EPA Released a Long-Delayed Report Showing Ethanol Hurts the Environment
An extensive report from the Environmental Protection Agency found that including ethanol into the U.S. gas supply is wreaking havoc on the atmosphere and soil.
In a study titled “Biofuels and the Environment: The Second Triennial Report to Congress,” the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) determined that ethanol derived from corn and soybeans is causing serious harm to the environment. Water, soil and air quality were all found to be adversely affected by biofuel mandates.
“Evidence since enactment of [the Energy Independence and Security Act] suggests an increase in acreage planted with soybeans and corn, with strong indications from observed changes in land use that some of this increase is a consequence of increased biofuel production,” read a portion of the 159-page report. Other findings from the study show: More ethanol from corn has resulted in greater nitrogen oxide emissions, greater demand for biofuel feedstock has contributed to harmful algae blooms, and increased irrigation has placed greater stress on water sources.
Essentially, the study found that biofuel mandates are boosting production of corn and soybeans. Large-scale production of these crops is causing environmental degradation. The EPA also found that — at least in some instances — using ethanol in lieu of gasoline resulted in worse air emissions.

Houston Slaying Suspect Wrote a Will, Told a Friend He Wanted to Kill Himself, Police Document Says
(CNN) Joseph Pappas told friends he had a terminal illness and wanted to kill himself, according to an affidavit filed by Houston police.
On Friday, the 62-year-old real estate agent did just that, shooting himself in the head as police officers tried to apprehend him, police said.
The affidavit, prepared Thursday by police, provides new details about the last days of Pappas, who was suspected in the July 20 drive-by bicycle slaying of Dr. Mark Hausknecht, a Houston cardiologist who treated former President George H.W. Bush.
The document says Pappas:
- Wrote a last will and testament, which police found in his kitchen.
- Said he wanted to commit suicide in a text sent to a Georgia woman who was visiting him in Houston.
- Told the mother of the Georgia woman that he had a terminal illness.
- Mailed the deed to his house and title for his car to that woman’s mother.
Officers who searched the house found three boxes of .22-caliber ammunition in the garage. Police found .22-caliber shell casings near the site where Hausknecht was shot to death, the affidavit says.
Police think Pappas may have killed Hausknecht as revenge because his mother died 20 years ago under the doctor’s care…

NYPD Hunting Black Man for Punching “White Bitch” On Brooklyn Bus
Police in New York City are looking for him after he (alledgedly) attacked a stranger for apparently being white.
Fox5NY.com reports that the violence happened on a bus Monday morning about 10 a.m. in Downtown Brooklyn.
NYPD says a 29-year-old man was onboard a B25 MTA Bus on Fulton Street. Another man walked up to him and punched him in the face while making an anti-white comment:
“I hate everyone like you, a white bitch,” the suspect reportedly said to the victim.
The victim was not seriously injured but suffered swelling and pain. The attacker then got off of the bus at the intersection of Fulton Street and Bond Street.
As The Hill reports, police are investigating the assault as a hate crime and are still searching for the suspect.
Which is odd because, unlike the “I hate white people”-screaming eskimo, and NYT’s latest hire — who are apparently not racist, this black man in Brooklyn screaming “I hate everyone like you white bitch” before physically assaulting someone is racist and committing a hate-crime (at least for now, until the NYPD gets the tap on the shoulder from the higher-ups).

Man Arrested After Van Drives on Crowded Beach in Port Dover, Ont., Police Say
Provincial police in Ontario say a 43-year-old man has been arrested for impaired driving after he allegedly drove onto a crowded beach in Port Dover on Saturday morning.
Police say they received a call around 11:30 a.m. about a van driving on the beach.
A video posted on social media shows the van reversing off the beach and then driving back onto it, where there were groups of people.
OPP say no one was struck or injured.
The video shows several people running toward the vehicle and pulling the driver out.
Police say bystanders restrained him until officers arrived.
They say a Hamilton man is facing charges including impaired driving, dangerous driving and breach of probation.
“I can tell you that the male is extremely intoxicated,” OPP Const. Ed Sanchuk said in a video posted on Twitter. “I just also wanted to say thank you to the Good Samaritans that assisted by removing that male from the vehicle.”

British Police Asked if Iraqi Paedophile Can Date 12-Year-Old to be ‘Culturally Sensitive’
A British police officer called a charity to ask if it were acceptable for an Iraqi man to date a 12-year-old girl because he wanted to be “culturally sensitive” when dealing with a suspected paedophile.
An unnamed police detective called the charity Karma Nirvana, which tackles forced marriage and other forms of ‘honour-based’ abuse, after he had arrested a 26-year-old Iraqi man who said that in his culture, it was acceptable for him to be in a relationship with a child, according to the charity’s call logs seen by The Times.

Denmark: First Woman Fined for Wearing Islamic Face Veil in Public
HELSINKI (AP) — A 28-year-old woman wearing a face veil has become the first person in Denmark to be fined for violating a new law banning such garments in public places.
Danish news agency Ritzau reported that police were called to a shopping center in Horsholm, a city of some 46,000 inhabitants close to Copenhagen, on Friday to confront a woman wearing a niqab garment covering her face.
The woman was slapped with a fine of 1,000 Danish kroner ($156) and requested to either remove the veil or leave the premises. She opted to leave.

Future of Voice of Europe on Facebook Unknown as Company Refuses to Give Clearance

Google Declares Angela Merkel ‘Leader of the Free World’
Thanks to its reliance on information from Wikipedia, the top Google search result for “leader of the free world” is not the President of the United States, with whom the term is normally associated, but crisis-engulfed German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
Searches for the term currently return a picture of Merkel as the top result, and two links to the Wikipedia page on “free world.” Immediately following those results is a CNN opinion piece stating that President Trump is “no longer leader of the free world.”

Man With ‘Dark Appearance’ Wanted for Raping 14-Year-Old Girl During Danish Football Tournament

Romania Police Probe Anti-Semitic Graffiti at Elie Wiesel Home
BUCHAREST (AFP) — Romanian police on Saturday announced a probe into anti-semitic graffiti found on the walls of the house where Nobel Peace prize winner Elie Wiesel was born.
“An enquiry is underway to identify those responsible,” police spokeswoman Florina Metes said, adding that officers were studying footage from surveillance cameras in the northern town of Sighetu Marmatiei, hometown of Holocaust survivor Wiesel who died in New York in 2016.

Support for Germany’s Right-Wing AfD Party Reaches New Record High
Merkel’s popularity has plummeted to record lows whilst support for the nationalist party Alternative for Germany (AfD) has swelled to record highs, according to latest polling.
The Infratest Dimap poll, published Thursday, establishes that 17 per cent of Germans purpose to vote for the anti-immigration AfD party at the next election. It has significantly risen from last year’s Federal Election where they saw 12.6 per cent of the popular vote awarding them 94 seats in the Bundestag.

UK Pushes Charges After Just Three Percent of Forced Marriage Reports
UK police pushed charges after less than one in 38 forced marriage reports, with just three convictions in the four years since it was made illegal in the UK.
Officials at the Home Office received more than 3,800 reports of forced marriages, or children and young people at risk of being forced into marriage, over the past three years, The Times reports.
However, less than 80 suspects were charged in this time and just three have been convicted of the crime, leading to campaigners accusing authorities of political correctness and turning a blind eye.

Two moped robbers have been jailed for more than 30 years after they ‘targeted elderly victims’ and stabbed a man in his 50s over his bible.
The pair “hunted people down and made a sport of it” in south London, police said, and targeted vulnerable people in Croydon, Lambeth, Kingston, Sutton, Hammersmith and Fulham and Merton.
Mikelle Alexander, 21, of Sutton, and Karim Hussain, 20, of Romford were jailed for a combined 22 offences, including robbery and theft of a motor vehicle.

UK: Police Chase Jetski Racers in ‘James Bond’ Pursuit on River Thames
Police pursued four jet ski riders down the river Thames in a chase likened to a scene from the James Bond film The World Is Not Enough.
The Metropolitan Police’s marine policing unit was filmed chasing four jet skis down the river towards central London on Friday night.
Police said the chase was prompted after they received reports the boats were “speeding down the River Thames”.

Chinese Communist Party Strengthens Grip on South Africa
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is tightening its grip on South Africa on many levels.
The secretary general of South Africa’s ruling African National Congress (ANC), Ace Magashule, has announced that ANC cadres will be trained by the CCP before next year’s South African general elections. The ANC will be sending around 300 cadres to the CCP’s training academy to “learn more about party discipline and loyalty.”
According to Magashule, Chinese officials would be “employed to assist local government executives in implementing a powerful communications strategy.” Magashule reportedly said there was a lot to be learned from CCP expertise in “strategy and propaganda.”?
This announcement leaked to the South African public directly after the 10th annual BRICS summit, held in Johannesburg on July 25—27. The gathering brought together Brazilian President Michel Temer, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chinese President Xi Jinping, and South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, in a conference themed “BRICS in Africa.”
BRICS is essentially the global redistribution of wealth through creating a leftist global economic alliance able to challenge, and eventually defeat, the United States and her allies.
During the conference, Chinese leader Xi, as part of the CCP’s “One Belt, One Road” initiative, pledged investments totaling $14 billion to help boost the rapidly failing South African economy.

Venezuela’s Maduro Targeted in Assassination Attempt Using Explosive Drones
A speech by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro at an army commemoration event was abruptly cut off due to a reported assassination attempt using several drones packed with explosives, injuring seven National Guard soldiers. The extent of their injuries is not known, however they are reportedly receiving medical care.
In live footage, Maduro and officials standing behind him can be seen looking up as an explosion is heard in the distance, after which soldiers can be seen running in disarray before the transmission ends.

MADRID (AP) — Spanish authorities say they have rescued 223 migrants attempting the perilous crossing of the Mediterranean Sea.
Spain’s maritime rescue service says its craft intercepted three boats carrying 180 people Saturday and a Civil Guard vessel pulled 43 others from a fourth boat.
Spain is seeing an uptick in the number of migrants landing on its shores from Africa after Italy shut down its ports to aid groups who rescued migrants at sea.

“F**k the Police”: NYT’s Newest Hire Also Hates Cops and Men… and the New York Times
The New York Times’ newest editorial board member, Sarah Jeong, was outed as a bigot yesterday after dozens of tweets from less than four years ago were unearthed, revealing extreme hatred of white people.
The Times, in response, claimed to have known about the tweets — and said they were simply Jeong imitating racists.
“Her journalism and the fact that she is a young Asian woman have made her a subject of frequent online harassment. For a period of time she responded to that harassment by imitating the rhetoric of her harassers.” —NYT
Except this was quickly dispelled after several tweets of Jeong’s in which she drops casual bigotry such as “f**k white women” out of the blue were caught by other Twitter users.
Now, as the Daily Caller’s Amber Athey reports, Jeong’s Twitter history also reveals hatred of cops and men.
The NYT claimed that Jeong was “imitating” the behavior of people who harassed her online, but this does not explain why she was tweeting “f**k the police” and encouraging people to “kill all men.”
A search for “cops” and “police” on Jeong’s Twitter reveals an extensive history of anti-cop sentiment and a lack of sympathy for police who are injured on the job.
In one tweet from 2014 she wrote, “let me know when a cop gets killed by a rock or molotov cocktail or a stray shard of glass from a precious precious window.”
“Cops are a******s,” she said in 2015.

Hunt for Trio ‘Who Broke Man’s Jaw’ In Homophobic Attack
A man was left with a broken jaw in a homphobic attack inside a kebab shop in Brighton. The 21-year-old, from Suffolk, also suffered deep cuts to his face which required multiple stitches, police said. He was in Seaside Kebabs, Kings Road when three men walked in and reportedly began hurling homophobic insults around 4.30am on June 7.

Swedish Migrant Majority Region Takes Down Pride Flags Daily Due to Sabotage

The Matrix Revealed: Why Logic Disappeared

That’s how mind-programming is done — by pouring assumptions into the student.
Over the past year, I’ve been in communication with several teachers who are telling me about the descent into more social programming in school classrooms.
From so-called environmental agendas, to discussions about gender orientation and choice of gender identity, to sex education, to teaching about “liberalism,” the indoctrination is getting thicker and deeper.
This whole mind-engineering approach would suffer a devastating blow if logic were introduced into the curriculum, particularly at an early age.
One prime factor becomes clear the moment a student explores logic as a formal subject. That factor is THE PREMISE.
Deductive arguments begin from premises, also known as assumptions or givens.
Although logic focuses on the process of reasoning launched from the premises, there is no way to avoid looking at these basic assumptions, once the student learns how to find them.
“Is this premise true?” “Does it make sense?”
And then all bets are off, because social programming is short on reasoning and long on givens.
That’s how mind-programming is done—by pouring assumptions into the student.
Once he begins to look at them, study them, consider them, assess them, he is SEPARATE FROM THEM.
He can then gauge their truth or falsity.
He can decide whether they’re grounded in fact, or are merely arbitrary notions designed to forward an ideology.
At that point, the roof caves in on the programmers.
This is one reason I designed a basic introductory logic course for high-school students and included it in my collection, The Matrix Revealed.
