College Sued After Arresting Students for Distributing Constitutions
An organization oriented around free speech filed suit against a university Wednesday after the university arrested students for handing out pocket-sized Constitutions.
Nonprofit organization Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) filed for a temporary injunction against Kellogg Community College after the university arrested two members of Young Americans for Liberty (YAL) for distributing small Constitutions on campus, according to a press release obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Democrats & Communists: A Review of the Documentary “The Enemies Within”
Could your congressman pass an FBI security check? That’s the question anti-communist researcher, author, and now filmmaker Trevor Loudon from New Zealand poses in his documentary The Enemies Within. Based upon his second book, The Enemies Within: Communists, Socialists and Progressives in the U.S. Congress, Loudon’s film exposes the far-left and outright communist connections, as well as radical Islamic ties, of numerous Democratic members of Congress.

Hackers Obtain Personal Information From Over 16,000 Florida Concealed-Weapons Licensees
More than 450 Social Security numbers compromised
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, which oversees concealed-weapons licensing, announced on Tuesday overseas hackers had stolen the private information of over 16,000 gun owners.
“Names of 16,190 concealed weapon licensees, which is less than one percent of total number of concealed weapon licensees, may also have been obtained,” the agency said in a statement.

If You Care About Privacy, You Should Change Your Twitter Settings Right Now
The new policy includes changes to data collection, data sharing, and digital advertising
Since Wednesday, Twitter has been sending out emails and notifications to its over 300 million monthly users to inform them of changes to their privacy policy.
The new policy, which goes into effect on June 18, includes changes to data collection, data sharing, and digital advertising. The policy is being run on an ‘opt-out’ basis, meaning that if users do not actively change their settings, these policies will automatically be applied to their accounts.
While Twitter hailed the new policy in their mass email sent out Sunday as one that “dovetails with our heartbeat as a company — a commitment to protecting and defending your privacy,” groups like the Electronic Frontier Foundation are not so enthusiastic.
“Contrary to the inviting ‘Sounds good’ button to accept the new policy and get to tweeting, the changes Twitter has made around user tracking and data personalization do not sound good for user privacy,” EFF researcher Gennie Gebhart writes.
EFF, along with Life Hacker and CNET, are encouraging users to customize their privacy settings now before the new changes are automatically enabled in June.

They Are Killing Small Business: The Number of Self-Employed Americans is Lower Than it Was in 1990
After eight long, bitter years under Obama, will things go better for entrepreneurs and small businesses now that Donald Trump is in the White House? Once upon a time, America was the best place in the world for those that wanted to work for themselves. Our free market capitalist system created an environment in which entrepreneurs and small businesses greatly thrived, but today they are being absolutely eviscerated by the control freak bureaucrats that dominate our political system. Year after year, leftist politicians just keep piling on more rules, more regulations, more red tape and more taxes. As a result, the number of self-employed Americans is now lower than it was in 1990…
In April 1990, 8.7 million Americans were self-employed, but today only 8.4 million Americans are self-employed.
Of course our population has grown much, much larger since that time. In 1990, there were 249 million people living in the United States, but today there are 321 million people living in this country.
What this means is that the percentage of the population that is self-employed is way down.
In fact, one study found that the percentage of Americans that are self-employed fell by more than 20 percent between 1991 and 2010.
And if you go back even farther, the numbers are even more depressing. It may be hard to believe, but the percentage of “new entrepreneurs and business owners” declined by a staggering 53 percent between 1977 and 2010…
So why is this happening?
As I mentioned at the top of this article, self-employed Americans are being absolutely strangled by oppressive rules, regulations and taxes.

France Extends State of Emergency in the Wake of Manchester Bombing
Newly inaugurated President of France Emmanuel Macron said: “Yesterday’s event shows that the terror threat is still high across Europe.”
The state of emergency which was annoucned ater the terror attack on France, at venues including the Bataclan Theatre, will remain in place following multiple extensions.
In November 2015 Islamic State terrorists killed 130 people in a night of terror in the capital city.
Now, the French president has said an attack in Britain shows clearly there is still a high risk for the rest of the European Union.
He told the Defence Council it is necessary to keep it in place until November.

UK: Judge Slams Law Firm Blocking Deportation of Rochdale Muslim Grooming Gang
A top immigration judge has criticised a “cavalier and unprofessional” law firm for obstructing the deportation of members of the Rochdale child sex gang and “weakening the rule of law”.
Only two of the nine men convicted following the Rochdale child grooming scandal remain in prison, and four are using taxpayers’ money to fight deportation to Pakistan.
The Nottingham based Sneinton law practice has fought to keep the four rapists — who were the focus a recent BBC drama Three Girls — in the UK. The men hold dual UK and Pakistani citizenship.
Mr. Justice Bernard McCloskey launched the attack at a hearing to discuss the cases of Shabir Ahmed, Adil Khan, Qari Abdul Rauf, and Abdul Aziz, who were convicted in 2012 of grooming, raping, and trafficking girls as young as 13.
According to the Nottingham Post, the judge threatened to refer lawyers handling the appeals to their professional bodies for disciplinary action, saying their behaviour could be regarded as being in contempt of court.
In a report into an adjournment in December, published last month, the judge said “scarce judicial and administrative resources have been wasted” by the firm, which is trying to stall proceedings by making appeals for adjournments and not filing reports on time.
He linked the actions to a number of other cases where proceeding had been stalled and delayed using tactics.

Musician and songwriter Morrissey angrily excoriated British politicians following Monday night’s deadly terrorist attack at a pop music concert in Manchester, England, claiming that it is easy for politicians to say they are “unafraid” and to remain resolute while failing to address the root causes of terrorism and hiding behind their own robust security.
In a post to his Facebook page Tuesday, the 58-year-old former Smiths frontman said he was celebrating his birthday in Manchester when news of the terrorist attack broke.
The suicide bombing attack — which occurred at the Manchester Arena following a concert by American pop singer Ariana Grande — claimed the lives of at least 22 people and left dozens more injured, many of them young children.
“The anger is monumental. For what reason will this ever stop?” Morrissey wrote, before continuing to criticize several British politicians, and the Queen of England, by name.
“Theresa May says such attacks ‘will not break us,’ but her own life is lived in a bullet-proof bubble, and she evidently does not need to identify any young people today in Manchester morgues,” the musician said of the British prime minister. “Also, ‘will not break us’ means that the tragedy will not break her, or her policies on immigration. The young people of Manchester are already broken — thanks all the same, Theresa.”
“Sadiq Khan says ‘London is united with Manchester’, but he does not condemn Islamic State — who have claimed responsibility for the bomb,” Morrissey added.

UK: Police Arrest 3 More in Connection With Manchester Suicide Bombing
(AP) — Police in Manchester say they have arrested three more men in connection with the suicide bombing at a pop concert that killed 22 people.
They said Wednesday the arrests had been made in the south of the city, where a day earlier a 23-year-old man was also arrested and a number of homes were searched.

UK: Seventh Arrest Made Over Manchester Bombing After Police Storm Nuneaton Address
ARMED police have arrested a man in Nuneaton, Warwickshire, following searches in connection with the Manchester Arena terror attack.
It is the seventh arrest in relation to the suicide bomb that killed 22 people and injured more than 100 others at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester.
It is understood that nearby roads, including part of nearby Earls Road, have been blocked off.
Sources have suggested that there were 12 armed police officers in total.

Our dear politicians of all stripes — yes, our UKIP leaders as well — announced a moratorium from campaigning on Tuesday morning. What now can we expect for the rest of the campaign?
The MSM will forthwith condemn any candidate who dares mention the connection between that attack and islam as ‘trying to score political points on the backs of terrorist victims, how disgusting’, saying that it is shameless to talk about this on social media. The Iraqi asylum seeker who raped a 10-year-old boy in a swimming centre in Vienna will have his sentence reduced from six to four years after a judge felt his punishment was too “draconian”.
On the 2nd of December 2015, the 20-year-old Iraqi Amir A. brutally raped a 10-year-old boy at the Theresienbad in Vienna and shocked the country after claiming that he had a “sexual emergency”.
The Iraqi was found guilty of rape and sentenced to six years, but may see freedom much sooner as a judge has now reduced his sentence to four years, meaning he may be free as early as 2019, Kronen Zeitung reports.

‘Confidential’ Intel: Number of Migrants Now Heading to Europe Rises to 6.6 Million

Expert: Mandatory e-Verify ‘Is Coming’
Nationwide mandatory E-Verify, which would weed out the vast majority of American businesses hiring illegal aliens, may be coming sooner than expected.
President of the E-Verify Employer Agent Alliance David Fowler told GCN that E-Verify “is coming” because of expansion efforts by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and President Donald Trump.
