The Retail Apocalypse Picks Up Speed as Sears, Jcpenney, Brookstone and Mattress Firm Spiral Toward Bankruptcy

Over 20 major retailers have filed for bankruptcy since the beginning of last year, and in 2018 we may break the all-time record for annual store closings that was established just last year. We are in the midst of the worst retail apocalypse in American history, and it appears to be picking up speed as retail giants such as Sears, JCPenney, Brookstone and Mattress Firm spiral toward bankruptcy. We live at a time when the middle class is being systematically destroyed, and so the truth is that U.S. consumers simply do not have as much discretionary income as they once did. Many large retailers believed that things would eventually turn around, and they have been fighting very hard to survive, but now time has run out for quite a few of them.

@Censorship: Twitter Bans 10 Conservatives Accounts; Won’t Give Reason Why

At approximately 9 pm eastern on October 2, ten conservative twitter accounts owned by ten different entities were suspended by Twitter. When the account owners contacted Twitter to get the details of what they supposedly did wrong and appeal the punishment, no reason was provided. Instead, the “bluebirds of punishment” sent them notices that they were permanently banned.

Eight of the accounts booted by twitter were connected to websites; two were personal accounts.

A Short, Communist History of ‘McCarthyism’

By Diana West

An open letter to Brent Bozell, Tucker Carlson, Sen. John Cornyn, Jerome Corsi, Joseph diGenova, Hugh Hewitt, Sen. Mh itcMcConnell, Bill O’Reilly, President Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and all other conservatives who still decry “McCarthyism”:

How about reconsidering the origins of “McCarthyism” and understanding them for what they are—the very seeds of our Marxian destruction and collective shambles?

To set the scene, imagine that post-World War II period, when Americans were still trying to assess the depths and toxicity of the original “swamp,” which started to come into public view after nearly two decades of unchecked communist infiltration during most of the 1930s and ‘40s. Presently, along came Sen. Joseph McCarthy, age 41, with that explosive list of federal security cases, which he presented on the floor of the U.S. Senate on Feb. 20, 1950. …

In 2014, M. Stanton Evans, the pre-eminent McCarthy scholar, set out to tabulate a list of McCarthy suspects—heralded as innocent martyrs in the 1950s—who since have been verified as communists and Soviet agents. He stopped at 50. He also tallied Fifth Amendment pleaders—witnesses who plead the Fifth against self-incrimination rather than answer questions about their communist or Soviet espionage activities—well in excess of 100 cases. …

On May 4, 1950, Gus Hall, later chairman of the Communist Party USA (1959—2000)—and, bonus, John Brennan’s 1976 presidential candidate—wrote: “I urge all Communist Party members, and all anti-fascists, to yield second-place to none in the fight to rid our country of the fascist poison of McCarthyism.”

Note that neither the Daily Worker nor Gus Hall are common icons of the right—but, weirdly, today’s conservatives, up to and including President Trump, continue to pay homage to their false definition of “McCarthyism.” …

One thing should now be very clear. The organs and agents of godless communism, that creed of blood, servitude, and pain, were obsessed by this one American patriot, McCarthy, and the larger anti-communist tradition he so quickly personified. They knew he posed an existential threat to their war on our constitutional republic.

And America blinked.

“McCarthyism,” not communist subversion, was defeated.

Allentown Car Explosion: Jacob Schmoyer Committed Murder-Suicide Using Homemade Explosives, ATF Says

Jacob Schmoyer used a homemade bomb to kill himself, his son Jonathan and acquaintance David Hallman in a murder-suicide, authorities announced Thursday.

“It is the collective assessment and opinion of the entire investigative team that this was an intentional act … by Jacob Schmoyer,” Special Agent Don Robinson of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms said at a news conference.

The information emerged from an exhaustive investigation of the Saturday blast on Turner Street, which displaced every resident between Seventh and Eighth streets and damaged several buildings to the point where they are uninhabitable.

Letters sent by Schmoyer to the family and Allentown police detailed the components and materials used in the device, said Robinson, declining to identify them and saying anyone could buy them.

Schmoyer wrote that he targeted Hallman and intended to “take his son along with him.”

“The crux of the letters, he was very unhappy with his life, described himself in some negative terms, admitted to a number of other criminal acts, from petty thefts to burglaries,” Robinson said. “He indicated a desire not to stick around and unfortunately … his intent to take Mr. Hallman and his son with him.

“He was miserable … There was a lot of hatred there, some directed at Mr. Hallman and some at his son.”

The story has drawn national attention and Allentown City Hall was jammed with media as authorities revealed their conclusions…

Capitol Police Arrest Ex-Democratic Staffer Suspected of Doxxing GOP Senators

Jackson A. Cosko, 27, was charged with making public restricted personal information

U.S. Capitol Police arrested Wednesday a former Democratic staffer suspected of posting the personal information of at least one United States senator to the internet.

The home addresses and other personal information of Republican Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch of Utah were posted to Wikipedia on Sept. 27 from an individual located in the House of Representatives.

Jackson A. Cosko, 27, was charged with making public restricted personal information, witness tampering, threats in interstate communications, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft, second-degree burglary and unlawful entry, according to a Capitol Police statement. Additional charges may be forthcoming as the investigation continues.

Cosko has most recently worked as an intern for Texas Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee. He has also worked under Democratic Sen. Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire and former California Sen. Barbara Boxer, according to Fox News.

Collusion Bombshell: DNC Lawyers Met With FBI on Russia Allegations Before Surveillance Warrant

By John Solomon
Opinion Contributor

Congressional investigators have confirmed that a top FBI official met with Democratic Party lawyers to talk about allegations of Donald Trump-Russia collusion weeks before the 2016 election, and before the bureau secured a search warrant targeting Trump’s campaign.

Former FBI general counsel James Baker met during the 2016 season with at least one attorney from Perkins Coie, the Democratic National Committee’s private law firm.

That’s the firm used by the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign to secretly pay research firmFusion GPS and Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence operative, to compile a dossier of uncorroborated raw intelligence alleging Trump and Moscow were colluding to hijack the presidential election.

The dossier, though mostly unverified, was then used by the FBI as the main evidence seeking a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant targeting the Trump campaign in the final days of the campaign.

The revelation was confirmed both in contemporaneous evidence and testimony secured by a joint investigation by Republicans on the House Judiciary and Government Oversight committees, my source tells me.

Fiddling With Temperature Data

The problem with the NOAA data is that it is fake data. NOAA creates the warming trend by altering the data.

They also claim US temperatures rose 1.5 F since the 19th century., which is what the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) shows. The problem with the NOAA data is that it is fake data. NOAA creates the warming trend by altering the data. The NOAA raw data show no warming over the past century. The adjustments being made are almost exactly 1.5 F, which is the warming claimed in the article.

The hockey stick of adjustments since 1970 is due almost entirely to NOAA fabricating missing station data. In 2016, more than 42% of their monthly station data was missing, so they simply made it up.

All of the claims in the Climate Central article were bogus. The US is not warming and 2016 was not a hot year in the US. It was a very mild year. 1

Here’s another example of NOAA exaggerating ‘global warming’ by fiddling with the raw temperature data. This time the data concerns the early 2018 record-breaking cold across the northeastern US which NOAA is trying to erase from history. 2

Obama’s America on Display at Kavanaugh Hearings

President Trump has been in an uphill battle to reverse Obama’s efforts to “fundamentally transform” America. Trump’s successes in the past 20 months in erasing the damage of the Obama’s eight years are well documented. But he has a long way to go based on what we saw in the Kavanaugh hearings.

Trump’s biggest challenge is to push back Obama’s primary legacy of identity politics, which is destroying the fabric of our nation. Neighbors, family members and old friends have been split apart, by design. Obama polarized America according to race, ethnic background, sex, sexual orientation, and politics.

Like a deadly cancer, the Obama legacy has metastasized into widespread hatred among Americans that was on display at the Kavanaugh hearings. Obama’s primary legacy is dangerously malignant and more toxic than ever, fueled by cynical and destructive politicians, the Alinsky Rules for Radicals, and billions of dollars from the evil George Soros.

Statements from the hearings and the left-wing mobs and commentators attempting to disrupt the proceedings tell the story. “Call your senators and tell them to vote no for Kavanaugh — the future of our country deserves more than a privileged white boy.” Were you able to catch the code words? “Privileged.” “White boy.”

Hawaii Democrat Mazie Hirono made headlines when she told all men to “shut up and step up and do the right thing for a change.” In other words, men rarely do the right thing. Men, did you get it?

Political Division in the US is Worse Than Ever, Study Finds

According to a new study, the political divide in America is worse than it has ever been.

While this finding is likely not a surprise to anyone who has been paying attention, the research does reveal some disturbing trends.

Conducted by Zachary Neal, an associate professor of psychology and global urban studies at Michigan State University, the study is among the first to measure polarization not only by examining the frequency of parties working together, but also by demonstrating how they’ve grown more distant than any other time in modern history.

Those who are affiliated with the Democratic party or the Republican party may be inclined to blame “the other side” , but not so fast: Neal found that neither side is to blame for the growing rift. Regardless of the party that holds the majority in Congress or controls the White House, the political divide has widened.

[Comment: This is what globalists want, that’s why the media they control spew out leftist propaganda daily. In conjunction with communist indoctrination centres (aka universities) this was inevitable.]

Soros, Pot, And New Mexico

Efforts to convince New Mexicans to legalize recreational pot have been especially intense and well funded. After losing the legislature and the governorship, Democratic interests have set their sights on this year’s election candidates, hoping to turn the state reefer blue.

Local newspapers have been relentlessly reporting on polls claiming that most New Mexicans support the legalization of pot. The most recent story (the third this year) on yet another survey conducted by Albuquerque-based Research & Polling, Inc. (RPI) headlined that nearly 2:1 New Mexicans back legalized marijuana.

New Mexicans are being hoodwinked.

These news stories are not reporting news. They are marketing. As every communications and marketing professional knows, polling is the primary marketing technique to shape public opinion. Public relations and advertising firms use polls and surveys to create the “bandwagon effect” and take advantage of people’s natural tendencies to get behind ideas that are seen as popular. People instinctively feel more comfortable believing what they think everyone else thinks and being part of the “in” crowd.

In actuality, surveys and polls don’t measure opinions. They manipulate them.

Cancelling Contracts With Wind, Solar Power Providers Would Cut Ontario Electricity Bills by 24%

Subsidies account for almost 90 per cent of the revenue earned by renewable generators.

If the Ontario government cancelled existing contracts with renewable energy generators such as wind and solar power, it could reduce electricity bills for Ontarians by 24 per cent, finds a new study released today by the Fraser Institute, an independent, non-partisan Canadian public policy think-tank.

“Electricity costs in Ontario skyrocketed in recent years due to poor government policies, so it’s time for meaningful reforms to reduce the burden on Ontarians,” said Ross McKitrick, economics professor at the University of Guelph, senior fellow at the Fraser Institute and co-author of Electricity Reform in Ontario: Getting Power Prices Down.

Black Tory Candidate for London Mayor: Multiculturalism Turning Britain Into ‘Crime-Riddled Cesspool’

London mayoral candidate Shaun Bailey is under fire for a 2005 pamphlet in which he described his escape from a sink estate and said multiculturalism was a bar to integration, eroding Britain’s sense of community, and turning it into a “crime-riddled cesspool”.

In the Centre for Policy Studies pamphlet, titled No Man’s Land, the black politician described how he was able to escape the fate of many other young boys on his estate — “Just from my immediate peer group, 12 have been in prison” — largely through his joining the Army Cadet Force (ACF), which provided him with “role models who were men and who were not of the street [who] introduced me to a British outlook on life”.

Controversially, he also mentioned how his single mother sent him to a school away out of the area so as “not to leave me among too many black children”, because she “had seen how black people interact with black people — what they say to other black people — that means you can’t go forward [and] get trapped in your own poor community”.

It was his comments under the heading “Multiculturalism” which have prompted the most anger, however.

Is Criticizing Terrorism “Mental Illness”?

A 615-page report was recently released, written by an adviser to President Emmanuel Macron, Hakim El Karoui, who is in charge of designing the new institutions of an “Islam of France.” The report defines Islamism as an “ideology totally distinct from Islam” and also never addresses the links between Islamism and terrorism. The report also insists on the urgent need to spread “true Islam” in France and adopt the teaching of Arabic in public high schools.

The court’s request, for Marine Le Pen to undergo a psychiatric evaluation to determine if she is sane, indicates that French authorities might be reviving the old Soviet use of “psychiatry” to silence dissidents or political opponents.

The legal offensive against Marine Le Pen was actually added to the financial offensive. Even if Le Pen is not sent to prison, the law seems to have been used to open the possibility of declaring her ineligible for the European Parliament elections scheduled for May 2019.

May: France Believes Brexit Can be Blocked, Will Push Bad Deal to Force Second Referendum

The Prime Minister has revealed French President Emmanuel Macron believes Brexit can be reversed, as the French government says they would prefer a “no deal” Brexit to a deal they say could compromise the European Union (EU).

Theresa May has warned the cabinet that the French President made clear that he thinks Britain’s departure from the bloc could be stopped with a second referendum, according to claims reported by The Times.

Senior government figures believe the Élysée Palace is crafting a hardline strategy to achieve its objective and believes there is strong support for a re-run of the Brexit referendum in Britain, the paper stated.

The British fear is that the French will push Brussels to offer the UK a bad deal that is unacceptable to the government, in the hope of triggering a second vote that will block Brexit.

Search ‘Juncker Sober’ or ‘Wobbly’ on Google — Salvini

You’ll see some striking images says Italian deputy premier

(ANSA) — Rome, October 3 — Interior Minister and Deputy Premier Matteo Salvini continued to attack European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker on Wednesday following his criticism of Italy’s budget plans. “This gentleman is the head of government of 500 million Europeans, a gentleman who comes from a tax haven like Luxembourg,” Salvini told Mediaset television. “If you search ‘Juncker sober’ or ‘wobbly’ on Google, you’ll see images that, at times, are striking”. On Tuesday Salvini said “I talk to sober people who don’t make comparisons that aren’t here nor there” when asked about Juncker’s suggestion Italy might pose a Greece-like threat to the euro. Salvini also said Juncker should drink two glasses of water before talking about Italy’s debt risks.

UK: Teen Told to ‘Get Out’ of College Class After Confessing Tommy Robinson Support

A teen student says she has left college after revealing her support for Tommy Robinson and being told, “Get out, we don’t want people with your views.”

The 17-year-old told StokeonTrentLive she was ostracised on day one of the community college course run by Total People in Crewe, Cheshire, which she had enrolled in to pick up qualifications in English and mathematics in preparation for an apprenticeship which she hoped would give her a “fresh start”.

“I was given a final warning for being too right-wing,” she claimed, after falling foul of a classroom dominated by supporters of Jeremy Corbyn, the hard-left Labour Party leader who has achieved a zealous following despite repeated scandals — including attendance at a memorial honouring the Black September terrorists, meetings with IRA killers and a Communist spy, and paid appearances on Iranian state television.

Alissa, of Crewe, says her classmates were openly expressing their support for Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn when she told them she identified more with right-wing ideologies.

When asked who she admired, Alissa responded that she liked right-wing activist Tommy Robinson, who is best known for forming the English Defence League and is a vocal opponent of Islam and its followers.

EU Cuts 70 Million in Pre-Accession Funds to Turkey

‘No tangible improvement’ in state of law

(ANSAmed) — STRASBOURG, OCTOBER 2 — The European Parliament decided on Tuesday to cancel 70 million euros in pre-accession funds earmarked for Turkey for 2018 due to a lack of improvement in rule of law in the country. The measure passed in Strasbourg with 544 votes in favor, 28 against and 74 abstentions. The resources will instead go towards funding activities connected with the central Mediterranean route used by migrants, EU commitments in Syria and more humanitarian aid. Key to the decision was the annual report on Turkey presented in April by the European Commission, which stated that “Turkey has been significantly moving away from the European Union, in particular in the areas of the rule of law and fundamental rights and through the weakening of effective checks and balances in the political system”.

In November 2017, the European Parliament and Commission had opted to set aside 70 million euros in pre-accession funds to allocate to Turkey if the country were to make tangible improvement on rule of law according to the Commission’s annual report.

UK Accuses Russian Military Intelligence of Orchestrating Global Cyber Attacks

LONDON—The British government has accused Russian military intelligence of being behind four cyber attacks aimed at spreading confusion and disinformation.

Russian military intelligence (GRU) used a network of hackers across the world to attack a wide range of targets, including the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in the Netherlands and the UK’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) said.

Other targets included the hack of the U.S. Democratic National Committee in 2016 and the World Anti-Doping Agency in 2017, according to a conclusion made by the NCSC with “high confidence.”

US Defense Secretary Says Russian Violation of Arms Control Treaty ‘Untenable’

BRUSSELS—U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis said on Oct. 4, that Russia’s violation of an arms control treaty was “untenable” and unless it changed course the United States would respond.

The United States believes Russia is developing a ground-launched system in breach of a Cold War treaty, known as the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF), that could allow Moscow to launch a nuclear strike on Europe at short notice. Russia has consistently denied any such violation.

“Russia must return to compliance with the INF treaty or the U.S. will need to respond to its cavalier disregard to the treaty’s specific limits,” Mattis told a news conference after a meeting of NATO defense ministers in Brussels.

Report: Chinese Military Used ‘Hardware Hack’ For Massive Penetration of U.S. Computers

An explosive report published by Bloomberg Businessweek on Thursday claimed the Chinese military sabotaged circuit boards used by dozens of major American companies and government contractors by implanting a tiny chip that gave the People’s Liberation Army backdoor access to supposedly secure systems.

The report cited a U.S. investigation long in progress but only now revealed to the public.

Amazon.com reportedly hired security consultants in 2015 to evaluate the products of a promising startup called Elemental Technologies, which makes media storage servers that would be highly useful to Amazon’s Prime Video service. The consultants discovered the Elemental servers, assembled by yet another company called Super Micro Computer or “Supermicro,” had been sabotaged with “a tiny microchip not much bigger than a grain of rice.”

Leftist Ship Rescuing Migrants ‘Won’t Land in Italy’

Interior minister vows

(ANSA) — Rome, October 4 — Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Matteo Salvini reiterated Thursday that no ships intending to disembark migrants would be allowed to land in Italy.

He said he knew that a ship run by leftist, anticapitalist and anarchist squats called social centers was “wandering around the Mediterranean for a humanitarian mission and that it will try to disembark migrants in Italy. Do what you want, go wherever you want. I am democratic. Go to Tunisia, Libya or Egypt, but not to Italy. You can pick up whomever you choose but you will not be coming to Italy.” He was commenting on an initiative in which some MPs from the leftwing Free and Equal (LeU) party are taking part.

The ship has been named Mediterranea. The mission has been launched by several Italian associations — including Arci Nazionale, Ya Basta of Bologna, the NGO Sea-Watch, the online magazine I Diavoli and the social enterprise Moltivolti of Palermo — and is supported by representatives of the world of culture and social entities. The main boat will be accompanied by a schooner that will support the various operations.

“When the law creates death, it is our duty to disobey,” organisers said.

Men in Stilettos — What Do You Think of the Hot New Fashion Trend That is Sweeping the Western World?

Should men wear stilettos? At one time that would have been unthinkable, but in recent years the trend toward “gender-fluidity” has broken down many of the old barriers that once ruled the fashion world. So now many men are wearing whatever they feel like wearing, and they are doing so very publicly. As you will see below, businessmen are wearing stilettos to important business meetings, and kids are even wearing them to prom. Will we soon reach the point where all of the old fashion rules have been completely wiped out? According to the Daily Beast, more men are wearing stilettos than ever before. In their article entitled “More Men Are Wearing Stilettos—if They Can Find Their Size”, they profiled a designer named Shaobo Han that runs a company that actually sells stilettos for men…

[…]

We live at a time when the fashion world, along with almost every other segment of society, is going completely and utterly insane.

“Being a man” is being completely redefined, and the old way of “being a man” is now considered to be “toxic” . In fact, many colleges are now holding “workshops” on “toxic masculinity” …

The Tyranny of “The Collective” By the Illusions of Narratives

It is a fact the election of Donald Trump exposed certain undeniable realities in the United States for those willing to see. Perhaps first and foremost of the various revelations is the bona fide existence of The Collective. Also known as the Uniparty or The Establishment, The Collective is comprised of the following: The Democratic Party, Republicans in Name Only (RINOs), Neo-conservatives (Neocons), the Mainstream Media, the Corporatocracy, globalists, elite bankers and unelected government bureaucrats and officials; also often referred to as The Deep State or Military Industrial Complex.

All of these entities have attained singularity through the decades while, for the most part, retaining some “plausible deniability” of their collusive connectivity prior to the 2016 Presidential Election. But now the veil has been lifted. As The Collective has unified in polar opposition against everything Trump, so has its immorality and lawlessness been additionally exposed; like nude streetwalkers performing dirty tricks in broad daylight on busy corners.

Over the past half century, if not before, The Collective has politicized, and weaponized, everything it could subvert. From the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to the courts, from professional football to late night comedy, from Hollywood to advertising, from social media to education, from race to gender, to sex. Especially sex; and in ways seemingly derived from the nightmares of George Orwell and Aldous Huxley.

Paradoxically, however, it is more often the values of conservatives only that are called into account.

  1. Cancelling Contracts With Wind, Solar Power Providers Would Cut Ontario Electricity Bills by 24%

Its not just in Canada but in Europe too. They give billions of Euros to wind and solar companies, for which we get destabilized electric network with power production dependent on the weather…

I wonder if the mini ice age comes, what will the greens say after the windmills freeze, and the solars get covered with snow…

    • They will blame that on the despicable white patriarchy rapists.
      Meaning you and me.

  2. “Iceland: Boys Encouraged to Wear Nail Polish, Massage Each Other at Gender Neutral School” how come there are parents who put their child willingly into such an institution? I would understand if there was one such kindergarden or elementary school in all of Iceland, but twenty?!

  3. When did the UN start issuing migrant quotas?? The EU did several years ago, which at least Hungary had the common sense to reject; but when did the UN start doing this. We SHOULD be having weekly debates here in the UK Parliament about this whole migration issue and the security implications it has for the UK but our ‘Conservative’ govenment is STILL fast asleep!!

Again it is just about targeting and destroying us here in Europe; no migrant quotas issued for Japan, or South Korea, or Mongolia – just Europe.

    • The Conservative Govt is not asleep but fully cooperating in our demise. The Long March through the Institutions is now complete. Arthur Scargill was more rightwing than Sharia May. He cared about his British coal-miners. Thatcher destroyed British jobs.

  4. Today prime minister of Denmark signed an agreement with EU commission about increasing the number of African migrants to be imported by Denmark. So, actually, Denmark will have much more migrants from now.
