000 cell towers in the US, according to wireless communication association, CTIA. By 2026, it estimates another 800,000 will be needed to support 5G.

The network update will bring more Americans into closer proximity with milimeter waves, very short-wave radiation.

Research on cell phone radiation has yielded mixed findings, but some studies have linked older wireless service generations to cancers of the heart and reproductive organs, and 5G’s health effects have hardly been studied.

The new network is slated to support at 100 billion devices, connecting to the internet at anywhere between 10 and 100 times the speeds that information travels through the 4G network.

In order to facilitate these speeds, the new network communicates through millimeter waves (MMWs) rather than microwaves, as previous generations have.

The microwave networks are nearly saturated, hence the switch to the virtually untouched, lower frequency MMWs for 5G.

But smaller waves cannot travel as far, or through as many types of materials…

According to Dr Joel Moskowitz, a public health professor at the University of California, Berkeley, MMWs could pose a very real danger.

‘The deployment of 5G, or fifth generation cellular technology, constitutes a massive experiment on the health of all species,’ he told Daily Mail Online.

Because MMWs are weaker than microwaves, they are predominantly absorbed by the skin, meaning their distribution is quite focused there,

‘Since skin contains capillaries and nerve endings, MMW bio-effects may be transmitted through molecular mechanisms by the skin or through the nervous system,’ Dr Moskowitz writes on his blog.

He also told Daily Mail Online that he’s concerned that ‘5G will use high-band frequencies, or millimeter waves, that may affect the eyes, the testes, the skin, the peripheral nervous system, and sweat glands.’

‘Millimeter waves can also make some pathogens resistant to antibiotics,’ he added.

Dr Moskowitz is not alone in aprehensions.

Trump Warns: Dems Are Sending “Their Best Election-Stealing Lawyer” To Florida

Is Florida gearing up for Bush vs. Gore redux? It’s starting to look that way.

As Fox News reports, lawyers are arriving in Democratic strongholds in Florida as the state prepares for a recount in Broward County, the epicenter of the vote-counting controversy that led to Bush vs. Gore, and Palm Beach County. Both are Democratic strongholds that have been extremely slow to deliver final ballot totals for Tuesday’s election.

To try and push for a hand recount, defeated incumbent Democrat Bill Nelson has hired Democratic attorney Marc Elias of law firm Perkins Coie to help plead his case and point out suspicious “inconsistencies” with the vote count in Broward, where more than 20,000 voters voted in down-ballot races but left out their votes for governor’s race, in which Nelson’s Democratic ally, Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum, has already conceded to Republican Ron DeSantis.

The controversy has already attracted the attention of President Trump, who in a series of tweets Friday afternoon warned that Democrats were dispatching attorneys, including their best “election stealing lawyer,” to try and rig the vote after earlier hinting that he might authorize a federal investigation.

Tucker Carlson Antifa Riot Hints Cuba’s Campaign to Export Mob Attacks is Succeeding

For those aware of the way “Antifa” elements operate internationally, however, the incident was nothing new.

Pro-democracy and right-leaning political activists, journalists, and artists 90 miles from our shores, fighting for their rights in communist Cuba, have faced similar mob attacks on their homes for years. Unlike the Carlson incident, in Cuba, the government actively organizes the mobs. The riots are so common they have a name: actos de repudio, or “acts of repudiation.”

RCMP Say First Explosion in Sherwood Park Parkade Was ‘Deliberately’ Set; Multiple Firearms Seized From Vehicle

“At this time, we do not have any specific motive as to why Kosolowsky caused the explosion, or what his intentions were with the firearms in his possession.”

The explosion that rocked a community centre parkade in Sherwood Park earlier this week originated underneath a half ton truck and damaged nine cars parked in the same row, causing a second vehicle’s gas tank to explode two stalls away, police confirmed Saturday.

Speaking to media at the Sherwood Park detachment on Saturday morning, RCMP Supt. Dave Kalist also confirmed, for the first time, that “more than five” registered firearms — including hunting rifles, shotguns and handguns — were discovered in a vehicle belonging to Kane Kosolowsky, the deceased suspect.

They also confirmed Kosolowsky died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Police have not determined the material used to cause the first explosion, which they say Kosolowsky set purposefully, or how it was ignited. Nor have they found a motive, despite interviewing friends, family and coworkers and trawling through electronic devices found at the man’s home.

Kalist said forensic analysis of the debris could take weeks.

‘No specific motive’

Police have not determined any motives for the crime.

“While we may never know the true motives of Kane Kosolowsky, I would personally like to thank the family for their continued cooperation in what must be a devastating time.”

Kalist confirmed they are not seeking any additional suspects. They do not know whether Kosolowsky had a specific target.

While Mounties have not identified any motive for the attack, the fact the RCMP major crimes unit is leading the investigation, rather than the force’s integrated national security enforcement team (INSET), offers some indication of law enforcement thinking.

RCMP K Division spokesman Fraser Logan said earlier this week the major crimes unit is handling the investigation because “there is no indication that this incident is related to any group or ideology.”…

Italy: High-Speed Rail Project Urgent — Piedmont President

‘EU may ask for funds back’ but ‘govt keeps delaying’

(ANSA) — Turin, November 9 — The president of Italy’s northern Piedmont region, Sergio Chiamparino, on Friday lashed out at delays in starting the project to build a high-speed rail link between Turin and Lyon.

“The fact that the commission for the cost-benefit analysis has not yet been sworn in is a sign that the government wants to delay the work. They tell us lies to waste time, hoping that something happens to stop the work. Some two and a half billion euros immediately and another two and a half million by the end of 2019 are at stake. If the contracts do not start being implemented, there is a risk that Europe will want the money back. Time is not irrelevant.” Industry Minister and Deputy Premier Luigi Di Maio last week that his anti-establishment 5-Star Movement (M5S) was not “against high-speed projects per se: we are against a waste of money that won’t allow us to invest where it is needed”.

He said “for us, the TAV is not a priority project at the moment”.

“We don’t need it: it was planned 30 years ago when they wasted money”.

The M5S’s government partner, the rightwing populist League party led by Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Matteo Salvini, is in favour of the TAV project going ahead.

There are strong movements for and against the TAV in Piedmont.

Turin’s M5S-controlled council last week voted to stop the project pending a cost/benefit analysis, which is also Di Maio’s position.

Italy: Security Escorts to be Revised — Interior Ministry

Salvini wants to prevent waste of public money

(ANSA) — Rome, November 9 — Interior ministry sources said Friday that a ‘rationalization’ of the 585 security details currently being run for people considered in need of protection will start soon. The sources said this issue was addressed at a meeting of the national public order and security committee on Thursday.

Interior Minister and Deputy Premier Matteo Salvini wants to run appraisals of the protection granted to prevent abuses and the waste of public money, but in a way that avoids errors, according to the sources. At the moment 2,072 members of Italy’s various police forces are engaged in providing security escorts. Salvini said that all people in real danger will be guarded when asked about the possibility that protection could be taken away from anti-mafia writer Roberto Saviano, a vocal critic of the government and of the minister. “I do not allow myself to look at the names and surnames of the security escorts,” League leader Salvini said.

“I just asked the officials to think about revising some of these 600 protection details.

“We are the European country with the most security details, the one that spends the most money on this, that invests the most manpower.

“There will be those who deserve a bigger escort and more attention.

“Then, if there are some who have used the State or Carabinieri police officers as chauffeurs for 10 to 15 years, they can go without”.

But, as President Trump said when speaking before the UN on 25 September, “Migration should not be governed by an international body unaccountable to our own citizens,” and Gianluca Savoini, a member of Italy’s Lega party, has said much the same on Friday.

Mass Migration: Majority of Germans Feel Like ‘Stranger in Their Own Country’

A majority of Germans say the level of mass migration has left them feeling “like a stranger in their own country”, according to a new study.

Presented as part of this year’s Leipzig University research into “authoritarian” attitudes in the country, the figure showed a rise of 12 points since the Competence Center for Right-Wing Extremism and Democracy Research tested Germans on the same questions in 2014, with 56 per cent of Germans expressing the sentiment in 2018.

Other findings from the 328-page study, for which 2,416 Germans were interviewed between May and July this year, were that 44 per cent would support a ban on Muslim immigration — a rise of 7.5 per cent from 2014 — with agreement higher in the nation’s east (51 per cent) than west (42 per cent).

Citing figures which showed that 36 per cent of respondents believe Germany has been “dangerously watered down” by mass migration, researchers at Leipzig warned in a press release: “We are seeing high levels of approval for the attitude that has been considered an ‘entry-level drug’ into right-wing extremism.”

Trump Administration Takes Action to Protect an Overburdened Asylum System

On Thursday, Nov. 8, an announcement suddenly appeared on the Department of Justice’s official website that demonstrated very clearly that new Acting Attorney General Matthew G. Whitaker is wasting no time settling into his new role. In only his second day on the job, Whitaker took much-needed action in a crucial area of national security.

The announcement was about a new immigration rule on asylum that is being implemented by both the Department of Justice [DOJ] and the Department of Homeland Security [DHS]. It began by stating the following:…

UN Member States: Migration is a Human Right

[…]

The UN has denied that migration is being made into a human right. “The question of whether this is an invidious way to start promoting a ‘human right to migrate’ is not correct. It’s not in the text; there’s no sinister project to advance that,” Louise Arbour, the UN special representative for international migration, recently said.

The UN has no interest in admitting that the agreement promotes migration as a human right; until recently there has been little debate about it. More debate might risk jeopardizing the entire project. The wording of the agreement, as documented below, leaves little doubt, however, that with the signing of the agreement, migration will indeed become a human right. …

Also just this month, Austria announced that it also would not be signing the agreement. “We view some points of the migration pact very critically, such as the mixing up of seeking protection with labour migration,” Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz said.

The European Union immediately criticized Austria’s decision. “We regret the decision that the Austrian government has taken. We continue to believe that migration is a global challenge where only global solutions and global responsibility sharing will bring results” said an unnamed spokeswoman from the European Commission.

This is, by the way, the same EU that is supposedly going to be “cracking down” on migration. If you are “cracking down” on migration, why are you signing agreements that will facilitate and exponentiate it as a human right?

Frightening Frequencies: The Dangers of 5G & What You Can Do About Them

Who doesn’t want faster, bigger (or smaller), more efficient? Take wireless mobile telecommunications. Our current broadband cellular network platform, 4G (or fourth generation), allows us to transmit data faster than 3G and everything that preceded. We can access information faster now than ever before in history. What more could we want? Oh, yes, transmission speeds powerful enough to accommodate the (rather horrifying) so-called Internet of Things. Which brings us to 5G.

Until now, mobile broadband networks have been designed to meet the needs of people. But 5G has been created with machines’ needs in mind, offering low-latency, high-efficiency data transfer. It achieves this by breaking data down into smaller packages, allowing for faster transmission times. Whereas 4G has a fifty-millisecond delay, 5G data transfer will offer a mere one-millisecond delay—we humans won’t notice the difference, but it will permit machines to achieve near-seamless communication. Which in itself may open a whole Pandora’s box of trouble for us — and our planet.

Why 5G Cell Towers Are More Dangerous

5G cell towers are more dangerous than other cell towers because of the shorter length of millimeter waves (MMV) required to support the bandwidth. According to experts, 5G uses a bandwidth with shorter waves which do not travel through buildings. To make sure the bandwidth is reliable, small cell stations will be everywhere— outside your apartment, corner of a light pole and at the local bakery. Health experts believe 5G will have a devastating impact on our health.

Cell phone towers create electromagnetic radiation. That radiation is considered a possible carcinogen by the World Health Organization. And it doesn’t stop there, thousands of well documented studied indicate there is a link to cell phone towers and an increase in serious illnesses. Again, this is based on 3G and 4G signal strength and radiation— not for the more powerful 5G network. I can only imagine what 5G will mean for our bodies, minds, and environments.

In Germany, researchers studied 1000 residents who lived in close proximity to two cell phone towers for about 10 years. According to the study, during the last five years of the observations, researchers discovered neighbors living within 400 meters of the cell towers were diagnosed with cancer at a rate that was three times higher than those who lived much further away.

Another frightening study in 1994, well before 3G, 4G and 5G, links significant health problems with people living in a London apartment building with a cell phone mast on the roof. In this study, the cancer rate of those living on the top floor of the apartment building— the closet to the tower, had a cancer rate of 10 times the average in England…

“This study raises concerns that simply living close to a cell tower will pose threats to human health. Governments need to take measures to reduce exposures from cell tower emissions. Cell towers should not be near schools, hospitals or people’s homes. Public health agencies need to educate the public on how to reduce exposure from all sources of wireless radiofrequency radiation— be it from cell towers or cell phones or Wi-Fi in schools,” said Dr. David Carpenter, former Dean of the School of Public Health and the University of Albany.

“This is particularly urgent because current plans to place small 5G cell towers about every 300 meters in every street across the country. These 5G “small cell’ antennas will result in continuous exposure to everyone living nearby and everyone walking down the street. The increased exposures will increase the risk of cancer and other diseases such as electro-hypersensitivity,” said Dr. Carpenter.

  1. Macron quickly wants an army, to quickly break down the resistance of the unwilling Middle and East European countries, to accept their share of surgeons and nuclear physicists… Of course the dude is so stupid, he even tell, that after he wants to use it to build his little empire against China, Russia and USA… It might show a glance to the plans of the banker families: a 4 pole world in perpetual war…

  2. IRONIES of the Valley of Tears:

“Meanwhile, the latest polls show that Mr. Trump’s popularity has risen further, while Mr. Macron’s has declined even further. ”

The reasonable, fair, sensible, logical Trump wants to do some very positive things for the benefit of USA and indeed the humanity but he is prevented by dark forces, who intentionally do not like to absorb what he intends.

Macro the insane, naive, unenlightened, illogical, who is being led by rein by Salafis, and he takes negative decisions to privilege muslims over his own people and indeed all Europeans, that one day will prove disastrous and bloody, and is supported by all around him. Ignoring all the horrible consequences of his decisions today will make next generation’s teeth gnash.

This godless generation has planted Europe with seeds of destruction.

” If you want peace prepare to listen to Tommy Robinson, Geert Wilders, Nigel Farage, Salvini, Orban, Trump, Putin, Netanyahu, and you must hate lies, liars and hypocrites.

  3. “which the latter [Macron] said was needed, among other reasons, to defend Europe against the United States”

Trump, in an Up Yours tactic, might have chucked the scripted schedule and make a beeline for a visit to the American cemeteries along the Normandy coast. The visual would have been dramatic, n’est pas?

    • There’s a story, possibly apocryphal, that when France left NATO, de Gaulle told President Johnson he wanted all American troops off French soil by a certain date, to which LBJ replied “Does that include the ones who are buried in it?”
