These sneakers were manufactured to resemble Nike Air Jordans. Once these shoes arrived, Suen, Huang, Songhua Qu, Chen, and Fangrang Qu, added trademarked logos to the shoes, rendering them counterfeit. Suen, Huang, Songhua Qu, Kin Lui Chen, and Fangrang Qu then stored the counterfeit Nike Air Jordans in multiple storage units and warehouses in New York City and elsewhere.

Failed Predictions of Climate Alarmists Make Future Predictions Suspect

We hear that coastal cities such as New York and Atlantic City, as well as nearly all of Florida, are at risk of flooding due to unprecedented sea-level rise. Index on Censorship Slams Big Tech Banning of Infowars
The UK-based Index on Censorship organization has slammed Big Tech’s banning of Infowars, releasing a statement asserting that all “provocative” speech should be protected.
Infowars was banned on numerous platforms starting Sunday night in a coordinated purge, including YouTube, Facebook, Apple, Spotify, Pinterest, MailChimp and even Disqus.
The Index on Censorship, which is chaired by award-winning London Times journalist David Aaronovitch, released a statement decrying the ban.

ISIS Supporter Formerly From Eastover Sentenced to Federal Prison
RALEIGH — A former Eastover resident and alleged supporter of the Islamic State was sentenced Wednesday to two years in federal prison on fraud and tax charges, according to a news release from the office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
Upon his release, Houcine Becher Ghoul, 43, a native of Tunisia, is to be deported, the release said.

Prosecutor: New Mexico Compound a Training Camp for School Shooters
Prosecutors said in court documents obtained Wednesday that the father of a missing Jonesboro boy was training children at a New Mexico compound to commit school shootings.

Prosecutors: Son of Prominent Imam Was Training Children to Commit School Shootings
The son of a prominent Brooklyn-based imam was training children at a New Mexico compound to commit schools shootings, prosecutors said in court documents released Wednesday.
Siraj Ibn Wahhaj, 39, was training 11 children at a compound north of Taos, New Mexico, according to The Associated Press. Authorities raided the compound Friday and arrested Wahhaj, two of his siblings and two other men during a search for Wahhaj’s son, who had been abducted from Georgia late in 2017.

Redacted Parkland Shooting Document Released, Reporters Erase Black & Finally Find Truth
Florida’s Broward County had already become a byword for deadly incompetence even before a newspaper report last week detailed the school board’s failures to deal with the teenager who eventually killed 17 students and teachers at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in February in Parkland.
Now, it’s making another reputation, as the home of a school district willing to go to court to punish a newspaper that revealed the truth.
According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, the Broward County School Board is asking a judge to hold the newspaper in contempt after it published a damning story last week that showed just how badly the school district had failed to handle the case of Nikolas Cruz, the troubled teenager who turned into a mass killer.
The Sun-Sentinel’s article published Saturday was based on a Tallahassee-based consultant’s report the Broward School Board tried mightily to suppress.
However, it finally released a heavily redacted version of the report on Friday under a court order. About two-thirds of the document was supposed to be kept from the public by being blacked out. The problem for the school board was the redactions disappeared when the report was copied and pasted into another software.
That let the Sun-Sentinel reporters read the entire report — and let their readers know what the black-out version of the report kept hidden: That Cruz, who had been a student at Stoneman Douglas before transferring to an alternative school, had not been offered all available options for special education opportunities in the district; and that he was not able to attend the alternative school he wanted thanks in part to Stoneman Douglas administrators.
It also showed that School Superintendent Robert Runcie was misleading the public when he claimed that Cruz had refused special education options the district offered.
As the Sun-Sentinel reported:
“In the past, Runcie said that when Cruz turned 18 and rejected special education placement, the district could no longer provide him with the services given to students with emotional and behavioral disabilities. But the consultant’s report reveals for the first time that Cruz himself requested to return to special education, and his request went nowhere.”…

South Carolina Teenager Pleads Guilty for Attempting to Provide ISIS With Material Support
A teenager from South Carolina pleaded guilty Wednesday of attempting to provide the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria with material support, the Justice Department announced.
Zakaryia Abdin, a 19-year-old U.S. citizen, first launched a social media account in 2017 to try to join ISIS and later communicated with an undercover FBI employee that he thought was associated with ISIS.
Abdin told the FBI employee that he had vowed his loyalty to the caliphate and shared a video of a separate pledge to the leader of ISIS, commander Abu Bakr al Baghdadi. Abdin claimed in the video to “wage jihad against the enemy of Allah.”

WikiLeaks Says Senate Panel Seeks Interview With Assange
WASHINGTON — The Senate Intelligence Committee wants to interview WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange as part of its investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
That’s according to WikiLeaks, which tweeted Wednesday that a letter was delivered to Assange in London seeking a “closed interview” with committee staff at a “mutually agreeable time and location.”
The website said its legal team is “considering the offer but the conditions must conform to a high ethical standard.”

Czech Republic: Tourist Numbers up Again in Second Quarter
The number of tourists in Czech hotels, hostels and camps rose to 5.5 million in the second quarter, a 4.6 percent increase year-on-year, the Czech Statistics Office reported.
The data indicate that the increase is also due to a higher number of Czechs holidaying at home. There has been a 7.9 percent increase in Czech holiday makers, the number of foreign visitors increased by 1.6 percent.

France: Arab Kills Man in Paris for Reminding Him of a Public Transport Rule
On Wednesday, 8 August, a man was killed in the 18th district of Paris for reminding the attacker of the public transport’s rules, French newspaper Le Parisien reports.
A 50-year-old man was stabbed, and later died, by a cyclist who wanted to take the bus with his bike, which is not allowed.
When the victim protested and reminded him of the rules, the biker asked him if he spoke Arabic, said a judiciary source to le parisien.

Macron’s Popularity Plummets: French President Hits New Low — Shock Poll Reveals Crisis

Man Defending His Wife ‘Lynched’ By Six Youths in France
A trio of seventeen-year-old youths in the French department of Val-d’Oise were arrested early Tuesday morning after they “lynched” a man coming to the aid of his wife, who was also attacked by the group.
The incident occurred sometime between the late night of Monday and early morning Tuesday and saw the wife of the victim confront a group of six youths who were being loud and obnoxious in the street outside of the couple’s home, Le Parisien reports.

Police in Finland Seize More Than 100 Firearms and 125,000 Ammo Rounds in Kouvola
Police in southeastern Finland said they confiscated a large number of firearms, ammunition and explosives from a Kouvola man earlier this summer.
Police in Kouvola said on Tuesday they confiscated 107 firearms as well as a large amount of ammunition and an unspecified amount of explosives from a local man described as elderly who they suspect is not authorised to possess them.

Sweden: New ‘No Go Zone’ Police Station Rammed by Car, Attacked by Masked Arsonists
A new police station currently under construction in Sweden’s heavily migrant-populated ‘no-go’ suburb of Rinkeby was attacked by several masked men who drove a car into the site and set it on fire.
Police believe that the attack, which occurred at 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was directed at the police station which is in the process of being built in the troubled Stockholm suburb. Sweden: Children as Young as Twelve Dealing Drugs as Crime Rises
Reported drug offences are on the rise in Sweden according to a new report which also claims that children as young as twelve are being forced or lured into dealing.
While the reported increase has gone on across several areas of the country, police say that there were 700 more reported drug offences from April to July of 2018 in the country’s Western Region than there were last year for a total of 6,160, Swedish broadcaster SVT reports.
Adam Johansson, a police officer working in the municipality of Botkyrka just south of the capital of Stockholm, noted a trend of younger individuals getting involved in the drug trade.

Three members of a Rochdale grooming gang face possible deportation after judges upheld a decision to strip them of British citizenship.
Abdul Aziz, Adil Khan and Qari Abdul Rauf were among nine men jailed in 2012 after grooming and sexually exploiting young girls.
In some cases the girls, aged in their early teens, were raped and pimped out to paying customers in Rochdale and Oldham.

Three men from the notorious Rochdale paedophile ring will be stripped of their UK citizenship after they lost an appeal.
Taxi drivers Abdul Aziz, 47, Adil Khan, 48, and Abdul Rauf, 48, were among nine men jailed over appalling crimes against girls in Greater Manchester in 2012.
The then home secretary Theresa May ruled in 2015 that all three men — who have dual British and Pakistani nationality — should have their names deleted from the roll of British citizens.
The decision was a prelude to government plans to deport them to Pakistan upon their release from jail.
The trio, who all have British children, challenged the decision — claiming it violated their human right to family life.
But their campaign to stay British failed today when senior judges at the Court of Appeal ruled that stripping them of citizenship is ‘conducive to the public good’.
Aziz, who was one of the ringleaders of the grooming gang and referred to by some of the others as The Master, was sentenced to nine years in prison for his part in i.
Rauf received a six-year term and Khan eight years. All three men are now out of jail…
Lord Justice Sales added: ‘The crimes were plainly very serious and there was a sufficient element of organisation in the way they were committed to justify characterising the offending as participation in serious organised crime. On August 7 President Donald Trump issued a strong warning to countries trading with Iran, following his re-imposition of sanctions on the country. “Anyone doing business with Iran will NOT be doing business with the United States,” he tweeted. Some reimposed sanctions took effect overnight, while additional, more punitive ones—relating to oil exports and central bank transactions—will take effect in the first week of November.
Trump’s executive order signed on Tuesday will target Iran’s purchase or acquisition of US banknotes, its trade in gold and other precious metals, most of its currency transactions, and issuance of sovereign debt. The looming oil export ban is even more significant, however. It threatens major disruption of the world’s delicately balanced oil market, reducing spare capacity to dangerous levels and taking out up to 1.5 million barrels a day from the global oil supply. According to energy analysts, “this would leave the world with safety buffers near zero for the first time in the modern oil age—a thinner margin than during the two great oil shocks of 1979 and 2008 . . . a Sword of Damocles hanging over the global economy.”…

While the baby, Siddhi and Sangita Devre (38) died of burn injuries; her daughter, Pritee Shendge (20), is battling for life at the Nashik Civil Hospital. All of them sustained over 70% burns. Doctors have said Pritee is in a very critical condition.
Jalaluddin Khan (45), had set afire the woman, Sangita Suresh Devre, her married daughter Preeti and infant granddaughter at her home in here on Monday after an argument, Panchavati police station in-charge Madhukar Kad said.
Following the incident, the man, who is married thrice, fled to Aligarh in UP.
The Nashik police managed to trace him and arrested him from Aligarh on Tuesday evening, Kad said.

A 33 year old Sudanese migrant was judged on August 6th for alleged sexual assaults on four teenage boys, news outlet L’avenir de l’Artois reports.

Convicted Somali Pirates Found Living in Germany on Benefits Unable to be Deported
A new investigation has revealed that of ten Somali pirates who were found guilty of raiding a German ship, five ended up becoming “tolerated” asylum seekers living off German state handouts.
In 2012 the ten Somali pirates were found guilty of hijacking the German container ship Taipan back in 2010 and were sentenced to various sentences in a process that cost the German state more than a million euros, Die Welt reports.

Germany Reaches Agreement With Spain Over Returning Migrants
The Interior Ministry on Wednesday announced a bilateral agreement that would see Spain take back asylum claimants registered by Spanish authorities, as Germany seeks to curb new arrivals.
The government has long been divided over what Germany should do with migrants who have registered asylum claims in a different EU country, but are picked up at German border controls.
A bilateral agreement has now been reached with the Spanish government, under which Germany will be able to return asylum claimants registered in Spain “within 48 hours” of them being picked up in Germany. The accord will come into force this Saturday.

Ship With 87 Migrants to Dock in Spain Thursday: NGO
An NGO ship which rescued 87 migrants off Libya has been given the green light to dock in the southern Spanish port of Algeciras on Thursday, the charity said, after Italy refused them entry.

From a “dogmatic” perspective, the UN is fostering its phony narratives throughout the world: illegal aliens are termed “refugees,” and Al Gore’s nonsense about climate change has been incorporated into “biodiversity projects” such as Agenda 21 and others that not even the “REMF” (look it up) Senator’s son could foresee.
The UN is globalism, and more: the UN is the vehicle…the convening body of approval, the face, and the administrative apparatus of the coming global state.
These plans have been in existence for more than a century. From the moment the United States was formed, the efforts have been unrelenting both domestically and internationally to control the banking and return administration of the “province” to England, a European power we fought against twice and subsequently rescued twice from two world wars.
Oligarchs in all nations have sold their countries out in favor of an “Elysium” style society on earth, a “1984,” where laws are inflicted upon the peoples as their leaders violate every one of them. A global society where the only words for a citizen are conformity, obedience, and productivity: a planetary “Gulag” broken down into several regions for administrative purposes and where each region is mutually self-supportive.
The concept of the United States as a sovereign nation is a mirage: the reality is a miasma resulting from the stench of decades of controlled dysfunction and destabilization to bring the nation to the brink of collapse while giving the taxpayers the illusion they’re still free and that their votes in the rigged elections still count. All throughout the United States the quality of life — employment, family structure, faith, and true communities of neighborhoods and neighbors that help one another when needed and still mind their own business…these qualities have almost completely vanished.
The votes are only to provide the color of authenticity and approval of the citizenry as the politicians ply their trades: the business of government to enrich them personally while they pillage the nation’s assets, selling them off to other nations and destroying the country. They care not for their “constituency,” and their only honor is to themselves for self-aggrandizement. Their only loyalties are toward power, wealth, and exemptions from the laws that govern other men.
Such is the point that we have reached, and where we are. The illusion is maintained: “We’re strong, united, and defending the Homeland.” All of it obfuscates the true actions and objective:
The United States is being turned into a total surveillance state in preparation for a “collapse,” the complete enslavement of its citizens (Socialism into Communism, complete with gulags), and its dissolution and subsequent “absorption” into the system of global governance.
The NY Post published an article by Rich Lowry on 7/30/18 entitled “Like it or not, America is now seriously debating socialism.” It details the methanous-reemergence of Bernie Sanders in the forefront and his “Medicare For All” plank, a platform estimated by the Mercatus Center (a conservative firm) to cost around $33 trillion for the first 10 years if it’s emplaced.
Really? Socialism? Lenin himself said that socialism is the final step before communism: and these morons are going to eat it right out of the hand of Bernie Sanders.
It is not so far-fetched as you may think: Olympia Snow (R, ME) brought Obamacare to the floor of the Senate, and within a small matter of time it became law…a law that is still bleeding us even after the President knocked the individual mandate out of the picture.
The stultified masses will “bite” on it hook, line, and sinker as another entitlement, and it has the surest method of funding: taxes. The unstoppable, SWAT team and LEO-enforced taxes raised by the politicians upon their serfs, the public. The media has never ceased their barrages against the President.

Online Harassment, Political Activists, And What to Do About it
In recent years, the internet has provided free rein to busybodies bent on opportunistic criminal behavior. Never before have people known so much about others, nor have we cultivated so many meaningless “friends” who have coalesced into a militia of activists and tormentors.
In past generations, we went to church, school, or social functions to mingle and truly understand one another. Nowadays, we park ourselves somewhere quiet and fly solo into an alternate world via our favorite electronic devices. The internet has become as addictive as drugs and often makes people domineering, obsessive, and mean. Too much personal information bleeds across social media platforms, resulting in cyber-harassment. While social media’s “user agreements” supposedly govern their platforms, they may as well be written in beach sand. Privacy is also a myth. In this political climate, harassment has become epidemic. Up until now, no one has had a clear idea how to deal with it.
Two years ago, my life came under attack from a cyber-bully turned stalker, who didn’t like the fact that I supported our president. Undoubtedly, millions of people in our country are experiencing similar challenges. Folks who don’t toe the political left’s line are labeled fascist, racist, white supremacists, Nazis, white nationalists, etc. Attacks come in many forms via email, texts, or public postings designed to smear the victim’s name, reputation, or accomplishments. Attackers impersonate others to cover their tracks and their malicious deeds.
My motto is, if someone doesn’t like me, I walk away and ignore him. Ironically, my silence triggered demands from my stalker for a public apology and iron-fisted compliance with the left’s political ideology.
From the start, I confided in an astute friend who had prior experience with this person. I was advised to log everything this narcissist threw at me and was cautioned never to respond. Her advice was prophetic. Knowing my attacker, I didn’t think this foolishness would persist. I was wrong. As difficult as it is not to defend oneself, it is important to refrain from responding. Simply stated, the perpetrator will have nothing to throw at you if the case ends up in court. Fighting the battle intelligently from the start is crucial. Ultimately, the stalker will provide the rope, but you get to hang him.
