An elderly British couple was ambushed in their car by “refugees” as they were driving through Paris. The migrants reportedly attacked them because they wanted the UK number plate.

Two Italian Zombie Banks Toppled Friday Night
ECB shuts down Veneto Banca and Banca Popolare di Vicenza.
When banks fail and regulators decide to liquidate them, it happens on Friday evening so that there is a weekend to clean up the mess. And this is what happened in Italy — with two banks!
It’s over for the two banks that have been prominent zombies in the Italian banking crisis: Veneto Banca and Banca Popolare di Vicenza, in northeastern Italy.
The banks have combined assets of €60 billion, a good part of which are toxic and no one wanted to touch them. They already received a bailout but more would have been required, and given the uncertainty and the messiness of their books, nothing was forthcoming, and the ECB which regulates them lost its patience.
In a tersely worded statement, the ECB’s office of Banking Supervision ordered the banks to be wound up because they “were failing or likely to fail as the two banks repeatedly breached supervisory capital requirements.”

2 Female Suspects Invade a Home on Rockford’s Southeast Side
ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) — Rockford Police Department say they responded to a report of a Home Invasion around 2 a.m. Saturday morning on Rockford’s Southeast side.
The Police say when they arrived to the home in the 2100 block of 19th Avenue they met with two juveniles. They says the juveniles told them they were home alone when two unknown female suspects, around 20-years-old, forced their way intro the home and began fighting with them. The juveniles say one of the suspects hit one of them in the head with a vase. They say the other juvenile grabbed a large knife to fight them away and stabbed one of the suspects. The juvenile’s say the suspects then left the scene.
Police say one juvenile has minor injuries and was treated at a local hospital. They say the stabbed suspect was not located.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Rockford Police Department or Winnebago County Crime Stoppers.

CNN has admitted it printed what President Donald Trump calls “very fake news” and retracted a demonstrably inaccurate hit piece on the President and his allies after a Breitbart News investigation uncovered significant inaccuracies and flaws in CNN’s work.
“On June 22, 2017, CNN.com published a story connecting Anthony Scaramucci with investigations into the Russian Direct Investment Fund,” CNN said in a statement late Friday night. “That story did not meet CNN’s editorial standards and has been retracted. Links to the story have been disabled. CNN apologizes to Mr. Scaramucci.”
The statement was sent out very late Friday evening on CNN’s Twitter account.

McDonalds is Replacing 2,500 Human Cashiers With Digital Kiosks: Here is its Math
The stock market is luvin’ McDonalds stock, which has continued its recent relentless rise to all time highs, up 26% YTD, oblivious to the carnage among the broader restaurant and fast-food sector. In a report released this week by Cowen’s Andrew Charles, the analyst calculates the jump in sales as a result of the company’s new Experience of the Future strategy which anticipates that digital ordering kiosks (shown above) will replace cashiers in at least 2,500 restaurants by the end of 2017 and another 3,000 over 2018. Cowen also cited plans for the restaurant chain to roll out mobile ordering across 14,000 U.S. locations by the end of 2017 (we did not show that particular math, but the logic was similarly compelling).

Minneapolis Installs Shariah Hotline for ‘Hate Speech’ Snitches
The city of Minneapolis has set up a hotline for residents to report suspected hate crimes, including “speech and actions,” according to statements on the city’s website.
The city, which will operate the “service” through its 3-1-1 helpline, is targeting any “harassing behaviors motivated by prejudice,” according to a press release. Those wishing to report a hate crime from outside the city may dial 612-673-3000.
According to the local newspaper, the Star-Tribune, “the announcement comes amid signs of a recent surge of such incidents affecting Muslims and Jews across the country, many of which go unreported.”
The city’s Department of Civil Rights clearly states on its website that it only enforces hate crimes against certain “protected classes.”
A city official further indicated the impetus for the hate-crimes hotline was the election of President Trump and that the targets would be his supporters…

New York Man Charged With Trying to Aid ISIS
NEW YORK — A home health aide was charged with trying to aid the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) after he unwittingly planned his trip to Syria under the eye of law enforcement authorities, prosecutors said Thursday.
Saddam Mohamed Raishani, 30, of the Bronx, was arrested Wednesday night as he prepared to board a plane at Kennedy Airport to begin his travel, according to a release by U.S. Attorney Joon H. Kim.

This group is well funded, by solicitation letters titled: SUPPORT THE PLAN TO STOP TRUMP stamped on the outside of the envelopes and in the contents request for funds amounting from $20 to $100 or more $s. The former president’s goal, while still in office, was to bring America down to a level of a third world county by supporting the attackers of our police; by fermenting and encouraging such groups as “Black Lives Matter;” by using his attorney general to protect the Black Panthers who intimidate by waving batons to threaten voters who wish to cast their votes; by permitting and preventing our border patrols from interfering with train loads of illegal immigrants flooding our country; by providing vans at night to relocate these illegal, undocumented immigrants, including MS13 gang killers, who are now settled throughout the United States…hundreds of miles from the Mexican border. SUV Goes Up in Flames on Cape Cod After Babysitter, Children Exit Vehicle
DENNIS, Mass. — A Cape Cod family is left in shock after their SUV went up in flames just after their children came home for lunch.
Ursula and Tom Daley said their babysitter had taken their 2015 GMC Yukon Denali out with their kids Friday. The babysitter returned home and had just brought the kids in for lunch when the SUV caught fire.
“They parked the car, went in to get lunch, and about five minutes later heard a huge explosion,” Ursula Daley said.
The Denali went up in flames, along with another SUV parked next to it. Firefighters said the explosion the family heard were the cars’ tires. The explosion sent debris flying into the house and onto the street.
Firefighters spent an hour trying to put out the flames.
“The cause, as far as we know, it appears to be electrical,” said Wayne Conlon of the Dennis Fire Department. “Started somewhere in the passenger compartment.”…

The CIA’s Private Cloud is ‘Pretty Close’ To Invincible Says Spy Agency’s CIO
The CIA’s adoption of cloud computing is reportedly going well. The spy agency’s CIO (chief information officer) John Edwards said that its watershed deal with Amazon Web Services (AWS) was the “best decision we ever made”. Edwards was appointed as the spy agency’s CIO last year, during the US intelligence community’s (IC) shift to adopting cloud computing.
Edwards said that cloud computing has so far improved security, strengthened mission impact and helped avoid costs with maintaining legacy systems. Speaking at the AWS summit in Washington D.C., Edwards provided an unclassified peek at how America’s 17 intelligence agencies that are a part of the nation’s IC are using cloud computing. The CIO said that the spy agency’s cloud was “pretty close” to being invincible.

Trump DHS Chief Pushes ‘Terrorists Corrupting Islam’ Line
During the Obama administration, a Senate hearing on the federal government’ s approach to Islamic terrorism was titled “Willful Blindness: Consequences of Agency Efforts To Deemphasize Radical Islam in Combating Terrorism.”
Despite signs that the new Trump administration intends to reform a politically correct national security policy, euphemistically called Countering Violent Extremism, and begin naming the enemy, the rhetoric of Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly suggests the government’ s fundamental assumptions about the threat haven’t changed.
Kelly told the House Homeland Security Committee Thursday that the perpetrators of attacks during the Islamic month of Ramadan have “corrupted” Islam, and he suggested Christian and Jewish beliefs are also causing terrorism, Breitbart reported…
Similarly, President Trump’s national security adviser, Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster, told his staff in February that Muslims who commit terrorist acts are “perverting their religion,” the New York Times reported, citing people at the meeting.
McMaster said the label “radical Islamic terrorism” was not helpful because terrorists are “un-Islamic.”

Whites Are the Slowest Growing US Group; Will Lose Majority Around 2040
The median age in most areas of the US is rising, while the population is growing more diverse, according to Census Bureau data released Thursday. America’s median age — the age where half of the population is half younger and half older — rose from 35.3 years on April 1, 2000, to 37.9 years on July 1, 2016, according to the data. Meanwhile, the population of White Americans is growing at a much slower rate than most minority groups: The number of whites living in the US increased by 0.5% last year to 256 million. By comparison, the Asian population grew 3% to 21.4 million, the black or African American population grew by 1.2% to 46.8 million and the Hispanic population grew 2% to 57.5 million.
The US isn’t the only country struggling with an aging population. With average marriage ages rising, and economic circumstances making it more difficult for couples in developed economies like the US, Japan and Europe to afford children, many countries are facing a demographic crunch in social welfare programs. But nowhere is this more of an immediate problem than China, where — thanks to its decades-long one-child policy — the working-age population will soon fall off a cliff.

WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange Explains Why the Democratic Party is ‘Doomed’
WikiLeakers founder Julian Assange on Saturday predicted the demise of the Democratic Party.
In a post online, shared by his Twitter account, Assange argued that the party has been “consumed” by “hysteria about Russia,” something he called a “political dead end.” It is upon this “narrative” that the “party’s elite” attempts to keep a hold on power, he said.
“Without the ‘We didn’t lose, Russia won’ narrative the party’s elite and those who exist under its patronage would be purged for being electorally incompetent and ideologically passe,” Assange said.

8 UAE Princesses Convicted of Human Trafficking in Belgium
Eight princesses from the United Arab Emirates were given suspended jail terms and fined in a human trafficking case in Belgium, escaping the harsher charges of inhumane treatment.
The case against Princess Sheikha al-Nahyan of Abu Dhabi’s ruling al-Nahyan family and her seven daughters had been dragging on since 2008.
Back then, a servant managed to escape from a luxury Brussels hotel booked by the UAE royals and complained of mistreatment to the local police.
On Friday, a criminal court in Brussels found Princess Shekha and her daughters guilty of human trafficking and degrading treatment. They were handed 15-month suspended sentences and ordered to pay a fine of €165,000 (US$184,000), with half of the sum suspended.
However, the eight women, who never appeared in court during the trial, were acquitted of more serious charges of inhumane treatment due to not being actual employers of the servants, De Morgen newspaper reported.

EU Political Class Rides Roughshod Over Citizens’ Concerns & Frustrations as it Pushes Integration
2017 has been a surprisingly kind year for the European Union — so far! Staunchly pro-EU candidates not only survived the gauntlet of national elections in France and the Netherlands but emerged triumphant. The once-imminent threat of political populism is now on the wane, we are led to believe. As if to prove that point, even the UK government is struggling to preserve a united front to see out Brexit after recent elections delivered a hung parliament.
The governments of the EU’s two core nations, Germany and France, appear to share a unified sense of purpose. Merkel has expressed a willingness to go along with two central French demands — the appointment of a Eurozone finance minister and the creation of a common budget — as long as certain conditions are met. “We can of course think about a Eurozone budget as long as it’s clear that this is really strengthening structures and achieving sensible results,” she said.
Ms. Merkel’s surprise overture, however qualified, suggests the stalled process of EU integration could kick back into life sooner than most experts had expected. Particularly surprising is the timing of Merkel’s comments, coming as they do ahead of make-or-break general elections in September.

Europe Surrenders to Radical Islam

Though European leaders and their US-based counterparts have vehemently denied their existence, a leaked report from the Swedish police confirms that there are at least 23 Muslim-controlled “No-Go Zones” and some 60 “ vulnerable areas” where non-muslim citizens of the country can no longer visit safely.

Swedish Music Festival Sex Attacks Up 1,000%
WASHINGTON — A new report documents that sexual assault at Swedish music festivals increased by as much as 1,000 percent in 2016, with the majority perpetrated by men of “foreign origin.”
So far, the non-profit organization The Night Shift has documented more than 100 cases of sexual molestation at amusement parks and festivals alone, and the numbers continue to rise.
Security manager Fredrik Gemzell works at the Grona Lund amusement park in Stockholm, the site of at least four attacks this year.
“All cases are reported to the police. It is young teenage girls who have been victims,” Gemzell said. “We have our own security center, where visitors can call. In addition, we have a security team which patrols the park. … It’s an incredible, totally unacceptable behavior.”
At a music festival called We are Sthlm, sex attacks more than doubled from 2015 to 2016. A police report denotes that all the attackers were foreign, with Afghani and Moroccan attackers particularly numerous.
The 2016 festival saw 50 sexual assault incidents, with the majority of the victims being young girls. The girls were kissed and “groped on the chest and buttocks,” according to Breitbart News.
The youngest was 12 years old.

UK: Bethnal Green Fire: Flats Evacuated as Flames Spread
Residents have been evacuated after a fire broke out on the top floor of an east London block of flats.
A man has been taken to hospital to be treated for the effects of breathing in smoke at the four-storey building on Turin Street, Bethnal Green.
Smoke was “pouring out of every window of the block” as flames engulfed the flat and spread to the roof, according to an eyewitness.
Bethnal Green Road has been closed as 72 firefighters tackle the blaze.
It is unclear how the fire started.

French Minister Rules Out Calais Aid Centre for Migrants After Trucker Killed
PARIS (AP) — France’s interior minister said ruled out creating a help center for migrants in the increasingly tense port city of Calais, and said that the death of a truck driver blamed on migrants is also a humanitarian issue.
Rejecting demands from some humanitarian groups, Gerard Collomb said he feared that a help center would lure migrants back to the port city. Thousands of migrants were forced out of a makeshift camp in Calais in October.

Judge Frees Illegal Immigrant MS-13 Member Because of ‘Rights Violations’
The former gang-member’s identity has not been revealed due to his status as a minor
An Obama-appointed federal judge in Virginia early this month released a Honduran teen who sold drugs, illegally crossed the U.S. border, and was a member of the violent street gang MS-13.
U.S. District Judge Elizabeth K. Dillon ordered the 17-year-old to be released because his “rights had been violated” after he crossed the Rio Grande and turned himself in to U.S. Border Patrol, the Washington Post reported.
“The judge ruled that, by holding the illegal alien gangbanger without a hearing, the government violated his rights to due process and family unity,” according to Judicial Watch.

Macron Accuses Countries Resisting Mass Immigration of ‘Betraying’ The EU
French president Emmanuel Macron has accused Central European countries resisting mass immigration of betraying EU principles and taking advantage of the bloc.
The former banker and Socialist Party economy minister declared that “European countries that do not respect the rules should pay the full political consequences” — a reference to the bloc’s ongoing struggle primarily with Hungary, Poland, and the Czech Republic over its attempts to impose compulsory migrant quotas on member-states.
The 39-year-old accused the countries of “a double betrayal”, alleging they had decided “to abandon EU principles, turn their back on Europe and have a cynical approach to the [European] Union which gives them money, without respecting its values”.

Despite describing himself as a victim, a man guilty of child pornography and sexually assaulting minors was handed a 12-year sentence Friday.
Part of that term includes a conviction for obstructing justice when Tanzirul Alam, through hundreds of phone calls while in the Calgary Remand Centre, convinced one of his victims to lie in court for him.

Spanish Coastguard Brings 224 Migrants Ashore
MADRID (AP) — Spain’s maritime rescue service says it has rescued 224 migrants from five different boats trying to cross the Mediterranean Sea.
The rescue service says it reached two boats, carrying 66 and 77 migrants, in the Strait of Gibraltar overnight. A third boat with nine migrants was intercepted around daybreak Saturday in the same waters.
A few hours later, a Portuguese plane with the European Union Frontex border patrols spotted two more boats to the east, carrying 35 and 37 migrants each.
The rescue service says the migrants were from North and sub-Saharan Africa.
Tens of thousands of people cross the Mediterranean Sea each year, trying to reach Europe from North Africa, the vast majority in unreliable smugglers’ boats. Over 1,800 people have died in the Mediterranean so far this year.

When Evangelicals Become Useful Idiots for Islamism
Our culture looks to be coming apart at the seams. The June 14 attack on the GOP Congressional Baseball team is only an exclamation point in an increasingly hostile, increasingly violent, premeditated campaign by Democrats and other leftists to create an atmosphere of ungovernable anarchy. The Christian church has not escaped this agenda. In fact, it has become a major target. The Left, in concert with its allies among atheists, Islamists, and the homosexual lobby, is engaged in a multi-front war to destroy what remains of our nation’s Christian bedrock. One of the fronts in this war comes under the innocuous heading “Interfaith Dialog”. It sounds so compelling: a mutually beneficial outreach for “differing faith traditions” to find common ground and join forces to mend the fractious divisions between Muslims, Christians, Jews, and for that matter, practically everyone else.
But that is not what is accomplished. As Robert Spencer repeatedly argues, most Muslims want to live their lives like the rest of us. They want nothing to do with the radical jihadis, Islamic terrorism, or indeed much of the classical interpretations of Islam that classifies women and non-Muslims as second-class citizens. The problem is that while apologists reassure us that we have nothing to fear, those in the forefront of this battle, like the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the hundreds of other Muslim Brotherhood front groups, are determined to use every tactic at their disposal to deconstruct our laws, our Constitution and our religious and secular institutions, to replace them with the Islamic version, Sharia law. As Spencer says, “They take advantage of our ignorance about Islam to mislead people into complacency about Islam.”
And while the political side pushes for Muslim “rights”, the violent side communicates its intentions with murder. Both seek destruction of Western society, they just use different methods.

…I’d say that as a businessman, Trump and his people approach negotiations is as if no previous dealings have had proceeded in the past.
By coming into negotiations with apparent “naivity”, you are actually setting a trap for the opposite side’s misdealings.
Agree about the trap for the other side’s misdealings, but if the Prez. thinks peace is possible between Israelis and Palestinians, I think he is being naive.
Also, imho the Israelis have shown colossal naivety by letting moslems into Israel. Just my opinion.

As a young naval Lieutenant I served in NI at Fort George in Londonderry and most of the military intel passed across my desk. Whilst there were linkages between the provos and groups like /Bader Meinhof, Red Brigades and Farc, the IRA did not overtly appear Marxist, but were prepared to listen to other terrorist groups and share info and techniques with them.
On the whole the IRA were very civilized (for terrorists) and gave warnings before bombing, this did not always work however. Especially the IRA did not hit soft targets like the families of the soldiers who had almost no protection.
