Canada is on track to become the first G-7 nation to legalize marijuana, and the second country in the world (after Uruguay), after its Senate approved legislation in a 52-29 vote, paving the way for recreational cannabis to be legally bought and sold within the next few months.

The vote clears the way for the government in Ottawa to take the final step: The ceremonial approval of by the governor-general that would make Bill C-45 law. Still, not all of the details have been ironed out. For example, the date for when the law would take effect remains unclear. And lawmakers have said it will take a few months for producers and retail stores to stock up and get ready for legal sales to begin, according to Bloomberg.

  1. ” In other news, tomorrow the Visegrad Four prime ministers will be holding a meeting in Budapest, and Austrian Chancellor Sebastian “Boy” Kurz will be joining them. ”

I hope Italy will join, too. Can they knock some sense into bedlam Europe/ west?

Are good things started by one brave decent pwerson, our hero and sensible, reasonable, rational, predictive Orban. I hope that the coming years’ catastrophes will not be compared to the Europe of 1918 and 1939.

  2. Soros, Bloomberg, Zuckerberg, 3 Leftist peas in a pod. Seize their wealth and give it to the masses. Then, send them off to Red China.

    • Nah, man. China’s way too capitalist for their tastes at this point. Venesuela is the best bet. Maybe then they can help them finally “do Communism right,” as they say. 😆

      • Oh dear, I thought you would say send them to Karachi population 29 million or to Kaaba. That would be fun and mental rejuvenation, so as not to mislabel things such as calling the the cult of blood and murder peaceful. Then they will see how Pres, Trump, Orban, Wilders, Netanyahu, Tommy Robinson , , , are decent rational people and criminals are demagogues and deadbrained social blind.

      • Seconded. The good (?) professor needs a dose of Jordan Peterson, on the inherent differences between genders (I won’t get into ethnic ones right now, or we’ll be here all week).

        • Ethnic differences in gender… just… just wow… intersectional hybrid stuff with 1s and 0s that takes a week… you just let us know when you’re going to start on him so we know when you’ll be back with us to answer the (?).

          Watch out for whitey !

  3. Any word on whether the reason that Google AI’s success rate is so high is because it kills you itself? I’m only half joking….
