After he disappeared from view, the villagers heard a loud explosion. When they went to investigate, they discovered that the now-deceased clown had stepped on a land mine.

Most of the departments of the Government we see today are unconstitutional frauds and have been given unconstitutional powers by the traitorous officials in all three branches of the phony government. In 1913 the Progressives (Communists) gave us the Private Federal Reserve Bank, Income Tax, and Tax Free Foundations, among other things. To better perform Treason the “Administrative State” was implemented which allowed them to rule without the Constitution and gave us the Great Depression with another one well on the way today.
Under this Unconstitutional “Administrative Law” each department is run by an unelected bureaucrat with the full powers of an unconstitutional independent government, and the people have no rights under the rule of law or the Constitution. Did you ever try to have a Public Official arrested?
The Rule of law is dead. The elites can do whatever they please. If the people object they are often shot, arrested, and framed with the result that the people are enraged and on the verge of revolt.

2016: The Year the Coup is Complete?
For all intents and purposes, the American people lost control of their government with the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963. With the exception of Ronald Reagan, every President since Kennedy has been completely controlled by the establishment elite that ordered Kennedy’s murder.
A retired Air Force Brigadier General friend of mine (who, before he retired, probably flew every jet the Air Force had and who had been assigned to both the White House and Pentagon during his illustrious career) told me in no uncertain terms that he was convinced that President Kennedy was assassinated by government insiders (with the help of the mob, of course) for two reasons: 1) he intended to disband the CIA, and 2) he intended to dismantle the Federal Reserve.
The assassination of President Kennedy and subsequent cover-up was much more than a killing; it was a coup.
Every President since President Kennedy was selected by the power elite, not elected by the people. Oh, the people went to the polls and voted, but the election was already decided. The power elite completely controlled the mainstream media, and for the most part, the mainstream media rigged the election in favor of the desired candidate. Again, the only exception was Ronald Reagan…
Regular readers of this column know that I have not been timid in saying I believe that Donald Trump is a very flawed candidate. But I also believe that just as John Kennedy and Ronald Reagan were not controlled by the establishment elite, neither is Donald Trump. I truly believe Trump is outside the reins of the power elite — and, therefore, is a huge threat to the establishment. And the reaction of the establishment elite to Trump’s nomination is further evidence that this is true.
In my entire life — and I’ve lived for more than a half-century and have been involved in national politics since 1979, as a Moral Majority director, as a successful national radio talk show host, as an independent candidate for President in 2008, and of course, as a nationally published columnist — I have NEVER seen anything like this presidential campaign.
The national media and virtually everyone in the establishment elite have stripped off their masks and have cast aside their phony façade of fairness and objectivity and have swarmed on Trump like sharks in a feeding frenzy. Everyone in the country has now seen the political, media, and business establishments for who and what they are. The pretenses are gone. The establishment elite is determined to destroy Trump’s candidacy and make sure that Hillary Clinton is put in the White House — even if they must rig the elections to do it…
Back on August 10 of this year, I wrote this on my Facebook page:
Humanly speaking, the ONLY thing standing between us and tyranny is an armed U.S. citizenry. And when I say armed, I am referring mostly to the ownership of semi-automatic rifles. No other instrument is capable of defending the liberties of the American people. I’ll say it plainly: people who do not possess a semi-automatic rifle are incapable of defending liberty. Should the American citizenry ever surrender their semi-automatic rifles, the entire Western world would be plunged into a new Dark Ages — lasting perhaps a thousand years. Donald Trump’s declaration of independence from the Establishment in both parties was long coming. Facebook Employees Tried to Remove Trump Posts as Hate Speech
SAN FRANCISCO — Facebook employees pushed to remove some of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s Facebook posts — such as one proposing the ban of Muslims from entering the U.S. — from the service as hate speech that violated the giant social network’s policies, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday.
The decision not to remove the Trump posts was made by Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the newspaper reported.
Employees complained that Facebook was changing the rules for Trump and some who review content on Facebook threatened to quit.

FBI Chief James Comey is a Dirty Cop, Say Police Officers, Prosecutors
On Sunday, October 16, James Comey, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), an agency that’s undergone much condemnation both internally and externally, gave a speech in front of police commanders and security directors attending the annual International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Conference. Comey’s event was part of the IACP’s four-days of panel discussions, seminars and business meetings.
“Director Comey addressed the issues of alleged police racism, police brutality, excessive use of force by cops and other topics that are popular with his bosses [President Barack Obama and Attorney General Loretta Lynch]. Although millions of Americans are potential targets of Islamic terrorists, Comey couldn’t care less about such threats to our society,” said former police counter-terrorism unit commander, Neil Knudsen.
Capt. George Tinsdale, of the Kiowa County, MT, Police Department, is also disturbed by a news story released on Monday:
A Patrick Kennedy, a senior U.S. State Department official, allegedly asked for the FBI investigators in 2015 to change the classification level from top secret to merely confidential of an email taken from Hillary Clinton’s private server in a “quid pro quo” deal. Assistant Secretary of State Kennedy offered to allow more FBI agents to be deployed in foreign countries, according to bureau records released Monday.
The FBI ultimately rejected the request, which would have allowed the State Department to archive the message related to the 2012 attacks on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, in the basement of its Washington headquarters “never to be seen again,” according to the FBI files.

If Hillary Reaches the White House: You Get This…
If Hillary Clinton reaches the White House, you face a president who will fundamentally and drastically change America.
If she reaches the highest office in our land, it will give her mandates to increase Muslim refugee immigration. She will dissolve our borders by not enforcing our immigration laws in accordance with Barack Obama’s mandates for the past eight years. She will present amnesty for 20 to 30 million illegal aliens. She will increase America’s $19.5 trillion national debt to a point of financial collapse to pay for legal and illegal immigrants. She will continue free trade deficits that will create more foreign debt and loss of American jobs to China, India and Mexico. Worst of all, she will smash every American’s Second Amendment rights to own a weapon for self-defense.
First of all, she promises to import 110,000 Syrian Muslim refugees into America in 2017 to continue Obama’s Islamic immigration legacy. Vetting them to weed out terrorists must be the grandest and most profane farce in history. Mainstream Media With Hillary Are Raping America

She smilingly stood by as hubby Bill signed NAFTA into law which occasioned the massive and ongoing exodus of U.S. Jobs and manufacturing plants to foreign countries. Maybe this accounts for 94,000,000 Americans who are out of work? The food stamps? The rates of poverty? You think?
As a senator, one of only 100, she could have angled for better trade deals. She did not. She could have angled for reducing the debt. She did not. She could have angled for reducing the deficit. She did not.
As a senator she could have worked for less government in our schools. She did not. She could have worked for health savings accounts. She did not. She could have worked to promote development of American energy. She did not.

Trump: Dems Inciting Violence at My Rallies — WikiLeaks Emails ‘Dirty, Disgusting Stuff’
“It’s a totally dishonest group of people.”
On his Friday show, Fox News Channel’s Sean Hannity asked GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump about his opponent Hillary Clinton’s campaign tactics.
Trump replied that the differential media treatment, Democrats inciting violence at his rallies and WikiLeaks showing Clinton was involved in a pay for play arrangement with Moroccan King Mohammed VI for $12 million is “dirty, disgusting stuff.”
“Take a look at what’s going on. Look at, as an example this wasn’t WikiLeaks, but look at what you just said about the voter fraud that was uncovered with the tapes. Look at what you said about the thugs going into arenas and starting problems. Look at what came out today about The New York Times where they have reporters that are soft or safe or something, and I have those same reporters and they are brutal — they’re not brutal, they’re dishonest, it’s a totally dishonest group of people. And you just take a look at what’s happened. Look at how you get set up. They say you saw somebody in 1902 and you touched the person. I mean, give me a break, This is stuff that all doesn’t exist, Sean. This is dirty, disgusting stuff. And they’ll find out, it’ll be revealed at some point, this is dirty disgusting stuff,” Trump said on “Hannity.”

Free Driving Licenses & Grants: Sweden’s Shock Plan to Reintegrate Returning ISIS Fighters
Around 140 Swedish people have returned to the country after fighting for terror organisations in Syria and Iraq. Lund County, in south Sweden, is now considering giving the jihadi defectors incentives to reintegrate into society. The mooted benefits are housing grants, help to re-enter the workforce and free driving licenses.
Lund County’s municipal co-ordinator against violent extremism, Anna Sjostrand, said her region would deal with the returned radicals the same way they would deal with criminals attempting to reenter society. Ms Sjostrand said: “When the subject first came up, we thought ‘Oh God, how should we handle this?’ “But we pretty quickly realised that we should deal with [people defecting from ISIS] in the same way [we deal with people defecting from criminal gangs].”

Italy: N. League Rails Against Muslim Prayer Protest at Colosseum
Calls for explanation from interior ministry
(ANSA) — Rome, October 21 — The Italian rightwing Northern League party said Friday that it would be filing a complaint with the interior ministry after a collective Muslim prayer at the Colosseum to protest the shuttering of unauthorized prayer halls throughout the capital.
Barbara Saltamartini, deputy caucus leader of Northern League Lower House MPs, said that “there are over 100 unauthorized houses of worship in Rome, often pretending to be cultural associations, in locations that are entirely outside the control of the authorities. This is a disgrace that must not be ignored. This is why I will ask the interior ministry how such a thing could have been authorized.”

Italy: Two Acquitted of Spreading Fascist Ideology
Clemente, Ardolino made Roman salute at commemoration
(ANSA) — Milan, October 20 — A Milan court of appeals on Thursday explained why it upheld the acquittal of two men who gave a Roman salute, finding it was unclear whether their gesture “crossed the boundary of commemoration” into the realm of spreading Fascist ideology.
The latter is a crime in post-World War II Italy.
The acquittal was handed down September 21, and the court today released its motivation for the verdict. In June 2015, a preliminary hearings judge first acquitted defendants Marco Clemente and Matteo Ardolino, both members of extreme-right group Casapound, of intending to spread Fascist ideology during an April, 2014 commemoration for three slain fellow believers: World War II militant Carlo Borsani, who was executed in 1945; student Sergio Ramelli, a youth group member of the neofascist MSI party who was beaten to death by an extreme-left group in 1975; and 49-year-old Enrico Pedenovi, an MSI provincial councillor who was shot dead by an extreme-left commando in 1976.
The prosecution had requested six months in prison for both defendants, with ANPI resistance fighters association a civil plaintiff in the case.
It argued the commemoration in itself was “intrinsic” to the defendants’ desire to spread Fascist ideology, but the court disagreed.

UK: Porn Viewers Could All be Added to a Government Database
(London Independent) The UK government’s plans to check whether people are old enough to watch pornography might include creating a database of everyone’s viewing habits.
The Government has recently been looking to introduce new checks to ensure that adult content can only be viewed by those over 18. To do that, it will introduce age verification schemes, and sites that don’t implement them will be rendered inaccessible from within the UK.
But the mechanism involved in doing so could create an entire database of the UK’s porn viewing habits, according to the Open Rights Group. Doing so will create a vulnerable set of information that could expose anyone, according to the group.

Ship carrying thousands of barrels of crude oil

Hillary Approached King of Morocco Offering Appearance for $12 Million

Hamas Complains About Security Cameras
A Hamas spokesperson in Judea and Samaria, Hussam Badaran, called on the Palestinian organizations to discuss the issue of security cameras in Judea and Samaria, which in his opinion “expose our Palestinian militants and make it more difficult to commit terror attacks against the occupying forces and the settlers.”

Italian PM Says UNESCO Resolution ‘Unbelievable’
Renzi will meet FM on Israel resolution. Ready to break EU line
ROME — Italian Premier Matteo Renzi on Friday said a resolution adopted by the United Nations cultural agency which makes no reference to Jewish ties to a holy site in Jerusalem is “unbelievable”.
Renzi said he has asked for a meeting with Foreign Minister Paolo Gentiloni as soon as he returns to Rome in an interview with Rtl radio 102.5.
“It is incomprehensible, unacceptable and wrong”, the premier also said of the resolution, adding that “if it is necessary to break European unity on this, then it must be broken”.
“Historically, we have always been together with other European countries on these positions. But I sincerely find Unesco’s decision incomprehensible and wrong. Claiming that Jerusalem and Judaism have no relation is like claiming that the sun sheds darkness”, Renzi also said.
The premier added he has told “diplomats dealing with these issues that we can’t continue to go on like this — we cannot deny reality”.
Unesco’s executive board has approved the Arab-sponsored resolution, which repeatedly refers to a hilltop complex which is also the holiest site in Judaism only by its Islamic name.
The site is known to Jews as the Temple Mount and to Muslims as Haram al-Sharif.
The resolution prompted Israel to freeze co-operation with Unesco last week.

Syria: Hypothesis of Sanctions Against Russia Out of EU Text
Renzi blocks,cooperates with Mogherini for alternative solution
BRUSSELS — The possibility of sanctions against Russian “people or entities” for supporting the Syrian regime of Assad has disappeared from the final text approved by EU leaders. The language was softened, evolving into an “evaluation of all available options”. “There is no sense in talking about sanctions for Russia” at a time when “we all agree that it is necessary to put all possible pressure in order to reach an agreement on Syria”, said Italian Premier Matteo Renzi, the promoter, among others, of a sweeping discussion on EU-Russia relations. European sources said the Italian premier blocked the hypothesis of sanctions at a dinner held behind closed doors.
Renzi asked to go back to the idea that emerged at a meeting of foreign ministers on Monday, specifying that restrictive measures would be applied to the “Syrians”. The draft text that arrived yesterday on the table had instead been changed over the past few days, at the request of France, Germany and Great Britain. Here the reference to the “Syrians” had disappeared, leaving room to a more ambiguous formula that paved the way also to measures against Russian people or entities. EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini cooperated with the premier, building a solution accepted by all, including Francois Hollande, Angela Merkel and Theresa May, who arrived at the summit with a foot on the accelerator for the line of sanctions against Moscow. Spain, Greece, Austria and Cyprus were also against sanctions, according to other sources.
The political signal, however, remains. European leaders “condemned the attacks of the Syrian regime and its allies, Russia in particular, against civilians in Aleppo”, prompting “an immediate cessation of hostilities and the resumption of a credible political process under the sponsorship of the United Nations”. Mogherini was charged with moving forward with work to bring humanitarian aid to Syria and continue along the path of diplomacy. Meanwhile Nato secretary-general, Jens Stoltenberg, stressed “concern” for a Russian aircraft carrier en route towards the eastern Mediterranean that “could support military operations in Syria” and announced that it will be monitored “in a responsible and measured way”.
The hard line is not over. The head of the Elysee had arrived in Brussels to “convince colleagues to exercise all possible pressure”. The German chancellor had called to assume “a position” because “speaking is not enough”. The ceasefire “must be long-lasting” and the situation in Aleppo “is inhuman”.
“It is vital to continue to work together to put pressure on Russia”, warned British Premier Theresa May. European Council President Donald Tusk urged to “keep all options open, including sanctions if crimes continue in Syria, in Aleppo”.
Sources spoke, among others, about a phone call by Hollande to Tusk on Wednesday night, after a meeting with Putin, to stress the need to boost pressure on Moscow.

Syria: Barbaric ISIS Brutally Kills 250 Children in Dough Kneader and Burns Others Alive in Oven
The sick jihadis killed children, the eldest was just four years old, in an industrial dough kneader in the Syrian town of Duma.
In a chilling testimony, one Syrian woman spoke of “Christians being killed and tortured, and of children being beheaded in front of their parents.”
Speaking to Dr Yvette Isaac, from advocacy charity Roads to Success, Alice Assaf said: “Our neighbour came in and said: ‘Umm Issa, they have taken many girls about 300 girls. They were taken to Duma. Many of them were Christians and few were Alawites.
“At the bakery, there were six young people who were working there. We knew them. They were burned in the oven, six well-framed men.
“Then there were 250 children. They were put in the dough mixer, they were kneaded. The oldest one of them was four-years-old.”

‘Killer Clown’ Dies After Stepping on Landmine in Cambodia
A man wearing a ‘killer-clown’ mask has died after stepping on a landmine in Cambodia, according to reports.
The man trod on a mine which detonated after scaring residents of Samraong in northwestern Cambodia by dressing up as a clown and reportedly acting in an aggressive manner.
According to the Times of Cambodia local residents chased the ‘killer clown’ into the jungle where they then heard a blast and realised the man must have stepped on a landmine.

On Sunday evening, Viktor E. was walking across the Kennedy Bridge in Hamburg with a friend. The suspect then came up behind Viktor, stabbed him repeatedly, and pushed his friend into the water. While this story has made its rounds on German social media, it has failed to elicit any coverage from the two public television channels, ARD and ZDF, with the latter stating that it does “not report on individual cases.” ZDF journalist Eva-Maria Lemke even said that cases like this — meaning those in which third world immigrants violently attack native Germans — are not worth covering because they are not the result of “structural problems.”

If these figures don’t jibe with your understanding of where refugees live in the United States, that might be because you’ve been following this year’s presidential election. When Donald Trump claims that we “have no documentation” about the “Trojan horse” refugees who live in this country, and when Republican governors across the country insist that they will not abide Syrian refugees resettling within their borders, they not only raise suspicions about some of the world’s most vulnerable people, they fundamentally mischaracterize what may be the most complex human relocation system on the planet.
This is a system in which international, federal, and charitable organizations all work together to bring more refugees to the United States than any other country-and which places more of them in Boise, Idaho; Des Moines, Iowa; and Bowling Green, Kentucky; than in New York City.

U.N. Goes All-in for Unlimited Migration
The United Nations has cooked up a “New Urban Agenda” coming soon to a city near you.
It was unveiled this week in Quito, Ecuador, at the so-called Habitat III conference.
And part of the plan, enthusiastically embraced by Hillary Clinton, calls for unlimited migration across open borders. Migrants displaced by war, failing economies or other hardships will be seen as having “rights” in nations other than their own. Cities are seen as the key battlegrounds and the U.N. conference in Quito had a lot to say about how your city will be expected to embrace migrants of all types, from all regions of the world.
By now most Americans who follow world events are familiar with the U.N’s plan for global governance as envisioned by its “2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,” approved by some 190 world leaders including President Obama and Pope Francis in September 2015.
This agenda includes 17 goals aimed at ending hunger, wiping out poverty and stamping out global income inequality by “transforming our world” through sweeping changes ostensibly aimed at freeing cross-border “labor mobility,” among other things.
Hillary Clinton, anointed by Obama as his successor, said in a speech to Wall Street bankers she envisions the U.S. as part of a single “hemispheric common market with free trade and open borders,” according to WikiLeaks data dumps.
In another bombshell revealed by WikiLeaks, Mrs. Clinton told Goldman Sachs bankers that Americans who want to limit immigration are “fundamentally un-American.” She has also called for a 550-percent increase in the resettlement of Syrian refugees in America — that’s 550 percent more than Obama’s vastly increased level of more than 12,000 resettled in one year.
In short, Hillary’s agenda for cities sounds an awful lot like the U.N.’s agenda for cities as laid out in the New Urban Agenda document approved this week by world leaders in Quito.
“She’s totally in line with the U.N. agenda, on board with everything they do,” says economist Patrick Wood, author of “Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Global Transformation.”

Hillary Loves Margaret Sanger and Planned Parenthood
Michael Bresciani’s recent article in the Christian Post spells out the foolishness of some of our electorate when he writes, “The land of high perversion and dead babies goes self-righteous on Trump?” Although I seldom read or agree with the Christian Post, Bresciani makes perfect sense in this article. Hillary’s campaign is serving up a circus sideshow to distract us from the multiple horrific problems facing Americans today. Those problems will never be ameliorated by the likes of Hillary Clinton.
Bresciani goes on to say, “Will we spank Trump by electing the dowdy little self-serving woman who can’t tell the difference between a rapist and a husband, the truth and a lie, and the difference between soldiers and ambassadors who deserve our best protection and the need to hide her secret plan to deceive and save face at the cost of their brave lives? Margaret Sanger’s ideology was cemented in eugenics, the extermination of certain groups of people. Sanger was extremely vocal on her beliefs and what her newfound organization would do. In 1939, she said, “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population.”
How I wish America’s black population knew what great love and admiration Hillary had for a woman who wanted to exterminate their entire race!
Last year, Hillary Clinton accepted Planned Parenthood’s Margaret Sanger Award, named after the founder of the American Birth Control League, which changed its name to Planned Parenthood in the 1940s. In her remarks, Clinton singled out the namesake of the award for praise, “Now, I have to tell you that it was a great privilege when I was told that I would receive this award. I admire Margaret Sanger enormously, her courage, her tenacity, her vision … And when I think about what she did all those years ago in Brooklyn, taking on archetypes, taking on attitudes and accusations flowing from all directions, I am really in awe of her.”

Texas Judge Rejects Obama’s Bathroom Decree
WICHITA FALLS, TX — Texas Federal Judge Reed O’Connor again affirmed that his order bars the Obama administration from enforcing its unlawful LGBT agenda on public schools, federal agencies, municipalities and private employers. The ruling applies nationwide and specifically states that federal agencies must stop enforcing illegal guidelines which interpret the word “sex” as “gender” in federal statues such as Title VII and Title IX.

University of Toronto psychology professor Jordan Peterson told LifeSiteNews Wednesday night he has no intention of obeying a directive in the University of Toronto’s “cease and desist” letter to stop talking and blogging about transgender pronouns.
“No I’m bloody well not giving in,” he said. “The bloody cowards. I’m very disappointed with the University of Toronto for not standing up for free speech but it’s not unexpected. I guess they don’t think it’s very important. The university is dead.”
Peterson went on the warpath two weeks ago against what he called “totalitarian” federal and provincial legislation and human rights regulations requiring institutions and companies to ensure their employees address students, staff and the public with the pronouns appropriate to the gender of their choice. But he said he would use the pronouns with his students called for by their biological sex.
But in three videos he insisted he would use the pronouns appropriate to their sex and objected to the climate of repression caused by federal and provincial anti-discrimination laws and the university’s order to its human resources employees to take anti-discrimination instruction.

UK: High Court Sends Boy to Live With Father After His Mother Raised Him as Her Daughter
The seven-year-old boy who was ‘living life entirely as a girl’ has been removed from his mother’s care following a ruling by a judge sitting in the Family Division of the High Court in London.
Social workers let a mother raise her young son as a girl because they were in thrall to ‘transgender equality’.
The boy, who was made to wear a pink hairband, dresses and nail varnish, lived ‘entirely as a girl’.
He was registered as a girl with his doctor’s surgery and was referred to as ‘she’ in official documentation from the age of just four.
But despite the alarm being raised by officials and the boy’s father, council staff failed to intervene.
Details of the extraordinary case were revealed at the Family Court yesterday when a judge accused the boy’s social workers of naivety and professional arrogance.
The seven-year-old, who cannot be identified, has been removed from his mother’s care and is living with his father in the north of England.
He now regards himself as male and plays with toys such as Power Rangers. The judge, Mr Justice Hayden, said: ‘This is not a case about gender dysphoria, rather it is about a mother who has developed a belief structure which she has imposed upon her child.
‘I am bound to say that had the concerns [of school staff] been given the weight that they plainly should have, it is difficult to resist the conclusion the boy could have been spared a great deal of emotional harm.’
He added: ‘Transgender equality has received a great deal of attention in recent times. I believe that in this case the profile and sensitivity of the matters raised by the mother blinded a number of professionals from applying their training, skill, and, it has to be said, common sense.”

Call it “klown Karma”, good enough for a new novel Stephen King.
Would it be possible to bring a class action lawsuit against Soros, Merkel and other “philanthropists” and traitor politicians and media who, through their actions of imposing illegal dangerous migrants and terrorists on innocent people, have destroyed many, many lives? I’m thinking of all the victims of rape, theft, terrorism, persecution for not being “progressive” enough etc. and their families. All these people should ask and get significant financial compensation for what they’ve been put through. With all Soros’ money, he doesn’t have enough to cover the harm and destruction he’s lobbied and paid for, and he would go to jail for the rest of his miserable life. Not that the pain of the victims or their families would go away with financial compensation, but this would send a clear message that there are consequences for nation traitors. Would something like this even be possible? (I’m not a law expert) I would be happy to donate money and time to finding people that have been hurt by these traitors and help them get justice.
Soros – and others like him – is like the mugger who will murder his victim for fifty cents.

Now that we have a growing intellectual argument and popular movement against both globalism and Islamisation (which I maintain are interconnected but should also be treated on an individual basis), we need to turn the theory into practice.
On that note, seeing that Islamic clerics use apostasy laws against individual Muslim people who leave the religion, how is that not a breach of Western law? How is that not “Islamophobia?” How is it not illegal to coerce religious belief in that way? What about small-scale cults that have done things like in the 1970s and such, did we not have legal means to proceed against things like that?
We also need to start using Islamist supremacists’ own terms against them. Islamist terrorism kills more Muslims globally than non-Muslims – it *is* systematic Islamophobia. Asking Muslims to speak against terrorism is not stigma – it’s asking of them the same mission we non-Muslims must take up – fighting Islamophobia.
Liberals can support the hijab, but a consistent liberal supports hijab for *men,* too. There is nothing intrinsic to femaleness that warrants extra covering – that’s sexist. Any factor requiring concealment for women also applies to men – after all, women have sexual agency, too, and can be charmed by the sight of a man.
I encourage us all to use our creativity to expand the battle to more fronts and to think on more practical terms about legal opposition.
