“The very rules that Europe gave itself to ensure stability have in this case shown themselves to be a factor of instability,” Vegas said. “The management of crises may require timely intervention that is not compatible with the mechanisms in Frankfurt and Brussels,” he added.

Italy: Boschi Denies Etruria Report, M5S Demands Resignation
De Bortoli says cabinet sec asked Ghizzoni to buy troubled bank
(ANSA) — Rome, May 9 — The anti-establishment 5-Star Movement (M5S) on Tuesday called on Cabinet Secretary Maria Elena Boschi to quit over reports that she asked UniCredit CEO Federico Ghizzoni to consider buying a troubled bank that subsequently went insolvent.
Boschi denied making any such request.
In excerpts of a book by Ferruccio De Bortoli released before publication, the former Corriere della Sera editor says that then-reform minister Boschi spoke to Ghizzoni about the possibility of buying Banca Etruria in 2015.
Boschi’s father is a former vice president of the Tuscan bank, one of four lenders that went to the wall in 2015, leaving many savers with worthless bonds. “Boschi must get packing or we’ll go everything to send her back home,” read a post of the blog of M5S leader Beppe Grillo.
“And we will evaluate possible actions on the judicial front”.
Boschi said she was the victim of mud-slinging.
“The Banca Etruria story is cyclically brought out to feed controversy,” Boschi said on Facebook. “Let’s be clear: I never asked Ghizzoni or anyone else to buy Banca Etruria. “I have met Ghizzoni, like I have met many personalities from the world of the economy and labour, but I never made a request of this nature”. She added that she has tasked lawyers with the job of taking action to “protect my name and my honour”.

Poland: Unemployment Rate to Lowest Level in 25 Years
Jobless rate down -1.7% from 2016
(ANSA) — TRIESTE — Polish government statistics show the unemployment rate fell to 7.7% in April, the lowest level in a quarter century. Poland, like other former communist countries, struggled with high unemployment in the 1990s and beyond, as inefficient factories collapsed in the difficult transition from a communist to a market economy.
April’s jobless rate is down 0.4 percentage points from March and 1.7 percentage points from a year earlier.
Prime Minister Beata Szydlo expressed her “huge satisfaction”, calling it the lowest unemployment figure since 1992, and said government’s programs “are bringing the expected effects”.

Six Canadian Banks Cut by Moody’s on Consumers’ Debt Burden
Six of Canada’s largest banks had credit ratings downgraded by Moody’s Investors Service on concern that over-indebted consumers and high housing prices have left lenders vulnerable to potential losses on assets.
Toronto-Dominion Bank, Bank of Montreal, Bank of Nova Scotia, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, National Bank of Canada and Royal Bank of Canada had their long-term debt and deposit ratings lowered one level, Moody’s said Wednesday in a statement. It also cut its counterparty risk assessment for the firms, excluding Toronto-Dominion.

Behind the Scenes of Trump’s Firing of the FBI Director
President Trump abruptly fired embattled FBI Director James B. Comey Jr. late yesterday afternoon for exceeding his authority during the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email abuses.
The long-overdue termination of Comey, who inappropriately injected himself and the FBI into political matters, came three-and-a-half years into his 10-year term. It was based on the recommendation of the Department of Justice and was effective immediately.
Comey’s firing is a reaffirmation of the importance of the rule of law. He was more powerful than an FBI director ever should be. As commentator Brit Hume observed, “For better or worse, no FBI director since J. Edgar Hoover had taken so large a role in the political life of this country as James Comey.”
Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle were intimidated and scared by Comey, Tucker Carlson editorialized on his Fox News Channel show.
Just how powerful was James Comey? Let’s it put this way: He was feared in a way that no appointed bureaucrat should ever be feared in a free society. Time and again elected lawmakers on both sides came on this show and expressed worry and concern about his behavior, but they did so only during commercial breaks with the cameras off. Why? Because they were terrified at the prospect of criticizing him in public. They certainly don’t have that fear of the sitting president of the United States and that tells you everything you need to know about Jim Comey.
After taking this necessary step towards draining the Washington swamp, Trump was upbeat, saying the FBI “is one of our nation’s most cherished and respected institutions and today will mark a new beginning for our crown jewel of law enforcement.”

I have received the attached letters from the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General of the United States recommending your dismissal as Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. College Destroys Books After Digitization, Sparking Fears of 1984-Style Censorship
Digitized books altered, original sources destroyed: Just like 1984
California universities were caught removing and even destroying library books after digitizing them, a process critics warn leads to 1984-style censorship in which only “corrected” copies of books remain.
UC Berkeley in particular recently removed 135,000 books from its school library, claiming that by digitizing the books, library space can be reused for meeting rooms and “nap pods.”
But libraries have existed since the Middle Ages as vaults of knowledge safe from tampering; in comparison, the way universities are disappearing books after digitizing them allows anyone with a “politically correct” agenda a way to alter books during digitization — including important texts on history, science and humanities — without anyone ever knowing.
“The removal of 60% of the physical collection at the science library of the University of California, Santa Cruz, for instance, caused an uproar after it was reported that many of the books removed had been destroyed,” reported the Christian Science Monitor. “A campus spokesman said that nothing had been lost from the scholarly record, since duplicates were retained in other libraries or available online.”
“Given the short timeframe and seeming lack of consultation of the faculty, however, many critics expressed doubts that this was actually the case.”
This, of course, draws parallels to the novel 1984, in which the protagonist, Winston, works at the Ministry of Truth altering books and important texts while sequentially destroying the original sources to hide the evidence of tampering.
In reality, it’s certainly plausible that SJW student-workers digitizing books at a university could “correct for history” by altering or downright removing passages from books that don’t conform to their world view.

President Donald Trump fired FBI Director James Comey Tuesday after a recommendation from Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
“While I greatly appreciate you informing me, on three separate occasions, that I am not under investigation, I nevertheless concur with the judgment of the Department of Justice that you are not able to effectively lead the bureau,” Trump said in a letter to Comey that was dated Tuesday. “It is essential that we find new leadership for the F.B.I. that restores public trust and confidence in its vital law enforcement mission.”

In the Koran; Chapter 4 verse 89: “They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah’s way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper.”
The Koran specifically states, “Convert or kill all non-believers.” Mohammed, an illiterate and savage tribal warlord, who inspired Islam, beheaded and be-handed anyone who opposed him.
In the 21st century, Muslims disrupt every Western country they inhabit. It’s the nature of their “beast”. Muslims lead with violence when they don’t get their way. Once they get their way, they lead with more violence to their own. One look at the Middle East and Africa shows endless violence toward others led by Islamists.
In order to be faithful to the Islamic religion, Muslims ultimately must degrade and kill all other people who follow any other religions. Islam means “submission.” Once all others submit to Islam, peace will occur.
Unfortunately, once Islam dominates, no one enjoys free speech, choice of religion, choice of thought, women’s rights and/or any chance at a free society.
One look at Islamic societies shows continual violent atrocities beyond Western imagination, i.e., stoning of women buried in sand, female genital mutilation, honor killings of women, acid in girls’ faces, killing gays, arranged marriages, loss of free speech, loss of women’s rights, etc.
December 17, 2014, a Pakistani-Muslim slaughtered 141 children at a school, all in the name of Allah. In 2014, in Moore, Oklahoma, an American-Muslim beheaded a fellow worker at a processing plant. In 2014, a New Jersey Muslim-American beheaded and be-handed two Christians for violating the Koran.
One American-Muslim in New York beheaded his wife for filing for divorce because of his regular violence toward her. He produced and directed an Islamic television station showing the “softer side of Islam”.
In New York, February 16, 2009, FOX News, Joshua Rhett Miller reported, “The estranged wife of a Muslim television executive feared for her life after filing for divorce last month from her abusive husband,” her attorney said — and was found beheaded Thursday in his upstate New York television studio. Aasiya Z. Hassan, 37, was found dead on Thursday at the offices of Bridges TV in Orchard Park, N.Y., near Buffalo. Her husband, Muzzammil Hassan, 44, has reportedly been charged with second-degree murder. “She was very much aware of the potential ramification of her filing for divorce might have,” said attorney Elizabeth DiPirro, whose law firm represented Aasiya Hassan in the divorce proceeding. “But she wanted to proceed despite the potential for it to erupt.”
Hassan sits in a jail cell for first-degree murder. Another father killed his daughter Noor in Arizona by running her over. He sits in a jail cell for premeditated murder. Ironically, Muslims kill on average 20,000 wives and daughters annually in Islamic countries, and get away with it. They enjoy the “right” to kill their loved ones in the name of “honor.”
In 2015, another African-Muslim captured 300 African girls, raped as many as he could along with his men and sold them. No one can find them. The list goes on and on forever. Today in America, Islam wages its centuries-old war against Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus and every other religion on the planet.
October 2016, Rocky River, Ohio, a Muslim father shot his daughter twice in the head while she slept. The girl had disobeyed her father by becoming too Westernized. (I visited that location in October 2016 and read it in the newspaper. I cried while reading it.)
Nonetheless, according to ABC’s politically correct David Muir, NBC’s Brian Williams and CBS’s Scott Pelley on the major networks, each individual act of “Jihad” constitutes a “lone wolf” or an “insane” person or “misfit.”
When in fact, those individuals and groups follow Islam’s dictates.

James Comey First Thought His Firing Was a Prank
News flashed on TV while he spoke to FBI employees in LA
When FBI Director James Comey first learned that he was fired on Tuesday afternoon, he thought it was a ‘fairly funny prank.’
Comey was speaking to a group of FBI employees in Los Angeles when he saw the news that he had been terminated being played on a TV in the background, according to the New York Times.
He reportedly even laughed at the news before staff asked him to step into another room.
Before leaving, though, Comey shook hands with some of the FBI employees he had been talking with. His staff then confirmed that he had, indeed, been fired.

The former assistant director of the FBI tells Breitbart News that President Donald Trump fired bureau director James Comey for legitimate reasons.
“He was fired for cause in my view,” James Kallstrom informs Breitbart News. “When the referral came to the bureau close to a year ago, Comey knew at that point, if not soon after, that the Justice Department had no interest in conducting a criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton. They would never approve a grand jury and they would never approve an indictment.”
Kallstrom faults Comey for presiding over a “sham” investigation of Clinton. — – From granting unnecessary immunity deals to conducting an interview of Clinton not under oath to too slickly issuing a document dump the day after the Fourth of July, the FBI deviated from standard-operating procedure during the investigation of the former secretary of state’s reliance on private servers to send and receive classified material, Kalstrom says.
“He did something the FBI never does,” the former head of the FBI’s New York office points out of Comey. “It never discloses the charges against an unindicted person-ever.”
Kallstrom maintains, “He was so out of left field-the things he did.”
This included citing a lack of intent on Clinton’s part to rationalize not pursuing the case further when the relevant statute does not mention intent. “Intent does not matter at all,” Kallstrom explains to Breitbart News. “There’s no ‘intent’ in the statute. Nevertheless, in my opinion there’s a busload of intent.”

KC Man Suspected of ‘Jihadist Activities’ Held by Feds in Area Detention Center
A Kansas City man who was recently detained by authorities in Egypt is the subject of an investigation by FBI counterterrorism agents.
The FBI began investigating Isse Aweis Mohamud on April 25 after his family reported him missing, according to federal prosecutors.
Those family members told the FBI they were concerned that he had gone overseas to “engage in jihadist activities,” a prosecutor said during a court appearance for Mohamud.
Mohamud, 21, was charged with a single count of passport fraud in U.S. District Court in Kansas City last week after he returned to Kansas City from Egypt.
Federal prosecutors on Tuesday urged a judge to continue detaining Mohamud without bond in light of the terrorism investigation. He is being held by federal authorities in the Kansas City area.
But Mohamud’s attorney, Assistant Federal Public Defender Carie Allen, argued that Mohamud is not a terrorist or a danger to the community.

President Trump Keeps His Promise to Gut the Unconstitutional Johnson Amendment
I was nine years old when LBJ shoved this rotten unconstitutional law through the Senate, and he did it strictly to silence those against him. Our new President has removed the muzzle from our clergy after 60 years of censorship. The pulpits are weak, and have been for years, but maybe this will give them the impetus to have a bit of the courage and spine our clergy had during the revolutionary war.
Throughout all my adult years, I’ve never seen any church assailed by the IRS for endorsing democrat politicians, but speak from the pulpit about conservative politicians, and the IRS is right there.
The 1954 Johnson Amendment is the unconstitutional law which restricted American clergy’s ability to speak about political candidates from their pulpits. It was an amendment to the tax-exempt status (501c3) which stated that if clergy preached politics from the pulpit, they could lose their 501c3 exemption.
LBJ’s Agenda to Silence Christians
Again, the 1954 Johnson Amendment, passed by Congress, stated that non-profits, Christian churches and organizations, could not speak in favor of any political candidate despite the prohibition stated in the First Amendment of our Bill of Rights. In effect, this law allowed the government to strip churches or charities of their nonprofit status if they got involved in politics. The amendment has been used as a club to beat clergy into silence ever since, and very few churches chose to go without the tax exemption.
This illicit legislation paved the way for the increased suppression of free speech, and because of the confusion and misinformation about the law, many religious leaders have been unnecessarily self-censoring for over six decades. They are not only censoring themselves on political candidates, but on any political subject matter.

Soros Funded Groups Behind Anti-Trump Corporate Targeting Campaign
The groups leading a campaign targeting corporations that may benefit from Trump administration policies have received millions from liberal billionaire George Soros.

The campaign, known as “Corporate Backers of Hate,” targets nine companies: JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, Boeing, Disney, IBM, BlackRock, Uber, and Blackstone.

St. Olaf College President Says Racist Note Was ‘Fabricated’

A racist note found on the campus of St. Olaf College in northern Minnesota was “fabricated” and not a genuine threat to minority students, the school’s president said Wednesday.
David R. Anderson said in an email to students that the notes were apparently meant “to draw attentions to concern about the campus climate.”
“We learned from the author’s confession that the note was fabricated,” Anderson wrote.
Citing student privacy laws, his emails did not name the author who confessed or say whether the person is a student or otherwise affiliated with the private Lutheran college. The student body is 74 percent white and 2 percent black.
The April 29 incident prompted a rally that night and a bigger protest May 1 that led administrators to cancel classes for the day.

Suspect in Killing of Boston Doctors Was a Concierge in Their Building — and May Have Known Them
A Massachusetts man accused of murdering two doctors in their Boston penthouse will be held without bail after a bedside hearing at the hospital where he is recovering from gunshot wounds sustained in a shootout with police, authorities said. (Reuters)
As police continue to unravel the killings of two beloved Boston doctors, investigators are trying to answer a pivotal question: Did Bampumim Teixeira — the 30-year-old man accused of carrying out the crime — know his victims personally?
A Boston police report cited by the Associated Press reveals that Teixeira worked at the complex where Richard Field, 49, and Lina Bolanos, 38, lived, but authorities have made contradictory statements about whether the accused killer and the victims were familiar with one another.
An email sent by the complex’s management and obtained by People this week confirms that Teixeira briefly held a concierge position at the building sometime before 2016, deepening suspicion that he may have known his alleged victims…

As I wrote last week the troubling comments made by Director of Central Intelligence Mike Pompeo could be a troubling sign that the same intelligence agency involved an illegal leaking of surveillance regarding General Flynn is out to destabilize President Trump.
These damn agencies lead the charge for the limited air strike in Syria and worked with their allies in the military to push the president to put 150,000 troops in Syria. They are also responsible for the leak to the NYT on Jan 20 on which Washington Post Reports that Roger Stone, Paul Manafort and Carter Page were all subject to NSA ordered FBI surveillance. There is no evidence that either Stone or Manafort colluded with the Russian State.
The absurd denunciation of Wikileaks, which he, like Donald Trump, had previously been praised by our new Director of the CIA, Mike Pompeo, compounds the agency’s determination that Assad had conducted a chemical attack in Syria, which led to the launching of a cruise missile attack that took the lives of innocent women and children, an ironic outcome, given it was launched because of his desire to protect the lives of innocent women and children.
Syria had surrendered its stockpile of chemical weapons in 2013, following an earlier “false flag” attack, where their removal was verified by an agency of the UN. The CIA failed to distinguish between dropping a chemical bomb (which does not appear to have happened) and dropping a bomb on chemical compounds (which appear to have replaced the conventional munitions that were stored there). This looks like a classic case of “bait and switch”!
Acting on faulty intelligence endorsed by Director Pompeo, the President has now violated international law, the UN Charter and the War Powers Agreement with Congress. While he has won praise from hawks on both sides of the aisle, who have denounced him in the past, and been lauded by the mainstream media, which holds him in contempt, the foreign policy of his campaign increasingly appears to have been overtaken by the neocon agenda.

Italy: Suspected Traffickers With Pro-Jihad Contacts Arrested
Operation targets Somalis in Bari, Catania and Salerno
(ANSA) — Bari, May 10 — Police on Wednesday arrested several Somali nationals in the southern cities of Bari, Catania and Salerno suspected of being human traffickers, sources said. They are suspected of bringing people into Italy illegally and then getting them into other countries. Some members of the alleged criminal organization allegedly used Facebook and other social media to contact people considered pro-jihad and close to the Somali terrorist group al-Shabaab.
Those arrested are accused of criminal association and aiding and abetting clandestine immigration for financial ends, corruption of public officials and forging documents.

RBS is to Lay Off 92 UK Techies and Outsource Jobs to India — Reports
Bad times for the state-owned bank
The Royal Bank of Scotland is cutting 92 techies’ jobs in plans to outsource them to India, according to reports.
The partially taxpayer-owned bank is slashing a total of 334 jobs, according to trade union Unite, while The Scotsman newspaper breaks that figure down as 154 contractors to be let go by the end of this year, with another 180 roles put “at risk” of redundancy.
An RBS spokesperson told the newspaper: “As RBS moves towards becoming a simpler, smaller UK-focused bank, we’re continuing to restructure our back office support and reducing its size so it’s a better fit for our business. Unfortunately, these changes will result in the net reduction of 92 roles.”
Affected departments, according to the trade union Unite, will include: CTO; Finance Solutions; CPB Technology; NatWest Markets Technology; Controls; Performance and Business Management (P&BM); Core and Payments; PBB Technology; Digital Engineering Services; Risk Solutions; and EC Solutions Technology.

Tommy Robinson, founder and former leader of the English Defence League, was arrested in the early hours of Wednesday morning at his home in Luton for allegedly “trying to video Muslim paedophiles” on the steps of Canterbury Crown Court on Monday.
Posting a video to his Facebook page before the arrest, Mr. Robinson told his followers: “It’s 04.32 and the police are at my house, and I’m being arrested for going to a court case in Canterbury and trying to video the Muslim paedophiles.”
Moments later, two police officers are seen in the bottom of the partially obscured frame, one of whom tells Mr. Robinson he cannot use his phone.
A statement made from Mr. Robinson’s Twitter account read that he had been arrested “on charges relating to attempted journalism”….

UK: Man Held Near May’s Office in April Charged With Terrorism Offences
A man arrested near Prime Minister Theresa May’s office in London last month has been charged with terrorism offences and will appear in court on Thursday, police said.
Khalid Mohammed Omar Ali, 27, of north London, also faces two counts of possessing explosives which police said related to activity in Afghanistan in 2012.
Ali, who was detained by counter-terrorism officers on Parliament Street, a stone’s throw from the parliament building, May’s Downing Street office and government departments, will appear at Westminster magistrates’ court.

Work: Wage Inequality in Pay Between Eastern and Western EU
Paper published by the European Trade Union Institute
(ANSA) — UDINE — Wage inequality between pay in Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic, and pay in Germany, is bigger today than it was in 2008. It turns out by a Working Paper ‘Why central and eastern Europe needs a pay rise’, published on Monday by the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) and written by Bela Galgoczi. The comparison is made with German wages because it is the biggest investor and trading partner of the region.
In 2008 the average gross wage in Poland was 33% of the average gross wage in Germany, by 2015 it was down to 29.3%.
In Hungary was 31.9% in 2008, and down to only 25% in 2015.
In the Czech Republic it was 34.9% in 2008, and down to only 30.9% in 2015.
The gap started widening after 2008, and the convergence gains in the years 2000-2008 have been lost. “Workers in Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic are being exploited as cheap labour” said Esther Lynch, ETUC Confederal Secretary. The Working Paper also shows that productivity increased more than real wages (adjusted for inflation) in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Latvia , Slovenia and Estonia in the period 2008-2015; that real wages decreased in Romania and Croatia while productivity increased; and that real wages decreased more than productivity in Hungary.

Yes, Marine Le Pen’s Party is Bad, But Islamization is Worse

(ANSA) — BELGRADE — Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and the entire Serbian leadership have strongly condemned some statements made by former head of the OSCE mission in Kosovo, William Walker, who has openly admitted he’s supporting and working in favour of the “Greater Albania” project, which means the unification within a single state of all ethnic Albanian populations in the Balkans. “The goal of the project I am working on is in favour of all Albanians in Kosovo, Albania and other countries. I am working on a project aiming to unite them all”, Walker said on Monday on the sidelines of a ceremony in Pristina. Walker, aged 81, is a former US diplomat who does not enjoy a good reputation in Serbia. In the late 1990s, his statements on an alleged ‘massacre’ by Serbian forces in Racak paved the way for the NATO bombing in spring 1999 against Slobodan Milosevic’s Serbia. According to Vucic, this is “the definitive proof that Walker’s true goal has never been the defence of human rights in Kosovo, but the struggle against Serbia and the creation of a Greater Albania”. Serbia’s European Integration Minister, Jadranka Joksimovic, announced that Belgrade will call on the United Nations to condemn William Walker’s statements.

It was reported by Aamer Madhani, a White House reporter under Barack Hussein Obama’s criminal administration, that big city mayors have vowed to defy the law and President Donald Trump regarding sanctuary cities harboring illegal aliens.
Aamer reported, “As you may know, back in Jan 26, 2017 several big city mayors across the U.S. vowed to defy President Trump’s executive order that threatens to cut off federal funding to cities that offer some sort of protection to illegal immigrants in their communities.”
The question is, how did they approve the funding in the first place?
Furthermore, the Law does not protect illegal aliens. It prosecutes them.
Aamer continued, “The pushback came from these mayors came as Trump signed a long-anticipated executive order that directs the government to identify federal money it can withhold to punish so-called ‘sanctuary cities.’“
Since when did the federal government receive delegated authority from the American people to take their tax money and reallocate it to cities that are harboring illegal aliens?
Aamer added, “If you remember, Trump had pledged to take action against sanctuary cities on the campaign trail.”

Dramatic Drop of Illegal Border Crossers Since Trump Took Office
Statistics released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on May 9 indicate that the flow of illegal immigration across our southwestern border has declined dramatically since Donald Trump took office in January. FBI’s Comey: 15% of Terrorists Came to US as Refugees, At Least 300
The FBI has revealed that at least 15 percent of the agency’s terrorism investigations focus on immigrants who arrived as refugees, vetted by groups like the United Nations.
Out of more than 2,000 “violent extremist investigations,” FBI Director Jim Comey, “about 300 of them are people who came to the United States as refugees.”
The testimony was uncovered by the Center for Immigration Studies from the long session Comey had in the Senate last week to mostly discuss the 2016 presidential election.

German Soldier Arrested in ‘False-Flag’ Plot to Assassinate Pro-Refugee Politicians
German government claims to have thwarted ‘far-right’ conspiracy.
German authorities have detained another soldier who is believed to be involved in an alleged far-right plot to stage a false-flag terrorist attack against high-ranking pro-refugee politicians and blame it on asylum seekers.
The 27-year-old suspect, who the prosecutors identified as Maximilian T, was arrested in Kehl, Baden-Wurttemberg on Tuesday after military intelligence discovered a link between two suspects detained in late April.
“The accused is strongly suspected of planning a severe act of violence against the state out of a right-wing extremist conviction,” the prosecutor’s office in Karlsruhe said in a statement.

Hundreds of Migrants Jump Spanish Border Fence — Police Injured
Officials said around 300 sub-Saharan African migrants scaled the six-metre high, razor-wire fence between Morocco and the Spanish enclave of Melilla early this morning.
A skirmish ensued and around 100 people successfully crossed the border, police said.
Three officers were injured and required medical attention after the chaotic rush, which occurred at around 5am BST.
Local reports say one of the guards was injured by a hook used by migrants to climb the fence, another was kicked and another hurt in a fall.

Immigrant Accused of Killing Two Boston Doctors Sentenced to 364 Days, One Short of Deportation
An immigrant charged Monday with the grisly murder of two Boston doctors reportedly had years earlier burglarized the same bank on two separate occasions and received 364 in jail days as a result — a sentence just one day short of legally justifying his deportation.
Bampumim Teixeira’s ex-girlfriend told the Boston Globe that he was released from prison in April when the rest of his sentence was suspended after serving 9 months. Paris’s Largest Migrant Camp Evacuated by Police
1,600 migrants in the largest makeshift migrant camp in Paris near the Porte de la Chapelle metro station have been evacuated by police concerned about the health and safety risks of the camp.
The Porte de la Chapelle migrant camp used to be the largest in Paris, but after Tuesday morning the camp no longer exists. Police arrived at the camp at 5:30 am and began the process of relocating some 1,600 migrants, the vast majority of whom were men, away from the area, L’Express reports.

Sweden Sees Increase in Asylum Seekers After Scrapping ID Checks at Border
After scrapping border identification checks for people coming from Denmark into Sweden, the Swedish government has noted a large increase in the number of asylum seekers arriving in the country.
Last Thursday, the Swedish government removed border checks for travellers entering the country by rail, sea, and bus. The policy, which was enacted during the height of the migrant crisis in January 2016, was meant to stop asylum seekers illegally entering the country.
Now, the government says migrants are returning in large numbers, Swedish broadcaster Sveriges Radio reports.

I don’t know that much about Poland or Hungary, but regarding the Czech Republic – after 2008 we got to a point of heavy deflation, which caused the Czech Republic to become more expensive than Germany – but still with a third of the German average wage. And our EuroCentral Bank reacted – forcing Czech Crown from realistic 20-23 corwns to Euro down to 27 crowns for Euro.
The Czech Republic became once again “cheaper” than Germany, and the World Economy was saved…
All in all, former Iron Curtain states are being sucked of money since the fall of communism. Maybe we could call it a “micro-chinese model” – what China does world wide is done in eastern EU locally. One third German wage – right next to Germany without borders…
Hungary having the same treatment. Used as an economical colony, while constantly lectured by the German/EU overlords…
It has always puzzled me that despite the largesse of the wonderful EU and the numberless one-sided benefits of open borders in Europe, despite all the free access, the subsidies, the benefits, the incentives, the First World wages, East Europe has still failed to close the gap with the west. It has been over two decades now. By rights, wage levels should be drawing closer to each other now. But they are not, and parts of east Europe do not look much different from 1991. Just what is holding them back?
The companies has no interest to close the wage gap, bringing little China conditions close by to their territory. Under the Liberals and Socialists the government actively helping them in this endeavor. Since the Orban government the trend started to increase income, (the government introduced a single level flat tax rate: 15%) for corporations and try to enforce them as much possible to not swallow the difference as extra profit but to pay it to their workers. But the gap was created in decades and will not go away quickly.
I believe there are multiple big factors:
#1 is “the post-communist mindset”, East Europeans tend to steal, undercut wages, and literally work for food and beer and a dirty shelter – things westerners would never do because that would be below their standards… and you reap what you sow.
#2 is low value added – money wise – of eastern european produce. This low value added is caused by the low average wage. For example, when German managers of an international company wanted to rise wages in their profitable Czech factory, the Czech managers would tell them not to do it, because “the wages are average in that area, and that they shouldn’t go above that”.
#3 Communism destroyed traditional businesses, and Eastern Europe fell prey to sophisticated western business practices, the result of which was westerners buying up or putting out of bussiness majority of eastern european business. For example, a lot of water producing plants, Skoda Auto, and Czech Chemical, and Coal and Steel – went quickly to foreign owners, and Czechs, once again, reap what they sow. They pay more for water and electricity than western europeans, although Czech Republic is a land of sweet water and power (Guess who has the nuclear plants Germany rejected to build).
That is kind of how I see it.
Looking at population estimates for sub Saharan black Africa….Unreal.
Western Europe may well turn to Islam as a firm hand solution to being literally over run by the flood from Africa.

A few years ago I vaguely remember an African intellectual either wrote a book or a long essay which caused a huge stir. His premise was that Western food aid was doing more harm than good because it priced the local food out of the market, reduced the incentive for African nations to feed themselves and caused tremendous corruption.

Here where I live, if I scaled a wall or fence to break into somewhere I hadn’t been given permission to be, I wouldn’t be allowed to stay. I don’t understand why they cannot hose them off the fence with water cannons or use green laser dazzlers to temporarily blind them like the soldiers used at checkpoints in Iraq. Or emplace landmines on the inside of the fence. I would just post notice that trespassers will be shot, and deal with them that way, but Europeans haven’t the stomach for violence or protecting their way of life, it seems.
And that is why Europe will die.
It will definitely have millions of casualties and horribly disfigured that it would definitely not have had, had it cut back a bit on the medications.

I also think that people have become soft squishes and don’t know how to defend themselves anymore. While I feel sorry for them I can’t do much or anything about it.
I am grateful that I live in the middle of America, far from most of this crap. On the other hand, I do worry about my Hungarian relatives who are almost sitting ducks for all this horror.
Do people not remember their history? This happened before but back then the muslimes were successfully (for the most part) fought off. They returned to their “paradise” for awhile at least. I really don’t see why that can’t happen again, unless the world is so befuddled by political correctness they are bound to sit/stand helpless while it happens again.
