Court Records: Mall of America Stabbing Suspect Pleads Guilty, Calls it Act of Jihad

On Thursday, 20-year-old Mahad Abdiaziz Adbiraham pleaded guilty to stabbing two men at the Mall of America.

The incident occurred on Nov. 12, where authorities say he stabbed two brothers in a dressing room at the mall’s Macy’s.

At the plea hearing Thursday, Abdiraham’s attorney read a statement — which is public record — to the courtroom, which explained why he attacked the two men.

Facebook Releases Two-Question Fake News Survey. It’s Bad…

Facebook is overhauling its News Feed amid ongoing criticism of its platform, which has come under fire for enabling foreign manipulation of US elections, giving rise to fake news, and making people feel bad.

In a Facebook post last week, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg explained how the survey data would be used:

Here’s how this will work. As part of our ongoing quality surveys, we will now ask people whether they’re familiar with a news source and, if so, whether they trust that source. The idea is that some news organizations are only trusted by their readers or watchers, and others are broadly trusted across society even by those who don’t follow them directly. (We eliminate from the sample those who aren’t familiar with a source, so the output is a ratio of those who trust the source to those who are familiar with it.)

That’s right, they’re encouraging users, who couldn’t recognize fake news in the first place, to determine who gets priority on Facebook. Meaning your great aunt and her seven sisters can all say they recognized “The Onion” and “trust it entirely.”

Florida Lawmakers Introduce HPV Vaccine Mandate Bill

Florida lawmakers are now pushing a totalitarian medical police state law that would deny a public education to children who aren’t injected with the extremely toxic and risky HPV vaccine.

SB 1551, also being deceptively called the “Women’s Cancer Prevention Act,” mandates HPV (human papillomavirus) vaccines in school-aged children, revoking medical choice rights from parents and invoking state-sponsored coercion to force children to be subjected to extremely risky medical interventions, even against the wishes of their parents.

The HPV vaccine has been know to cause some of the worst adverse side effects. According to Natural News, a boy was paralyzed from the neck down after receiving a Gardasil HPV vaccination. Don’t forget the “horrendous adverse effects” caused by HPV vaccines in Ireland after an Irish vaccine push damaged countless young girls. Pay no attention to the fact that Japan withdrew its support for HPV vaccines following widespread toxic effects that shocked the nation. And most of all, don’t you dare read anything about one of the developers of HPV vaccines, Dr. Diane Harper, who publicly blew the whistle on the toxicity, harm and health risks posed by HPV vaccines, saying: “If we vaccinate 11-year-olds and the protection doesn’t last … we’ve put them at harm from side effects, small but real, for no benefit. The benefit to public health is nothing, there is no reduction in cervical cancers, they are just postponed, unless the protection lasts for at least 15 years, and over 70% of all sexually active females of all ages are vaccinated.”

Google Looking to Control Local Newspapers

Google’s SJW employees to have influence over your local news

Google is developing an app to feed news (and whatever propaganda it’s pushing) at no cost to local newspapers, effectively granting the tech giant control over local news.

The news gathering app, called Bulletin, would collect news from neighborhood sources and everyday citizens which is then shared with local news outlets for free under Creative Commons.

Why it’s dangerous: Google’s modus operandi has always revolved around control, and according to Axios, the stories would be subject to “Google’s news and content standards.”

That means Google would effectively act as Editor-in-Chief of local newspapers by deciding what stories are gold and what stories to bury on the app.

In short, Google’s SJW employees will have influence over your neighborhood news.

Mueller Worked With Hamas-Linked Groups to Purge Counterterror Training of Material Offensive to Muslims

Commenting on Special Counsel Robert Mueller, who is investigating President Trump for alleged “collusion” with Russia, Judicial Watch said that, as FBI director under President Obama, Mueller purged the Bureau of all anti-terrorism training material that was deemed “offensive” to Muslims. This was done, said Judicial Watch, “after secret meetings between Islamic organizations and the FBI chief.”

Judicial Watch obtained the documents on Mueller and the Muslim groups after filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the FBI in July 2012. Mueller had met with the Muslims groups on Feb. 8, 2012, after which the curricula purge took place, said Judicial Watch.

“As FBI director, Mueller bent over backwards to please radical Islamist groups and caved into their demands,” said Judicial Watch. “The agency eliminated the valuable anti-terrorism training material and curricula after Mueller met with various Islamist organizations, including those with documented ties too terrorism.”

“Among them were two organizations— Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR)—named by the U.S. government as unindicted co-conspirators in the 2007 Holy Land Foundation terrorist financing case,” said the government watchdog group.

Unnamed Second Las Vegas Massacre Suspect Who Occupied Mandalay Bay Room 32-134 Exited Out Hotel Room Door to Make Their Escape

It appears, in a roundabout way, the LVMPD has admitted that another suspect was occupying room 32-134 on the night of the massacre, during the shooting.

LAS VEGAS (INTELLIHUB) — The unnamed suspect who occupied Mandalay Bay room 32-134, the room adjacent to Stephen Paddock’s end suite (32-135), made their escape out the front door then exited the building, according to vague details published in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s 19 Jan. preliminary report on the 1 October mass casualty shooting which left 58 people attending a country music concert dead.

As Intellihub reported on 10 Oct., over a week before the release of the prelim report, there is no way that Paddock could have made his way back and forth between the two rooms, as Sheriff Joseph Lombardo previously stated on the record.

This action would have been physically impossible because the adjoining door to room 32-134 was dead-bolted shut at 9:46 p.m., about 14 minutes prior to the first volley of fully automatic gunfire, as the official report indicates. To top it all off, the report states that at 9:36 p.m. the dead bolt for room 32-135 was engaged which proves that both doors were locked at the time of the shooting as if the perpetrators had planed it that way.

On 10 Jan., Intellihub Tweeted: “If the adjoining #Room134 door connecting Paddock’s room was locked and had to be breached by @LVMPD, from room 135, then who locked it? It can only be locked from the other side! Answer this please.”

‘Islamophobia’ Hoaxes and the Rush to Judgment

Two weeks ago, Canadians responded in horror to a disturbing news story in Toronto: before a bank of cameras, a tearful 11-year-old girl said that a man had repeatedly cut her headscarf with scissors as she walked to school…

Three days after the family’s emotional press conference and the collective rush to judgment, Toronto Police released a terse statement: “After a detailed investigation, police have determined that the events described in the original news release did not happen. The investigation is concluded.” Khawlah Noman and her brother, it turned out, had fabricated the attack. They will not face legal consequences for falsely reporting it.

The prime minister’s response was also terse. Trudeau was relieved that the incident had not occurred but still found it necessary to warn about the “pattern of increased hate crimes” in Canada. Toronto Mayor John Tory, who had said that Islamophobia “has no place in our city, our province, or our country,” now stated: “It is good to know that this event didn’t happen.”

Apparently, inflammatory lies like those circulated by Noman and her family can serve a greater political purpose. Furthermore, while stories documenting alleged hijab-related attacks rapidly go viral, subsequent corrections exposing those that turn out to be hoaxes seldom receive the same attention.

Ottawa Poised to Help Newspapers in Upcoming Budget

OTTAWA — All signs point to print media getting a much-needed financial assist from the federal government in the next budget.

The financing is expected to be doled out through the Canada Periodical Fund, which currently assists print magazines, non-daily newspapers and digital periodicals.

Heritage Minister Melanie Joly reportedly discussed the matter during a meeting Thursday with representatives of the Federation nationale des communications, which represents 7,000 people who work in culture and communications.

Joly’s spokesman, Simon Ross, didn’t deny the report and says there will be an announcement in the coming weeks or months concerning the $75-million annual fund, which is currently under review.

It’s bad enough already with rags like the Toronto Star Pravda, it’s going to get a lot worse.

137 lives were lost in terrorist attacks on the Bataclan Theater and other targets in Paris. The perpetrators were soon traced back to Molenbeek, a majority-Muslim neighborhood in Brussels.

Stefan Frank noted that Molenbeek “is considered Europe’s ‘terrorist factory.’“ And French journalist Éric Zemmour facetiously suggested that France should forget about bombing Raqqa and should instead bomb Molenbeek.

Secure the Internet of Things Now or Risk a Dystopian Future, Experts Warn

Helsinki, Finland — In its current form, the Internet of Things (IoT) represents a considerable threat to consumers due to inadequate regulations regarding security and privacy, say experts interviewed by the Cyber Security Research Institute for the new report “Internet of Things: Pinning down the IoT” sponsored by F-Secure. Swift action is recommended to avoid a predictable descent into a dystopian future.

With the number of connected devices now likely exceeding the human population of Earth, the IoT is already nearly inescapable. Millions of connected devices have already been compromised to be used a part of the Mirai botnet. Many consumers aren’t aware of inherent risks of their connected devices and that manufacturers often rush products to market without considering basic security requirements and settings.

“This situation could create an even more frightening scenario than the UK tabloid newspapers’ ‘phone hacking’ scandal, due to a massive adoption of insecure IoT devices,” the report states.

Even as millions of new connected devices come online every day, consumers are still generally aware that their new “smart” appliances will go online. But the lust for consumer data could change that in the future.

“Eventually almost every household device will be online, and they will largely be invisible to the end user as a smart device,” Mikko Hypponen, Chief Research Officer of F-Secure, says in the report. “They will look like dumb devices, but they will be smart devices though they won’t offer any features to the consumer because the real reason for them to be online will be for them to report home and report analytics to the company that built the device.”

[Comment: IoT is a massive security hole. Consumers should choose not to buy any product that classifies itself as an IoT.]

Caritas Syria: Christian Blood on Damascus, Churches Attacked and Faithful Killed

While 2 days of UN peace talks on Syria open in Vienna, people are still dying on the ground. Since the beginning of the year the capital is object of an incessant launch of mortars. The dramatic story from the hospital that has welcomed the dead and wounded. The silence of the Western media on the unfolding tragedy.

Damascus (AsiaNews) — Today in Vienna (Austria), two days of UN peace talks dedicated to Syria are opening. Both the governmental and rebel groups delegations are expected to discuss steps towards a stable and lasting ceasefire in the context of a conflict that has already caused over 340 thousand victims. At the same time, the Turks’ offensive continues in the northern region of Afrin, where clashes between Ankara troops and Kurdish militias have already caused at least 32 victims, including civilians. In an ever-changing Syrian scenario, in recent weeks there has been an increase in violence that has also affected the capital, Damascus, causing dozens of victims and injuries. The Christian community itself is also targeted, with serious damage to churches and places of worship and the deaths of men, women and children. Below, the testimony of the communication manager for Caritas Syria:

On January 1, Al-Qaida linked groups launched a wide-scale offensive to capture a key military base in the eastern countryside of the capital Damascus. The Vehicle Base is the largest military facility in the Eastern Ghouta region, stretching from Harasta to Arbeen.

The base contains large numbers of soldiers, as well as big weapon depots.

Since then, Syrian airstrikes started targeting the positions of Al-Qaida in the city of Harasta, and Al-Qaida hitting Damascus neighborhoods from time to time with mortar shells, especially the old part of the city, where many churches and Christian schools are located.

In the last twenty days, more than five churches were hit by mortar shells, causing material damage and many killed and injured among civilians.

Yesterday, at 2:15 pm, which is rush hour in Damascus, when students leave their schools, and a lot of employees leave their place of work, mortar shells started hitting the old city (Bab Touma, Bab Sharki and Al-Amin Street). The results of the shells attack were 12 killed and around 31 injured.

The French Hospital (St. Louis Hospital) was the main hospital to receive injured people as it is the closest hospital to the old city.

To have better idea about the humanitarian situation from yesterday, I would like to share some stories from the French hospital with you, which were written by a lady who was there during the difficult hours that followed the attack:

“Lord, lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the Evil of Jobar”

This was the first time that I heard the screaming and crying of people, students, parents in a hospital corridor!

I saw a mother who had been killed surrounded by her children who were calling her, as if they were trying to wake her up from her sleep “Mama… Mama”

I saw a family of a father who is in the intensive care now, a mother who was severely wounded and a three year old boy who lost his life, because his parents decided to take him for a walk on a sunny day… The grandmother of the boy was crying, cursing, screaming… No one could blame her. She was a grandma few minutes ago, now she is no more… she is now a grieving mother who was begging doctors to give her some news about her son in the intensive care…

I saw a woman crying over her husband who was walking beside her in the street a few minutes ago, when the mortar shell made him fly away from her like a piece of paper …

I saw a 15 year old girl who was covered by blood. Her name was Rita, she is now an angel in the sky.

I saw a mother who was telling people around her that she recently registered her daughter in a gym to do some aerobics, but now the daughter can’t do that anymore, she lost one leg, and the other one is in a critical situation…

I saw blood, water and detergent all over the ground of the hospital. Doctors were running all around. They were working and crying at the same time. Have you ever seen such a thing? Have you ever seen a hospital director running all the time with bloody gloves? Even the janitor of the hospital was moving between people trying to calm them down, he was crying too…

“Lord, lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the Evil of Jobar… Amen”

Yesterday morning, we received a photo, which had made my day. It was the photo of Rabee who was taking his first step using his new prosthetics with a big smile on his face. We have never seen such a smile on the face of this 15 year old boy who lost his legs and his father one year ago in a mortar shell in Damascus. Since then, Caritas has been supporting Rabee and his family (mother and three siblings who are all minors) after they lost their bread winner. Their story was told by AsiaNews. (read here).

Last night, I received a photo of a 15 year old girl “Christine”, who lost her leg yesterday because of shrapnel. Christine might need a long time to be able to smile again, especially that till now; she still doesn’t know that she lost her leg and her best friend Rita!

Today I received two photos, one of them speaks of a tragedy that has begun to find hope, the other one speaks of hope which has suddenly become a tragedy…

Although the situation is still not calm but dangerous, what really saddens us is that you will not hear of these stories from the big international media corporations, these are hidden victims. You will not be aware of their miserable fate, the world will not know of the tragedy that took place on January 22 in Damascus, when a group of students was just trying to return to their homes.

For once I do not want to conclude with the request to pray for Syria. Rather, I ask you to speak up loudly about this tragedy that is still being consumed in the country, and that is often forgotten for one reason or another by the great Western media.

‘Halal’ Internet Means More Control in Iran After Unrest

But the Islamic Republic’s relationship with the world wide web is far more complicated than simple repression. Over the past four years, authorities have encouraged wider use of the internet among Iranians, hoping to generate the benefits of a more modern economy. As a result, nearly half the population has in its pockets a tool that the state is struggling to constrain: smartphones, with cameras and internet links that let anyone broadcast to the world.

Those smartphones helped spread the startling burst of protests across Iran that opened 2018. The government succeeded in suffocating the flare-up in part by shutting off key social media and messaging apps, but the lesson was clear: The same oxygen that can resuscitate commerce can also give breath to potential revolt.

Authorities’ solution has been to create a so-called “halal net,” Iran’s own locally controlled version of the internet aimed at restricting what the public can see.

Six ASEAN Nations Agree to Fight Islamic Terrorism

Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Brunei launch the ‘Our Eyes’ initiative. The agreement is centred on exchanging information and creating an extremists database. In 2017 terrorists laid siege to Marawi (Philippines) for months. Other nations like the United States, Australia and Japan could join later.

Bali (AsiaNews/Agencies) — Six South-east Asian nations agreed an intelligence pact today in Bali (Indonesia) aimed at fighting Islamist militants and improving security co-operation.

All six — Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Brunei — belong to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

Under the ‘Our Eyes’ initiative, senior defence officials will meet every two weeks to swap information on militant groups and develop a common database of violent extremists.

The intelligence sharing arrangement comes after insurgents aligned with the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) laid siege to Marawi, a city in the southern Filipino island of Mindanao, last year.

Dozens of foreigners — most notably Indonesians and Malaysians — were among hundreds of militants who engaged in a ferocious battle with Filipino forces.

Some of the fighters are believed to have travelled to Marawi via the porous maritime borders of the Sulu Sea, next to Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines, analysts believe.

For Indonesian Defence Minister Ryamizard Ryacudu, intelligence sharing will help ensure that another incident like the one in Marawi does not occur and will prevent the region from “becoming like the Middle East”.

Mr Ryacudu also mentioned the United States, Australia and Japan as possible future members.

Sri Lanka: Muslim Women in Colombo Demand Changes to Islamic Marriage Law

A silent protest is held in front of the Ministry of Justice, targeting polygamy, child brides, and divorce. In 2009 a reform committee was set up to look at Islamic marriage. Women seek “justice and equality”.

Colombo (AsiaNews) — A group of Muslim women on Monday stood in silent protest against the country’s Islamic marriage law which discriminates against women.

Organised by the Muslims Personal Law Reforms Action Group (MPLRG), the rally was held in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka, near the Ministry of Justice.

Protesters urged Justice Minister Thalatha Athukorale to recognise their right to “justice and equality”. They want the Ministry to update the status of a report on Islamic marriage that has been nine years in the making.

Muslim marriage comes under the Muslim Marriage and Divorce Act of 1956. The MPLRG complains that it “contains discriminatory and unfair provisions that affect Muslim women and girls”.

The law has no minimum age of marriage, includes unequal provisions and procedures for women to register marriage and divorce, and provides for unconditional polygamy.

For decades Muslim women have protested against this unfair treatment, demanding changes to the law. Several government and independent commissions have been appointed to address the issue.

Finally, in 2009, the Minister of Justice set up a 17-member committee to review the provisions deemed discriminatory and propose amendments to the law. However, so far nothing is known of what it has done.

The MPLRG complains that “Muslim women continue to be regarded as second-class citizens, unequal to men in matters of marriage and family. Reform must ensure justice and dignity — starting with our homes and families.”

The group ends its statement by admitting that “the submission of the report by the Committee is just the start of the process of reform;” nevertheless, “we believe it will be a significant step towards progress on equality and justice for Muslim women.”

Cambodia: Governor Warns That Chinese Investments Bring Organised Crime and Instability

A steady flow of capital has led to a boom in Sihanoukville with new hotels, casinos and housing. Although the authorities have tried to allay fears and concerns, Cambodia is ranked ninth out of 146 in terms of risk on the money-laundering index.

Phnom Penh (AsiaNews/Agencies) — China’s growing presence and investments in the fast-developing Cambodian port and province of Sihanoukville have pushed up the crime rate and brought instability, the local governor, Yun Min, said in a letter to the government.

The two Asian nations have close political, economic and military ties. It is thus rare to hear someone in Cambodia voice criticism of China’s heavy involvement and important investments in the country’s thriving economy.

Beijing’s support has boosted Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen following criticism at the banning of the country’s main opposition party ahead of upcoming elections.

Preah Sihanoukville province in the south-west has seen a construction boom in recent years supported by a steady stream of Chinese money into building hotels, casinos and thousands of housing units.

In his three-page letter to the Interior minister, Governor Yun Min warned that the Chinese influx had “created opportunities for Chinese mafia to come in and commit various crimes and kidnap Chinese investors, causing insecurity in the province”.

Whilst acknowledging that Chinese investment had created jobs and pushed up real estate prices in the province, Yun Min also complained about drunk Chinese getting into fights in restaurants and about rising hotel prices as a result of Chinese interest in Sihanoukville.

Interior Ministry spokesperson Khieu Sopheak said he had not yet seen the letter but noted that Cambodia would not be controlled by the Chinese. “We still keep our sovereignty; the Chinese can’t control us. If they come as proper investors and respect our laws, it’s fine,” he explained.

For its part, the Cambodian government has tried to allay fears and downplay concerns raised by international media about Chinese investors laundering money from criminal activities through the Cambodian real estate market.

A spokesman for Cambodia’s Foreign Ministry recently called reports to that effect “baseless”.

Yet, some analysts warn that rampant corruption, the lack of government transparency, and loose banking regulations make money laundering easier.

In fact, Cambodia is among the most vulnerable countries in the world in terms of money laundering, this according to the Basel-based Anti-Money Laundering (AML) index, which aggregates data from 17 different sources — including the World Bank, World Economic Forum and the Financial Action Task Force — to assess risk.

Out of 146 countries, Cambodia ranks 9th for risk of becoming a hotspot for money laundering, after Uganda and before Tanzania.

China to Develop Arctic Shipping Routes Opened by Global Warming

China has announced plans to develop shipping lanes through the Arctic to become a “Polar Silk Route”.

Beijing said global warming meant viable shipping routes through the Arctic would become increasingly important for international trade.

It said China would work with Russia and other Arctic countries to develop the polar route.

It is part of an ambitious bigger scheme to transform China’s land and sea connections to Europe and beyond.

President Xi Jinping’s $1tn (£700bn) Belt and Road Initiative seeks to rebuild much of Eurasia’s infrastructure of ports, roads and rails, and put China at its centre.

First Monkeys Cloned With Technique That Made Dolly the Sheep

Biologists in Shanghai, China, have created the first primates cloned with a technique similar to the one used to clone Dolly the sheep and nearly two dozen other species. The method has failed to produce live primates until now.

Researchers hope to use this revised technique to develop populations of genetically identical primates to provide improved animal models of human disorders, such as cancer. The technology, described in Cell1 on 24 January, could also be combined with gene-editing tools such as CRISPR—Cas9 to create genetically engineered primate-brain models of human disorders, including Parkinson’s disease.

Left Mobilizes Against ‘Australia Day’

Statue of Captain Cook vandalized as another democracy attacked

Americans have seen their flag, president, national anthem and economy protested in recent months.

Now left-wing activists have turned their disdain on Australia, another democracy, disrupting a day dedicated to the nation.

A statue of Captain James Cook, the British explorer who discovered the eastern coastline of Australia and helped open the subcontinent to European settlement, was vandalized Thursday. The message “We Remember Genocide” was spraypainted nearby. An Aboriginal flag was also displayed.

The vandalism was condemned by the minister for citizenship and multicultural affairs, who urged prosecution for the vandals.

Disgraceful attacks on our Melbourne statues. These vandals are trashing our national heritage and should be prosecuted.

-— Alan Tudge (@AlanTudgeMP) January 24, 2018

It’s the latest incident of anti-Australian activists working to turn what was once a day of national celebration into a day of shame.

Another ‘Tragic Day in the Mediterranean’: At Least Two Dead and Hundreds Rescued

Two women died and many others are presumed drowned after a migrant boat carrying dozens of people sank in the Mediterranean, rescue services in Italy said on Saturday.

Among the 83 people rescued were three babies who were revived by medical teams.

“A tragic day in the Mediterranean. The Aquarius was mobilised for a rescue of a deflated boat,” the rescue charity SOS Mediterranean said on Twitter. “People were already in the water, 83 people saved and safely on board. Two women could not be revived, leaving two children orphaned.”

Doctors Without Borders (MSF), who also helped in the rescue operation, said “many people are missing and presumed drowned, including children.”

Italian coast guards on Saturday said a total of 800 people were rescued in five separate operations.

Europe Must Put More Money Into Migrant Issue, Italian FM

Enormous commitment with Turkey, now Med route focus needed

(ANSAmed) — DAVOS, JANUARY 24 — The migration issue has become central to public debate in Europe thanks to Italy and is now influencing elections in member states, Italian foreign minister Paolo Gentiloni said at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, but “is not central in its budget”. Gentiloni noted that the EU had put a great deal of money into getting Turkey to close the Balkan route and said that the same should be done as concerns Central Africa with “more quality cooperation and investment”. The issue of resources for migrants also concerns the debate on the EU budget that will be held over the coming months.

The minister said that countries in agreement on the issue should join forces and stress that Europe must stand together and not have policies that single member states can pick and choose between.

“We can move forward with 10 or 15 countries and not necessarily 27,” he added.

Fears Over Terror and Migration Lead to Increase in Firearms in the Czech Republic

Police say the possession of firearms has risen in the Czech Republic last year.

In 2017, the number of firearms permits increased to 303,000. That is 2,700 more than in 2016 and an increase of 11,000 compared with 2015.

Fears over terror attacks, immigration and personal assaults have caused the surge, Czech police say.

The total number of guns, rifles and other firearms kept at home by Czechs has risen to around 850,000. That is an increase of 13.3%, or 100,000 compared to five years ago.

German Judge Removes Cross During Trial of Afghan Migrant, Faces Backlash

A Bavarian judge who ordered the crucifix to be removed from the courtroom during the trial of an Afghan migrant has faced a backlash. The defendant says he does not mind being tried under the cross.

Klaus-Juergen Schmid, a judge in the Bavarian town of Miesbach, has ordered a crucifix to be removed from the courtroom during the trial of a 21-year-old Afghan asylum-seeker accused of making death threats to another Afghan who converted to Christianity.

Initially reported last week, the story received wider coverage later with people on social media weighing in. Shortly after the case was made public, Schmid began receiving “angry emails” accusing him of removing a symbol of Germany’s “cultural and religious sovereignty.”

“The blood shed by the hands of the defendant will be partly due to you,” the judge quoted one of the comments as saying. This is despite the judge’s claim that he imposed the maximum penalty on the defendant.

“I can’t believe it,” one Facebook user, Otti Friedrich, wrote. “The judge just has to realize where he lives, in a Christian country? Or did I miss something?”

Immigrants vs. Aliens: The Global Invasion-Giveaway Continues

The United States was a nation founded by immigrants, and immigration has always had a clear-cut path toward American citizenship. The United States was built by successive waves of immigrants who came to America in search of a better life. There is a difference between being an immigrant and being an illegal alien. Immigrants follow the rules of the nation they emigrate to and pursue a legitimate path toward permanent citizenship or toward legal employment in the country. Illegal aliens bypass all legal systems in place… rules designed to protect citizens of the country in numerous ways.

For the past 100 years, the United States has pursued a laissez-faire policy toward illegal aliens. Much of this was because American businesses and industries such as farming and mining, for example, wanted illegal aliens to come here. They wanted to pay them under the table, avoiding the taxes and withholding, and circumventing the minimum wage. The public was also complicit: turning a blind eye, provided that it didn’t directly affect them.

But it did…and year after year, tens of thousands of illegal aliens crossed our borders and started their new lives in America…at the expense of American citizens. Now it has changed into something completely different:

Now it is a part of the socialist playbook based on Cloward and Piven, and Alinsky’s actions and doctrines to destroy the United States from within; it has become a global movement toward the goal of global governance.

This is not immigration, either in the U.S. or worldwide. It is the planned, systematic destruction of national identities and sovereignties. This is being accomplished in several manners:

1. The religious differences are so pronounced between these aliens who are Muslims and the citizens of the traditionally-Christian nations of Europe that underlying tensions are one step away from warfare between citizens and aliens.

2. Laws in these countries are being “restructured” to facilitate the insertion of these aliens against the host-citizens’ wills.

3. The efforts (globally) are coordinated and funded by a consortium of oligarchs and politicians who are utilizing the chaos, confusion, and instability to destroy the nations and push them toward global governance.

4. Armies of NGO’s (Nongovernmental Organizations) under the guises of “humanitarian efforts” or “political dialogue” are in reality “embassies” and front-man representatives to carry out the planned dissolution of national borders and recruit citizenry in the form of “5th columnists” to destroy these nations from within.

The world of George Orwell’s “1984” solidifies more by the day: increased surveillance, decreasing freedoms, and tensions throughout the world to keep whole populations unbalanced while fueling the war machine with money…taxed monies…of the global Military Industrial complex.

Van Jones: “Top down, bottom up.”

Encouraging “revolutions” by the stupid, uncomprehending youth, who all believe the nonsense of “making a difference” when what they are doing is playing the parts of puppets in the globalists’ hands. Guess what? The globalists will round up the “new Bohemians,” and shoot them in the back of the head in the end.

Hungary and Czechoslovakia are now the only nations with leaders that are standing up against the tide of the invasion of Europe: the planned and purposed insertion of illegal aliens into Europe’s nations. All of this is designed to destroy the homogeneity of the populations, destroy the borders, language, culture, and religions of the nations, and enable the removal of national boundaries…thus creating gigantic, corporate “continents” for “juntas” of oligarchs and politicos to rule over.

Italy’s Youth Part of European Brain Drain

By Linda Laura Sabbadini*

In the last five years, more than half a million Italians have migrated to other European countries. According to data from destination countries, the number of Italians in European cities doubled from 2011 to 2015, or 64,000 to 136,000. What’s going on? Have we become a country of emigration? Or are we a country of immigration-emigration? Let’s take a look at the numbers. Historically, our country has experienced two great migrations, between 1870 and 1920 and between the second post-war period and 1973. Mass emigration involving millions of people, especially coming from the South.

The second mass migration was geared more towards Europe, but curbed in the 70s thanks to the restrictive policies of other European countries that led migrants to change course. And that’s when the arrivals began, first from other nationalities then other countries around the world. Cue in the uprooting of various local communities. Take a look at today: While immigration in our country is decreasing, emigration is growing and is emerging as a new phenomenon. Consider this 2015 data, produced by Eurostat: 250,000 arrivals in Italy of which 185,000 were non-EU citizens or part of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA). If we consider the flows of Italians to the EU 27, EFTA and the extra EU 27 countries, we reach about 172,000 since it could be a little higher because figures are underestimated as far as France is concerned. The two figures are very close, especially given that the return of Italians is not high and still appear to be substantially stable…

Study: Illegals Commit Crimes at Double Rate of Native-Born

The crime rate among illegal immigrants in Arizona is twice that of other residents, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Friday, citing a new report based on conviction data.

The report, from the Crime Prevention Research Center, used a previously untapped set of data from Arizona that detailed criminal convictions and found that illegal immigrants between 15 and 35 are less than 3 percent of the state’s population, but nearly 8 percent of its prison population.

And the crimes they were convicted of were, on the whole, more serious, said John R. Lott Jr., the report’s author and president of the research center.

Sweden Hell: Armed Migrant Teens Roaming With Kalashnikovs; Military May be Deployed

As we reported last week, Sweden may or may not be preparing for civil conflict — as Prime Minister Stefan Lofven said that the government would do whatever it takes — including deploying the military — to end the wave of gang violence coming primarily from young migrants in the country’ s “ no-go” zones.

“ It’s not my first action to put in a military, but I’m prepared to do what it takes to ensure that the seriously organized crime goes away,” Lofven said after the party leadership discussion in parliament, adding “it is also obvious that there are social problems… … We see criminals with total lack of respect for human life, it’s a terrible development I’m determined to turn around.”Lofven’ s comments come on the heels of a spate of gang related murders, including that of a 21-year-old man in Malmö last weekend, shot in the head as he stepped out of a taxi near a grocery store. The same weekend, a 16 year old boy found shot in Rosengård district of Malmö died in the hospital next to a bus stop. Two people were taken in for questioning by the police. And on January 3rd a 22-year-old man was shot in the Fosie district of Malmö, the day after an 18-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds ten minutes away in Rosengård.

In Malmö, where a fifth of the 340,000 inhabitants are under 18, children as young as 14 roam the streets with Kalashnikov assault rifles and bulletproof vests. The average age of gang members is 22, the vast majority of them hailing from migrant families. — thetimes.co.uk

The increase in crime has been so overwhelming that Swedish authorities admit they are unable to investigate rape cases right now because of the enormous backlog of gang crime under investigation. “We are forced to choose between two evils,” said police.

The MSM Faces the Truth About Sweden

By Bruce Bawer

As noted, Trump made his comment about Sweden last February. Among those who didn’t want to forget it were a group of leading Swedish photographers who, seven months later, put out a coffee-table book entitled (what else?) Last Night in Sweden. In a Stockholm newspaper, The Local, Lee Roden applauded the shutterbugs for challenging “the hysteria about the country provoked by people like U.S. President Donald Trump.” The contributors mailed the first copy to Trump. As I wrote at the time, the pictures in the book depicted a man on a snowmobile, a guy playing the tuba, an old couple playing with their dog, and other such anodyne subjects. There were also pictures showing immigrants in a positive light — for example, a Somali guy pushing an old Swedish woman in her wheelchair. The message couldn’t have been clearer: Sweden is doing just great, thank you, and Muslims have proven to be a wonderfully integrated boon to Swedish society.

CNN Promotes Cuckoldry as “Positive” For Modern Relationships

War on masculinity intensifies

CNN has hit a new low by posting a feature article that promotes cuckoldry as a “positive” fetish for modern relationships.

Cuckoldry is when a man is aroused by the idea of his romantic partner having sex with someone else or even watching the act while it is taking place.

“In our current political climate, the term “cuck” — short for “cuckservative” — has become an insult of the so-called alt-right, aimed at men they view as spineless and emasculated,” states the piece, seemingly unaware that this has now been replaced by the more current ‘soy boy’.

The article cites a study by David Ley, Justin Lehmiller and the writer Dan Savage, who is a far-left gay rights activist.

Euthanasia is Not ‘Civilised Choice’ — Pope

‘Against dignity of life’ says Francis

(ANSA) — Rome, January 26 — Pope Francis on Friday reiterated his and the Catholic Church’s opposition to euthanasia. He said that in many countries there was “a growth of requests for euthanasia as an ideological affirmation of the will of the power of man over life. “This has led to the voluntary interruption of human existence to be considered a choice of ‘civilization’,” he continued. “It is clear that where life is not valued for its dignity, but for its efficiency and productivity, everything becomes possible. “It is necessary to reiterate in this scenario that human life, from conception to its natural end, possesses a dignity that makes in intangible”.

Man Fired by UK Government Body for Saying There Are “Only Two Genders”

Single complaint about Facebook post led to immediate termination

A UK government department has fired an employee for a Facebook post in which he said there are “only two genders,” according to the man at the center of the controversy.

20-year-old Adam Crawford contacted Infowars to say he had lost his job after a single person complained about his comments.

“Lgbt? What about lgbtqqiiaapxyz?” Crawford sardonically asked in his opening post, before following it up with, “Only two genders, snowflakes.”

Another individual named Paul Livingstone took offense at Crawford’s remarks and asked, “Is that the official view of the DWP while you are sitting behind your desk?”

The DWP is the Department for Work and Pensions, the largest government department in the United Kingdom.

Crawford denied his comments represented the official view of the DWP, before Livingstone replied, “But you are on the clock right now.”

Within 24 hours, Crawford received a call from his employer informing him that he had been fired with immediate effect because of a single complaint about his Facebook posts.

It is not clear whether the complaint was made by Livingstone or someone else who saw the comments.

The story once again illustrates how militant leftists will not hesitate to interfere in people’s private lives in order to punish thought criminals who refuse to bow to politically correct dogma and speech codes.

Instead of engaging in forthright debate, they immediately resort to the most underhanded and nasty tactics possible to sabotage others while claiming the moral high ground.

  1. “Eventually almost every household device will be online, and they will largely be invisible to the end user as a smart device,” Mikko Hypponen, Chief Research Officer of F-Secure, says

It seems to me that IoT is a dead end, but the big corporations have not acknowledged it yet. For example, people around me all hate the idea of e-call, an EU proposed system of IoT cars that will spy on their drivers. The same goes for refrigirators – I mean who would want a “smart frigge” with a camera? Or a lawnmower with a wifi?

The only “smart” reason for IoT I can think of is that they really count on abolishing private property, and do want to introduce car-sharing, and lawnmower-sharing, and bed-sharing… All things could then be planned and controlled centrally, while keeping the books ballanced with accurate info about each use…

But, if you know anything about people, they will not share! Some animals will be more equal than others, and the IoT is really a leftist utopia.

    • Devices that monitor drivers can be used to lower insurance premiums for the responsible ones, possibly improving standards and making us all safer. Whether they could be made mandatory for the most irresponsible road users, ie cyclists, is a moot point; they already get away with not having to pass a test or carry licence plates.

      • Ok, but does such device really need to be smart, with memory and software, connected to the internet?

The way I see it is that the Globalists have this Star Trek vision – every time they need guns on Enterprise, the computer will tell them the location of each gun on board. If they need to block the guns from firing, they do it over wifi… The same with shuttle pods and everything…

I think that is the globalist goal…

But then again, the only reason Star Trek actually works is because it is full of colectivized individuals with strong in-group preference.

In a real world, people want to own cars, and guns, I believe. Not to have them under constant surveilance from the Google.

WHANG, Witches Haranguing Addled Nasty Girlies, has possibilities for young ladies wishing to make a statement.

Then there’s THINK, Truly Hateful Idiots Need Knowledge, and LAFFO, Leftist Asinine Feminist Folly Opponents.

  4. Re the Fake News from Russia – why they don’t mention that Mr Navalny each and every time refuses to use the legally provided venues and goes for non-sanctioned actions. Actually I don’t wonder.

  5. 100 000 per year don’t seem enough unless he also plans to stop new arrivals. Because if they keep flooding in, they would just be sending the same people back and forth, possibly more comming in that being deported. Of course it’s still better than no deportations and chances are the number would grow as he earns more support from the people when they find out things calm down after some migrants have been sent home.
