Alaska School Hid Evidence of Employee Sexually Abusing Disabled Kids — Lawsuit

The family decided to sue after six months

The parents of a special-needs student are suing the Anchorage, Alaska school district, arguing it waited too long to investigate a teacher’s aide over claims of sexual abuse. In a plea deal, the aide served 48 hours of community service.

Begich Middle School teacher’s aide Julianti Clarke, 62, was charged with abuse in October 2014, after surveillance video showed her fondling a disabled male student in the lunchroom. In November 2015, prosecutors agreed to a plea deal that would let Clarke serve 48 hours of community service and dropped the charges…

The district waited for several weeks to investigate Clarke, and did not alert the police or forbid her from contact with the student, says the parents’ civil complaint. Unedited video shown to the family by the Anchorage Police Department revealed Clarke fondling another student while their son watched, attorney Mike Kramer told local news station KTVA.

“At least one other child was receiving similar mistreatment,” Kramer said. “We obviously don’t know the identity of that child or whether his parents were contacted, or whether police were even notified about that, but it’s disturbing that we were given an edited video tape that removed that particularly disturbing section.”

“The whole time she’s doing it to the other kid, he’s pounding himself in the head with his fist,” Kramer added.

Jacob Wetterling: Remains of Missing Minnesota Boy Found, Authorities Say

(CNN) The remains of Jacob Wetterling, a Minnesota boy abducted from a rural road 27 years ago, have been found, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office said Saturday in a news release.

“The Ramsey County Medical Examiner and a forensic odontologist identified the remains as Wetterling’s earlier today,” the release said.

The release didn’t say if anybody has been charged. The sheriff’s office said investigators will evaluate new evidence and “expect to be in a position to provide more detailed information early next week.”

The abduction of the 11-year-old boy led to the 1994 Jacob Wetterling Crimes Against Children and Sexually Violent Offender Registration Act, which requires states to maintain sex offender registries and guidelines.

Unnamed sources told CNN affiliate WCCO and the Minneapolis Star Tribune newspaper that a suspect in Wetterling’s disappearance led the FBI to remains that are now being tested for DNA.

Patty Wetterling, Jacob’s mother who became an advocate for families of missing children, told CNN in a text, “Our hearts are broken. There are no words.” She declined further comment.

The Sordid Truth of a Hillary Presidency

Dinesh D’Souza has written a New York Times bestseller, which is the source of the blockbuster documentary Hillary’s America: The Secret Life of the Democratic Party. In both formats, D’Souza reveals the sordid truth about Hillary Clinton and the Democrats. Each provides a brief history of the Democratic Party, followed by a disclosure of the true Hillary Clinton, including her extensive lies and corruption.

In Hillary’s America, D’Souza documents how Democrats transitioned from pro-slavery to pro-enslavement; the longstanding Democratic political war against women; how Hillary Clinton’s political mentor was, literally, a cold-blooded gangster, Saul Alinsky; how the Clintons and other Democrats see foreign policy not in terms of national interest, but in terms of personal profit; and how Democratic-controlled cities have turned into hotbeds of crime and corruption. American Thinker interviewed him about his latest projects.

The Sinister Side of a Cashless Society

Maybe it sounds convenient, but it is a one-way ticket to tyranny.

Some on the left are proposing the elimination of currency bills larger than $10. This may seem like an insignificant matter, but if adopted, the proposal would be a giant step in the direction of totalitarianism.

By forcing Americans to use an electronic means of payment, government would gain the power to monitor and manipulate every aspect of one’s finances. Washington would know what you buy, where and when you buy it, where you travel and eat, and whom you associate with. Granting government this kind of power is madness unless you’re one of the political elite. They seem to be lining up in favor of a cashless society.

Angela Merkel’s CDU ‘Suffers Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Poll Blow’

Angela Merkel’s ruling CDU party has been beaten into third place by an anti-immigrant and anti-Islam party in elections in a north-eastern German state, partial results have shown. The Alternative fuer Deutschland (AfD) party took about 21% of the vote behind the centre-left SPD’s 30%.

The vote was seen as a key test before German parliamentary elections in 2017.

Deported Moroccans Plotted Major Terror Attacks in France, Report

Two Moroccan nationals deported by France last month were planning major terror attacks in the eastern French city of Metz, according to a Moroccan paper. They were in contact with the Islamic State (IS) armed group and planned to attack a restaurant and a gay nightclub and use vehicles to run down pedestrians, as in the Bastille Day attack in Nice, the Arab-language daily Assabah reports.

The two men, Redouane Dahbi and Ayyoub Sadki, planned to attack the Place de la République in the heart of Metz, Assabah claims without naming any sources.

IS had promised to provide them with weapons to commit the attacks, in particular against nightclubs frequented by young people, it says, adding that Dahbi was planning to attack a big restaurant in the town centre and L’Endroit, a gay nightclub.

That attack would have been an attempt to emulate June’s attack that killed 50 people in a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida.

Exposing 5 Little Known Facts About Islam Politicians and the Media Are Deliberately Concealing From You

By Christopher J. Green

“Here we go again” I thought as I read through media reports about the latest atrocity committed by a fanatic shouting “Allahu Akbar.” This particular act of murderous jihad claimed two more young innocent lives in the name of Islam, British travellers Mia Ayliffe-Chung and Thomas Jackson. Their only crime was to be in a hostel in Queensland, Australia at the wrong time.

Despite the fact that the perpetrator, named as Sami Ayad, a “Frenchman” apparently, shouted what the media incorrectly call “an Arabic phrase meaning God is greatest,” police insist there’s no evidence showing he’d been radicalized or motivated by politics. They didn’t go as far to say he’s suffering from a mental illness this time.

True to form, the media is downplaying any connection to Islam. Instead of accurately describing Ayad as a “French Muslim”, he’s portrayed as a “Frenchman.” Furthermore, the exclamation “Allahu Akbar” is not an Arabic phrase nor does it mean “God is greatest” as the duplicitous media reports state. It’s an Arabic phrase specific to Islam — not all Arabs are Muslims for goodness sake — and it means “Allah is greater.” Meaning Allah is greater than your Gods and greater than your man-made governments and laws.

Police in the city believe they have identified the man shot on Friday night at the city’s Frölunda Torg, but would not confirm media claims that he was the leader of one of the city’s most notorious gangs.

Calais ‘War Zone’: Migrants Build Road Blocks to Get on Trucks

The lawlessness gripping the besieged French port is now so terrifying panicked authorities said it resembled a “war zone” and fear a death unless urgent action is taken.

Refugees desperate to cross the Channel are causing carnage around the ferry terminal by blocking roads with trees.

In a disturbing new tactic those living in the notorious Jungle camp have started hurling missiles at vehicles causing them to abruptly stop before ambushing them.

Last week a group of Britons cheated death when three migrants thew a log at their car forcing it into the path of an articulated lorry.

Xavier Delebarre, boss of France’s northern road network, said there were “between 25 and 30 barricades a night” adding: “They have tools, electric chainsaws that can be bought anywhere for £12.

“There is a strategy in their concerted attacks. They launch simultaneous assaults and also diversions. Migrants build barricades by piling different materials on the road, including branches, as well as mattresses and trash.

“They set it on fire and then put gas cylinders in the fire, which is very worrying. They create traffic jams to storm the trucks, so they can board them.”

Humiliation for Angela: Anti-Migrant Movement Trump Merkel’s Party in German Election

In signs of growing discontent with the Chancellor a year after she announced her open borders policy, Mrs Merkel’s CDU party was beaten into THIRD place by Germany’s Alternative for Deutschland party (AfD) who secured 21 per cent of the vote in her home state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern today.

Driving Miss Soros

Looking every bit like an aged matron who flew the convent coop during the aftermath of Vatican II (all Catholic readers of a certain age know exactly what I mean), Ms. Soros looks a bit peaked, though still quite fetching in her charcoal gray pantsuit.

Her His Xyr/Hir/Pers/Vis/Eir appearance is eerily similar to that of Dame Margaret Rutherford, although Soros is considerably the older of the two as pictured.

I know that most people refer to George Soros as “Mr. Soros,” but far be it from me to pigeonhole a public figure’s gender identity, especially hers his xyrs/hirs/pers/vis/eirs.

After all, Soros has contributed millions of dollars to undo the very scientific binary understanding of sex and gender. So one must at least consider the possibility that deep down inside, there is something unseen by the rest of us that drives the man person — some set of unresolved sexual identity issues — and this is no doubt why, now that Soros is well beyond eighty years old, his her xyr/hir/pers/vis/eir outward appearance is likewise becoming increasingly sexually ambiguous.

“Soros” is a rare palindrome, just like 666. It also happens to be a feminine noun found in Greek New Testament manuscripts meaning “an open coffin” or “receptacle for keeping the bones of the dead.” Interesting. Many would agree that this is curiously, queerly fitting and that it explains a lot. A whole lot.

How Pope Francis Betrayed His Name

Saint Francis was not some 13th-century hippie — particularly when it came to Islam.

When Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio became the new Catholic pope in 2013, he chose the name of Francis to indicate that his pontificate would be one of mercy and compassion for the poor and needy. Such is the reputation of his eponym, Saint Francis of Assisi: “the man of poverty, the man of peace, the man who loves and protects creation,” said Bergoglio, now Pope Francis, as to why he chose that name.

St. Francis (1182-1226) is indeed known for all those qualities. But he was known for something else his modern-day namesake fails to live up to: unapologetically confronting Islam.

According to St. Francis of Assisi and the Conversion of the Muslims by Frank M. Rega:

Fully aware of the dangers, Francis was determined to go on a mission to the unbelievers of the Muslim nations. The primary sources are in agreement that he was now ready to sacrifice his life and die for Christ, so there can be little doubt that the intent of his journey was to preach the Gospel even at the risk of martyrdom. (p. 43)

Along with saving souls, he sought to save lives as well — to help bring peace to the turbulent world he lived in, where Christians, responding to centuries of Islamic invasions and conquests of Christian lands, had gone to war with Islam in the Crusades:

Converting the Muslims by his preaching was the ultimate goal of Francis’ efforts, and a peaceful end to the war would be a consequence of their conversion. In the words of scholar Christoph Maier, “Francis, like the crusaders, wanted to liberate the holy places in Palestine from Muslim rule. What was different was his strategy. … He wanted their total submission to the Christian faith.” (p. 63)

It would appear church leaders today have wandered far from the notion of converting muslims to Christianity. Now they want to understand and affirm some sort of monotheistic brotherhood. But I’m not sure if that was Jesus idea when he said “go preach the gospel.”

  3. Already the left wing media and their pathetic luvvie following are in full flow, traducing the AFD’s stunning electorial result with the usual hackneyed cries of far right,”xenophobic, populist etc.

If this carries on there will be a revolution because like many other Europeans, German citizens have had enough of the ridiculous flood of so called refugees into the EU whilst Saudi Arabia, Qatar and others sit on their hands and do nothing! Merkel is lucky she is not in prison for constitutional incompetence at the very least. The establishment status quo cannot continue.

Here in the UK we have a shambles of an official opposition to a truly right wing, hard nosed Tory Government already reneging on BREXIT.

The Labour party (the party that just keeps giving) with calamity Corbin the Commie ( up to his neck with dubious Arab connections and patently anti Semitic), Keith Vaz the parsimonious creep up to his neck in a squalid rent boy scandal ( hubris is such a wonderful thing), and main (BIG) mouth piece for the party, comedian (?) Eddie Izzard in full cross dressing regalia clattering along a London Street in his best high heels to retrieve his stolen pink beret, which was finally recovered by a gaggle of burly Met policeman pouncing on the miscreant who snatched it! Never around when an old lady is deprived of her hand bag and pension by thugs on mountain bikes though are they? This has got to change though as we the Brits have had just about enough.

  4. Christianity is dead in Western Europe and has been for 0ver half a century. There are no Catholic armies, only corporate interests, to fight endless wars as we slink into communism. Headlines say Frau Merkel lost a local election, but fail to mention the old communist party of Germany, the SPD won. The dialectic of re-distribution (run by multi-millionaires and billionaires) continues, so let’s go shopping?

    • I fail to see this vote as any kind of a setback for the ruling coalition. The CDU-SPD coaltion is secure from any challenge.

The voters were offered a clear choice between the sellout government parties and an anti-immigration party but still could not trouble themselves to support AfD. Auf wiedersehn, Germany. You chose servility and extinction.

This reminds me of the movie “Top Secret” where the hero is about to be executed by firing squad in E. Germany. A general chooses to stop the execution and phones directly to the execution site. As the soldiers stand with rifles raised and pointed at the hero, you hear the phone ring and the person you see on the screen who goes to answer the phone is an old lady. She must use an aluminum walker and approaches the ringing phone at a snail’s pace.

So in Germany, catastrophe looms but the voters proceed at a glacial pace to support those who clearly will save them from the peril they are in. These things cannot be rushed!

      • Oops. It’s the CDU-CSU ruling coalition not CDU-SPD. The results thus still represent voter unwillingness to choose a clear anti-immigration alternative but they are not an affirmation of the ruling coalition. It’s also a bigger loss for the CDU than I thought.

        • Actually, you were right the first time. Merkel heads a CDU/SPD “Grand Coalition”:

In modern Germany, grand coalition (German: Große Koalition) describes a governing coalition of the two numerically largest parties in a parliament. Most commonly the Christian Democrats (jointly CDU and the Bavarian CSU) and the Social Democrats (SPD).

          (Wikipedia)

The CSU is the Bavarian version of the CDU. Theoretically it is a conjoined twin of the CDU, but the Bavarians are dissatisfied with the Dear Leader, and the CSU is threatening to break away.

  5. The five Afghans accused of harassing women at that wine festival had gotten bonkers because the ladies in question were wearing dirndls.

    One can sympathize.

  6. ** “The voters aren’t realising they are voting for a party that doesn’t want to distance itself from the far-right spectrum,” president of the Central Council of Jews in Germany Josef Schuster told AFP Friday. **

There is no end to the utility of the “far-right” locution, in particular the preposterous “far-right National Socialist” one. Preservation of the nation and its ethnic composition, as well as patriotism and common sense, thus end up as “far-right” (therefore Nazi) by virtue of this arbitrary designation. Authoritarian practices (rubbery laws, kangaroo courts, police harassment, government use of leftist street thug auxilliaries) so characteristic of the left avoid scrutiny. The real threat is not from the right but from the recrudescence of totalitarian leftism. The color of the police uniforms is different. I grant that.

Schuster joins the ranks of all the liars and traitors who do their utmost to ensure the destruction of Western civilization.
