Angry Mobs Lock up Indian Bankers as Cash Chaos Soars: “We Are Fearing the Worst”

“Reserve Bank has asked us to push the use of digital channels to all our customers and ensure that we bring down use of cash in the economy,” said a banker. This confirms a previous report according to which the demonstization campaign has been a not so subtle attempt to impose digital currency on the entire population.

Bankers have been making several trips to the central bank’s headquarters in Mumbai to get a sense of whether currency availability will improve. Some automated teller machines haven’t been filled even once since the old Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes ceased to be legal tender, they said. Typically, households pay milkmen, domestic helps, drivers, etc, at the start of the month in cash. The idea is that all these payments should become electronic, using computers or mobiles.

This strategy however, appears to not have been conveyed to the public, and as Bloomberg adds, “bankers are bracing for long hours and angry mobs as pay day approaches in India.”

“Already people who are frustrated are locking branches from outside in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Tamil Nadu and abusing staff as enough cash is not available,” said CH Venkatachalam, general secretary of the All India Bank Employees’ Association. The group has sought police protection at bank branches for the next 10 days, he added.

15 Electors Will Refuse to Vote for Trump

Sensational plot to sabotage president elect

In a sensational new development, TV host David Pakman says he was told by a high level source that 15 electors in states Trump won will refuse to vote for Donald Trump.

Pakman went on to say that the electors are also lobbying other members of the electoral college to not vote for Trump.

The goal is to prevent Trump from getting the 270 electoral votes he requires to become president.

If Trump loses 37 electoral votes, it will put him under the 270 benchmark and throw America into a constitutional crisis.

This would be totally unprecedented, and it’s a long shot, but it illustrates the left’s desperation to do anything to sabotage Trump.

Could 15 or more electors really be planning to defy the democratic will of the American people — over 62 million of whom voted for Trump?

CNN’s Anderson Cooper Scared Trump Reads Infowars

“Does it scare you that the President elect is listening to Infowars?”

CNN anchor and CIA operative Anderson Cooper expressed serious concern Tuesday that President Elect Trump may read news items published at Infowars.com.

Moments after the network aired an attack piece against radio host Alex Jones and his flagship website, Cooper asked former White House Political Director Jeffrey Lord if the next president of the United States should get his information specifically from “Infowars.”…

It should be noted Anderson Cooper spent two summers in Langley, Virginia, interning for the Central Intelligence Agency prior to becoming a reporter at CNN with zero prior journalism or broadcast experience.

Cooper’s and CNN’s efforts to denigrate Infowars are part of a larger lash out by the establishment media against so-called “fake news,” which they claim helped push President Elect Donald Trump into office.

Got Gold? This Guy Just Grabbed “$1.6 Million Pot of Gold” From a Security Truck and Walked Off

Hey, everybody likes gold.

And when this guy saw a golden opportunity staring him in the face, he ran with it… and got away.

This man, who was caught on surveillance footage in New York, walked up to an armored truck and picked up an 86-pound pot of gold — literally.

He made off with a sealed five gallon bucket of gold flakes that is worth a reported $1.6 million — in what was perhaps the easiest heist in history.

Despite being identified on camera, police have yet to find the man several months later, but certainly would like to recover the gold.

Kellogg’s Pulls Ads From Breitbart for ‘Not Aligning’ With Their Values; Amnesty Intl Accuses Them of Child Labor Violations

Let’s put this into perspective. The maker of poisonous breakfast cereals pulled their ads from Breitbart, a very popular news site associated with the Trump campaign, because it didn’t align with their values — set forth in their advertising guidelines.

They said associating with brands like Breitbart wasn’t ‘consistent with their brand or corporate image.’

In a scathing report on child labor violations for procuring palm oil in Indonesia, Amnesty International lays waste to corporate giants like Unilever, Colgate, Proctor and Gamble and you guessed it Kellogg’s.

Amnesty has testimony and video of children as young as 8 years old, pulled from school to work on a slave plantation to endure ‘back breaking labor’, exposed to harsh chemicals and very heavy materials.

Let’s be clear, placing ads on pro Trump site is not conducive with Kellogg’s corporate image, but buying palm oil from a slave plantation that works 8 year old children is.

The Details Behind Trump’s Deal With Carrier Revealed

As Fortune reports, citing a source close to the company, Trump called Greg Hayes, CEO of Carrier’s parent company United Technologies, two weeks ago and asked him to rethink the decision to close the Carrier plant in Indiana. Hayes explained that the jobs were lower-wage and had high turnover, and the move was necessary to keep the plant competitive, according to the source. He said the plan would save the company $65 million a year.

Trump then replied that those savings would be dwarfed by the savings UTC would enjoy from corporate tax-rate reductions he planned to put in place. During the recent campaign, Trump threatened to slap tariffs on Carrier imports from Mexico.

So what were the “incentives”? In the end, UTC agreed to retain approximately 800 manufacturing jobs at the Indiana plant that had been slated to move to Mexico, as well as another 300 engineering and headquarters jobs. In return, the company will get roughly $700,000 a year for a period of years in state tax incentives. Still, some 1,300 jobs will still go to Mexico, which includes 600 Carrier employees, plus 700 workers from UTEC Controls in Huntington, Ind.

These Numbers Should Shut up Liberals About the Electoral College Once and for All

After all it’s unfair: Hillary Clinton won the “popular vote” so she should win, right? Wrong.

Our Founders in their infinite wisdom created the Electoral College to ensure the STATES were fairly represented. Why should one or two densely populated areas speak for the whole of the nation?

The following list of statistics has been making the rounds on the Internet and it should finally put an end to the argument as to why the Electoral College makes sense.

Share this with as many whiners as you can.

There are 3,141 counties in the United States.

Trump won 3,084 of them.

Clinton won 57.

There are 62 counties in New York State.

Trump won 46 of them.

Clinton won 16.

Clinton won the popular vote by approx. 1.5 million votes.

In the 5 counties that encompass NYC, (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Richmond & Queens) Clinton received well over 2 million more votes than Trump. (Clinton only won 4 of these counties; Trump won Richmond)

Therefore these 5 counties alone, more than accounted for Clinton winning the popular vote of the entire country.

These 5 counties comprise 319 square miles.

The United States is comprised of 3, 797,000 square miles.

When you have a country that encompasses almost 4 million square miles of territory, it would be ludicrous to even suggest that the vote of those who inhabit a mere 319 square miles should dictate the outcome of a national election.

Large, densely populated Democrat cities (NYC, Chicago, LA, etc) don’t and shouldn’t speak for the rest of our country.

Corporate tax reform has been a key policy initiative of Trump’s as he has called for slashing the corporate tax rate from 35% down to 15%. According to Bloomberg, Citibank would be hardest hit with writedowns that could hit earnings for up to $12 billion or more.

Trump, Pence Tour Carrier Plant to Tout Job-Saving Deal

President-elect Donald Trump touched down in wingman Mike Pence’s home state Thursday to take a bow for their dramatic, job-saving deal with Carrier air conditioning.

The stop, in the state Vice President-elect Pence still serves as governor, came amid a “thank you” tour of the Midwestern states that helped propel their ticket to victory.

“I will tell you that United Technologies and Carrier stepped up, and now they’re keeping over 1,100 people,” Trump said. “It’s so great.”

Trump said he got involved after seeing a report on Carrier’s announcement it would leave for Mexico. Trump said he was moved by a Carrier employee and Trump supporter who promised his co-workers that Trump wouldn’t let the company leave.

“It’s because of that guy,” Trump said, scanning the assembled throng and explaining how he reached out to the company’s top brass.

“Companies are not going to leave the United States anymore without consequences,” Trump thundered, before tempering the threat with pledges for deregulation and lower taxes.

“We’re going to do great things for businesses,” Trump said. “There’s no reason for them to leave anymore.”

Twitter Threatens to Kill Trump’s Account

Social media site takes aim at president elect

Alex Jones discusses Twitter’s statement that they would consider banning President Elect Donald Trump’s account, an unprecedented move that would surely destroy the social media website.

A Twitter spokesperson told Slate this week that it would consider banning government officials, including president elect Trump, if its rules against “hateful conduct” were violated.

“Twitter Rules prohibit violent threats, harassment, hateful conduct, and multiple account abuse, and we will take action on accounts violating those policies,” a spokesperson recently told media outlet Quartz. “The Twitter Rules apply to all accounts.”

Give Twitter’s clear bias and selective enforcement of the rules, such a ban would not be unlikely.

Video: Carrier Employee Thanks Trump for Being Able to Keep His Job

“I’d like to thank him and Mike Pence for doing it so quickly”

“I would like to tell him thank you for going out of your way and taking your time away from your family, working on the Carrier and employees’ deal,” 24-year employee Robin Maynard told Fox & Friends. “Sticking to your word and going to bat for us all at Carrier and keeping our jobs here. I’d like to thank him and Mike Pence for doing it so quickly.”

“I didn’t expect an announcement probably for three or four weeks, and we’re what? Two days from the meeting with them, and they’ve already made their announcement?”

“I’m very excited and would like to thank both of them personally and shake their hands hopefully tomorrow,” Maynard stated.

Carrier made headlines earlier this year when video emerged of employees in Indianapolis reacting in shock to news that their jobs, nearly 1,400 positions, would be sent to Mexico.

What is Blockchain and How Will it Change Your Life?

“So what is the blockchain?” Warburg explains it well:

“Blockchain technology is a decentralized database that stores a registry of assets and transactions across a peer-to-peer network. It’s basically a public registry of who owns what and who transacts what. The transactions are secured through cryptography, and over time, that transaction history gets locked in blocks of data that are then cryptographically linked together and secured. This creates an immutable, unforgettable record of all of the transactions across this network. This record is replicated on every computer that uses the network.”

The concept of blockchain, something that can be decentralised, can operate autonomously, is auditable and apparently immutable is something that is difficult to get our heads around. The closest description Warburg can provide is Wikipedia.

“We can see everything on Wikipedia. It’s a composite view that’s constantly changing and being updated. We can also track those changes over time on Wikipedia, and we can create our own wikis, because at their core, they’re just a data infrastructure. On Wikipedia, it’s an open platform that stores words and images and the changes to that data over time.”

There are of course further technical details to blockchain, but at its core it is a very similar concept.

Centuries Old Winter Tradition Disappearing Because it’s Too Swedish

A Swedish cultural tradition celebrated for hundreds of years, the annual candlelit Lucia procession, is dying out across Sweden several news outlets have reported.

The two main causes for declining interest in the “very Swedish”, Christian tradition is due to a more ‘outward-looking’ young generation, and that the procession is deemed insufficiently inclusive of migrants.

Jonas Engman, an ethnologist at the Nordic Museum, said declining interest in the Lucia procession accompanies a more general alienation with traditional Swedish culture.

“Lucia is seen as a very Swedish tradition. Young people today have greater focus on [things happening] outside of Sweden and the Internet. So the Lucia [procession] is not seen as important.”

Due to its Swedish nature, Engman suggested the festival feels unwelcoming to migrants and people of migrant backgrounds.

“Is the image of Lucia to be a blonde woman? It’s a picture of what Swedishness is, that many people do not recognise in themselves. If you feel you do not fit into the picture, it is easy to feel less welcome to participate,” he told Aftonbladet.

Confidence in Sweden’s Police is Sinking: Poll

Confidence in Sweden’s police is on a downward trajectory and faith in the organization’s head is low, according to the result of a new study reported by SVT.

In a survey carried out by pollsters Sifo in November, 47 percent of respondents said they had very high or quite high confidence in the Swedish police, compared to 61 percent in a previous poll in March.

“There have been discussions in the countryside, where people say that there are no police. There were fatal shootings in Malmö and Gothenburg. There has been an intense debate about what the police can deliver, if they can get there, and which crimes are prosecuted,” Sifo opinion polls head Toivo Sjörén told SVT.

The Swedish police in general are more popular than their boss however. Confidence in Sweden’s National Police Commissioner Dan Eliasson is at rock bottom, according to the study.

Only one percent of respondents said they have high confidence in how he does his job.

Hungarian Village Bans Mosques, Muezzins, Burqas, Burkinis

To defend the village’s “community and traditions”

(ANSA-AP) — BUDAPEST — The far-right mayor of a Hungarian village says councilors have voted to ban the construction of mosques and the activity of muezzins, as well as the use of veils and headscarves like burqas, chadors and burkinis worn by Muslim women.

Asotthalom mayor Laszlo Toroczkai says the ordinance was adopted to defend the village’s “community and traditions” from any EU scheme to resettle asylum-seekers among the members of the 28-nation bloc.

The southern village is on the border with Serbia and has been a major entry point into Hungary for migrants on the Balkan route trying to reach Western Europe.

(ANSA) — Milan, December 1 — Mediaset CEO Pier Silvio Berlusconi on Thursday said French media company Vivendi caused the Italian broadcaster “very serious damage” after Vivendi pulled out of a deal to buy Mediaset Premium. “Still today we don’t completely understand the reasons for their refusal,” he said. “The European pay-TV platform was our idea and we’re still working in it, if needed also with other partners”.

On October 20 shares in former premier Silvio Berlusconi’s Mediaset group fell 6% on the Milan bourse after the breakdown of talks aimed at reaching an out-of-court settlement to a dispute over Vivendi’s pulling out of a deal to buy Premium.

The issue will now have to be settled in court.

The Italian media conglomerate said a conflict with the French media multinational “will be resolved in court”.

“We have had no contact since July,” the Italian company said in a statement.

Vivendi earlier issued a statement saying it will no longer pursue a “friendly solution” after it backed out of the deal to purchase Premium.

Vivendi backtracked from the deal to take full control of Mediaset Premium announced in April, citing “unrealistic” budget assumptions and sparking lawsuits.

In July, the French firm said Mediaset’s business plan for its Premium pay-TV business was “based on unrealistic assumptions”.

The plan presented by Berlusconi’s broadcasting company said its Premium division would break even in 2018.

The French group said in a statement that due diligence by Deloitte auditors at the beginning of June deemed the business plan to be “unachievable”.

In August, Berlusconi’s family holding company Fininvest sought 570 million euros in damages from Vivendi over its alleged failure to respect the April deal.

On September 30, Vivendi CEO Arnaud de Puyfontaine said talks with Mediaset were ongoing and he was confident an agreement could be found.

“Perhaps we will find a solution — I am confident,” the chief executive said on his way out of a board meeting in Milan of Telecom Italia, of which he is vice-president.

Norway Frees Radical Islamist as Italy Ends Extradition Bid

Italy has cancelled a request for the extradition from Norway of controversial Iraqi Kurdish fundamentalist preacher Mullah Krekar, the Norwegian prosecution agency said on Wednesday, ordering his immediate release.

The prosecution agency did not provide any explanation for Italy’s move, saying simply that the Italian justice ministry had informed its Norwegian counterpart in a letter that the request would be “withdrawn.”

A refugee in Norway since 1991 but not a citizen, 60-year-old Krekar — whose real name is Najumuddin Ahmad Faraj — is suspected by Italian police of leading the Rawti Shax, a network with alleged links to the Islamic State group and which is suspected of planning attacks in the West.

Norwegian officials had perceived the extradition request as a blessing for their country, which has been struggling for more than 10 years to rid itself of a man seen as troublesome.

Considered a threat to national security and featuring on UN and US terror lists, Krekar has been at risk of deportation since 2003.

Report: The Guardian Publishes Fake News From Notorious Internet Troll

Liberal pundits praise fake story denouncing “alt-right”

A notorious Internet troll reportedly convinced The Guardian to publish a fake news story Monday on his journey to becoming a racist member of the “alt-right.”

Godfrey Elfwich, who jokingly describes Xirself (preferred gender pronoun) as a “Genderqueer Muslim atheist,” has gained a large Twitter following for trolling the far-left. In 2015, Elfwich famously made his way onto a BBC radio show and convinced the host that Star Wars was racist because Darth Vader was black.

In what could be the most trollish act yet, Elfwich appears to have had an article anonymously published on The Guardian entitled, “‘Alt-right’ online poison nearly turned me into a racist.”

‘The EU is a Disaster and Le Pen Will Win Presidency’ Chomsky Blasts Brussels Bloc

Marine Le Pen has promised to hold a referendum on France’s place in the EU — similar to Brexit — and Chomsky has tipped the Front National leader to win the presidency in the upcoming election later this year.

Brexit has sparked a series of anti-establishment movements across the world in 2016, with Donald Trump’s Presidential election following and Le Pen’s election becoming a real possibility.

Mr Chomsky said: “I don’t think Germany would initiate it [the collapse of the EU] because they are beneficiaries of the union. If the union falls apart, I think it would be a tragic development.”

The 87-year-old said failed “neoliberal policies of the past generation” had spurred the rise of populism and right-wing movements around the world.

He added: “These programs were designed in such a way so that they would lead to stagnation and even decline for a large part, actually, majority of the population. They also severely undermined democracy, which is even more true in Europe than in the US.

“The result of these processes is that people are angry, disillusioned, their hopes for the future have collapsed.”…

UK Brexit Minister: Leaving EU Won’t Mean Economic Isolation

Britain’s minister for leaving the European Union tried to reassure businesses on Thursday that exiting the bloc won’t cut the U.K. off from much-needed international workers and investment.

Brexit Secretary David Davis said the U.K. was seeking “the freest possible market in goods and services with the EU and the rest of the world.”

In a speech to the Welsh arm of the Confederation of British Industry, Davis said Britain and the EU “should steer clear of protectionist measures.”

He conceded that many business leaders wanted to remain in the 28-nation EU and its tariff-free single market for goods and services.

The British government has refused to say whether it will try to stay in the single market after it leaves the bloc. EU leaders say that’s impossible unless Britain allows the free movement of workers from other EU countries — something the government says it won’t do.

UK: Middle-Class Parents of Muslim Convert ‘Jihadi Jack’ Who Ran Away From Oxford to Join ISIS Will Face a Terror Trial After Allegedly Sending Him £1,700

Jack Letts, 20, from Oxford, was one of first white converts to join ISIS

The parents of ‘Jihadi Jack’ will face a terror trial next year after they denied sending their son £1,700 knowing it would be used for terrorism.

Jack Letts, 20, from Oxford, became the one of the first white British converts to join ISIS, has changed his name to Abu Mohammed and fathered a son with an Iraqi bride.

His parents John Letts, 55, and wife Sally Lane, 54, are accused of transferring cash to their son despite being warned not to by police on at least three occasions.

The middle class couple, who run an ancient grain business, were allegedly warned they could face criminal prosecution if they sent any money to the Islamic State stronghold of Raqqa.

Jack enjoyed a comfortable upbringing at the hands of Canadian master-thatcher father, John, an organic farmer and archaeobotanist considered a ‘leading light’ in ancient wheat.

Ukraine Ready to Resume Gas Purchases From Russia

EU, Russia and Ukraine could get together next month to discuss

(ANSA-AP) — MOSCOW — Ukraine’s state-owned energy company says it’s ready to resume gas purchases from Russia.

The statement was released several hours after the Russian energy minister and the European Union’s energy chief met for talks in Moscow on Friday and said representatives of the EU, Russia and Ukraine could get together next month to discuss gas supplies for Ukraine.

Naftogaz stopped buying gas from Russia last November after it had used up a $500 million loan from the European Commission for the purchase of gas supplies that are vital to get through the cold Ukrainian winter. Ukraine has since then relied on the so-called reverse supply of gas, buying it from European countries who had received it from Russia.

Ukraine is a major transit country for Russian gas traveling on to Europe.

Ohio State University Terrorist Was a Social Justice Warrior

PC culture is now not only a threat to free speech, but a tool for violent radicalization

Abdul Razak Ali Artan was undergoing politically correct “microaggression” indoctrination

The Ohio State University terrorist who went on a vehicle and knife rampage before being shot dead was a social justice warrior who had been studying a branch of political correctness before the attack.

According to OSU student Hallie Crow, ISIS-inspired jihadist Abdul Razak Ali Artan was part of a group assignment working on a presentation about “microaggressions”.

Microaggressions are a set of words and behaviors characterized by far left professors and radicals as being politically incorrect, racist or offensive towards minorities.

According to different universities, microaggressions include “identifying as American,” and using the word “American” because it is “problematic”.

Other discouraged words and phrases included, “obese,” “normal,” “mothering,” “fathering,” “homosexual,” “illegal alien,” and “senior citizens.”

A professor at Portland College also characterized a white person smiling at a black person as a microaggression.

The fact that Artan was undergoing politically correct indoctrination illustrates how PC culture is now not only a threat to free speech, but a tool for violent radicalization.

Oregon School District Bans Santa, ‘Religious-Themed’ Christmas Decorations

“We will not be holding a door decorating contest this year.”

Officials in the Hillsboro School District contend they’re not banning Santa from school, they just don’t want staff using his likeness during the Christmas season.

“We will not be holding a door decorating contest this year,” district officials wrote in a memo to staff at area high schools. “You may still decorate your door or office if you like, but we ask that you be respectful and sensitive to diverse perspectives and beliefs of our community and refrain from using religious-themed decorations or images like Santa Claus.”

Hillsboro spokeswoman Beth Graser told WGRZ the memo was sent to secondary school principals because the Christmas door decoration contest made some people uncomfortable in years past, and the district wants to maintain “inclusive and welcoming spaces” for all, including students who don’t believe in Santa…

The news site reports several other area school districts have similar policies regarding Christmas decorations, including Portland Public Schools, Beaverton School District, North Clackamas School District and the Oregon City School District.

  1. ** Plan Vigipirate, which now features three levels of warnings **

    Level 1 – All clear.

Level 2 – Glazed donut shortage.

Level 3 – Dieudonné gives quenelle.

New highest level – Muslim army advancing from Marseille; caliphate declared.

  2. **doctors in the United Kingdom have now sought permission to create the country’s first three-person baby **

Playing God. Who are these swine who risk a child’s being known as a freak of nature, not to mention being subject to horrible genetic diseases as JD notes? Who would risk marriage with such a person if having a family is important?

What is the “problem” for which this “treatment” is a solution?

    • The “problem” is congenital diseases, which have led couples to make the heartrending decision not to have children. Why do others have a problem with this?

      • I have a huge problem with three-parent children.

The Unintended Consequences of such machinations could quickly become an expensive burden on the larger culture. Such profound changes call into question all sorts of previously settled laws and practices.

Just because technology permits new permutations does not mean those permutations ought be allowed sans any public discussion of possible outcomes. There needs to be at least some rough agreement on how to ethically handle unforeseen problems arising from such a profound change.

      • I’m with you on this, Mark. If it’s for such dire medical reasons, this isn’t just playing around with genes for fun and people desperate to be parents should be helped.

I’m much more worried about people who *know* that they can/will pass on very severe illnesses or disabilities, and then still decide to have children. I’ve seen supposedly ‘heart-rending’ stories in newspapers showing people who knowingly had severely disabled children, going on about how much they love them, who have even had more children with these disabilities. They are bringing people into this world who will suffer and maybe die young, just so they can have someone to love and care for. I just don’t understand it.

      • There is not a scientific solution to every human problem.

Where is it written that geneticists have a complete understanding of DNA and that their techniques for splicing genes are foolproof? Let them make their case for how particular conditions can be avoided so that there can be public discussion.

The possibility of acceptance is reduced by referring to the intended resulting infant as a “three-parent” baby. That does not imply a precise, limited replacement of one or two defective genes but something more extensive and, frankly, creepy. Public relations geniuses these people are not. It makes it sound like they are tinkering for the heck of it. If they have an ameliorative purpose let them describe it that way.

Personally, when scientists start talking about patients being carefully screened and vetted the hairs on the back of my neck go up. Sure they are. Just like those new drugs that come onto the market.

It’s the same when I hear of “carefully screening and vetting” economic and hijra migration opportunists, but that’s another story.

  3. Our Marxists still control most of the institutions inside the dying Western civilization.

  4. Let us hope, that after Sundays poll the Renzi-Administration in Italy will be history.
