At Least 20 Students Told Police Nikolas Cruz Threatened to Kill Them — Police Did Nothing

Parkland, Florida — As new information surfaces surrounding the mass shooting that killed 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School last week, it is becoming even more apparent that law enforcement blatantly ignored a number of warning signs about the suspected gunman, which included 20 calls to police detailing death threats and violent behavior.

Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel admitted that there were at least “20 calls for services in the last few years” regarding Nikolas Cruz, who is now accused of entering the school he was expelled from and opening fire on his former classmates and teachers. Israel said that given the latest allegations against Cruz, the department now plans to review the reports they have received in the past.

“Every one of these calls for service will be looked at and scrutinized,” Israel said. “If we find out that one of our deputies or call takers could have done something better, or was remiss, I’ll handle it accordingly.”

Given the fact that Cruz was expelled from the school, his presence there should have served as a major red flag, and Israel claimed that as soon as the school’s security guards noticed Cruz was on campus, they “tried to contact him.”

“The school certainly knew about him, our school resource deputies knew about him,” Israel said. “As soon as he came onto to the campus, I understand that the security guards tried to contact him. I’m not going to go into any more of that know because we’re trying to look at videos and piece that together.”

However, Israel did not explain why the guards were not able to apprehend Cruz before he reportedly opened fire inside multiple classrooms. The sheriff also did not address how police responded to the 20 calls they received about Cruz’s violent behavior and apparent death threats.

Fake News: Lie About Florida Shooter Being Member of “White Supremacist” Group Not Retracted

Media rushed to blame far-right so they could demonize all conservatives

Having breathlessly reported that Florida gunman Nikolas Cruz was a member of a white supremacist group, media outlets across the world failed to issue retractions when it emerged that this story was completely fake news.

The farce began when the Anti-Defamation League and Associated Press reported that a representative of the Republic of Florida Militia, a group that believes in a “white ethnostate,” told them that Cruz was a member of the organization.

However, it quickly emerged that the story had begun as a prank on the notorious 4chan messaging board after members had convinced another individual, Jordan Jereb, to falsely tell the media that Cruz was an “affiliate” of the white supremacist group.

This was then picked up by the ADL and the Associated Press and reported as fact. In reality, Cruz was never a member of the group, which is based in Tallahassee, about 430 miles away from where the shooting took place.

Jereb himself later said the whole thing was a “misunderstanding” based on him not having slept for two days. He also subsequently claimed, “Elvis Presley was a member of ROF.”

Law enforcement officials in Florida subsequently confirmed that they had found no connection between Cruz and the white supremacist group.

In their eagerness to pin the horrific massacre on far-right “white supremacists” (which could then be extrapolated out to demonize all conservatives for the shooting), the media ran with the story despite having no independent confirmation whatsoever.

Almost 24 hours after it was confirmed that the original story about Cruz being a member of a white supremacist group was fake news, the AP, the ADL and others have failed to remove tweets and news stories that are completely erroneous.

Florida University Gives Funds to Communist Revolutionary Speaker

Communist Angela Davis ran into some unexpected “resistance” recently at Florida State University (FSU), which spent $31,000 to bring the former Lenin Peace Prize winner to FSU for a talk to students about revolution. About 20 members of the College Republicans protested her appearance with chants of “Hey Hey Ho Ho Communism has got to go” and signs proclaiming “Noles Against Communism” and identifying 100 million deaths from communist ideology. …

However, Davis has mostly focused on criminals as alleged victims of capitalism, urging the complete abolition of prisons through the group Critical Resistance, funded in part by billionaire George Soros.

Hero Citizen Stops Mass Shooting in a Church, Cops Show Up and Shoot Him — Media Silent

Amarillo, TX — As news of the tragic shooting in Parkland, Florida dominated the airwaves this week, a massive hostage situation — which was quickly turning into a mass shooting situation — was foiled by a hero in a church. That hero, however, is now in the hospital after police showed up to the scene and shot him.

The situation was well on its way to becoming one of the deadliest shootings in history as the gunman took over 100 people hostage inside the Faith City Mission church on Wednesday…

Predictably, this story received no coverage in the mainstream media as it is showed brave citizens in a positive light while highlighting the fact that cops shot and nearly killed the hero.

Marion Le Pen Makes Sense for CPAC

CPAC’s most talked about speaker this year isn’t the president or a cable TV personality.

It’s French politician Marion Marechal-Le Pen, the niece of the nationalist leader Marine Le Pen.

Le Pen’s inclusion in CPAC is causing much outrage among anti-Trump conservatives. The aggrieved bemoan this development as a sign of how the Conservative Political Action Conference is no longer conservative and has sold out to the dark forces of nationalism and populism.

The Leftist Shadow State

The American Left, their subordinate Democrat Party, and their media outlets, the mainstream media, have been wholly functioning in the tradition of Pravda and Communist Party centralized decision-making for several years now.

And the defeat of the Democrats in holding onto the White House by the election of Donald Trump to the White House has now revealed the extent to which the Democrats have gone to try and abolish a multi-party system and replace it with a government wholly run by one Party.

The strategy of Democrats has long been to attack their Republican opponents as an evil that needs to be expunged from government. Their over-the-top rhetoric is always to portray the Republicans as people whose sole purpose is to make life difficult for all Americans — haters of children, the elderly, the poor — you name it.

But something new was consolidated under the Obama administration — shadow government, also called the Deep State. The self-appointed leader of that shadow government is Barack Obama, who has made himself the Bizarro President, if you will. Like Bizarro Superman, he can’t help but speak the exact opposite of his counterpart. Whenever President Trump makes a policy speech, Obama follows after with an articulation of his own upside-down policies.

Since the Democrats anti-Constitutional agenda is to render all political opposition powerless, they have to present themselves as seeking bi-partisanship, defined as adhering to the Democrat agenda. Anything that doesn’t line up with the Democrat agenda is then described as ultra-far-right-conservative-extremism.

The US-UK Deep State Empire Strikes Back: ‘It’s Russia! Russia! Russia!’

There’s no defense like a good offense.

For weeks the unfolding story in Washington has been how a cabal of conspirators in the heart of the American federal law enforcement and intelligence apparatus colluded to ensure the election of Hillary Clinton and, when that failed, to undermine the nascent presidency of Donald Trump. Agencies tainted by this corruption include not only the FBI and the Department of Justice (DOJ) but the Obama White House, the State Department, the NSA, and the CIA, plus their British sister organizations MI6 and GCHQ, possibly along with the British Foreign Office (with the involvement of former British ambassador to Russia Andrew Wood) and even Number 10 Downing Street.

Those implicated form a regular rogue’s gallery of the Deep State: Peter Strzok (formerly Chief of the FBI’s Counterespionage Section, then Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division; busy bee Strzok is implicated not only in exonerating Hillary from her email server crimes but initiating the Russiagate investigation in the first place, securing a FISA warrant using the dodgy “Steele Dossier,” and nailing erstwhile National Security Adviser General Mike Flynn on a bogus charge of “lying to the FBI”); Lisa Page (Strzok’s paramour and a DOJ lawyer formerly assigned to the all-star Democrat lineup on the Robert Mueller Russigate inquisition); former FBI Director James Comey, former Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, and — let’s not forget — current Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, himself implicated by having signed at least one of the dubious FISA warrant requests. Finally, there’s reason to believe that former CIA Director John O. Brennan may have been the mastermind behind the whole operation.

Not to be overlooked is the possible implication of a pack of former Democratic administration officials, including former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, former National Security Adviser Susan Rice, and President Barack Obama himself, who according to text communications between Strzok and Page “wants to know everything we’re doing.” Also involved is the DNC, the Clinton campaign, and Clinton operatives Sidney Blumenthal and Cody Shearer — rendering the ignorance of Hillary herself totally implausible.

On the British side we have “former” (suuure . . . ) MI6 spook Christopher Steele, diplomat Wood, former GCHQ chief Robert Hannigan (who resigned a year ago under mysterious circumstances), and whoever they answered to in the Prime Minister’s office.

The growing sense of panic was palpable. Oh my — this is a curtain that just cannot be allowed to be pulled back!

What to do, what to do . . .

Ah, here’s the ticket — come out swinging against the main enemy. That’s not even Donald Trump. It’s Russia and Vladimir Putin. Russia! Russia! Russia!

Hence the unveiling of an indictment against 13 Russian citizens and three companies for alleged meddling in U.S. elections and various ancillary crimes.

Time to Rebrand the Democratic Party as Socialists

Liberalism is an idealistic political philosophy born after the defeat of Napoleon, a philosophy of freedom, which epitomized individual liberty, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, and free elections.

Socialism, on the other hand, is a political philosophy and economic system that promotes egalitarianism — a theory of economic equality. Modern socialism originated in the eighteenth century as a working-class economic and political movement that opposed private property and criticized the effects of industrialization on society. It is usually defined as “common ownership of the means of production.”

Italy: De Luca Jr Quits in Graft Probe, Father Furious

Son of Campania governor

(ANSA) — Salerno, February 19 — Roberto De Luca, son of Campania Governor Vincenzo De Luca, on Sunday resigned as Salerno councillor amid a graft probe that has made his father furious.

The case has embarrassed the ruling centre-left Democratic Party (PD). De Luca Jr called the case, which involves alleged waste trafficking, “murky and disgraceful”.

Vincenzo De Luca, the governor, on Monday said a report on alleged waste trafficking by Web news site Fanpage that prompted his son Roberto to quit as Salerno budget councillor was a “disgrace” and had been trumped up to hurt his party ahead of the March 4 general election. De Luca, a senior figure in the PD, said: “This isn’t journalism, it’s a national disgrace”.

“In these hours,” he said, “we are witnessing a campaign of media and pseudo-journalistic aggression against us on the eve of a delicate electoral campaign, a Camorra mafia-like and Fascist thug-like operation starting with waste management.” A PD supporter slapped a Fanpage reporter at the press conference called by Roberto De Luca on Sunday, sparking condemnation from other parties, with the anti-establishment 5-Star Movement (M5S) in the lead.

De Luca Sr said that Free and Equal (LeU) leader Pietro Grasso’s solidarity with Fanpage reporter Gaia Bozza and his criticism of “an ugly climate of tension that does no one any good” were words “to be ashamed of”.

M5S leader Luigi Di Maio responded by saying De Luca’s words were “threats” and that he should resign.

“De Luca’s threats are absolutely intelerable,” he said.

Italy: Our Pro-European Stance Stronger Than PD’s — Bonino

(ANSA) — Rome, February 20 — +Europa leader Emma Bonino told a Facebook-ANSA live forum Tuesday that her party’s pro-European stance was stronger than that of her centre-left coalition ally the Democratic Party (PD). “Our Europeanism, with respect to the PD’s, is more determined, constant, obdurate, not seesawing and more impassioned,” she said. She said “the EU implies an attention for a constant policy, a way of seeing how it works, how to gain benefits from the European project”.

+Europa is the biggest of a group of small centre-left parties allied with the PD for the March 4 general election.

Bonino has a higher profile abroad than many other leaders having been both former foreign minister and former European Commissioner.

Italy: Super-Wealthy Driving Force Behind Luxury Real Estate

‘After years of crisis, balance between demand and supply’

(ANSA) — Florence, February 19 — “The number of super-wealthy continue to increase while that of the mid-level wealthy drop, having lost economic power over the past few years,” said Dimitri Corti, founder of Lionard Luxury Real Estate, a company operating in the most expensive segment of the real estate market of luxury residences. “Luxury real estate is doing well,” Corti said, “after years of crisis it is reaching a good balance between demand and supply. Maturity is being shown by sellers, who understand that what may have cost 10 million euros can be sold for 7, as well as by buyers who understand that this is an opportunity to seize while they have the chance.” Ultra high net worth individuals (UHNWI), super-wealthy people holding assets worth over 100 million dollars, and those who want to buy properties worth over 30 million seem to be the driving force behind the most exclusive segment of the market.

“They are able to decide on an important purchase in a single day,” Corti stressed. “They engage in impulsive choices especially as concerns very expensive purchases and we at Lionard are very good at this, we want to get them excited” about luxury real estate options. In 2017, the Florentine company achieved 8.7 million euros in turnover, tripling the 2016 figure with an outlook to grow even more in 2018. After the opening of a new office in Mila, Lionard Luxury Real Estate is now looking to open one in Rome and 12 others in the next five years, with Cortina, Porto Cervo and Lago di Colo among the options currently under discussion.

Latvian Member of European Central Bank Detained in Probe

Country has a history as money laundering funnel for Russia

(ANSA-AP) — LONDON — Latvia’s top banking official and key member of the European Central Bank was detained Sunday after being questioned for hours by anti-corruption authorities amid accusations of bribery and money laundering in the nation’s financial system.

Latvian state TV showed Ilmars Rimsevics arriving at the anti-corruption agency’s offices on Saturday night and leaving in the middle of the night, following what the channel said was a raid on his office and property.

On Sunday, Latvia’s prime minister confirmed that Rimsevics, 52, was being detained, without providing further details. The anti-corruption agency, the Bank of Latvia and the European Central Bank all declined to comment.

Latvia’s president called for a meeting of the National Security Council to discuss the situation in the banking sector.

Rimsevics’ arrest is particularly sensitive because he sits on the top policymaking council of the ECB, Europe’s most powerful financial institution, and is privy to the state secrets of Latvia as well as those of NATO and the EU.

Any connections to money laundering, experts say, will raise concerns of the risk of blackmail from Russia, where the secret services and organized crime largely control the flow of illegal cross-border money transfers.

Latvia, one of the three Baltic nations that became independent after the 1991 collapse of the Soviet Union, has a well-documented history of acting as a money laundering funnel for Russian capital.

Its own banking system has been plagued by corruption and money-laundering scandals in recent years. Among the most high-profile was the Magnitsky case, in which $230 million in Russian taxpayers’ money was siphoned off by Russian officials, largely through Latvian banks, according to U.S. and European authorities. Whistleblower Sergei Magnitsky was imprisoned in Russia in 2008 and allegedly beaten and denied medical care, leading to his death.

In 2014, a trove of leaked documents, the so-called Laundromat reports, detailed how billions were sent from Russia through Latvia in the years 2011-2014. Latvian banks went through an independent audit last year, but soon after that, France fined a Latvian bank for money laundering.

This week, the U.S. Treasury told banks to not make dollar transactions with one of Latvia’s biggest banks, ABLV, which it said “has institutionalized money laundering.” Rimsevics’ detention also comes as Latvian authorities have warned that Russia is actively trying to obtain state secrets from Latvian officials and is trying to weaken the U.S. and EU by, for example, interfering in the U.S. presidential election.

The banking scandal, meanwhile, could shake confidence in governance in Latvia, a small nation of 2 million people that is struggling to deal with Russia’s attempts to re-exert influence over the former Soviet satellite state.

Macron and Islam: “Appeasement and Dialogue”

When French President Emanuel Macron recently said that “We are working on the structuring of Islam in France,” it was only one part of a message, to prepare Muslims and non-Muslims for the big project: transforming Islam in France into the Islam of France.

Prison guards tried to explain that every day, their lives are in danger. In late January when the strike ended, Macron said privately that the danger was not radicalized Muslim prisoners but radicalized guards, and claimed that one of the main unions for prison guards had become “infiltrated” by undercover militants from the right-wing Front National party.

When US President Donald Trump announced the transfer of the American Embassy from Tel Aviv in Jerusalem, Macron immediately tweeted, “France does not approve the US decision. France supports the two-state solution, Israel and Palestine, living in peace and security with Jerusalem as the capital of the two states. We need to focus on appeasement and dialogue.” The last sentence is a resumé of Macron’s Islam policy: appeasement and dialogue — in other words, submission.

Measles Cases in Europe Up 400% in 2017 — WHO

Over 20,000 people contracted the disease, 35 died

(ANSA) — Rome, February 20 — The measles in 2017 killed 35 people in Europe, where 21,315 people contracted the disease, up 400% on the previous year, the World Health Organization (WHO) said Tuesday.

Only 5,273 cases were registered in 2016, a record low, the WHO also said.

Fifteen European countries recorded the highest number of cases, with Romania, Italy and Ukraine topping the list, the European chapter of the organization said.

Out of 53 countries in the WHO’s European region, 15 — or one in four — registered an outbreaks with more than 100 cases.

Romania ranked first with 5,562 reported cases, followed by Italy with 5,006 and Ukraine with 4,767.

The organization said the spike in measles cases was mainly due to a combination of multiple factors including an overall decline in vaccination rates, interruptions in vaccine provision and poor monitoring.

(ANSA) — Brussels, February 20 — European Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager has promised to be “intransigent” on Embraco’s moving 500 Italian jobs to Slovakia, Industry Minister Carlo Calenda said after meeting her Tuesday.

As European Parliament chief Antonio Tajani said the “unacceptable” situation highlighted the need for deep and swift changes to the EU, Calenda said the talks with Vestager on a possible exemption from State-aid rules had gone “well”.

Vestager, he said, will hold a press conference Wednesday and she has “a very clear view of the issue”.

He said “she assured me that the Commission is very intransigent in assessing cases flagged up where there is a problem of the wrong or not permitted use of aid, or worse, State aid to attract (business) by countries that are part of the EU”.

Calenda sent an encouraging message to Embraco workers not to give up the fight against the Whirlpool unit shutting its Italian plant and moving the jobs to Slovakia. “Let’s not give up, we are working at all levels, we are working here (in Brussels), we are working with Invitalia which has started mapping out alternative projects for industrialisation, we won’t give up as happened in other crises before this one,” Calenda said in Brussels.

Earlier Calenda said he would ask Vestager for an exemption from EU treaties on State aid to deal with the case of Embraco, the US multinational Whirlpool unit that is sacking its 500 Italian employees as it moves production to Slovakia.

“There are structural conditions,” that mean eastern European countries have lower labour costs, he said.

“I couldn’t frame a rule saying that labour costs should be so much lower for Embraco, because that would be State aid. But I think you can interpret the treaties to say that in this specific case, of a firm moving to Slovakia, the norm may be flouted.

“Let’s see what Vestager’s answer is”.

Embraco on Monday refused to change plans to sack its 497 workers at Riva di Chieri near Turin, prompting Calenda to say he would no longer “meet this scum”.

Calenda had asked the Brazilian company to agree to use a government layoff fund, but Embraco refused point blank.

An Embraco worker, Daniele Simoni, on Tuesday chained himself to the factory gates.

“I don’t want to give up, it’s my factory that fed me for 25 years, as long as there’s a chink of light I won’t give up”, he said.

Labour Minister Giuliano Poletti said the government was ready to employ “social buffers” to help the 500 workers who are being laid off as Embraco moves its production to Slovakia. “We will work alongside the workers to foster the process of reindustrialisation of that site and we are ready to use social buffers in favour of a project that will give continuity to the firm,” he said, referring to lay-off funds.

“We view as unacceptable the conduct of the company which has chosen not to withdraw the firings,” Poletti went on.

This would have “allowed us to start the process of reindustrialisation. Something that is not possible in this phase”.

Meanwhile, back in Brussels, Tajani said the situation at Embraco is “unacceptable”. Speaking after meeting Calenda, Tajani said the situation “shows that Europe must be profoundly changed, and rapidly.” He said “this must be a joint commitment of any future Italian government”.

Tajani has been touted by centre-right leader Silvio Berlusconi as a possible premier.

Erdogan to Visit 4 African Nations to Step Up Relations

Algeria, Mauritania, Senegal and Mali from 26/2

(ANSAmed) — ISTANBUL, FEBRUARY 19 — Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan will on February 26 begin a five-day diplomatic tour that will take him to Algeria, Mauritania, Senegal and Mali. According to sources at the Turkish presidency’s office, the visits aim to strengthen diplomatic and trade relations, as well as reiterate the country’s commitment against the African network of schools linked to Fethullah Gulen, allegedly behind the July 2016 coup attempt. Over the past two years, Erdogan has visited African several times, a continent in which over the part decade Turkey has significantly increased its trade and with which it has stepped up cooperation in the diplomatic and military fields. Erdogan had in recent weeks postponed a trip to Latin America, where he was to have gone immediately after his visit to Rome, in order to more closely follow the evolution of the Turkish military operation against the YPG in the Syrian Kurdish enclave Afrin.

Foreign Assistance to Jordan Hit $3.65 Bn in 2017

Aid for refugees topped $653.7 mn

(ANSAmed) — AMMAN, FEBRUARY 20 — Jordan announced on Tuesday that the total foreign assistance contracted in 2017 with various donors and international financial institutions reached about $ 2.99 billion, while the value of donations to support refugees, including humanitarian assistance, stood at $653.7 million, according to Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Imad Fakhoury.

The total amount of foreign aid for Jordan in 2017 amounted to $3.65 billion, compared to $3.15 billion in 2016, an increase of about half a billion dollar, he was quoted by Petra news agency.

Foreign aid supports the budget, helps cover the funding gap, finances development projects according to national priorities, provides technical assistance, builds institutional capacity and strengthens foreign reserves, he said.

“The international community should shoulder its responsibilities for the burdens borne by Jordan as a result of hosting Syrian refugees,” the minister said.

Iran, Deeply Embedded in Syria, Expands ‘Axis of Resistance’

By Ben Hubbard, Isabel Kershner and Anne Barnard

BEIRUT, Lebanon — When an Iranian drone flew into Israeli airspace this month, it set off a rapid series of strikes and counterstrikes that deepened fears over whether a new, catastrophic war was brewing in the Middle East.

That flare-up ended quickly, if violently, with the drone destroyed and an Israeli jet downed after bombing sites in Syria. But the day of fighting drew new attention to how deeply Iran has embedded itself in Syria, redrawing the strategic map of the region.

Tactical advisers from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps are deployed at military bases across Syria. Its commanders regularly show up at the front lines to lead battles. Iran has built and continues to back powerful militias with thousands of fighters it has trained in Syria. And it has brought in new technologies, like drones, to spy on enemies and perhaps to attack them from the sky.

Both Israeli officials and Israel’s enemies say that any new conflict between Israel and Iran, or any of its allies, could mobilize Iran’s expanding network of militant proxies in multiple countries, what Iran refers to as “the axis of resistance.”

“If there is a war, it will be regional,” said Kamel Wazne, the founder of the Center for American Strategic Studies, in Beirut, who studies the policies of the United States and Iran in the Middle East. “Any confrontation will be with the whole resistance front against Israel and its backers.”

Iran and its allies first intervened in Syria to defend the rule of President Bashar al-Assad against Syrian rebels after the civil war broke out in 2011, and later helped his forces against the jihadists of the Islamic State.

But as the rebels have lost ground and no clear threats to Mr. Assad’s rule remain, Iran and its allies have stayed, shifting their focus to creating an infrastructure to threaten Israel, analysts say. Iran continues to train and equip fighters while strengthening ties with allies in Iraq and Lebanon, in hopes of building a united front in the event of a new war…

Turkey Extends Block on ENI Rig Through 10/3 — Cypriot Media

Commitments in Moroccan waters at risk, rental costs soaring

(ANSAmed) — ISTANBUL, FEBRUARY 20 — The Turkish Navy has extended through March 10 its Navtex notice of military activity off Cyprus in the eastern Mediterranean, which has been blocking passage for the past 10 days of the Saipem 12000, a drilling ship rented by ENI, Cypriot media said.

The block has been preventing the ship from reaching the area planned for exploration through a license granted by the government in Nicosia.

The previous notice was set to expire on Thursday.

Nicosia has denounced the presence of the Turkish Navy in its “exclusive economic zone” as a violation of international law.

Turkey, however, does not recognise the exclusive sovereignty of Cyprus and insists on the right of the Turkish-Cypriot community to divide the island’s natural resources.

In recent days, government sources in Nicosia said the Saipem 12000 wouldn’t be able to remain waiting in the area if the Turkish naval block were to be extended, because it is committed to other activities planned off the coast of Morocco in the month of March.

Based on estimates by industry professionals, costs to rent the drilling ship can reach a half-million euros per day.

White Helmets Ready for ‘False-Flag’ Chemical Attack in Syria — Reports

According to the Arabic-language news channel al-Manar, citing al-Ikhbariyah, the White Helmets group has been preparing for another provocation against the Syrian government.

The White Helmets group, which claims to be an impartial humanitarian NGO saving lives in Syria, has reportedly distributed masks in Eastern Ghouta to protect civilians from a chemical gas attack. The group, also known as Syrian Civil Defense, has allegedly been creating a new plot to blame another chemical attack on the Syrian government, al-Manar reported.

Last week the Russian center for Syrian reconciliation announced that it had received information from a local resident that Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra) terrorists and White Helmets were preparing to stage a provocation, involving the use of chemical weapons in Idlib in order to blame the government for the attack on civilians.

China: Testing Ground for U.S. Surveillance

There is little doubt for most of us that the recent shootings in Florida were not merely a “spontaneous, random event,” precipitated by one individual. At the very least, if Cruz (the alleged shooter) was a “lone wolf,” then the Deep State and those who back it in the Congress are going to exploit it. They will not allow such a crisis to go to waste. Now a new “crusade” is forming by the Statists for gun control.

They know: once they control the guns, the gulags can follow.

Indeed, the Democrats have just announced they will submit “reforms” totaling more than 100 pages on gun control. It has been announced that all 49 Democrats of the Senate will be in lock step with this one. Is McCain counted among that number? Taking the guns away from the citizens is just one part of the equation. The other part (equally as sinister) is the ubiquitous state of surveillance that is being emplaced throughout the United States.

China is the “testing ground.” If it works in China, the Statists are convinced it will also work in the United States in the future…when they intend to unveil it. We have already seen drastic measures being taken with bills that include biometric passports with more difficulty for American citizens to leave than for anyone to enter. That is because citizens are subjects, and we pay the monstrous taxes…the highest of any country in the world…to keep us impoverished, keep us on the treadmill, keep the system going…the infallible system, that of the existing social, political, and economic order.

Bosnia Concerned Over Up to 30,000 Migrants’ Return

After being denied asylum in EU and US

(ANSA) — SARAJEVO — Bosnian authorities have expressed concern over the possibility that thousands of Bosnian citizens whose asylum claims have been rejected in Western European countries and the US might be deported to their country of origin.

An estimated 30,000 may soon be returned to Bosnia and the current facilities, according to an official at the Ministry for Refugees and the Displaced of the Republika Srpska (RS, Serbian-majority part of Bosnia) are insufficient for the reception and reintegration of those expected to be returned and that when visa restrictions were lifted in 2010, had sold everything and moved to various European countries where they are now living. Special concern has focused on the large number of people of the Roma ethnic group, who are originally from the Western Balkans and currently in Italy, and for whom it will be difficult to organize reception facilities for if deportations are stepped up in line with readmission accords. After the end of the 1992-95 war, one out of every five Bosnians left the country. The population is 3.5 million according to a 2013 census, a 20% drop from what it was in 1991.

France to Crack Down on Irregular Migrants

Sanctions for those who breach border and jail for undocumented

(ANSAmed) — PARIS, FEBRUARY 20 — French Interior Minister Gérard Collomb will present a draft law on asylum and immigration to the president’s cabinet on Wednesday, in a move to crack down on irregular migration.

The new migrant law has already been criticised in recent months by civil rights activists and NGOs.

According to the law, the time limit for obtaining asylum will be reduced to six months, but the duration of temporary custody in detention centres will be increased.

French daily Le Monde said there will also be criminal sanctions for those who illegally cross the border, with undocumented migrants, known as “sans-papiers”, risking up to five years in prison.

At the same time, Paris plans to facilitate so-called “selective migration”, in particular for students who wish to stay in France, as well as for family reunification.

On Monday, MP Aurelien Tachè of majority party La République En Marche presented 72 proposals to favor refugee integration.

Observers called it a sort of “counterpoint” to help Collomb’s law go down easier with those in the parliamentary majority who are more closely tied to the open spirit of a France that sees itself as the “homeland of human rights”.

Migrants a ‘Danger for Existence, Christian Culture’ — Orban

Hungarian premier in Sofia, EU should think about border defense

(ANSA) — SOFIA — Migration “is dangerous for our existence and for Christian culture in Europe”, Hungarian premier Viktor Orban said during his visit to Sofia.

“The EU should put the defense of its external borders and the reallocation of migrants at the center of its policy”.

During a joint press conference with Bulgarian Premier Boyko Borissov, Orban congratulated with Sofia for the “useful contacts with Turkey to protect the borders” from illegal migrants. “Hungary will always support cooperation between Bulgaria and Turkey in this direction”, he added.

According to the Hungarian premier, “it is not sufficient to politically welcome to the EU western Balkan countries”, which in his opinion “should be integrated especially through infrastructures that currently are not there”. Boyko Borissov stated that “it is possible to reach a compromise to update the Dublin regulation on the reallocation of migrants”. He said he believes it is necessary to organize “hosting centers for migrants near conflict zones”.

Parents Lose Custody of Daughter for Opposing Transgender Medical Treatments

Parents of a 17-year-old girl lost custody of their daughter for opposing her wish for transgender medical treatments.

Judge Sylvia Sieve Hendon of Hamilton County, Ohio has allowed the girl to be taken into the custody of her grandparents — who support her medical transition — allowing them to make decisions that will further along her physical transition to the opposite sex.

According to CNN, Hendon ordered that the family’s names not be released.

The parents reportedly continued to call their daughter by her given name, rather than a male name, and refused to consent to hormone treatments that were recommended by her medical team. The girl claimed she became suicidal as a result of her parents’ refusal to accept that she wanted to transition to a male.

“We think the grandparents are the ones who have an open mind and will … make this sort of decision best for the child,” said attorney Paul Hunt, who represents the court-appointed guardian ad litem. “The parents have clearly indicated that they’re not open to it.”

The Feminist Delusion of Toxic Masculinity

“If feminists succeed in eradicating toxic masculinity in Western men, then the jihadis will surely win the war. Neither hardened Western women nor emasculated Western men will be sufficient to thwart jihadi aggressiveness. “

Just as the phrase “climate change” fails to capture the fundamental nature of a theory that was originally labeled “global warming,” the commonly heard phrase “toxic masculinity” substitutes similarly imprecise language for the more explicit notion that the biologically ordained striving by men to achieve dominance is bad. Many women nowadays wish to bury the fact that their female ancestors sought protection by attaching themselves to dominant males; they suffer under the illusion that the cave man days are over and that as a result, men must now change their biology.

These women presume that civilization protects them sufficiently that they no longer need seek out protection by a loyal male. They are delusional. They think themselves capable of achieving the sort of competitive dominance needed to maintain their own autonomy because they view the abstract concept of society — or civilization — as an imperishable item largely immune from destruction.

In fact, both society in general and civilization in particular are fragile things that have in the past collapsed with surprising suddenness. One could look to ancient times for examples (e.g., the dissolution of the Roman Empire in the face of invasion by Germanic barbarians or the sudden disintegration of Mayan culture due to unknown causes), but modern examples might be more convincing.

  2. Sturgeon shout admit Scottish women should have children. She missed the boat.

    • Sturgeon is an incompetent fool; nothing she says should be taken seriously. I have fairly recently watched videos showing the condition of my former district in Glasgow, and was shocked and disgusted by what I saw; worse than a slum…
This is Sturgeon’s district as a Scottish MP. She is apparently incapable of running this district in an orderly fashion, but she deigns to lecture people about immigrants and immigration, the very things that have caused the collapse of her district.
