Viersen (NRW) — The young girl is smiling into the camera in a friendly way. Dark hair, brown eyes. She is Iuliana Elena R. (15), nicknamed Julia. Her life ended brutally on Monday. On this sunny spring day, the girl was stabbed to death in the park called “Casinogarten” in Viersen.
Shortly afterwards, between shrubs and flowers, there are investigators in forensics overalls, investigating the crime scene. The homicide commission’s investigators are trying to reconstruct what happened on the lawn.
Gravely injured, the victim staggered towards two homeless people, said: “I am dying, I am dying”. Then, she collapsed.
As the girl did not have any papers with her, her identity was initially unclear. In the evening, it turned out: it is Iulia R. (15).
The girl is from Bucharest (Romania), and living with her parents in a suburb of Viersen in a three-storey building. She had a boyfriend and went to school in Viersen. Police officers escorted her parents from the precinct to the crime scene, where bloodstains were still to be seen in the evening.
The mother kept crying “Iuliana” and collapsed crying at the crime scene. When they came home, the parents were still crying. They allowed Bild to show a photo of their murdered daughter.
“Casinogarten” in downtown Viersen (North Rhine Westphalia) is a meeting point for drinkers. The homeless Ilja Hansen (47) and his girlfriend come here often, yesterday, too. Ilja Hansen tells Bild: “We were sitting in the park, having a beer. Then we heard loud screams.”
Moments later, the victim approached them. Hansen: “My girlfriend and me ran to her. She fell on her knees, into our arms. She was covered in blood and covered in slash wounds. We immediately called police and fire department.”
The emergency call was received at 12:22. The emergency doctor and paramedics took the injured girl to hospital, but she succumbed to her grave injuries shortly thereafter.
The homicide commission was searching for a perpetrator, who, according to police, was of “northern African appearance” and had “black, oily hair”. A helicopter and a large police force were deployed, searching for the perpetrator. Specialized “mantracker” dogs were to pick up his trace.
When the officers wanted to check a suspicious Turk (25), he fled. Later, the man, who has a previous police record, turned himself in at a precinct. A police spokesman: “His possible involvement in the deed is currently being investigated.”
A mother who was visiting the park with her child and allegedly witnessed the deed might be able to identify the perpetrator.
The background of the deed is still completely unclear.

Bloody deed in Viersen (NRW): According to Bild’s information, a young woman was stabbed to death on Monday in Casinogarten!
Police are hunting for the perpetrator on the run!
According to police, the man is wearing dark clothes and is of “northern African appearance, has got black, greasy hair”.
According to investigators, the victim is around 20 years old. Her nationality is uncertain, but she allegedly said in German “I am dying, I am dying”, when she approached homeless persons in the park, gravely wounded. Then she collapsed unconscious.
One of the homeless people made an emergency phone call at 12:22; the woman was taken to hospital immediately, where she then died.
Ilja Hansen (47) is the homeless man into whose arms the woman fell. He tells Bild: “We were sitting in the park, having a beer. Then we heard loud screams.”
Moments later, the victim approached them. Hansen: “My girlfriend and me ran to her. She already fell on her knees, into our arms. She was drenched in blood and covered in slash wounds. We immediately called police and fire department.”
The homeless man describes the victim as: “black hair, Mediterranean type. Between 18 and 20 years old. Black shirt, white-and-red trousers.”
A helicopter and a large police deployment of officers and cars is searching for the suspect. Specialized “mantracker” dogs will pick up the perpetrator’s trace. Police began an murder investigation, led by the experienced investigator Ingo Thiel.
“Casinogarten” is a posh park. It contains statues by the Beuys-scholar “Anatol”. In its centre is a modern, popular playground. A mother wrote in a Facebook group in the afternoon that she and her little son witnessed the deed, and described the perpetrator to the police.
The crime scene is alleged to be a meeting place of drinkers and homeless people. According to eyewitnesses, however, the young woman was well-kempt. She had a bicycle with her. It remains unclear whether she belonged with the homeless people and drinkers.
As the witness did not have a passport on her, identifying her was difficult, according to Bild’s information.
Herbert Reul (CDU), interior minister of North Rhine Westphalia, comments on the crime: “The deed that happened this noon in Viersen is shocking. It saddens me that a young woman was lethally wounded in a public park. NRW police are investigating with consequence, and searching for the alleged perpetrator with great force. The ministry is kept constantly informed about the current state of investigations.”

wir schaffen das…..
When Merkel said that, I think she meant, “We can stand by while our young girls are raped and murdered.”
Yup. In fact, will.
She wasn’t German though, so she might make more than an actual German girl, despite being white.
The police need to be reeducated due to their racist description of the suspect. Everyone knows northern africans would never hurt a fly, as well as going out of their way to befriend puppies and little girls. And their well know proclivity for and obsession with cleanliness and personal hygiene means that the description of “black greasy hair” means the perp is probably a “german who has been in the country longer than others”, who is likely dressed in blackface.
Re. cleanliness: I’m afraid I might have chosen a misleading and too free translation there; the original said “shiny” (glänzend), which makes no sense, except if he had been using pomade, oil or gel, in other words, was ridiculously overstyled.
It seems that “greasy” has a notion of uncleanliness, which is my mistake then, and not intended. Apologies!
The parents’ of these children should file a lawsuit against the Government for facilitating this. Pretty soon there will be enough for a class action lawsuit.
Every father, mother, brother, sister, uncle, aunt and cousin in Europe, the UK the US and throughout the rest of the Euro-Anglosphere should pause for a moment and consider this:
“Imagine that poor child’s fear, pain desperation and disbelief as she bled to death in broad daylight in the middle of a modern city, and also the similar fate of the many others who have been raped and tortured unto death alone and unheeded, then ask yourselves who will be next if I do nothing but protest and hope it will not happen to me or mine.”
It will if you do not rise up and take violent action now, first against your own who enable this and then against the barbarian horde, then it will happen to you and yours time and time again and it will happen sooner rather than later for it is the way of Islam and Africa down all the centuries and they will not change now no matter how much Danegeld you throw at them.
And above all things understand this – at the moment you are many, and they are few, but that ratio will not sustain for much longer.
On March 31, 1939, Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain had informed the House of Commons that Britain would support Poland against any action threatening its independence. This marked the end of submission to Germany. Churchill thought the decision should have been made sooner when it would have been easier to stop Germany:
“Still, if you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed; if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than live as slaves.”
WINSTON CHURCHILL, The Gathering Storm (vol. 1 of The Second World War), p. 348 (1948).
S III: Your comment has been put up as a comment and then a thread-starter at CR.
With all that, it has to be said that the British government’s actions during the Polish (Danzig) crisis were probably the worst that can be imagined.
They gave the Polish government carte blanche for any action, however irrational, it wanted to take. The British government then backpedaled, urging the Polish government to be reasonable on compromising to the German demands for a corridor. But, the Polish government was blinded by vastly inflated estimates of British military power, and refused to concede anything.
Britain had broken the back of the German invasion campaign against England by about June, 1941. In other words, Britain had control of the skies over England, and the Germans certainly weren’t about to launch a sea-based invasion against Britain’s vastly-superior navy. I’m guessing Britain then focused on holding onto its colonies. Churchill was a fervent colonialist.
Things get fuzzy after the invasion of Russia by Germany. The US and Britain rebuffed all peace feelers by Germany, and threw themselves into an alliance with a dictatorship every bit as brutal as the Nazi government. We know that after this, Churchill was not really listened to at the conferences between the Allied leaders. So, I’m not sure if Britain wanted a negotiated settlement, or if Churchill wanted to settle the colonial competition with Germany once and for all. I suspect the latter.
The war ended with Poland, whose independence had been the trigger for the war, completely under the occupation of a brutal, murderous communist regime. The eastern part of Europe was under the occupation of Russian troops or governments puppets to the USSR.
Probably the sweetest spot to have stopped Germany was in Czechoslovakia, which had an efficient military and strong lines of defense. But neither the British nor the French had the military power to make a credible threat that wasn’t mostly bluff. Probably the best lesson is that, in fact, a strong military capability is highly desirable for a country. The US, with its defunct two-and-a-half war doctrine is sandpapering away its military strength on pointless campaigns in Afghanistan, Syria (not so much after having lost), Niger (????!!!!!!), and Bukima Faso (?????!!!!!!).
I think, though, it is folly to initiate violent actions against your own police and your own military. First, you have little or no chance of success against a professional military organization. Second, the police and military are your natural allies when the government openly suppresses the people. If you have massive, non-violent (emphatically non-violent) demonstrations against the government, the police and military will leak like a sieve when ordered to take action against their own people. Eventually, there is the strong prospect of a military coup. The governments know this, and for this reason focus all their efforts on suppressing any knowledge and communication of the abuses.
Quite frankly, violent actions against the police and military will play right into the government’s hands. The military will see their situation as fight or die, and will suppress the revolt, though they don’t wish to.
Few understand how correct your second paragraph is. All you are missing is that by that time Poland was ruled by a military junta, “The Colonels” whose intransigence made WW2 inevitable. Six years later Poland was as you describe in your fourth-last paragraph, you omit that Poland also lost its eastern half.
The citizenry rising up in violence will never prevail against the professional military and police. What is more likely to happen is a faction, how large is anyone’s guess, of the military and police forces will go rogue and join the citizenry. I would not be at all surprised if in France at this moment there is a secret network of military and police (supported by elements of the intelligence services) poised and ready to defy the civilian government in order to defend France.
It happened during the Algerian civil war: the military’s primary loyalty was to their military leaders and not the politicians in Paris.
Germany is dying. Replaced Six million killed Jews by an equal number of their ennemies. Flee, before it is too late.
No the Germans will have to fight. No country in the right mind will accept this losers that where able to vote merkel in power yet again
