Sweden has declined to take any of the 177 migrants who recently arrived in Italy on a “rescue” vessel. Meanwhile, Italian Interior Minister Matteo Salvini says that Italy will repatriate migrants to Libya if other European countries refuse to take their fair share.
In other news, a man drove a car packed with gas canisters — one of which exploded — into the town hall of Lingewaard in the Netherlands. The driver was killed, but there are no reports of other injuries.

An Indiana Priest is Attacked by a Man Yelling, ‘This is for All the Little Kids’
(CNN) A Catholic priest was beaten while praying at his church in Merrillville, Indiana, and authorities are investigating the attack as a hate crime.
The Rev. Basil John Hutsko told police he was attacked Monday morning inside the St. Michaels Byzantine Catholic Church as he was praying in the sacristy.
The attacker “grabbed him by the neck, threw him down on the floor and immediately started slamming his head against the floor. Both sides, front and back,” Merrillville Police Chief Joseph Petruch told CNN affiliate WBBM.
The assailant left Hutsko battered, bruised and unconscious. And during the assault the attacker yelled, “‘This is for all the little kids,’“ Petruch said.
It was an apparent reference to the clergy sex abuse scandal that has rocked the Catholic Church in recent years. Just last week an explosive grand jury report out of Pennsylvania detailed decades of abuse of children by more than 300 priests in that state…

Army Soldier Accused of Wanting to Help ISIS to Plead Guilty, Lawyers Say
HONOLULU — A Hawaii-based Army soldier accused of attempting to support the Islamic State group will plead guilty, his lawyers said Tuesday.
Birney Bervar, one of Sgt. 1st Class Ikaika Kang’s attorneys, told the AP that Kang will plead guilty as charged in the indictment, which accuses him of providing material aid to terrorists. Kang is agreeing to a 25-year sentence for charges that could have put him in prison for life, Bervar said.

Bokhari: This is What ‘Election Interference’ Actually Looks Like
The purge of the right on social media was once a slow trickle, with high-profile bans happening only occasionally, and then subsiding. With just three months until the midterm elections, the Masters of the Universe in Silicon Valley have turned online censorship into a cascade.
Earlier this month, Alex Jones was blacklisted on virtually every major social media service, including Apple podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Facebook, and even Pinterest and Linkedin. Following pressure from CNN and Media Matters, Twitter eventually followed suit with a week-long suspension.
A few days after the mass-purge of Jones’ accounts, Twitter permanently banned libertarian commentator Gavin McInnes, and the official accounts of his grassroots organization the Proud Boys, on bogus charges of “supporting violence.”
A few days later, Patreon, which has been ramping up its censorship of right-wingers (usually based on unsupported accusations of violence-promotion similar to those used by Twitter), kicked off Islam critic Robert Spencer, founder of Jihad Watch. It later emerged that Mastercard had pressured Patreon into making the call.

CA Legislative Committees Pass Seven Gun Control Bills
A California Senate committee and an assembly committee passed a total of seven new gun control bills during the past week.
The majority of the bills expand gun controls that are already in place.
The Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) reported on the seven gun control bills:…
Each of the gun control bills was sponsored by Democrats.
The restrictions of firearms sales to persons 21 years old and older mean California law would bar 18-20-year-old citizens from buying long guns even though federal law allows the purchase.
The rationing of firearm purchases to one a month would mean law-abiding citizens who comply with all guns controls — i.e., acquire a safety certificate from the state, pass a point of sale background check, and pass a ten-day waiting period — would face an additional control of being barred from purchasing more than one firearm per month.
The expansion of the Gun Violence Restraining Order (GVRO) confirms what the NRA has warned about again and again when voicing opposition: “Orders can be abused and issued in cases where the police lack sufficient evidence for an arrest and simply wish to deprive an individual of the right to bear arms.”

When two high schools met to play for the D-1 championship title in a Fresno, California stadium, their fans were shocked to hear the announcer tell them there would be no national anthem. After booing the announcement, it was how they responded that has Americans cheering for them and their decision to show their patriotism. These fans were true role models for the kids on the field, and for Americans everywhere.
According to CBS News, hundreds of fans attending a game between Clovis High and Buchanan at Fresno State University’s Margie Wright Diamond on Friday were in disbelief when they learned the National Anthem wouldn’t be played. Despite this, they sang a cappella.

He has also threatened to attack any law enforcement officer who tries to apprehend him. He is also wanted on other charges but the FBI’s primary goal is to apprehend him for threatening President Trump:
The US Marshals Service is offering $20K for information leading to the arrest of Shawn Richard Christy. Christy posted a threatening message on Facebook to a local official and to President Trump: “Keep it up Morganelli, I promise I’ll put a bullet in your head as soon as I put one in the head of President Donald J. Iranians Charged With Spying on Jews in U.S. Raise Specter of Assassination Plots Here
The Justice Department has charged two Iranians with spying on Jewish and opposition groups in the U.S., and the court documents suggest Tehran’s hard-line Islamic regime is hunting for bombing and assassination targets.
Ahmadreza Doostdar and Majid Ghorbani were indicted on charges of being illegal agents of a foreign power — Iran.
On a wiretap, Mr. Ghorbani, a California resident, is heard singling out an opposing figure for assassination. “M——F needs one, one shot,” he said.
The charges were filed as President Trump embarked on a get-tough policy toward Iran, which the State Department has designated as the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism. Mr. Trump this spring pulled out of the 2015 international nuclear deal with Tehran negotiated by the Obama administration and has embarked on a campaign to get other countries to join the U.S. in reapplying economic sanctions against Tehran.

Is “The Truth” The Truth When it Comes to Prosecutors?
When Rudy Giuliani stated, perhaps inartfully, that “truth isn’t truth,” he was getting at a higher — or should I say lower — truth. This is a truth that virtually every experienced defense attorney and prosecutor understands: namely, that prosecutors get to pick which witness — and which “truth” — to believe.
Giuliani was discussing US President Donald Trump’s decision whether or not to be interviewed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Giuliani made the point that even if President Trump testified truthfully, he could be accused of lying to a prosecutor — a serious felony — if the prosecutor chose to believe witnesses who have provided a different account.

It’s worth taking a second look at this article from 2013 now that former CIA director John Brennan is in the headlines attacking President Trump for trying to “silence” him.
From The Daily Mail on 15 August 2013, “Renowned investigative journalist Michael Hastings was working on story about CIA Chief John Brennan at the time of his mysterious death”:
The mysterious death of famed investigative journalist Michael Hastings took a surprising turn this week when it was revealed that the target of his latest expose was CIA Director John Brennan.
Hastings was killed in a fiery car crash in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles about 4:25 a.m. on June 18, of this year. Witnesses described his speeding Mercedes coup as creating sparks and flames before it fish-tailed into a palm tree and exploded. Hastings’ body was burned beyond recognition.
Earlier that day, Hastings had sent an email to his editor at the website Buzzfeed alerting him that ‘the Feds are interviewing my “close friends and associates.” Perhaps if the authorities arrive “BuzzFeed GQ,” er HQ, may be wise to immediately request legal counsel before any conversations or interviews about our news-gathering practices or related journalism issues.’
He added that ‘Also: I’m onto a big story, and need to go off the radat for a bit.’
Hours later, Hastings was dead.
The big story he was working now appears to be about spy chief Brennan, who has been described in secret emails from the President of CIA contractor Stratfor, Fred Burton — and released by Wikileaks —as being on a ‘witch hunt’ of investigative journalists.

Social Media Censorship— Here Are the Deep Basics
Orchestrated un-creation of the fabric of free speech—this is what we’re seeing.
Several of the biggest “conservative/libertarian” figures on the Net—Alex Jones, Dennis Prager, Stefan Molyneux, among others—have recently been banned/censored by Google, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media companies.
When you ask why this is happening, one obvious answer pops up right away:
These social media corporations are fulfilling desperate pleas from major news outlets, who have been losing audience, in massive chunks, to the likes of Jones, Prager, and Molyneaux.
The newspapers and TV news networks came to end of their rope. They had no solutions to their problem—so they went to Google, Facebook, and others, and said, HELP US. Meaning: Censor our competition.
On one level, understanding censorship is that simple.
But then you have to ask yourself this question: Why would Google, Facebook, and other social media giants bend to the needs of mainstream news outlets?
These social media operations are richer and bigger than mainstream news. They could easily have said: “No, we like open forums and a wide variety of opinion, and we think people should be able to deal with ideas they don’t like. We stand for an open society, and we vigorously defend the 1st Amendment.”
But they didn’t say that. Instead, they’re enacting bans and censorship. Why?
The obvious answer staring us in the face is: Google and Facebook and You Tube, for example, the largest social media corporations, are not “free companies.”
They’ve been in bed with the intelligence community for a long time, and they favor wall to wall surveillance of the population. They favor the “liberal” version of a policed State, where correct opinions are let in the door and incorrect opinions are shut down.

Former CIA Director John Brennan is fussing about having his security clearances revoked and now threatens to fight President Donald Trump in court. It appears as though Brennan wishes to save face in regards to his reputation, and has reportedly stated that he would be willing to take Trump to court. This is turning into a drama that one could only imagine watching on television with some popcorn and a fine glass of red wine. Brennan appears to be coming hard for President Trump, but Donald is telling him to bring it. He’s not scared and he’s facing his adversary right on Twitter for everyone to watch. Trump dares him to bring a lawsuit which will then open Brennan up for being potentially exposed for other things. Trump doesn’t have much else to be exposed for. Anything people are looking for hasn’t been found (because it’s probably fake) and Trump puts everything else on Twitter.
Trump battled back against the now revoked CIA director, stating “I hope John Brennan, the worst CIA Director in our country’s history, brings a lawsuit. It will then be very easy to get all of his records, texts, emails and documents to show not only the poor job he did, but how he was involved with the Mueller Rigged Witch Hunt. He won’t sue!”

Julian Assange’s mother caused excitement on Twitter, saying an ex-DNC worker leaked the Clinton emails. Christine Assange deleted her post after followers concluded that she meant Seth Rich, who was killed in 2016.
The story unfolded after Christine responded to a tweet claiming Julian Assange had given the then presidential candidate Donald Trump the “upper hand” by leaking the Clinton emails.

What on Earth Can the Left and Right Compromise?
For the last 80 years the Conservatives have been compromising on all kinds of Liberal causes, from welfare, to finances, to immigration, to health care and the environment. But you say, “Conservatives didn’t have a choice, because the Democrats were in control.” That’s right! And how did the Democrats get in control of the government? They got in control with a diabolical, unconstitutional scheme of promising federal dollars and benefits (your money) to the general population and special interests …. for votes? If you want something from a Democrat government, they will give it to you by stealing it from someone else under the color of law, and give it to you for free, in exchange for your vote. WE, THE DUMB PEOPLE THAT WE ARE, fell for the Democrat scheme hook, line and sinker.
The Democrats, for over 100 years, have violated every principle of freedom, liberty, unalienable rights, individual responsibility and self-reliance that existed under the umbrella of our Constitution. That is why they want the Constitution to be a fluid document instead of the Supreme Law of the Land based on the intent of the Framers. Their goal was and is to manipulate the Constitution for their own political ends to remain in perpetual political power. That is why they are so deathly afraid of a conservative leaning U. S. Supreme Court and will vigorously obstruct any conservative justice nominee.

Belgium Bans Halal Slaughter, But Muslims in Capital Brussels Are Exempt
While Flanders and Wallonia are set to ban unstunned Islamic ritual slaughter in 2019, the practice will remain legal in the Belgian capital of Brussels.
One of Islam’s most holy days, the Eid al-Adha festival, begins this week as Muslims around the globe engage in the ritual sacrifice of various animals including cows, sheep and goats.

Belgium Knife Attack: Three Dead in Restaurant Stabbing Horror
Police and emergency vehicles were deployed to the scene following the reported stabbing in a restaurant in Herve, Belgium.
The La Libre Belgique daily said on its website a male attacker was among the three dead, which also included two women.
Another daily newspaper, Le Soir, said the attacker had entered a restaurant in the village of Moresnet-Chapelle and stabbed a former partner.
A local official has said that it was a family affair and not terror-related.

Brexit Britain Reports Largest Budget Surplus in 18 Years Despite Treasury’s Project Fear Forecasts
The ONS reports today that net public sector borrowing was in surplus by £2bn in July 2018, the largest July surplus since 2000.
This will be seen as a major boost of confidence in Britain’s economy, as unemployment figures are also the lowest since 1975.
However the UK’s national debt remains exceedingly high at £1,763bn, equivalent to 85.8% of GDP.
These new figures represent a blow to Project Fear, for example, the Treasury claimed in April 2016 a Canada style FTA with the EU would lead to “a reduction of £36 billion in tax receipts would result in higher government borrowing, large tax rises or major cuts in public spending.”

Drought-Hit Finnish Farmers Won’t Get EU Aid — Agriculture Union
Hit by a long, relentlessly dry summer season, Finland was denied the emergency agricultural aid — along with other Nordic and Baltic countries who applied.
Finland will not receive agricultural crisis aid from the EU, Juha Marttila, the chair of the country’s largest farmers’ union, told news group Lännen Media.

Explosion as Car Packed With Gas Canisters Ploughs Into Town Hall in Netherlands
“A CAR packed with gas canisters has ploughed into the town hall of Lingewaard in the Netherlands, with one exploding and killing the driver.
A fire brigade spokesperson told Dutch broadcaster Nederlandse Omroep Stichting (NOS) the killed motorist was found ‘in the vicinity’ of the car.
The resulting fire caused major damage to the town hall, located in the Gelderland village of Bemmel.
The spokesperson told newspaper AD that police had received a threat that could be linked to the incident.
But Lingewaard Mayor Marianne Schuurmans told the newspaper said that news of the threat ‘surprised me’“.

Gun-Free Britain: Three People Shot in One Night in Sadiq Khan’s London
Three more injured in London in a shooting in Kingsbury Road, Brent, last night. This, on the heels of a spate of attacks over the weekend, across London.
Two men and a woman were hospitalised after reports of gunshots at 21:45 BST. The Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance service were called to the scene and all injured were taken to hospital, though none of the injuries were life-threatening.

Hungarian President: We Must Stick to ‘Saint Stephen’s Western Culture’
Hungary must insist on “the Western culture King Saint Stephen tied our future to”, President Janos Ader said in his address marking Hungary’s August 20 national holiday on Monday.

AN Algerian Muslim who was shot dead yesterday while ‘trying to stab’ police near Barcelona was trying to get himself killed, his wife has claimed.
Abdelouahab Taib, 29, had allegedly come out as gay and wanted to commit suicide because he ‘felt shame’.
The young man stormed a police station wielding a knife yesterday and shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’ before being shot dead.
His Spanish wife said in her police statement that he told her two months ago he was gay, a source close to the investigation said.
“She said she had left him, that he had revealed his homosexuality and that he was disturbed about how that fit in with the Muslim religion,” the source added.
“We’re putting this down to confusion, a suicide attempt. There are some who do it throwing themselves off a bridge, he opted for this method.
“We’re basing ourselves on his wife’s testimony, who says he had not veered towards extremism.”

Poland’s Ruling Conservatives Far Ahead of Nearest Rival: Poll

Sweden: Four Men Rape Woman With Cognitive Ability of a 6-Year-Old and Walk Free
Four men have been charged with gross rape against a developmentally disabled woman. Yesterday they were set free. Why? The court could not prove that they knew she had a developmental disability.
The woman is 18-years-old and has an intellectual disability. She is described by friends and family as having the cognition of a five or six-year-old, according to the judgement.

UK: Drugs Gang Jailed After Heroin Supply ‘Explosion’ In Khan’s London
Police have welcomed the jailing of a drugs gang behind an “awful explosion” of Class A drugs in Whitechapel as an “incredible result” which will “severely disrupt the supply”.
Following an undercover operation in which detectives posed as drugs users, 16 men have been sentenced to a total of 49 years for charges including the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.

Abbas’s Responsibility for Gaza Crisis

Reminder: In March 2018, Abbas and his government decided to impose a series of punitive measures against his own people: the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. The measures include, among other things, halting payments to thousands of civil servants and forcing thousands of others into early retirement. He also decided to stop paying Israel for the electricity it supplies to the Gaza Strip and limited the amount of medicine shipments to the coastal enclave.
Abbas has defended his sanctions against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip by arguing that Hamas was refusing to hand control over the coastal Gaza enclave to his government in accordance with previous “reconciliation” agreements signed between his ruling Fatah faction and Hamas.
Subsequently, violent riots by Palestinians along the Gaza-Israel border — organized by Hamas and labelled as the “March of Return” — which began in March, reached their peak when arson kites and balloons were launched into Israel.
In other words, it is Abbas himself who bears full responsibility for the clashes between Palestinians and Israeli troops along the border between the Gaza Strip and Israel. Were it not for his sanctions, the Palestinian factions would not have waged the “March of Return” — the primary goal of which is to protest the deteriorating conditions inside the Gaza Strip, for which they blame Israel rather than their own leaders. The blood of the more than 150 Palestinians killed in the riots is on his hands alone.

Hamas-Israel Ceasefire Talks Show Peace is Impossible
The ceasefire negotiations between Israel and the Hamas terror group’s regime in Gaza point to a central truth about the nature of the Palestinian conflict with Israel. Before anyone speaks any more about a possible “deal of the century,” or a “two-state solution,” it is imperative that the implications of those talks be fully understood.
The ceasefire talks are being held between the sides of two separate international coalitions. On the one side are Israel, the U.S., and Egypt. On the other side are Hamas, Qatar, and Turkey.
The party that has been most notably absent from the discussions is the Palestinian Authority (PA). The PA, which was formed in 1994 in the framework of talks between the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and Israel, is charged with running the Palestinian autonomous areas that Israel transferred to PLO control. Until June 2007, that included the Gaza Strip and the Palestinian population centers in Judea and Samaria.
In 2006, the PA held elections to its legislative council. Hamas won. In 2007, Hamas forcibly ejected the PA from Gaza and set up its own terror regime, which has ruled — with public support — ever since.
The PLO is an umbrella organization that includes several aligned Palestinian terror groups. Fatah, which was established by Yasser Arafat in 1958, is the largest faction of the PLO. Until his death in 2004, Arafat headed Fatah, the PLO and the PA. His successor, Mahmoud Abbas, similarly sits at the helm of all three groups.
Since it was established in 1964, the PLO has insisted that it is the sole legitimate representative of the Palestinians. Since the PA was established in 1994, the PLO has sought to convince Hamas, the Muslim-Brotherhood’s Palestinian terror affiliate, to join its ranks. Although Hamas and Fatah have negotiated multiple unity deals since then, many of which involved Hamas joining the PLO, none of the deals was ever fully implemented.
Since Hamas ousted Fatah forces from Gaza, on the ground, PA/Fatah has served as Hamas’s financier and diplomatic representative. It has used the internationally-funded PA budget to pay for Hamas’s regime in Gaza. Abbas’s PLO representative Azzam al-Ahmad served as the chief Palestinian negotiator in ceasefire talks that brought an end to Hamas’s 50 day war against Israel in 2014. The PLO’s international delegations represented Hamas’s positions in forums like the UN.
The PA/Fatah was apparently blindsided by the current round of ceasefire discussions. In these discussions, being carried out indirectly with Israel through several different mediators, Hamas is not using the PA to represent it. And this makes sense.
To show his frustration with Hamas’s refusal to cede control over Gaza to the PA in any significant way, in April 2017, Abbas stopped paying Hamas’s electricity bills. He also stopped transferring money for salaries to the Hamas regime in April 2018. Given the acrimony between the two sides, it is little wonder that Hamas, uninterested in ceding its power, decided to represent itself in its ceasefire negotiations.
Abbas stubbornly refuses to accept his growing irrelevance. Rather than trying to maneuver himself into a senior negotiating role, Abbas has boycotted the talks. He has soured his relations with the Sisi regime in Egypt, by — among other things — refusing to meet with Egyptian President Abdel Fatah el-Sisi’s intelligence chief, Abbas Kamel, who is overseeing ceasefire negotiations with Hamas.
Until a few weeks ago, Sisi was Abbas’s strongest supporter. He accepted Abbas’s demand that Fatah reassert its control over Gaza in any ceasefire deal. But Abbas’s recalcitrance and contempt for Sisi’s regime have brought relations to a low point. Sisi, like Israel, believes it is more urgent to prevent another war than empower the feckless Fatah leader.
Abbas’s behavior has also won him the contempt of several PLO factions. While Fatah boycotts the Cairo talks, almost every other PLO faction is participating in them. The participation of the likes of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP) in the talks shows that Abbas’s long-held plan to incorporate Hamas into the PLO has been turned on its head.
The PLO is joining Hamas.
And this brings us to the main reality that the current ceasefire talks expose…

On July 19, Israel’s parliament, the Knesset, voted into law the Nation-State Bill. As Israel has never had a constitution, the bill became the latest iteration of the country’s Basic Laws, in the form of Basic Law: Israel as the Nation-State of the Jewish People. To many, this seemed like stating the obvious. Had not Israel been created in the first place for that very purpose? The only question was, “Why had it taken 70 years to turn the obvious into law?” Well, perhaps not the only question. The next one was “Why did 55 Knesset members vote against it, with two abstentions, with a narrow majority of 62 in favour?”

The START treaty is in marked contrast to previous United States-Soviet agreements, such as the Strategic Arms Limitation Talks, or SALT treaty of 1972 that allowed massive growth in the Soviet nuclear arsenal. Particularly troubling was the SALT treaty acceptance of the Soviets’ massive increase from 1972-80 in large, heavy, multiple warhead land-based missiles that the United States perceived as a key threat to strategic stability.
Arms control with Russia is also problematic for other reasons. The Russians have no media and other pressures on their negotiators to “get a deal” or “play fair”. Moreover, the Russians always cheat on such deals, and the verification measures in place often turn out to be seriously deficient.
Also, the current Russian nuclear forces are nearing complete modernization, (85% or more will be fully modernized by 2020). In contrast, the United States is just beginning its nuclear modernization effort, which will not be nearing completion until well in to the 2030’s, first with the initial deployment of a new bomber in 2027, a new land-based ICBM in 2029 and a new Columbia-class submarine in 2031. …
In other words, the Russians are violating the INF treaty with impunity, while, as noted nuclear expert Franklin Miller noted earlier this year, they are also violating nine key international agreements with the United States. Miller explains:
“So when the Nuclear Posture Review of 2018 was being drafted, we were aware that Russia was in violation of: the 1975 Helsinki Final Act, by which it pledged not to use military force to change borders in Europe; the 1994 Budapest Accord, wherein it guaranteed the sovereignty of Ukraine; the 1999 Istanbul Agreement, where it pledged to take its forces out of Moldova and also the Georgian provinces of Abkhazia and South Ossetia; the Presidential Nuclear Initiatives of 1991 and 1992; the 2002 Open Skies Treaty; the 2011 Vienna Document; the 1987 INF Treaty; and now as Britain and the world is acutely aware, we also know Russia has violated the 1997 Chemical Weapons Convention. Now, it’s really difficult to do business with a government that so blatantly violates its international commitments and lies about it. We should be quite clear.” …
Russia now has more than 20 ongoing nuclear weapon projects comprising both new weapons and modifications of late Soviet designs. They include weapons programs such as hypersonic missiles and the Status-6 submarine-launched drone.
Russia’s public displays of the new programs is no doubt designed both to intimidate the West into not responding to Russian provocations, and to force the U.S. into one-sided arms control deals in their favor, out of fear of emerging Russian nuclear arms.
Such disinformation is standard Russia fare. Although, to be clear, a large number of Russian nuclear systems are being modernized, some Russian images and videos of supposed new nuclear weapons systems depict weapons that probably don’t exist. (This will be explored at length by Stephen Blank, “Reflections on Russian Nuclear Strategy,” in the forthcoming The Routledge Handbook of Russian National Security.)

Trump administration officials told lawmakers in Congress on Aug. 21, that Washington’s sanctions on Russia are having a significant impact on the Kremlin and the oligarchy that props it up and threatened that more punitive actions are in store if Moscow refuses to change course.

Two Muslim Men Get Death for Hindu Child’s Rape in Mandsaur, Trial Done Within 2 Months
Two Quran believers Irfan and Asif awarded double death sentence as convicted in Mandsaur child rape case.

Mandsaur is a city in the Malwa region and district of Madhya Pradesh state of central India.
This is the 14th death penalty awarded in the state, including all crimes, whereas 13th death sentence in sexual offences.
Special judge (POCSO) Nisha Gupta awarded the sentence to the accused Asif and Irfan on two counts.+ The accused had lured the girl while she was waiting for her father outside her school. They took her to an isolated location, raped her and tried to kill her by slitting her throat.
The accused have been granted death sentence under section 376 AB- the newly included section in the Indian Penal Code, providing for death sentence for persons committing rape with victims under 12 years of age and also under section 376 D- punishment for gang-rape.
This is the sixth death sentence in the state, after the ordinance for death penalty to rapists of girls below 12 years was implemented.
In this case, the police caught the two accused based on CCTV camera footage and eyewitness accounts…

30 Migrants Arrested in Senegal
Police in Senegal said some 30 migrants who had left by boat from Gambia in hopes of arriving in Europe were arrested on Saturday August 18.
The police said, the boat ran aground in front of a police station after suffering damage. Some passengers managed to escape, including captain of the boat.

South African Government to Seize White-Owned Farms, But Big Liberal Media Goes Silent
Farmers were “offered” 1/10th the value of their land.
They kept warning us and now it’s happening! The white-owned farms in Africa are being seized. There are two farms ready to be taken first and 139 on the list. Farmers have already been attacked in relation to being white-skinned farm owners, and now their farms are just being taken from them. Imagine running a business your entire life and someone takes it from you because of the color of your skin. Where is the media outrage? Where is the liberal outrage? These are hard-working people who provide food for the community and they’re being ripped away from their own business for what? Because they’re white? What kind of nonsense is that?
Besides the fact that people are going to lose their job, property, and basically their entire life when they get kicked off their own farms, there’s simply not enough mainstream media coverage on this. You would think that a major news publication like CNN would have at least ONE story on their homepage about it, but they don’t. Why not?
Right before publishing this story, I grabbed a screenshot of the top half of CNN’s homepage. The bottom half of their page didn’t mention anything about this story either. Sure, it’s not American news, but it’s a HUGE DEAL that people should be worried about. This is the abuse of the government in an obviously racist plot to eliminate white farmers in South Africa.
Even worse, it’s the South African government who is responsible for seizing the land from white farmers. There are two farms that are already targeted for seizure, and this comes after the owners had reportedly turned down an offer to sell their land for about 1/10 worth of the value. Talk about absolute malarkey!! This is more than just about the color of their skin, but this is about the big government taking someone’s land because they refused to give it away. This is terrible and should be stopped.

Ecuador Calls for Regional Summit on Venezuelan Migrants
The Ecuadorian government is asking 13 other South American nations to attend a regional summit to discuss the Venezuelan migrant crisis.

Accused Mollie Tibbetts Killer Demands He Not be Called ‘Illegal Alien’

An Afghan migrant in France was given a short four-year sentence — with one year suspended — after being found guilty of stabbing four people in the town of Périgueux last week.

Hundreds of Migrants Storm Spanish Border and Attack Police With Acid
The more than 100 African migrants crossed over the highly fortified border into Ceuta from Morocco on Wednesday, according to a Spanish police spokesman.

Just Two Percent of Swedish Political Candidates Live in High Migrant Populated Areas
Despite around five percent of Sweden’s total population living in migrant majority areas, just two percent of the candidates running for Sweden’s national election next month live in such areas.

Salvini Threatens to Take Rescued Migrants Back to Libya
Italian populist Interior Minister Matteo Salvini has threatened to start returning migrants back to Libya if other European Union countries do not start taking in rescued migrants.
Salvini’s comments came after 190 migrants were rescued by the Italian coastguard near Malta last Thursday with 13 migrants being taken to Lampedusa for emergency medical treatment while the rest were taken in by Malta. The academic journal Gender, Place, and Culture, the world’s 13th most influential women’s studies academic journal, has issued a statement of concern in response to research they published in May on “dog rape culture.” Breitbart News covered Helen Wilson’s research in June, pointing out that Wilson claimed that she examined the genitals of 10,000 dogs during her study.
The statement, which was first covered by Campus Reform, says that Wilson has violated the terms of her agreement by not proving appropriate documentation to confirm her identity. In an auto-response from Wilson’s email, she said she is not responding to emails “due to intense harassment.”

Facebook Bans “Activist Mommy” Elizabeth Johnston as the Purge of Conservatives Accelerates
We are witnessing the greatest purge of conservative voices in modern American history. Social media websites are the marketplace of today, and the tech giants have decided that they are going to take control of public conversation by removing any conservative voices that “offend” them. And it turns out that there are vast numbers of prominent conservative voices that are deemed to be deeply “offensive”. We all knew that the technocrats were not going to stop with Alex Jones, but many had hoped that they would at least slow down a little bit. Armies of Internet censors have been hired to weed out “toxic ideas”, and we get more reports of good conservative people being censored with each passing day. For example, earlier today I came across an article about how Facebook had just banned extremely popular “Activist Mommy” Elizabeth Johnston…
“Apparently, I upset the ‘Thought Police’ over at Facebook with something I posted,” Johnston told CBN News Monday. “When I clicked on Facebook to post something last Wednesday, I couldn’t post and was notified I had been banned for ‘hate speech.’ Facebook refused to tell me what I posted that was hateful, so how am I supposed to prevent an infraction in the future?”
Johnston, who has more than 600,000 followers on Facebook, often speaks out on controversial social issues such as homosexuality and pornographic Sex-Ed curricula in public schools.
Facebook subsequently apologized and restored her ability to post, but this wasn’t the first time that Facebook has censored her.
In fact, it turns out that she was suspended three separate times for her views in 2017…

Study: More ‘Ecosexual’ Professors Are Having Sex With Trees
A recently published academic article examines “exosexuals’ encounters with the natural environment.”
In a new academic piece published in the journal Feminist Theory, Professor Lauran Whitworth of St. Mary’s College of Maryland defines the increasingly popular term “ecosexual.”
“1. A person that finds nature sensual, sexy. 2. A new sexual identity. 3: Person who takes the Earth as their lover,” she wrote. In another paragraph, Whitworth explains that while some environmentalists encourage the use of environmentally-friendly sex products such as fair trade condoms and chemical-free lubricants, “ecosexuals” take it a step further by encouraging sex with “nature itself.”

So what, the rape itself is no longer a crime in Sweden or why were they set free?

I get these emails from Quora and read this one from someone who turns out to be a Dr who had worked in the Middle East. I believe she is a Muslim. What she said, even if only for a subset of Muslims, may explain some aspect of the Red/Green alliance. She said they believe in equality. When you die everyone gets buried in the same white sheet. Everyone is the same. Between people who don’t look too deep, I think that could drive one’s acceptance of the other even if it is false. My more cynical side thinks it is the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Diaspora Jews want to live in “proposition” countries, in which every culture and every nationality has the right to self-determination and (increasingly) the right to hop over the border and settle.
Israeli Jews want to live in a nation-state: a state dedicated by law to one people/nation/religion/tribe/ethny.
The more that Israeli Jews fight for Jewish supremacy (but not necessarily oppression) in Israel, the more tenuous and nervous Diaspora Jewish life in other countries becomes.
In an ideal Jewish world, all the countries of the Earth would be multicultural/multiethnic except Israel, and Israel would be dedicated to Jews.
By making the implicit Jewishness of Israel explicit, other nations will now ask themselves “why do we have to ‘celebrate diversity’ and champion every other ethnic group that wants to move here by the millions? Why can’t we be like Israel, [or Poland, or Hungary] and be for OUR people — put OUR people first — by law?”” And this makes Diaspora Jews incredibly nervous. It shouldn’t, of course, since they now have their own country to which they can return from Exile.
As long as the true nature of Israel was a bit “fuzzy” around the edges, Jews could have it both ways–insist on multiculturalism everywhere else, and preserve Jewish supremacy in Israel. Now that Israel is explicitly a Jewish nation-state, they can’t play around with words so much.
This was a major struggle for Jews when the Balfour Declaration was being drafted. It took months and months for Jews all over the world to hammer out the language in the Balfour Declaration. In order to placate their fellow Jews that did not want to live in Israel, the Jewish drafters had to add special language in the Declaration that the rights of Jews to continue living in the Diaspora countries would not be affected.
Heh. Jews are not, never have been, one tribe. A more fractious bunch it would be hard to find, except maybe the Irish. Britain conquered the latter because it was so easy to divide them. Still is.
