The police are searching for the suspect, who is said to live in the forest. Authorities are certain that the incident has nothing to do with terrorism. The attacker may have mistaken insurance company employees for trees.

2 Dead: 8 Injured After Crash in South Dakota, Officials Say
ALCESTER, S.D. — Two people are dead and eight others are injured after a vehicle slammed into a group of people outside a rehabilitation center in southeast South Dakota, officials said.
State Highway Patrol spokesman Tony Mangan said the crash took place outside the Alcester Care and Rehab Center. Alcester is a city of about 750 people south of Sioux Falls.
The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. Monday, according to CBS affiliate KELO.
Several helicopters and at least four ambulances responded to the scene, the Argus Leader newspaper of Sioux Falls reports.
Mangan said the investigation is ongoing, but that the crash appears to have been accident. He said the driver of the vehicle was among those brought to a hospital.
Mangan said he doesn’t know the driver’s identity and couldn’t provide details about what preceded the crash. Mangan said the Highway Patrol is leading the investigation into the collision.

To test just how low the quality bar is for exploitative predatory journals, a prominent neuroscientist has tricked four publications into accepting a totally fake paper about midi-chlorians — the entirely fictional life forms in Star Wars that make ‘the force’ possible.
Neuroskeptic, a working neuroscientist who anonymously blogs about science for Discover, set up the sting, submitting the nonsensical study to nine scientific journals — only to have four of them accept it.

Did Officer Mohamed Noor Get His Job Just Because He’s Somali?
If he did, it would not be the first time.
Christina Benson was a civilian employee of the Ottawa Police Service and her job was to conduct background checks on those applying to become police officers with the Ottawa police. Last summer she conducted checks on 19 new recruits. Benson found 18 of the 19 applicants passed the check while one failed. She forwarded her findings to Charles Bordeleau, Chief of the Ottawa police. The chief has the final say on who gets hired and who does not. The man Benson determined not to have passed her background check was a Somali.
On July 24, 2016, Abdirahman Abdi, a 37-year-old Somali Canadian, became involved in a confrontation with Ottawa police after officers received information about a groping. During this confrontation, Abdi suffered a medical episode and died in hospital the next day. There was outrage as there always is when a black suspect dies at the hands of police.
On the same day Abdi passed away, Bordeleau accepted all 19 new recruits including the one rejected by Benson. Benson was furious and said the decision to hire this 19th applicant was done for political reasons. She believed the hire was in direct response to Abdi’s death and promptly resigned her position.

What do you think of the job that President Trump has done so far? According to Real Clear Politics, Trump has an average approval rating of just 40 percent right now, and that is extremely low for a new president. Traditionally, the American people have given new presidents a “ honeymoon period” of at least six months to show what they can do. But that hasn’ t happened this time, and the attacks against Trump from the Democrats and from the mainstream media have been absolutely relentless.
It is obvious that the Democrats and the mainstream media would like to see Trump removed from office as soon as possible, but one would hope that his own party would be standing behind him. Unfortunately, many prominent members of his own party have abandoned him, and Trump tweeted about that sad fact earlier today…

FBI ‘Seized Smashed Hard Drives’ From Wasserman Schultz’s Pakistani it Guy’s Home
Pakistani foreign national Imran Awan, who was hired by Debbie Wasserman Schultz and other Democrats to be their IT guy, is currently under criminal investigation and reportedly is suspected of blackmailing many of them, among a host of other crimes.
FBI agents seized smashed computer hard drives from the home of Florida Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s information technology (IT) administrator, according to an individual who was interviewed by Bureau investigators in the case and a high level congressional source.
Pakistani-born Imran Awan, long-time right-hand IT aide to the former Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairwoman, has since desperately tried to get the hard drives back, the individual told The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group.

ISIS Supporter Sentenced Over Car Bomb
An Islamic State supporter who attempted to blow up a car bomb outside of Fort Riley has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.
More than a year after pleading guilty to attempting to set off a car bomb on the Fort Riley military base in Kansas, 22-year-old John T. Booker Jr. was sentenced Monday to 30 years in prison. In February 2016, he pleaded guilty to attempting to employ a weapon of mass destruction and attempting destruction of government property. Prosecutors dropped a charge of attempting to provide material support to ISIS. At the time, his lawyer claimed Booker was mentally ill.

Mueller Probe: Meet the Lawyers Who Gave $$ to Hillary, Now Investigating Team Trump
President Trump’s tough criticism of Special Counsel Robert Mueller signals a renewed effort to challenge his investigators’ credibility over their track record of pro-Democratic political donations and other associations.
There is no shortage of examples to fuel the president’s case.
Of the 15 attorneys currently on staff for Mueller, at least seven have donated to Democratic candidates and campaigns, including Trump’s 2016 rival Hillary Clinton. The rest have not made political donations, according to federal records; and none of the attorneys on Mueller’s roster donated money to Trump.

NYT Interviews Trump About Sessions’ Recusal
During the interview with the Times, President Trump said if special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia Investigation looked into the Trump family finances, it would cross a red line, and he’s right.
Mueller is looking into President Trump’s entire business transactions as part of the ongoing probe into the phony alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Russians according to a report in Bloomberg. He is pushing his investigation into territories previously warned against by the President himself, and journalist Lou Dobbs has some advice for the Commander in Chief. Here’s what he said:
“I personally believe it’s time for President Trump to get rid of Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein, and get rid of special investigator Robert Mueller, clear out the Obama leftovers in the Department of Justice, and appoint officials to investigate the real corruption and toxic collusion in the D.C. swamp.”
Deputy AG Rosenstein said, “It’s time to do the right thing” — it’s past time. Dobbs denounced the blatant conflicts of interest infesting the Trump-Russia election collusion conspiracy theory being investigated by Mueller and his team of Democrat operatives, noting, “Nearly half of them gave money to Hillary Clinton or to President Obama.”
Dobbs is right of course. President Trump first needs to direct Rosenstein to limit the scope of Mueller’s investigation to the fake Russian election collusion, and that if Mueller doesn’t limit the investigation to what he was hired for, he will be fired. The President also needs to tell Rosenstein that if he doesn’t follow these orders, he too will be fired.

Pastor: Senior Republican Told Me of Plan to “Take Out” Trump
“You can read between the lines”.
An evangelical pastor claims he met with a senior Republican Congressman who told him of a plot to “remove Trump suddenly from office”.
During an appearance on Revival Ministries International, Rodney Howard-Browne said he spent three hours “from 9:30 in the evening until 12:30am with one of the senior ranking members of Congress”.
The pastor said he related the same story on the CBN network but “they cut it out” and that he had decided “to go public with this because we have to.”
“He said there is a plot on Capitol Hill to take the president out, I said you mean by impeachment or by indictment — he said no, to take him out, he will be removed suddenly from office,” said Howard-Browne, before adding, “you can read between the lines”.
The Congressman, who the pastor revealed had been in office since 1996, went on to tell Howard-Browne “there’s nothing we can do to stop it.”
Pastor Howard-Browne said the deep state had “started a war” against Trump because he has been more amenable to the evangelical community than any previous president stretching as far back as Reagan, and were trying to “set the president up in every way”.
The South African pastor called for people around the world to “pray around the clock for the protection of the president”.

Shocker: Colleges Stop Exorbitant Price Increases After Congress Caps Student Loans
America’s colleges and universities have finally stopped their practice of annually gouging students with price increases for tuition, fees and room and board — to the accumulated tune of a growth rate of 400 percent in the last three decades.
Labor Department statistics collected by The Wall Street Journal show that aggregate tuition increases in 2017 rose 1.9 percent in 2017. This figure accords with the overall rate of U.S. inflation.
From 1990 to 2016, college tuition costs had increased at an average rate of 6 percent annually, which was more than twice the overall inflation rate for the same period.
This year’s steep decline in college cost increases has many causes.

Starbucks Customer Fighting Off Masked Robber Caught on Tape
FRESNO (CBS SF) — Incredible new video out of Fresno was shot when a masked robber used a fake gun and a knife to threaten a Starbucks clerk.
It happened on Thursday.
Fifty-eight-year-old customer Cregg Jerri grabbed a chair, walked up behind the robber and smashed it over his head.
The two started fighting, according to investigators.
Jerri was stabbed in the neck during the struggle but managed to wrestle away the knife and stab the robber several times.
“It was incredibly heroic and the way most people would think that they would respond but may not have the courage to respond,” said Chief Jerry Dyer of the Fresno Police Department.
After the fight the robber took off. He didn’t get far, though, and was later arrested.

Trump Takes Another Swipe at Sessions, Urges Clinton-Russia Probe
President Trump took another swipe at Jeff Sessions on Monday morning, even after the fallout from his comments last week criticizing the attorney general’s decision to recuse himself from the Russia probe.
The president was storming Twitter on the same morning his son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner was speaking with Senate investigators on Capitol Hill. Ahead of that private testimony, Kushner released a statement denying any collusion with Russia.
But the president soon took a shot at congressional committees, as well as Sessions, for not looking into “Crooked Hillarys” supposed crimes.

Warrant: Woman “Slapped” Squad Car Before Police Shooting
A woman approached the back of a Minneapolis police car and “slapped” it shortly before an Australian woman was shot and killed by an officer, according to a search warrant filed by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
The search warrant obtained by Minnesota Public Radio doesn’t specifically say that the woman was Justine Damond, but: “Upon police arrival, a female ‘slaps’ the back of the patrol squad … After that, it is unknown to BCA agents what exactly happened, but the female became deceased in the alley.”
News of the warrant came hours after personnel records for the officer who fatally shot Damond were publicly released Monday. The records provided some detail about the training courses the officer took but no insight into his performance on the job.
The records show Officer Mohamed Noor was hired as a cadet in March 2015. In September of that year, he received a letter saying he passed his Peace Officer Licensing Examination and was eligible to become a licensed, sworn officer.
The records also show Noor took multiple training courses, including recent in-service training about active shooter situations during the Super Bowl, which will be held in Minneapolis next year. His file also says he passed all of his annual semi-automatic, handgun and shotgun qualifications, but there are no additional details about how he performed…

The Canadian Press has obtained a copy of a draft citizenship guide the Liberals are working on. These guides are used by people studying to pass their citizenship test. The last time the guide was updated was in 2011 under the Harper government. While some of the changes to the guide were expected based upon Trudeau’s criticism of the Tories’ guide, others were totally unexpected.

Update: Pregnant Woman Had Called Police the Day Before She Was Stabbed
A newborn infant is fighting for its life in a Montreal hospital Monday morning after being delivered by caesarian section after its 33-year-old mother was repeatedly stabbed.
Police say that while the mother’s condition has stabilized, the child is in critical condition.
The woman has two other children who were not home when their mother was attacked. The woman had called police Sunday night after a dispute with her partner. Police suggested to her that her two children stay with relatives.
Montreal police spokesperson Jean-Pierre Brabant said police hope to question the mother later Monday. The suspect, the woman’s 37-year-old husband, is still at large.
Stanley Sainey lives in the same apartment building as the couple and said he was shocked to learn that the woman had been stabbed and that police are looking for her partner.
“He is always smiling and would often say hello,” Sainey said. “When I saw his car was gone I figured it out. I was very surprised by this news because I didn’t know there was violence in that relationship.”
Sainey said he rarely spoke to the victim because “she is very quiet and doesn’t talk a lot.”
However, he confirmed that police had been at the apartment several times since the couple moved in last December. “I saw the police going up the stairs but I didn’t know what it was about.”
Brabant said a neighbour called police around 2:30 a.m. Monday, after hearing a woman screaming inside the apartment, which is on Langelier Blvd. near Pascal St. in Montreal North. Police said the woman had been stabbed several times in the upper body.
A woman who lives across he street said she has put her condo up for sale because there is too much trouble and noise on the street.
Police said the suspect armed and dangerous and is probably driving a grey, four-door 2007 Mazda 3. He is of North African descent, has short, dark brown hair, brown eyes and a scar on his face. Police are asking anyone with information to call 911.

A New Look at the Death of Europe
With the publication of The Strange Death of Europe, Douglas Murray has made a significant contribution to a crucially important, if still niche genre: the Islamization of Europe. A small number of writers (given the huge impact of this development) have focused on the issue: Bat Yeor, Oriana Fallaci, Mark Steyn, Christopher Caldwell, Bruce Bawer, Soeren Kern, Giulio Meotti, Guy Milliere, Ingrid Carlqvist. This small band is all that confronts the blatant and pervasive coverup by politicians and mainstream media.
Murray’s contribution takes several forms. He brings the story of Europe’s civilizational suicide up to date. He provides a chronological tale of the debacle from the post-World War II importation of what were imagined at the time to be temporary workers from Muslim countries needed to fill labor shortages to the disastrous decision by Angela Merkel in August 2015 to throw open Germany’s borders without limits, with the slogan “We can do it.” He sets forth Muslim terrorist actions in Europe in punctilious sequence, including those targeting individuals, like the murder of Theo van Gogh and the Charlie Hebdo staff; the attacks against Jews, and the terror aimed at the general public, for example, the Bataclan massacre and the mowing down at random of people celebrating Bastille Day at the Nice beach. He describes the broader challenge to European society posed by Muslims who do not resort to terror, but espouse values wholly at variance with those of their host countries. Most important, he seeks to explain Europe’s “strange” behavior, why Europe is committing suicide with its elites leading a reluctant but passive public over the cliff.

Catalonia’s Independence Strife Turns Into Financial Showdown
Madrid’s standoff with Spain’s north eastern province of Catalonia, which plans to hold a forbidden referendum on national independence on October 1, grows more and more complex by the day. Just in the last week alone the following developments have taken place:
Spain’s Civil Guard has raided Catalonia’s parliament and government HQ as part of its investigation into political corruption in the region. As new research has shown, this investigation forms part of a broader police operation that has served as a means for Spain’s governing People’s Party to spy on political rivals. Catalonia’s government has replaced the region’s chief of police with a die-hard separatist. It has also purged the cabinet of any members perceived as not fully committed to the separatist cause. Deloitte published its annual barometer of Spanish businesses according to which 74% of business leaders believe that the independence of Catalonia would do serious harm to Spain’s economy. Support in Catalonia for national independence is on the wain, according to a new poll, with 49% opposing independence, and just 41% favoring it. That said, only 67.5% of respondents said they still plan to vote on Oct. 1. Most of them will be nationalists.
Madrid will do everything it can to stop them. The Rajoy government has warned this week that anyone who participates in the purchase of ballot boxes for the referendum could be criminally prosecuted.

Chainsaw Attack at Swiss Insurance Company Leaves Several People Injured
A man who injured several people with a chainsaw when he stormed the office of an insurance company in the Swiss town of Schaffhausen on Monday morning remains at large as over a hundred police officers are engaged in a man-hunt along the Swiss-German border.
One person was seriously hurt and four others sustained light injuries when Swiss citizen Franz Wrousis, 51, went on a rampage at the offices of CSS, a leading health insurance company. Authorities on Monday afternoon downgraded earlier reports of two victims with serious injuries.
Police believe the attack was directly targeted at the insurance company but could not comment further on a possible motive while the attacker remained on the run.
“This is not an attack against a hypothetical person. This is clearly against people from the insurer,” Major Ravi Landolt of the police told a news conference.
Police spokesperson Cindy Beer confirmed that the incident was not being treated as a terrorist attack…

Germany’s Quest for ‘Liberal’ Islam
The newly unveiled ‘liberal mosque’ in Berlin was supposed to showcase a ‘gentler’ Islam. An Islam that could be reformed and modernized while it emerges as the dominant demographic force in Europe. German public broadcaster Deutsche Welle touted the opening of the mosque as a “world event in the heart of Berlin.”

More than 60 Islamic leaders and imams — from France, Belgium, Britain, Tunisia, and of different Islamic faiths — in a move that may be unprecedented, are touring Europe to denounce Islamic terrorism and to pay homage to the victims of terror in Europe by visiting many of the sites of terror attacks. …
The idea seems to have shaken extremists to the core. They have been sending these imams death threats.
It is not only violent extremists, however, who pose threat to peace efforts and the West. At least what they do can be seen. Possibly more harmful are non-violent Muslims, such as Linda Sarsour, who, in order to prey upon naïve admirers of other cultures, continue to feed to the world a narrative of Muslim victimhood, apparently to try to whip up hostile sentiments. …
Both the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR, as well as Britain’s Islamic Relief and 80 other organizations, for example, were added to the United Arab Emirates’ list of designated terrorist organizations in 2014. Presumably, all are the fonts from which violent Islam grows. Many on the list, such, as Hezbollah and Boko Haram, already are violent.
These views in Islam no longer have anything to do with the great mystic philosophers, such as Rumi, Saadi and Ibn el Arabi, who considered even the weakest soul an extension of Allah, thus demanding love and respect for all, and with no ambitions of ruling anyone or taking control of the world.
Anyone who is trying to sell Islam and Sharia, which represent an extremist ideology, as something non-militant, only exposes himself or herself as trying to fool the world.

Islamist Migrant Set to be Released From German Prison Despite Making Terror Threats
His violent personality was made clear after police entered his cell last month and he viciously attacked them
A 27-year-old Lebanese migrant is set to be released from prison in Berlin despite not only being a known radical Islamist but also threatening to carry out terror attacks once he gets out.
The man, who is classified as a dangerous Islamist, is approaching the end of a three and a half year term for robbery and now police say they will have to extensively monitor him upon release because he has threatened to carry out terror attacks. An official statement from the Berlin authorities says the Islamic radical will “use every opportunity for an attack on unbelievers after detention,” Die Welt reports.
Authorities suggest the 27-year-old was radicalised while serving his sentence, and already had a violent personality which made him “a threat to internal security in Germany and the people around him.”
His violent personality was made clear after police entered his cell last month and he viciously attacked them. He was given a further six-month term in prison for assaulting the officers.

Sweden Data Leak ‘A Disaster’, Says PM
The Swedish government has admitted to a huge data leak made by one of its own departments during an IT outsourcing procedure in 2015.
Sweden’s prime minister said it was “a disaster”, Swedish media reported.
Reports say that confidential data about military personnel, along with defence plans and witness protection details, were exposed by the Transport Agency.
They were visible to workers without security clearance during the transfer.

Sweden: Children ‘As Young as Nine’ Caught Robbing People in Stockholm
Police have raised concern after groups of youths aged under 15 — one thought to be as young as nine — were caught robbing or trying to rob people in Stockholm last night.
An hour later youths on a bike tried to rob another person, also on Södermalm, armed with a “knife-like object”, said police. No one was injured and the robbery attempt was unsuccessful, but four young suspects were later seized by police in central Stockholm.
All six were handed over to social services. Police officers in the Södermalm area wrote on Twitter that they were all younger than 15, one believed to be young as nine.
“The youngest was nine years old. Tried to rob using brass knuckles,” they tweeted.

Switzerland: Police: Schaffhausen Chainsaw Attacker is a Loner Who Lives in Forests
Police are hunting a suspect who injured five people with a chainsaw in Schaffhausen on Monday morning.
In a press conference and statement police named the suspected perpetrator as 51-year-old Franz Wrousis, a loner who is thought to live in forests and was not previously known in the Schaffhausen area.
Police confirmed that he attacked staff at an office of the CSS health insurance company in Schaffhausen.
Two people were injured with the chainsaw. It is not yet known how the other three were injured.

An Indian Muslim teenager was Tasered, kidnapped, raped and murdered in an alleged ‘honour killing’ after she began a relationship with an Arab Muslim, a court heard.
The body of Celine Dookhran, 19, was found inside a £1.5million home after another woman, who was also attacked and her throat slit, alerted police from hospital, magistrates were told.
Ms Dookhran was allegedly kidnapped with the other woman, bound and gagged and taken to an address in south west London where they were raped and Ms Dookran was killed on July 19.
A post mortem gave the cause of death as a wound to the neck.

Yazdanpanah says he intends to provide “complementary documents” to any U.S. regulatory agencies investigating Radio Farda. He also expressed his “right to pursue legal action in American and European courts,” and “welcomed help to do so from concerned individuals and organizations.”

2 Chinese Fighter Jets Buzz US Navy Spy Plane in East China Sea
A pair of armed Chinese fighter jets flew dangerously close to a U.S. Navy reconnaissance plane flying in the East China Sea on Sunday afternoon, with the hazardous Chinese behavior nearly causing a “collision,” two U.S. officials told Fox News.
One of the Chinese J-10 jets flew under the American EP-3 jet and maneuvered suddenly, popping up 300 feet in front of the U.S. plane and causing “the [US] EP-3 to take evasive action to avoid collision,” one official said.
Both Chinese fighter jets were armed with air-to-air missiles, according to the officials.

German Media Failed to Report Refugee Crisis Honestly, Study Finds
An influential German institute has studied thousands of article published by daily newspapers during the refugee crisis. Their conclusion: journalists lost their objectivity and drove a wedge through society.
As hundreds of thousands of refugees arrived in Germany in 2015 and early 2016, daily newspapers took on the role of “public educators” rather than objective critics of public policy, a team of researchers at the Otto Brenner Institute conclude, according to a report in Die Zeit this week.
The researchers, led by former Die Zeit editor Michael Haller, studied thousands of articles published between February 2015 and March 2016 by leading daily newspapers, including Bild, Die Welt, the Süddeutsche Zeitung and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
The report, which will be published on Monday, criticizes “the so-called mainstream media” for lining up behind Chancellor Angela Merkel’s open-door refugee policies, and for uncritically taking on “the slogans of the political elite.”

“The Message” Reveals Truth About Eugene Peterson But Not God
When the new “modernized” version of the Bible titled, The Message written by.Eugene Peterson suddenly materialized in the bookstores with lots of press attention, my own thinking was, “Here we go again. Why do we need another version of the Bible?” It was a proper question. It seemed like every other month another ‘modernized’ version of the Bible was popping up somewhere. Every new arrival would belch out the same pitch, “written in modern up to date language (many words were changed altogether missing precisely what that sentence intended to convey.)”But,” they proclaimed, “this new and changed language can be better understood.”
This new ‘Bible’ was needed, say they, since many people cannot grasp the King James Language of the original Bibles. “This is why we need a clearer up to date Bible that everyone can understand which will result in more decisions for Christ.”
When the New International Version (NIV) was birthed in the 1970’s it appeared that everyone associated with the Assemblies of God Church felt that this was the greatest new thing since corn flakes. Pastors immediately began preaching from the NIV re-written texts. The theological errors were numerous and disturbing. For example, they left out the blood of Christ. It came off like a Cliff Notes of The Bible but, the content was faulty on every other page.
I did a class one night where Scriptures were read from the King James Bible and then someone else read the same Scriptures from the NIV. Attendees began to gasp as the readings went on and the total difference in the Scriptures became so obvious that at one point it almost became scandalous as it could be seen that these NIV people had basically re-written the entire Bible, leaving out key issues.
THEN the ultimate re-written Bible of all was introduced and exploded on the scene like fireworks at an outdoor popcorn party. Notice I used “re-written,” NOT paraphrase.

UK: People to be Allowed to Pick Their Own Gender Without Doctor’s Diagnosis
The Government is reportedly planning to reform gender identity rules to make it easier for people to choose their own gender in law.
Under plans being considered by ministers, adults will be able to change their birth certificates at will without a doctor’s diagnosis, while non-binary gender people will be able to record their gender as “X”.
The Sunday Times reports that changes will be included in a planned Gender Recognition Bill, set to be published in the autumn.

If you dare to make even the tiniest peep that suggests that Islam, Muhammad, and Allah are not the greatest thing since sliced pita bread, you risk being murdered.
You’d think that Allah would be secure enough in his viewpoints that he’d be able to tolerate a smidgen of disagreement. …
Isn’t anger an emotional response to the sense that one is not in complete control of a situation?

Anger…is an emotion that involves a strong uncomfortable and emotional response to a perceived provocation, hurt or threat. Anger can occur when a person feels their personal boundaries are being or going to be violated.
So God not only can feel threatened, he also has personal boundaries that can be violated? Doesn’t sound like much of an all-powerful being to me. Sounds like someone who deserves a bit of ridicule and maybe even a few scoops of bullying.
Everywhere I searched for the roots of anger, I came up with the same result—it’s a reaction to feelings of helplessness or loss of control. According to Psychology Today:
A person or situation somehow makes us feel defeated or powerless, and reactively transforming these helpless feelings into anger instantly provides us with a heightened sense of control.
This site claims that anger is a tool “to convert feelings of vulnerability and helplessness into feelings of control and power.” And this one says anger is a “response to protect against feeling that old helplessness.” And this one flat-out states that anger “occurs when you lose control….[It] is a feeling of being vulnerable and helpless.”
If Allah gets upset, that means he feels vulnerable, which means he’s not perfect, which means he’s not God, which means I will blaspheme him until I draw my last breath. I ain’t scared. There ain’t no virgins where I’m going, anyway.

That is actually how I got into Christianity. I wanted to prove the Bible wrong, only to find out that my perception of the Bible was wrong. My perception of the Bible was wrong, because it was formed by the likes of NIV.
Since then I use KJV Bible, and also Czech Protestant “Bible Kralicka” – 1617 or so edition. The funny thing is, many times people on Facebook or elsewhere quote the Bible scorning and shaming “Look how stupid it is”.
All I have to do then is to quote the same passage from the old protestant KJV or Bible Kralicka – and it is only after I present them with this old and obsolete language Bibles people get to understand, and they mostly agree with me saying “You’ve got a good point”.
The new Bibles are uninteligible.

A question not raised by any media in the shooting of Justine Damond by the police officer, Mohammed Noor. Before a police recruit can achieve the goal of becoming a police officer, he/she must pass all the necessary steps/tests before he/she is considered competent enough to become a probationary police officer, and the most important onus on the aspiring officer is the swearing in ceremony generally conducted at the police academy, or as some like to term it today, college, of the recruit.
So how was Noor’s swearing in ceremony conducted, was it by him swearing an oath of allegiance to the United States and the city he was to be employed in on a Bible or was it done on a Qu’ran?

Re baby Charlie Guard: The poor child was incapable of even breathing without help, and in pain. Cheap shots at “socialised medicine” are entirely inappropriate; I suspect that in the US, he wouldn’t have been kept alive this long unless his parents were wealthy.
Mark, when a man and woman bring children into the world it changes their lives dramatically. There is the love between a man and a woman that will bring forth children, but then again, there is also the powerful love that caring parents will have for their children and in whom they will protect with every inch of their being.
One has to be a caring parent to appreciate what the parents of Charlie Gard are going through.
A state has no right in deciding who should live or who should die – that inviolable law is written in the Ten Commandments – especially when it comes to children whose very existence is reliant on the people who brought them into this world, not the state or the states subsequent mistakes inherently produced from the states incompetent meddling into socializing medicine.
Government has always been the problem, never the solution.

I am currently reading the Strange Death of Europe. It is extremely thought provoking and gives insight into the current challenging immigration situation in Europe.
