ACLU is Now Making Government Policy?
The vision of the ACLU and other progressive representatives of the oppressed (though most of their clients aren’t) is to divide this nation to the point of dissolution, leaving power up for grabs by self-serving do-gooders.

184 pages and 45 pages, of newly uncovered emails of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton from the U.S. Department of State sent and received over her unsecure, non-”state.gov” email system. Five emails contain classified information.
Judicial Watch obtained the documents in response to a FOIA lawsuit
filed on May 6, 2015, after the State Department failed to respond to a March 4, 2015 FOIA request (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00687)) seeking:
All emails sent or received by former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton in her official capacity as Secretary of State, as well as all emails by other State Department employees to Secretary Clinton regarding her non-”state.gov” email address.
The documents are part of the accelerated schedule of production ordered by U.S. District Court Judge James E. Boasberg, which requires the State Department to complete processing by September 28, 2018, the remaining documents of the 72,000 pages recovered by the FBI in its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s illicit email server. These new classified and other emails appear to be among those that Clinton had attempted to delete or had otherwise failed to disclose.

MasterCard Enforces Sharia, Forces Jihad Watch Off of Patreon
The author of 18 bestselling books, Robert Spencer is known for regularly pointing out that the perpetrators of more than 33,000 terrorist attacks since 9/11 have cited Islamic scripture as the motivation for their often deadly acts of violence.
His critics charge, without evidence, that he hates Muslims, and now Spencer has been banned from the web-based funding site Patreon, which claims Mastercard demanded the move.
On his Jihad Watch website Wednesday, Spencer said that after being denied access to Patreon without warning, he received an email from a customer-service person who said Patreon had been “notified by Mastercard that we must remove your account from Patreon, effective immediately.”
“Mastercard has a stricter set of rules and regulations than Patreon, and they reserve the right to not offer their services to accounts of their choosing,” she said. “This is in line with their terms of service, which means it’s something we have to comply by.”
San Francisco-based Patreon is a membership platform that provides business tools for creators to run a subscription content service and build relationships with subscribers.
Patreon has insisted to Spencer that it gave him an “explanation” for canceling his account, but the messages did not explain Mastercard’s reason for the move.
Spencer believes Mastercard is targeting “accounts that have been smeared by the hard-Left propaganda hate group the Southern Poverty Law Center.”

The Importance to Liberals of Ignorance and Stupidity
“Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.” So said Martin Luther King, Jr. The danger lies, in part, in the fact that these characteristics are both intellectual and moral defects, which render the possessor of these flaws vulnerable to manipulation by those who use the illusion of morality to accomplish utterly immoral ends. Never in our lifetimes have these two flaws been more proudly demonstrated and celebrated than now, in reaction to the presidency of Donald Trump. Because of his effect, the incoherent emotionalism of the left, coupled with leftists’ carefully taught inability to think rationally or critically, has been revealed to us on a disturbingly grand scale. The extent had been largely hidden from us for decades as liberals and progressives felt safe and thus had no need to openly fight for the overthrow that was coming incrementally, without violent conflict.
Now, as their sacred cows are being corralled and butchered by the one man they didn’t think existed, a non-politician who is an apostate from their political gutter faith, leftists have had to reveal themselves, showing us their innermost selves as they angrily fight all that this country has been and may still be under years of liberal garbage and neglect. As unsettling as the reveal has been, it is an unexpected gift that we ignore at peril of our lives and those of our children. For now, they seek to persuade the non-believers with their words and fake morality. Eventually, however, the unshakable will have to be dealt with more severely, once the cries and tears are exhausted and the lies laid bare.
The left’s war for the wealth of the nation, if not its hearts and minds, is now being waged more viciously, both politically and culturally. The political war plan is being carried out in the agencies of government and culturally through the media’s careful control of information and messaging. Through this symbiotic partnership, generations of ill informed or uninformed followers have been taught via government-controlled education and biased media to shun information that offends their progressive sensitivities. Worse, they are trained to react in a Pavlovian manner to stimuli directed solely to their overdeveloped emotions, such that all change is now sought to be effected through an endless series of increasingly ludicrous hoaxes they are too stupid and ignorant to detect and thus reject.
Perhaps the most recent such hoax, which is being carried out seemingly with the utmost sincerity and seriousness, pertains to John Brennan’s security clearance, transformed by manipulators into a constitutional crisis, though it has nothing at all do to with the Constitution. No matter how carefully one reads the Bill of Rights, the words “security clearance” do not appear. John Brennan’s freedoms remain intact, and he can continue to violate every oath he ever took as he works to destabilize the country from within.

The Bayou Bridge Pipeline, a major crude oil pipeline operated by Energy Transfer Partners, is near completion in southern Louisiana.
Protesters from around the country have claimed that the pipeline is a danger to the Atchafalaya Basin, despite approval from environmental regulators.

Trump Again Blasts Ex-Spymaster Brennan as ‘Political Hack’ Who ‘Cannot be Trusted’ With Secrets
President Trump on Saturday took aim again at former CIA Director John Brennan, whose security clearance he yanked days ago, calling him a “political hack” who “cannot be trusted” with national secrets.
“Has anyone looked at the mistakes that John Brennan made while serving as CIA Director? He will go down as easily the WORST in history & since getting out, he has become nothing less than a loudmouth, partisan, political hack who cannot be trusted with the secrets to our country!” he tweeted…
But Kris “Tanto” Paronto, who was part of the CIA team that fought back during the 2012 terror attack in Benghazi, Libya, said Brennan got what he deserved.
“He is lucky the security clearance is all he is getting away with,” Paronto told Fox News in an interview on Friday. He had previously accused Brennan of putting his politics before those in the field.
“We come back from being on the ground to be treated as a second-class citizen. You come back and you’re called a liar,” Paronto said. “Brennan came in and there was no talk of ‘Hey, good job guys,’ not that you look for it, but instead, it was ‘Don’t say anything guys, we don’t want the truth to get out.’“

Trump at 36 Percent Approval Among African-Americans, New Poll Finds
Even as cable news networks debate reports of the existence of a recording of President Donald Trump using a racial slur, a new poll from Rasmussen Reports says that the president’s approval rating among African-Americans is at 36 percent, nearly double his support at this time last year.
“Today’s @realDonaldTrump approval ratings among black voters: 36%,” Rasmussen said in a tweet. “This day last year: 19%.”
That is a staggeringly high number for a man who only won 8 percent of the African-American vote in 2016.[…]

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey: I ‘Fully Admit’ Our Bias is ‘More Left-Leaning’
Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said on Saturday that he “fully admit[s]” Twitter employees share a largely left-leaning bias after facing accusations that conservatives are discriminated against on the social media platform.
In an interview that aired Saturday on CNN, Dorsey said his company has a responsibility to be open about its political viewpoints, but to operate without bias when applying content policies to users.
“We need to constantly show that we are not adding our own bias, which I fully admit is … is more left-leaning,” Dorsey says. “But the real question behind the question is, are we doing something according to political ideology or viewpoints? And we are not. Period,” he added.
Dorsey went on to insist that his company only polices behavior on the platform, not content.

Up and Coming Socialists Don’t Even Know What Socialism is

Distrust of Police Growing in Canada
Police in Canada are clearly following their leftist political masters. Their primary objective is no longer to keep the peace but to battle Islamophobia.
Now the increased skepticism about the men and women in blue is coming from the right; those who traditionally support the police and law and order. A recent example of this occurred during and after the mass shooting on Toronto’s Danforth Avenue…
The police were quick to downplay the fact this was a terrorist act. While acknowledging they were checking his computer and online postings, the fact it might have been terrorism was ignored. Toronto police were overjoyed a day later when ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack. They beamingly announced there was no evidence ISIS ordered the killings. Of course that was not the issue; the issue was whether Hussain was inspired by ISIS which would make his actions a terrorist attack. We don’t know and in all likilhood will never know.
Obviously it takes some time to establish the motive of someone now dead. But contrast this with the way the police in London. England dealt with the individual who drove a vehicle into barriers in front of the UK Parliament shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Aug. 14. Two pedestrians were injured although their injuries were non-serious. Although police were not able to say it was a definite terrorist attack, the Met quickly announced the incident was being investigated by the counter-terrorism unit. There was no attempt to sweep a possible terrorist attack under the rug.

Police on Saturday arrested a man accused of assaulting a Toronto journalist as he covered an Antifa demonstration last weekend.
As the Toronto Sun reports, the rowdy crowd of leftists verbally harassed one Toronto Sun reporter while a photographer with the same newspaper said he was physically assaulted.

Austria: Interior Minister Proposes Criminalizing Sharia Law Advocacy
Austrian Freedom Party (FPÖ) Interior Minister Herbert Kickl has floated the idea of charging radical Islamic adherents if they advocate for Sharia law over the constitutional law of Austria.
The populist Interior Minister laid out the proposal as part of a programme to fight against the spread of radical Islamic extremism in Austria, Kronen Zeitung reports.

Italy: Genoa Death Toll Hits 43 as Missing Family Found
The toll of Genoa’s bridge collapse rose to 43 Sunday as rescuers confirmed they had found the remains believed to be of a missing family, a day after Italy held a funeral for the disaster victims.

UK: 31 Arrested in Huddersfield — Muslim Rape Gang Preyed on Girls as Young as 12
Thirty men and one woman have been charged with offences linked to child sexual exploitation in Huddersfield.
The offences relate to five women when they were aged between 12 and 18, and are alleged to have taken place between 2005 and 2012.
Charges those accused face include rape, trafficking and sexual assault.
The accused are due at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court on 5 and 6 September.

US to Turkey: Release Our Pastor or Get Ready for More Sanctions
As tensions continue to escalate between the two NATO countries, The United States has threatened to impose more sanctions on Turkey if Christian pastor and United States citizen Andrew Brunson is not released from captivity by Turkish president President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
“We’ve put sanctions on several of their cabinet members, working with you (President Trump), we have more that we’re planning to do if they don’t release him quickly,” Treasury Secretary Steven T. Mnuchin told President Donald Trump during a cabinet meeting on Thursday.
Brunson, a 50-year-old pastor from North Carolina who has lived in Turkey for more than 23 years, was accused by the Turkish government of aiding terror groups during a coup in 2016. He was arrested in October that same year.
The United States government has insisted that Brunson is an innocent man, with President Donald Trump calling the charges against him “phony.”

One of the biggest of these is known as the Bantu expansion. There are over a billion people in Africa, and nearly a quarter of them speak languages from the Bantu family. Bantu speakers occupy regions from the rainforests of central Africa to the savannah of East Africa and dry climates of the south. And they occupied all of that territory in less than 4,000 years despite the fact that Africa had been teeming with humans for tens of thousands of years.
Now, researchers have turned to DNA to trace the route of the Bantu expansion across Africa. In the process, they’ve discovered that the Bantu ended up as part of the slave trade, contributing to the African American population as well.

President Ramaphosa had vowed early on to seize land from white farmers without compensation. “The expropriation of land without compensation is envisaged as one of the measures that we will use to accelerate redistribution of land to black South Africans,” he had declared. And denied that such racist Communist tactics were unconstitutional. Now he’s moving to modify South Africa’s constitution.
Initially, the ANC, which is partnered with the South African Communist Party, had claimed that seizing land would not violate the law. Now it’s actually going to change the South African constitution.
“It has become pertinently clear that our people want the constitution to be more explicit about expropriation of land without compensation,” President Ramaphosa announced.
When your only rule is mob rule by ANC thugs, it doesn’t really matter what a piece of paper says.

Between 2500—3000 years ago, speakers of the proto-Bantu language group began a millennia-long series of migrations eastward from their homeland in West Africa. Current scholarly understanding places the ancestral proto-Bantu homeland in West Africa near the present-day south-western border of Nigeria and Cameroon. By 3,500 years ago Bantu-speaking communities reached the great Central African rain forest and by 2,500 years ago pioneering groups had emerged into the savannah in what are now the Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, and Zambia. Another stream of migration, moving east 3,000 years ago was creating a major new population centre near the Great Lakes of East Africa, where a rich environment supported a dense population. Movements by small groups to the south-east from the Great Lakes region were more rapid, with initial settlements widely dispersed near the coast and near rivers, due to harsh farming conditions in areas farther from water. Before the expansion of farming and herding Bantu language speaking peoples, Africa south of the equator was populated by neolithic hunting and foraging proto-Khoisan-speaking peoples, whose few remaining descendants, the Khoekhoe and San, now occupy the arid regions around the Kalahari desert.
The Hadza and Sandawe populations in Tanzania comprise the other modern hunter-forager remnant in Africa of these proto-Khoisan-speaking peoples. Over a period of many centuries, most hunting-foraging peoples were displaced and assimilated by incoming Bantu-speaking communities from West, North Central and Eastern Africa. There is no record of how many genocides this involved as whole tribes disappeared.
The Bantu expansion was a long series of physical migrations. Between the 14th and 15th centuries, Bantu states began to emerge in the Great Lakes region in the savannah south of the Central African rain-forest. In Southern Africa on the Zambezi river, the Monomatapa kings built the famous Great Zimbabwe complex, the Bumbusi in Zimbabwe and Manyikeni in Mozambique. From the 16th century onward, the processes of state formation among Bantu peoples increased in frequency. Examples of such Bantu states include the Lunda and Luba Empires of Angola, the Congo in the Great Lakes Region, the Buganda and Karagwe Kingdoms of Uganda and Tanzania and in Zambia / Zimbabwe region, the Mutapa Empire, Rozwi Empire and the Danamombe, Khami and Naletale Kingdoms of Zimbabwe and Mozambique…
The first meetings between Afrikaner farmers, or Boers, and black tribes took place during 1750-1770 roughly where the Eastern Cape is today. For an entire century, unaware of the existence of black tribes, Afrikaner farmers, who have mostly already been born on African soil, expanded their settlement to over 170 000 square kilometers (more than twice the size of Austria) of desolated and unoccupied land. Only towards the end of the 16th century did the Afrikaner farmers increasingly come into contact with Black tribes. In the 1770’s, some what thousand kilometers to the north-east of Cape Town, the Afrikaner migratory stream came into substantial contact with the vanguard of another migratory movement, namely the Xhosa-speaking tribe. They were the advance guard of a Black migratory movement from the vicinity of the Great Lakes of Central Africa. It would appear that by the end of the 15th century these tribes had moved as far as present-day Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. They probably crosses into the present-day Republic of South Africain appreciable numbers in the course of the 17th century — at about the same time as the Afrikaner free farmers’ settlement was expanding inland from the Cape of Good Hope. The Black population movement into the area which later became known as British South Africa did not constitute a single coherent expansion.

German Court: Bring Back Deported Jihadist
A court in Germany has ruled that the recent deportation to Tunisia of a failed asylum seeker — an Islamist suspected of being a bodyguard for the former al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden — was unlawful and that, at taxpayer expense, he must be immediately returned to Germany.
The ruling has cast yet another spotlight on the dysfunctional nature of Germany’s deportation system, as well as on Germany’s politicized judicial system, one in which activist judges are now engaged in a power struggle with elected officials who want to speed up deportations.

BERLIN (AP) — German prosecutors said Saturday they are taking seriously a Yazidi refugee’s claim that she ran into her former Islamic State captor twice in Germany, but say they need more information to identify him.
The case of 19-year-old Ashwaq Haji Hami made headlines this week after she was quoted telling the Iraqi-Kurdish news portal basnews that she returned to her homeland of Iraq for fear that her alleged tormentor could harm her in Germany. Several reports in foreign media suggested that German authorities were unwilling to act on the woman’s claims.

Judge Says Government Does Not Have to Accept New DACA Requests
U.S. District Judge John Bates said the government does not have to accept new Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) requests, on Friday, going back on his initial order from Aug. 3.
Illegal immigrants who were brought over as children, known as “Dreamers,” can renew their DACA applications, but no new requests will be processed, The Associated Pressreported.

Police in Britain arrested more than 3,000 foreign nationals each week on average last year, according to new figures which revealed the share of overseas suspects rose to make up one in five people detained.
Internal police data obtained by the Mail on Sunday showed the proportion of foreign suspects rose from 16 percent of arrests in 2015/16 to 19 percent in 2016/17 — when 172,732 of 931,155 individuals arrested were people from abroad.

And They Wonder Why We’re Angry
America is experiencing a major culture war between its interpreters and the people. It is less a war of political parties: Democrat versus Republican. It is less a war of ideologies: conservative versus liberal. The rapidly escalating censorship of the internet giants against Dennis Prager and an array of conventionally American advocates is a symptom of an interpretive class gone mad with their own power. In many respects, it pits the secular against the religious and the higher economic class against the lower class.
It is girded by a unified political party. Republicans and Democrats are significantly unified against a president they view as vulgar and offensive. There is nothing liberal about the escalating intolerance of groups like Antifa and even the radical Islamic supremacist camp recently discovered in New Mexico. There is a growing cultural reckoning between notions of America as a constitutional republic or America as a democratic socialist utopia. The polarity is profound, and the interpreters believe they hold the upper hand with regard to education, the media, the government, the church, and the press. These epistemological agents control the story dispensed to the people, and though they failed miserably in 2016, they believe they will in 2018 rise again to dictate outcomes for the people.
The interpreters decide what things mean. Is something offensive? Is something racist? Is something sexist? Is something homophobic or transphobic? These decisions destroy the people’s access to the public sphere and public legitimacy.
The interpretive classes remain largely confused about why “flyover country,” “Jesusland,” rural America, the “mouth-breathers” are so angry. Here are some items for the interpreters to consider as a rational basis for anger:

The Do-Gooders Who Got a Hard Lesson in the Existence of Evil
In the second year of the couple’s intercontinental bike trek, on a quest to prove that those perceived to be evil for beheading enemies with hunting knives, drowning cages full of helpless men, and burning people alive just “hold values and beliefs and perspectives different than our own,” Jay and Lauren pedaled into ISIS recruitment territory.
In the midst of virtue-signaling, the bicycle enthusiasts delivered warm hugs and sunflower sentiments to the “astoundingly generous” people living in the central Asian Muslim republic of Tajikistan. The problem is that the area borders Afghanistan and is also known for recruiting ISIS J.V. team members, lacks religious freedom, and is guilty of widespread human rights violations.
About the mode of transportation the couple preferred, Jay wrote this:
Bikes are a clean and quiet and simple way to get around, and a cheap one, too. They may make you more vulnerable, sure, but also more approachable. Humans can be an astoundingly generous species, and whether out of amazement or pity or a mix of both, one is likely to be offered more smiles, more encouraging waves, more curious conversations and genuine offers of a bed or a place to camp when biking than by perhaps any other mode of transport.
