And life is worth the living just because He lives. No panic indeed!
According to the end of the Book, which most of us have read, the good guys win. On Easter is when this happened; we just aren’t living that victory yet. But it is etched in stone, or in the wood of the cross: Christ conquered death and so we live also. Enjoy your Easter as His final gift to us, on Earth that is. We’ve lots more to look forward to once we loose these mortal bonds and join Him.
A warning to the peoples of Islam on this day of Christian Triumph:

In the Orthodox Church there is a belief that people who die on Easter Sunday go directly to heaven. I do hope that Pakistani Christians killed in Lahore on Easter are now with Jesus Christ for Whom they have been murdered. May God console their relatives and help those who have been left crippled.
