California Disqualified From 2016 Elections?
The most sacred right of every legal American citizen is the right to vote — the right to not have their vote infringed or abridged by any Federal, State or Local action. The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are the Supreme Law of this land. The rights of the people protected by these documents, belong to legal American citizens and no one else.
Federal laws which are themselves “unconstitutional” enjoy no force of law at all, much less any form of federal supremacy. The tenth amendment protects the states and the people from unconstitutional acts of the Federal Government.
However, constitutional acts of the Federal Government, such as constitutional Federal Election Laws consistent with the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, do indeed hold “legal supremacy” over any state or local laws at odds with Federal Law.
Approaching the 2016 Primary season, the state of California took illegal and unconstitutional action in direct violation with Federal Election Laws by enacting Assembly Bill 1461, with the clear stated intent to abridge legal American votes with illegal alien voters.
By enacting Assembly Bill 1461, the State of California created a circumstance in which it allows illegal aliens to vote in the 2016 elections, thereby abridging the legal right of every legal American citizen living in California to enjoy the full weight and power of their vote, countered by illegal votes making it impossible to identify “legal” versus “illegal” votes in the State of California.

On Syria’s civil war, Trump said Clinton could drag the United States into a world war with a more aggressive posture toward resolving the conflict.
Clinton has called for the establishment of a no-fly zone and “safe zones” on the ground to protect non-combatants. Some analysts fear that protecting those zones could bring the United States into direct conflict with Russian fighter jets.
“What we should do is focus on ISIS. We should not be focusing on Syria,” said Trump as he dined on fried eggs and sausage at his Trump National Doral golf resort. “You’re going to end up in World War Three over Syria if we listen to Hillary Clinton.”
In order to have a no-fly zone in Syria, you would have to enforce it.
And in order to enforce it, you would have to be willing to shoot at the Russians.
According to National Intelligence Director James Clapper, that could have dire consequences…

Rather than being ancient history, the secret Hillary Clinton speech about open borders and open trade means that the proposal is still alive. She said, “My dream is a hemispheric common market, with open trade and open borders…”
Trump has rightly noted that “…the central base of world political power is here in America, and it is our corrupt political establishment that is the greatest power behind the efforts at radical globalization and the disenfranchisement of working people.” He added, “Their financial resources are unlimited. Their political resources are unlimited. Their media resources are unlimited. And, most importantly, the depths of their immorality is unlimited.”
There’s a reason why Clinton didn’t want these speeches to be revealed. It wasn’t just because she got paid a lot of money to speak to a bunch of fat cats. Oregon Militants Acquitted of Conspiracy in Wildlife Refuge Seizure
A federal court jury on Thursday acquitted anti-government militant leader Ammon Bundy and six followers of conspiracy charges stemming from their role in the armed takeover of a U.S. wildlife center in Oregon earlier this year.
Bundy and others, including his brother and co-defendant Ryan Bundy, cast the 41-day occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge as a legitimate and patriotic act of civil disobedience. Prosecutors called it a lawless scheme to seize federal property by force.
In an emotional climax to the trial in U.S. District Court in Portland, Ammon Bundy’s lawyer, Marcus Mumford, was tackled to the floor by U.S. marshals as he became involved in a heated verbal exchange with the judge over the terms of his client’s release.
The verdict came hours after a newly reconstituted jury, with an alternate seated to replace one panelist dismissed over questions of bias on Wednesday, renewed deliberations in the case. Jurors previously had deliberated over three days.
The 12-member panel found the Bundy brothers and their four co-defendants — three men and a woman — not guilty of the most serious charge, conspiracy to impede federal officers through intimidation, threats or force.
That charge alone carried a maximum penalty of six years in prison.
The defendants also were unanimously acquitted of illegal possession of firearms in a federal facility and of theft of government property, except in the case of Ryan Bundy, for whom jurors deadlocked on the charge of theft.

Stalled EU-Canada Trade Deal Gets Greenlight Following Belgium Approval
One week after Canada demonstratively walked out of European trade talks, with Canada’s Chrystia Freeland saying that “the European Union is not capable right now to have an international agreement, even with a country that has European values like Canada”, moments ago a planned trade deal between the European Union and Canada overcame a key hurdle Thursday when Belgium said it would approve the accord, marking the end of a contentious process that threatened to derail the EU’s trade agenda.
The so-called Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, or CETA, had been on the verge (and perhaps beyond) the very of collapse in recent weeks after opposition by Wallonia, Belgium’s French-speaking region, kept the country’s leadership from supporting the deal. “Belgian agreement on CETA,” Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel wrote on his Twitter account. “All parliaments are now able to approve by tomorrow at midnight. Angry locals are protesting about a Bosnian town built by Middle Eastern investors which has Arabic as its ‘official’ language — and where locals can only enter if they work as servants.
The 160 homes have been constructed in a luxury enclave near Tarcin, five miles west of the Bosnian capital Sarajevo.
But furious locals say that their only way of accessing the area is through being hired as servants or cleaners — and claim most of the homes contain the wives of wealthy businessmen.

US-backed militants launched a wide scale attack on the Syrian army’s positions near Khan Al Sheh in the Western Ghouta region, but failed to achieve a success in the battle.
The militants lost up to 25 fighters and some 8 units of heavy military equipment in the failed attack. 4 units of heavy military equipment belonging to terrorists were destroyed by 1 Syrian soldier with the Russian-made Kornet guided missile launcher. The military situation of militant groups remains critical in the region.
The Syrian government forces, led by Maj General Suheil Al Hassan and his Tiger Forces, liberated more areas from the joint terrorist forces led by Jabhat al-Nusra and Ahrar ash-Sham in the northern part of Hama province. They took control of few checkpoints at the western outskirts of Ma’an and advanced in the eastern countryside of Souran and Taybat al-Imam.

3 Terror Suspects Arrested in Northern Italy
‘Swore allegiance to the Caliph’
(ANSA) — Turin, October 27 — Italian police on Thursday arrested three terror suspects, an Algerian asylum seeker and two immigrant Egyptian brothers, who had allegedly sworn allegiance to ISIS.
The Algerian was arrested in a migrant processing facility in Turin while the Egyptian brothers, a pizzaiolo and a laid-off worker, were arrested at Finale Ligure near Savona in Liguria and at Cassano d’Adda near Milan.
A fourth suspected jihadist eluded arrest because he is abroad, police said.
Police said he was an Egyptian living in Finale Ligure.
A network led by the jihadists had two main goals: to send fighters from Libya to ISIS in Iraq and Syria and to spread literature on jihad, police said.
“They had sworn allegiance to the Caliph,” police said, referring to ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

This crying “child” is supposed to make Brits feel guilty and demand their government allow “children” like him into their nation.
The image is not a fake, nor is it being used satirically. It comes from the Associated Press’ Emilio Morenatti, you can see four pictures of the man for sale on their website.
The “child migrant” is clearly in his 40’s, yet their editors evidently believe their readers are so incredibly stupid they’ll actually believe they’re looking at a 16-year-old boy.

Hungary Can’t Give us Lessons Says Gentiloni
FM responds to Hungarian counterpart’s claim
(ANSA) — Rome, October 27 — Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni replied to Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto’s claim that Italy is breaking EU rules by saying “Hungary with walls and referendums has always claimed to be breaking European rules on migration. Now, at least, it should avoid giving lessons to Italy”. Szijjarto said earlier it was Italy and not Hungary that was breaking EU rules, commenting on Premier Matteo Renzi’s threat to veto the EU budget unless countries like Hungary do their bit in sharing the burden of the migrant influx. “Renzi has completely misunderstood the situation,” Szijjarto told the MTI news agency. “Central European member countries are due European resources…It’s Italy that’s not fulfilling its obligations…if it respected norms and regulations better the pressure of immigration on the EU would be much less”. Szijjarto said “Renzi is attacking the countries of central Europe who are respecting common rules while Italy is not meeting its obligations deriving from belonging to the Schengen zone”.

Illegal Immigrant Dies After Setting Himself on Fire
A 45-year-old Tunisian man has died in hospital after setting himself on fire at a petrol station in Nestal, in the canton of Glarus, according to reports.
The man died on Thursday afternoon at the University Hospital Zurich, reported news agencies on Friday.
The Tunisian, who was reportedly in Switzerland illegally and under threat of deportation, poured petrol over himself at a gas station on Wednesday afternoon, said Glarus police.
He then moved away from the petrol station towards a bus stop, where he doused himself again and then used a lighter to set himself on fire.
Two passers-by managed to put out the flames using a fire extinguisher from the petrol station and blankets.
The victim was transported by emergency Rega helicopter to University Hospital Zurich…

Illegal Immigrant Who Beat, Deafened Wife to be Removed From NZ
Immigration New Zealand are set to deport a man convicted of beating his wife so severely as she held their baby daughter that he temporarily deafened her. Jone Vuetaki, 26, was sentenced in the Timaru District Court to 130 hours of community work in August for the vicious assault of his wife in November last year. The Fiji-born meat worker denied the charge but was found guilty after a trial before Judge Joanna Maze. After he was sentenced Immigration New Zealand revealed that Vuetaki was here illegally. He had been in the country unlawfully since March. “Vuetaki is liable for deportation, but INZ strongly encourages him to settle his affairs and make arrangements to leave the country as soon as possible by departing voluntarily.” It is understood Vuetaki appealed his sentence.

More Italians Abroad Than Foreigners in Italy, Report Says
Naturalised Italian citizens reach 1.15 mn, to hit 6 mn in 2050
(ANSAmed) — ROME, OCTOBER 27 — There are now more Italian citizens living abroad than foreigners living in Italy, according to a 2016 study conducted by IDOS Study and Research Centre/Statistical Dossier on Immigration presented on Thursday.
According to ISTAT data in 2015 there were five million foreigners living in Italy, compared to 5.2 million Italians living abroad, based on consular data, according to the study for ‘Confronti’ magazine in collaboration with the National Office Against Racial Discrimination (UNAR). In 2014 the number of Italians abroad and foreigners living in Italy was equal, the study said.
It also estimated that naturalised Italian citizens reached a total of 1.15 million.
If that rate continues, the study estimated that there will be more than six million naturalised citizens by 2050.

Troubled Danish Asylum Centre Closes Amid Sex Claims
The children’s asylum centre Børnecenter Tullebølle on the island of Langeland will be shut down after a number of problematic incidents and fresh allegations of sexual abuse.
The Danish Immigration Service (Udlændingestyrelsen — DIS) announced on Wednesday that the centre for unaccompanied underage asylum seekers will be shut down this week.
According to a DIS press release, the agency was informed last week that two female employees of the centre are suspected of having sexually violated one or more boys under the age of 18.
Integration Minister Inger Støjberg told broadcaster DR that the two women in question were removed from their posts and that Funen Police will now investigate the sexual assault claims.
The sexual assault suspicions are several months old, but Støjberg said that neither she nor DIS were informed until last week.
“Sexually assaults at a centre like this should have immediately been reported to me by Langeland Municipality,” she told DR.
Langeland’s mayor, Bjarne Nielsen, told DR that he himself did not hear about the allegations until recently and blamed the centre’s staff…

Trump is Correct: 30 to 40 Million Illegals Can be Deported
Donald Trump’s plan to deport the 30 to 40 million illegal alien invaders living in America was met with howls of anguish from the left and legacy right. But the plan is eminently doable.
The first thing to recognize is that the illegal alien problem arose because of the 1987 Reagan Amnesty nearly 30 years ago. By some estimates, up to 40 million people have entered the USA illegally since that time, so encouraging them to leave may take an extended period of time as well. With time, many concerns from the left about breaking up families and leaving children crying alone in the streets can be humanely and empathetically addressed, thus negating any moral arguments of cruelty to the families of illegals.
Somehow, the left and corporatist right have come to believe that our country would collapse without illegal immigration and open borders. We should remind those bleeding hearts who support the invasion of our country by third-worlders that, for example, fresh produce somehow made its way to market before 1987 without illegals living here. Note also that countries with strict immigration policies and zero illegal immigration enjoy ample supplies of fruits and vegetables. Since produce appears to be readily available, just what is this Lettuce Anxiety all about, anyway? Why does America, out of all the countries in the world, require 30 to 40 million illegals in our country to ensure that we have salads to eat? Nobody else does.

Today in Brisbane, Queensland (Australia) in the suburb of Moorooka a 48 yr. old man poured a flammable liquid over a 29 yr. old bus driver (as he was driving the bus) and set him alight, incinerating him to death! People in the bus managed to escape via the back entrance emergency door of the bus with the help of a courageous bystander. Alas, nothing could be done to save the driver. The media has reported this as an “INCIDENT” and the police say it has nothing to do with terrorism. Moorooka is jam packed with migrants mainly from Somalia, North Africa and the Middle East. Setting people alight is not the Australian way – so take your pick. The usual guff will be fed to us – the dumbed down – and no one will be any the wiser. Real estate values in that horrendous suburb will, no doubt, reflect this latest atrocity!

You have got hand it to those sheikhs, they are canny readers of the winds of political fortune. They know their grip on power and privilege is tenuous. Most are fake royals invented in the 1920’s.
