On Thursday police moved in on the International Tourism Fair (ITB) at Berlin fair halls — to protect the Israel booth.

An incident occurred at the Israel booth at International Tourism Fair (ITB) at Berlin fair halls on Thursday. Three men from a security company employed by the fair loudly marched towards the booth by the Israel Tourism agency, chanting, “Free Palestine”.
Police dragged the men away in the end and banned the troublemakers. A fair spokesman confirms the incident.
Visitors report that the three men were of Arab ethnicity. It is still unclear if they had caused trouble before or if police are investigating them for causing a disturbance.
Police officers have warned repeatedly that security companies in Berlin employ young men who have connections to notorious clans and radical mosques. There was no harassment at the ITB booths for Turkey, whose military has just moved into the Kurdish-Syrian city of Afrin, or Egypt, which currently sees massive anti-government protests.
I’ve been wondering about this while working here in Sweden, that the Securitas and other security companies seem to be flooded by big body building middle easterners. Not a nice feeling when you have to deal with four of them at once and they all look like brothers, but not your brothers.
Will the perpetrators be charged or will they just be released as is normal for anti-semitism in Germany today?
No charges were laid, and the police officers’ union downplayed it as “politically upset young men”. Jewish orgaizations are protesting it though. We will see.
This is the result of affirmative action. Affirmative action is for all intents, the requirement that non-white people be hired in certain proportions, qualified or not, and the “minority owned” companies be contracted, competent or not.
So, for a security company to be engaged by a government entity, it would naturally have to be able to say it employed blacks, Arabs, whatever the minority of the day. The best security, of course, would be provided by a company completely composed of native Europeans, but the governments are working hard to make that as obsolete as black and white films.
