Brennan “Needs Very Good Lawyer” Says DiGenova; “He’s Going to be in Front of a Grand Jury Shortly”

Veteran D.C. attorney Joe diGenova — who President Trump initially wanted to hire to represent him in the Mueller probe, only to have to step aside due to conflicts — sat down on Fox News on Thursday where he put a bow on what many believe was a high-stakes gamble by various members within the Obama Intelligence Community (IC) and others to infiltrate the Trump campaign and frame Donald Trump with Russiagate.

Gottfried on Goldberg: “Suicide of the West”—or of Conservatism?

I wrote a lot in the early aughts about Jonah Goldberg’s apotheosis at National Review in the wake of William F. Buckley’s purge of immigration patriots like John O’Sullivan and VDARE.com Editor Peter Brimelow because I regarded him as a symbol and a symptom of the intellectual and moral degeneration of a magazine I once loved, and of the movement it purported to lead. Indeed, I gather that my habit of referring to the post-purge NR as “The Goldberg Review”caused Norman Podhoretz to ostracize Brimelow, once his close ally in Manhattan conservative circles, an unimaginable disaster for which I am deeply sorry. Subsequently, Goldberg apparently lost his editorship of NRO for some trivial reason of girly-boy intrigue. But Conservatism, Inc-ers never die. For his newest venture into deep thought, Goldberg has crassly stolen the title of James Burnham’s great work, Suicide of the West, published in 1964 at the height of the Cold War.

That is where the similarity ends. Unlike Burnham’s scalding indictment of liberalism as “the ideology of Western suicide,” Goldberg’s random opinions represent the very pathology that Burnham railed against. Goldberg hates national identities (although he makes an exception for Israel), opponents of the Deep State, immigration patriots, and those who imagine that democracy has something to do with the popular will. Rather his “conservative” view of democracy privileges public administration, the operation of multinational corporations, and socially sophisticated journalists such as like himself.

Live Coverage: 10 Killed in Santa Fe High School Shooting

SANTA FE, Texas (KTRK) — At least one gunman opened fire at a Santa Fe High School killing 10 people, most of them students, Governor Greg Abbott confirmed. Now possible explosive devices have been located both at the school, and at a site off campus. Anyone who sees anything suspicious is urged to call 911.

Law enforcement sources tell ABC13 that 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis was the gunman in the deadly shooting.

Santa Fe High School went on lockdown around 8 a.m.

Governor Abbott also confirmed during a press conference Friday afternoon that 10 people were wounded in the shooting.

Assistant Principal Cris Richardson said earlier in the day that a suspect had been arrested.

“We hope the worst is over, and I really can’t say any more about that because it would be pure speculation,” Richardson told reporters at the scene.

Trenchcoat Worn by Santa Fe School Shooter Shows Both Communist and Nazi Symbols

A photo of the trenchcoat that Santa Fe gunman Dimitrios Pagourtzis allegedly wore during this morning’s school shooting shows both Communist and Nazi symbols.

At least 10 students are dead after 17-year-old Pagourtzis went on a rampage with a sawed off shotgun at the Santa Fe High School earlier today.

Images that appeared on his Facebook page before it was deleted include one of the trenchcoat he was wearing during the attack, which shows badges for both the Communist hammer and sickle and the Nazi iron cross.

A Belgian Mayor is Suing Me for the Crime of Journalism

Last week I went to Molenbeek, a Muslim no-go zone in Brussels, Belgium. It’s the most terrorist-infested neighbourhood in all of Europe.

Even its mayor, Francoise Schepmans, describes Molenbeek as a “breeding ground for violence.”

Countless terrorist attacks around the world have been plotted from there. Including the horrific attack on Paris in November, 2015, that killed 130 people and wounded more than 400. And after the Paris attacks, the orchestrator of the slaughter went back to Molenbeek to hide. In fact, it wasn’t until four months later that one of the Paris terrorists, Salah Abdeslam, was finally captured. The people of Molenbeek kept him hidden from police for that long.

Here’s the thing: when I was in Molenbeek, I literally bumped into Mayor Schepmans in the street. She approached me and told me not to sit on the benches because they were filthy. So I asked her a simple question: why didn’t you do anything?

Netherlands: Bias Fears Justified; Wilders Gets New Appeals Judges

Dutch anti-Islam lawmaker Geert Wilders will get new judges in his appeal against his 2016 conviction for inciting discrimination and insulting Moroccans, after an independent panel ruled that the original judges may have been biased.

Judges reviewing Wilders’ request to replace the original appeals panel said Friday his fear that the panel was biased “can be objectively justified.”

In a tweet, Wilders called the ruling “tremendous.”

Wilders’ lawyer argued Thursday that the original judges showed bias by rejecting his request to call more witnesses and carry out further investigations in the appeal case. Friday’s ruling says the judges did not sufficiently reason their rejection.

Wilders was convicted in December 2016 but given no punishment for comments before and after 2014 municipal elections that judges deemed insulting to Moroccans.

Poland and Hungary want a strong Europe that is able to protect its borders and the security of its citizens, Peter Szijjarto, Hungary’s foreign minister, said on Thursday after talks in Warsaw with Jacek Czaputowicz, his Polish counterpart.

At a joint press conference, Szijjarto said both countries want a strong Europe. “But it is also clear that a strong Europe must be based on strong member states and strong regions.” “This is why central Europe, based on a strong Poland and Hungary, is in Europe’s interest,” he added.

Pope Francis: My Wish is for Buddhists and Catholics to Grow ‘Increasingly Closer’

Pope Francis told a Buddhist delegation from Thailand Wednesday that his desire was for Buddhists and Catholics to grow ever closer to each other.

[Comment: I too would like to see increased co-operation between Buddhists and Christians, but not in the way that Pope Francis envisions. Buddhists can be our great allies in the struggle against the globalists and the Islamists. The Dalai Lama has said some sensible things.]

UK: Mother Stabbed in Head and Neck by Stranger in a Random Attack Described as ‘Everyone’s Worst Nightmare’

Genesis Edwards, has now been jailed for life, with a minimum of 11 years, after being found guilty of attempted murder and assault

A mother was stabbed in the head and neck by a stranger in a ‘random’ attack as she walked home from the shops.

Detectives described the woman’s terrifying ordeal as ‘everyone’s worst nightmare’.

Her attacker, Genesis Edwards, has now been jailed for life, with a minimum of 11 years, after being found guilty of attempted murder and assault by a jury.

Manchester Crown Court heard the woman was walking along Mayfield Road in Whalley Range at around 10am on December 14.

She was on her way back from the shops when she had the ‘misfortune’ of walking past Edwards, 33, who was riding his bike.

A judge said Edwards, a paranoid schizophrenic with a history of violence, was out looking for a female victim.

He rode up to the woman from behind and used his bike to pin her against a wall, before pulling out a knife.

Edwards stabbed her eight times in the head and neck.

His ‘frenzied’ attack only stopped when Edwards cut his wrist as the victim fought back.

Edwards walked away and left the bike at the scene. The woman ran home before collapsing.

She suffered a fractured skull and some bleeding on the brain, the court was told…

EU Commission: ‘Europe Will Never be a Fortress’, Mass Migration ‘Here to Stay’

Europe is set to absorb massive waves of migration “for the decades to come”, the EU Commission has declared, vowing the continent will “never become a fortress”.

Speaking in Brussels on Wednesday, EU migration chief Dimitris Avramopoulos stressed that the European Commission would oppose any plans to build a fence on the Greek-Turkish border.

“We are against building fences, on the contrary, we are in favour of building bridges with neighbouring countries,” he said, after news that more than 6,100 people have entered Greece illegally over the Turkey land border so far this year — a nine-fold increase from the same period in 2017.

“The EU will never be a fortress. Migration will stay not only in Europe and the world for the decades to come, and we have to be well prepared. No country can manage this situation alone,” he told a news conference.

[Comment: Citizens of countries in Europe — such people are traitors to your nation state. They serve their globalist masters who seek to deconstruct the nation state and create a tyrannical feudal super state.]

Only 10 Months Prison for African Rapist of Swedish Woman Because His Crime ‘Was Not Gross Enough’

An Eritrean migrant who raped a Swedish woman in Uppsala was only sentenced to 10 months in prison because his crime ‘was not gross enough’, Fria Tider reports. He will also not be deported, because he may risk “persecution” in his home country of Eritrea.

The migrant, who turns out to be 19-years-old, pushed a Swedish woman against a wall in central Uppsala and raped her.

He received a sentence of only one year and three months in prison and escaped a minimum sentence of two years, because he claimed to be 18 at the time of the crime. With Sweden’s two-thirds rule applied to the sentence, it means the Eritrean will only be in prison for ten months.

The prosecutor demanded that the refugee teen, who was previously granted a temporary residence permit in Sweden, should be expelled to Africa.

However, according to Uppsala District Court, he will stay in Sweden after his short sentence. This is because, according to the court, it is not a “very serious crime” and it would not “cause serious danger to public order and safety to let him stay in Sweden”.

Elite College Stops Offering ‘American Whiteness’ Class

The elite Grinnell College appears to have stopped offering a class founded upon the premise that whiteness “is a very bad idea” following widespread controversy.

The course, “American Whiteness” was taught for three years at Grinnell College by Professor Karla Erickson, a self-described feminist ethnographer, as Campus Reform initially reported in August 2017.

Following Campus Reform’s report, numerous outlets covered the class, including Truth Revolt, Legal Insurrection, The Daily Caller, Accuracy in Academia, and others.

Although Erickson declined to provide an updated version of the syllabus, a copy of the syllabus from 2015 is still online as a reference document, and the syllabus begins with a critique of whiteness and white identity.

  1. Reactions from the Left to the “Tranny vs. Muslim” showdown should be amusing. Those are their two favorite “victim” groups!

    • So bolt the Tranny to the Muslim bloc, fire up the jihad engine and put it gear. Put the pedal to the mettle and run over the blasphemous and bigoted opposition.

  2. The Pope needs to accept all those Chilean resignations for their egregious cover up of yet another pedophile for decades. Repent!

  3. One wonders if these school shootings, along with other mass murders in public places, are being orchestrated in a grand effort to revoke the second amendment and institute a sort of martial law akin to William Parker’s “proactive policing” that brought us the Watts Riots and then SWAT teams in response. Maybe the intent is to cow the sheep using coyotes to herd them and even dine on the slightly rebellious and disobedient ones of the flock.

Just a thought on an otherwise pleasant spring Saturday morning in May.

    • One wonders if these school shootings, along with other mass murders in public places, are being orchestrated in a grand effort to revoke the second amendment and institute a sort of martial law…

Look no further than Obama’s insidious plan to prevent schools from disciplining unruly black students because doing so was “racism”…just another baleful outcome of his own malicious bias.

    • Unlikely. The issue seems to be mentally unstable people getting a hold of firearms.
Or perhaps more to the point, the number of mentally unstable people now out there seems much higher.
There aren’t the self regulating social nets so much that used to prevent this kind of thinking. ‘I’m depressed so I’m going to kill a bunch of people.’
Common decency or morality doesn’t play as big a role in ameliorating behaviour. What used to be plotlines from horror films with satanists is now acceptable behaviour.
This isn’t about shotguns or assault type weapons, there weren’t a whole bunch of people shooting up schools a couple of generations back when these same weapons were available.
Against unarmed people, someone with a basic rifle could kill dozens before being stopped. The real issue is that society is creating young people prepared to mass murder their peers.
That’s being ignored in favour of supporting or removing gun rights.

      • “The real issue is that society is creating young people prepared to mass murder their peers.”

Perhaps due to the easiness with which psychotropic drugs are prescribed like gummy bears to our kids and young adults.

  4. In Grozny (Chechnya), militants attacked the Orthodox Church.
    https://ria.ru/incidents/20180519/1520921328.html
“There is operational information that the militants received the order from one of the western countries,” Kadyrov said. He added that he came to the scene and controlled the conduct of the special operation, which took only a few minutes.

A source in law enforcement bodies of Chechnya told RIA Novosti that three people were killed – two policemen and one parishioner, two more policemen were wounded.

  5. “In other news, a new poll shows that the Sweden Democrats are at 23%, tied with the Social Democrats in advance of September’s elections.”

It all matters not when the remainder will all coalesce in opposition (when current differences between them require a microscope to differentiate in any event). An absolute majority of the vote will be required.

The majority in Sweden is intent on cultural suicide at this stage and that’s just the way it is.

  6. I can assure you that there already are, and have been for some time, Buddhists who are your allies against the Islamists and globalists. I know a few of them, including myself.
