Among his findings: many American companies are storing their information in other countries to get around NSA surveillance.

Let’s hope the Senate follows through with letting the Patriot Act die. It’s the Soviet Surveillance Act, in my humble opinion. If it worked, our intel community would be telling us all the terrorists they’ve caught.

At some point the bloat has to begin to shrink. This could be a start.

And Rand Paul is always worth watching.
