“Our Present Is Your Future”

Below is the prepared text of the speech given in Chanhassen, Minnesota tonight by Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff, at an event sponsored by SW Metro Tea Party Patriots and ACT! for America, Minneapolis Chapter.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Thank you for inviting me here to Chanhassen. It’s the first time I’ve been to Minnesota, and I must say it’s a pleasure to be here. The closest I came to this part of the country was when I lived in Chicago, but that was many years ago.

I have always admired the Tea Party Movement, contrary to most of my fellow Austrians, who are uneducated when it comes to the historical significance of the original Boston Tea Party. What I admire most is that you are nourished by the very American belief that the government does not have the answers, that reform comes from below, that people are wiser than their leaders.

I bring you greetings from Austria. I’d like to be able to report some happy news, but there is little good news to be had in my country. Austria, like most of the rest of Western Europe, is being Islamized at an accelerating pace, even as our freedom of speech is more and more often suppressed. The two processes are connected with each other: in order to prevent any real public understanding of what Islamization means, and to inhibit any popular discontent, the ability to tell the truth is vigorously squashed.

Those of you who know me are aware that I will NOT cease telling the truth about Islam. For almost ten years I have made it my business to inform my fellow Austrians about the nature of Islam, as revealed in the Koran and the sayings of Mohammed. I refuse to cease my activities merely because dhimmi government bureaucrats consider such truths to be “hate speech”. In the past I have been prosecuted and convicted for explaining Islam in a factual manner, and I may well be prosecuted again. But I shall continue regardless.

Similar conditions exist in other European countries. Austria is not even the worst-off — Britain and Sweden are vying with each other to see who can be the most repressive. In both countries you are likely to be prosecuted for saying anything that reflects badly on Islam. And, just as in Austria, the truth is no defense.

As an example, consider what happened to my good friend Paul Weston, a Counterjihad activist and the leader of the LibertyGB party in Britain. Last April, as a part of his election campaign for the European Parliament, Paul stood on the steps of the Winchester Guildhall and quoted from a book written in 1899 called The River War. He recited the following words:

“How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property — either as a child, a wife, or a concubine — must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Thousands become the brave and loyal soldiers of the faith: all know how to die but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith.”

Someone in earshot heard his words, took offense, and called the police. Paul was eventually arrested, taken to the police station, and charged with “incitement of racial hatred”, which is a “racially aggravated crime under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.” The charges were later dropped, but what happened to him served as a warning to others who might consider doing something similar.

All of this is bad enough — to be arrested for reading from an old book that makes politically incorrect observations about Islam. But that book happens to have been written by a man named WINSTON CHURCHILL.

Such is the sad state of affairs in Modern Multicultural Britain: an English citizen can now be arrested for giving a public reading from a book by the greatest British prime minister who ever lived.

I could cite more examples from all over Western Europe, but if I did I would exceed my allotted time and keep all of us up long past our bedtime. Someone is arrested almost every day in Europe for “hate speech”, and the offending words almost always concern Islam.

There is currently a demand by the Islamic Faith Community in Austria for an “anti-Islamism law”, which is actually a ruse to obtain new favorable provisions for Muslims. The drive for this law is being backed by Turkey. The same law is also being demanded in Germany by the Turkish community. The final result, if they are successful, will be that Muslims in both countries will gain further special privileges and be protected from criticism.

Truth is the first victim when our freedoms are threatened. Seraphina Verhofstadt was asked in a TV interview why she still displays the Israeli flag after being beaten up, and whether it would not be wiser to remove it. She answered: “If I do that, I will also lose my freedom of speech.”

I have been asked frequently after my conviction whether it would not be wiser just to stop talking about Islam “in this way”. My answer is: “If I do that, more people will lose their freedom of speech.”

First we lose truth, then we lose freedoms, and finally we lose life itself.

As I have said previously, “There is no free speech in Austria and in Europe. That’s just an illusion; that’s just what the politicians are telling you. If you wanted a definition of European free speech, I would say, ‘Well, you have the right to say anything as long as it’s within what the government tells you to think.’”

Our politicians, similar to yours here in the United States are members of the Global Ministry of Truth, with its policy that Islam is a religion of peace hijacked by a Tiny Minority of Extremists. They are forcing truth upon us, preventing us from seeking truth and knowledge.

The engine driving the assault on civil liberties in Europe is the presence of millions of Muslims. It’s not just that the Islamic population is large enough in most major cities to pose the risk of mob violence when roused. Muslims also tend to vote as a bloc, and mostly for the socialist parties, so that the ruling establishment falls all over itself to cater to Islamic needs in order to retain its hold on power. Muslims require that there be no public criticism of Islam, so all such speech is in the process of being outlawed. Related issues, such as mass immigration from the Third World, may also trigger the same penalties under the same laws.

Within its borders Europe now has an Islamic population equivalent to that of Saudi Arabia. Due to their aggressive behavior and their group solidarity, Muslims wield an influence far beyond what their numbers would suggest. Muslim demands tend to be enacted as public policy, and what they dislike tends to be outlawed. Halal food is served to everyone at public schools, and gender segregation is instituted at public swimming pools. Muslims are granted special exemptions from dress codes, the right to pray in rooms specially set aside for them, and the right to blast the call to prayer at ungodly hours from the minarets of their mosques.

Not surprisingly, anti-Semitism has risen to a level not seen in Europe since the fall of the Third Reich. And, needless to say, the new Jew-hatred largely originates with European Muslims — the “New Swedes”, the “New Germans”, and the “New Austrians”.

Yes, there are anti-Semitic native Europeans. But they are few in number, and their political parties are generally considered a joke in most countries. The two most significant Jew-hating parties are Jobbik in Hungary and Golden Dawn in Greece. The former arose in a former East Bloc country where pre-war attitudes were preserved by communism like a fly in amber. The latter developed out of the despair and chaos of economic ruin in the most destitute country in Europe — much as the National Socialists did in Germany during the Great Depression.

People outside of Europe, especially talking heads on television, tend to lump the anti-jihad parties in with Golden Dawn and Jobbik as “right-wing extremists”. But this is a false grouping: such parties are quite different. The anti-jihad parties support Israel, promote civil liberties, and generally espouse a classical liberal philosophy. Examples include the PVV in the Netherlands, the Danish People’s Party, the Sweden Democrats, the Austrian Freedom Party, and the Lega Nord in Italy. What they all have in common is their opposition to Islamization and mass immigration.

The rising anti-Semitism in Europe is Islamic anti-Semitism, which, as chronicled by my good friend Dr. Andrew Bostom, is as old as Islam itself. It is sanctioned — even mandated — by the Koran and the sayings of Mohammed. There is no Muslim community in Europe, not even the most “mainstream”, that is not rife with Jew-hatred.

The recent formation of the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq has drawn the world’s attention to the true nature of Islam. Images of the horrors unleashed by ISIS have spread all over the world via YouTube and social media. Our cowardly political leaders repeatedly deny that there is any justification in Islam for these acts. They keep telling us: “ISIS does not represent the true Islam”.

Yet nothing could be further from the truth. The Islamic State has returned to the core instructions recorded in the Koran, which Muslims consider to be the word of Allah. This IS the real Islam.

And this is the pernicious ideology that was deliberately imported into Europe along with millions of Muslim immigrants from North Africa, the Middle East, and the Indian Subcontinent. The process began forty years ago, and has been chronicled by Bat Ye’or in her ground-breaking book Eurabia. The first Oil Crisis in 1973 induced European governments to strike a Faustian bargain with Arab countries: in return for a guaranteed flow of oil at a relatively stable price, they were required to support the Palestinian cause, and also allow mass immigration from OPEC countries into Europe.

Four decades later, the results are as I have described. Our political leaders may well regret the decisions their predecessors made back then, but it is now far too late to reverse course. Not only is Muslim anger a potential threat to the civil order, but those in power depend on Muslim votes to keep them there. All they can do is double down on their failed policies, allowing more immigration, granting more concessions to Islam, and paying out billions and billions of additional euros in welfare and other subsidies.

Ladies and gentlemen, this will not end well.

It seems all but impossible that the crisis brought on by the Islamization in Europe will end peacefully. The process has gone too far to be rolled back by normal political means. We are facing the possibility of open civil war, and relatively soon. There are already “no-go zones” and sharia-controlled areas in dozens of European cities. How much longer can it be until a more explicit political separation is demanded? And how will native Europeans react to alien political states carved out of their own countries, which they must subsidize through their taxes?

If this war comes about, it will not be a civil war in the traditional sense. It will not consist of two armed factions of the same culture and people facing off against each other in their own homeland. This will be the clash of two alien cultures within the same territory. It will be an unimaginably horrible nightmare, the likes of which have never been seen before in Europe.

The closest analogy to that apocalyptic scenario would be the partition of India in 1947. More than a million people died in mass violence as Hindus and Muslims separated themselves from each other.

And all of this will take place as the Islamic State is gearing up to add Europe to its list of conquered territories.

The devil that Europe bargained with back in 1974 has now been unleashed upon the Middle East. It is currently raping and beheading its way through Syria and Iraq. It already has its eye on Africa, Iran, India, Europe, and eventually the entire globe. It aims to be the new worldwide Caliphate, the global Ummah.

This is the satanic force that Europe has attempted to placate for the past forty years. But there is no placating Islam: it intends to take everything we possess and destroy everything we are. Any negotiated settlement is just a temporary pause called by the Soldiers of Allah while they regroup. As the Koran instructs them, they are required to resume the battle as soon as they have sufficient strength.

My reason for visiting the United States this week is to deliver a warning to the American people. Europe stands as an example for North America. What is being done to us will be done to you.

And it will arrive sooner than you think. The pace of events is accelerating. What took thirty or forty years in Vienna, London, and Rotterdam may take ten or less in New York, San Francisco, and Minneapolis.

The appearance of ISIS on the world scene is both a symptom of and a contributing factor to that acceleration. The Islamic State sets an example for faithful Muslims all over the world. It reminds them of what true Islam is like. It cites the Koran and the life of Mohammed to justify what it does, and no Muslim who claims to be devout can argue with that logic.

Devout Muslims are motivated to travel to the Middle East to join forces with ISIS and fight in the jihad. The survivors are motivated to return to their “home” countries and continue the jihad there.

Because of the crisis on its southern border, the United States should be particularly concerned about a new surge of Islamic terrorism from within. It’s not just the existing sleeper cells of Hezbollah or Hamas that you have to worry about. Hundreds or even thousands of jihad fighters from the Islamic State may be pouring across the border as I speak. Given the absence of even rudimentary border enforcement, how would anyone know? Looking vaguely like Latinos, and trained to speak Spanish, they can pass unnoticed from the Southwest to various nodes of Muslim concentration where terror networks are waiting to welcome them. Dearborn, Nashville, Tampa, Brooklyn, and, yes, Minneapolis are all hotbeds of Muslim radicalism where ISIS terrorists could gather unmolested and elaborate their plans for major jihad attacks against American targets.

While all this is happening, your president — who, if he isn’t a Muslim, might as well be — has implemented a policy of expanded Muslim immigration into the United States. Somalis, Afghans, Syrians, and Iraqis are being brought to this country and settled in communities, both large and small, without any consultation with local citizens.

The combination of these two processes — one conducted openly on commercial airliners, the other by stealth across the southern border — will soon do to your country what has already been done to mine. Many other major cities will come to resemble Dearborn and Minneapolis, with hijabs on the streets, halal in the stores, prayer rooms in public facilities, and the ever-present subliminal threat of organized Muslim violence if Islam is not accommodated, placated, and promoted.

OUR present is YOUR future. And it is coming sooner than you think. The time to take action is NOW, while a peaceful resolution of the problem is still possible.

In order to effect change, you must make your elected leaders feel the intensity of your outrage. This requires becoming a citizen activist. Writing to your congressman or senator is not sufficient: you will need to act locally. Attend public gatherings and participate in demonstrations. Sit in on meetings of the city council and the board of supervisors. Stand up in front of the microphone and make your opinions known to those who were elected to represent you.

Above all else, educate yourself about Islam. Books by Robert Spencer, Bill Warner, and Sam Solomon provide an invaluable introduction to Islamic law and its relevance to what is happening in the world today. Acquire a copy of Reliance of the Traveller, the authoritative guidebook on Islamic law written by a Muslim for a Muslim audience. It was composed centuries ago by a prominent Muslim jurist, but there is an authorized translation into modern English that is reasonably priced and available online. If you spend a little time browsing through this book, you’ll not only understand why Muslims all over the world do what they do, you’ll learn that the “Islamophobes” are entirely right in what they say about Islam.

In order to counter criticism by “moderate” Muslims, you’ll need to learn about the doctrine of abrogation and the practice of taqiyya. These are the two cornerstones of Islamic deception when dealing with non-believers. They are what allow Muslims to cite the “peaceful” verses of the Koran as applicable, when they are in fact considered invalid under Islamic law. They permit Muslims to lie to non-Muslims with a straight face — and with the full sanction of the Koran.

In other words: in order to understand what we’re up against, you have to learn to think like a Muslim. I know this is a difficult and distasteful task. It’s not how any of us prefer to spend our time. However, if you want to prevent your city from looking like the no-go zones of Paris or Berlin, it’s a job that must be done.

After you’ve learned enough to be well informed about (and sick to death of) Islam, it will be your job to reach out to other people and inform THEM. Yes, that’s also an unpleasant job, but somebody has to do it. You can’t count on the media or educational institutions to explain the facts about Islam to the general public. It’s up to us — changing the world, one mind at a time.

You’ll be pleasantly surprised to discover how many people are receptive to what you say. A substantial percentage of the public — possibly even a majority — has realized that something is wrong with the media narrative on Islam. They do NOT believe that Islam is a “religion of peace”. But they DO understand the penalties for questioning the official lies. They don’t want to lose their jobs or be arrested for hate speech. They have no wish to be bodily attacked on the street by adherents to the Religion of Peace.

So they keep their own counsel, year after year. Until they happen to run into a group such as this one, where people say commonsensical things and treat the truth with respect. The discovery that you are not alone, that there are thousands of others who feel the same way you do, is a liberating experience.

Once there are sufficient numbers of like-minded people consulting with each other and making plans, actual effective action can be taken. It doesn’t have to be angry, confrontational action where people take to the streets carrying signs that call Mohammed obscene names and fighting with the police. In fact, that sort of behavior is counterproductive. It turns off people who have not yet made up their minds about what they think of Islam.

A good example of effective community action is the resistance against the building of new mosques. Those of us who educate ourselves about Islam eventually learn the true nature of mosques. They are not houses of worship: they are centers for political indoctrination, storehouses for weapons and intelligence, gathering places for radicals and terrorists, and quasi-military installations that intimidate non-Muslim residents in the surrounding community. When local citizens learn the truth about mosques, they naturally want to stop them from being built in their neighborhoods.

This can’t be done through a full-on frontal attack, since that would make the protesters vulnerable to charges of “racism” and “xenophobia”, and would be countered with the fact that mosques are protected under the freedom of religion clause of the First Amendment.

But mosques are vulnerable in other areas, mostly as covered under zoning laws. Parking, overcrowding, use of a building for purposes outside zoning restrictions — these are among the many ways that mosques can be successfully countered.

To achieve results, citizens must learn to fight smart. They have to read up on the laws and obtain legal help. They must be patient, thorough, and polite in their encounters with officials and bureaucrats. They must be stubborn, tenacious, and prepared to fight the same sort of battle over and over again.

Remember also that it is our duty, when others falter, to defend individual liberty, parliamentary supremacy, and the rule of law.

My British friend Gavin Boby, a planning lawyer for the Law and Freedom Foundation, has had enormous success stopping mosques in Britain by opposing them on points of law during meetings with local councils. I would be happy to put you in touch with him so that he can train you in the finer points of “mosque busting”. He has taught his procedural model to groups in Canada and Australia.

I could say much more about how ordinary citizens can resist Islamization, but my time is short. I’ll be happy to answer your questions afterwards.

I’ll close with this thought:

The West is in the grip of what Mark Durie calls “theological illiteracy”. Western policymakers are deeply ignorant of dangers posed to non-Muslim minorities by the imposition of sharia law, especially dhimmi laws.

Islam’s doctrine of three choices, encompassing the theological institutions of jihad and the dhimma, is and must be the central issue for the West in its dialogue with the Islamic world. An understanding of this doctrine and its implications for the human rights of non-Muslims should be a cornerstone of public policy in relation to Islam, both now and for the foreseeable future.

Ladies and gentlemen, if we are to resist Islam, we must first UNDERSTAND Islam.

  1. The message is, as always, clear and concise. The question is, will that message be heard or will it be silenced by the powers of darkness?

  2. First we lose truth, then we lose freedoms, and finally we lose life itself.
    What a wonderful lady. All western politicians must wash her feet and drink the water to educate them.
    Why not even 10% of the western population think like her. When voters go and vote for the DARING LIARS/ politicians, they feel being supported by the general public. Why do we go and vote at all, that is a puzzle.
    Politicians can solve problems, but in a crappy “democracy” they are the problem. What an irony. Humanity has sacrificed millions especially in 1848 in Europe to get rid of kingdoms and priests/ church only to take the reins by creatures worse than them.
    The media and talking head can change things but always to something worse, say like encouraging dhimmitude.
    God can’t change anything because he died when Nietzsche was born. Even Nietzsche, who was greater than any god, did not change anything. Hitler was beget by him and Hitler brought Europe to the brink of annihilation.
    You can’t think of any epoch in history as bad as the west today.
    Our leader are our enemies. The problem 99% of voters do not know that.
    When are they going to be aware of that?
    Is it going to be when given the three options: Dhimmitude, death, or convert to the cult of beheaders.

    I wonder if ESW is aware of The Religious Hatred Act in England.

    Muslims and their leftwing fascist supporters spent approx. 15 years agitating for this law, before it was finally introduced in 2005. That’s right – just after the 7/7 bombings, the leftwing government of the UK decided to reward the ideology of the mass murderers on the London Underground, by introducing a law which made the criticism of islam illegal. When this Religious Hatred Bill was initially introduced in 2005, it was as an addendum to an anti-terrorism Bill; it was then hived off into its own Bill so that the Demos would not notice that muslim terrorism was the key event in providing islam with total protection from criticism.

    I had never been a supporter of the unelected 2nd chamber in the UK. However, it was only the House of Lords repeated insertion of a freedom of speech clause which stopped this draconian law from being total censorship of any public criticism of islam. Without that proviso, there would have been nothing stopping the courts from finding Paul Weston guilty.

    Even now Tommy Robinson is facing another criminal prosecution. This time for exceeding by a few seconds his allotted speaking time at a Tower Hamlets demo.

    I cannot imagine that Americans would believe that such laws exist outside of totalitarian regimes such as Iran or the Soviet Union. Not only must people like Paul Weston and Tommy Robinson be careful of what they say – if they are permitted a chance to speak in a public square, they must tailor their speech to the second to ensure they do not go over their allotted time. Meanwhile, in Parliament it is a known tactic for a politician to filibuster, ensuring a law cannot be passed by the politician refusing to stop speaking in time. One rule for them, another rule for us.

        There are differences among these evils: Nazism was short-lived, though some of its present-day adherents can still be found under the rocks. Communism in its overt forms remains only in a few backward, destitute countries like Cuba and Vietnam. In no place, not even Russia, did it ever freely flourish and improve the lives of its people. The USSR was a soviet of fear and poverty except for the few, for the simple reason that it couldn’t make its way to a market economy. The USSR failed not because of anything we did, but because it was starving via an inability to permit the allocation of resources where they would be best used.

        China learned quicker, but its other problems are so large that it may not recover in time. Not to mention its various regressions to a command economy. This is my favorite:

        Who else but China would build a mega-city in Inner Mongolia? Oh wait, we have one here: Detroit is becoming Ordos, but much dirtier and more dangerous.

        Even now, some people are true believers in a top-down, government-knows-best centralized economic system. In those places, authentic innovation and creativity wither.

        The oldest is, of course, the slavery of Islam, is a tribally-based, totalitarian system with a facade of “religion” pasted onto a delusion of a supremacist utopia. The influence of Islam won’t end until our absolute need for fossil fuels is replaced by an unknown known: a technology which runs on something besides petroleum products. If we don’t create that replacement, the finite nature of fossil fuels dictates a slide back to an earlier time. That too also means the end of Islam – as it falls back to the desert from which it came and withers, looking like Israel did before the Jews transformed it.

        Arabic culture is passive, parasitic, and non-productive. “If Allah wills it” doesn’t breed curiosity or innovation; it impedes all attempts to move beyond the finality of the Koran. Just compare education in a madrassah and its endless rote memorization of Scripture with a modern university – or whatever parts of it escape the heavy hand of “Consensus” – where research and creative investigation are the hallmarks of authentic intellectuals…

        It was a backwater before oil and to a backwater it will return. Those of us burdened with having to live through the Islamic plague of modern times will have to pass on our irrepressible hope to the generations which follow.

        • He who lets the world, or his own portion of it, choose his plan of life for him, has no need of any other faculty than the ape-like one of imitation. He who chooses his plan for himself, employs all his faculties. He must use observation to see, reasoning and judgment to foresee, activity to gather materials for decision, discrimination to decide, and when he has decided, firmness and self-control to hold to his deliberate decision. And these qualities he requires and exercises exactly in proportion as the part of his conduct which he determines according to his own judgment and feelings is a large one.             Not Just For Boxers And Football Players Anymore…

            Great Britain’s Oxford University published an academic research paper entitled “Repeated mild injury causes cumulative damage to hippocampal cells,” in which repeated Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (rMTBI) has;

            “An emerging hypothesis in the study of neurotrauma is that repeated mild traumatic brain injury (rMTBI) may cause cumulative damage to the brain, which could ultimately result in memory and learning dysfunction.”
            The medical reference website MedScape.com cites the medical term for repeated mild head trauma as Repetitive Head Injury Syndrome, authored by Dr. David Cifu, MD, and Dr. Sherwin SW Ho, MD.

            The doctors pointed out that those suffering with the syndrome displayed:

            “cognitive impairments when compared with a control group in the areas of episodic memory, short-term memory, visuospatial processing, object naming, and semantic processing.”

            The U.S. government’s Center for Disease Control cited the functional changes of TBI in layman’s terms;

            TBI can cause a wide range of functional short- or long-term changes affecting thinking, sensation, language, or emotions.

            • Thinking (i.e., memory and reasoning);
            • Sensation (i.e., touch, taste, and smell);
            • Language (i.e., communication, expression, and understanding); and
            • Emotion (i.e., depression, anxiety, personality changes, aggression, acting out, and social inappropriateness).

            As cited, TBI can also cause epilepsy and increase the risk for conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other brain disorders that become more prevalent with age.

            What I read about zebibabas says the word means “raisin”. Is that the same confusion we hear about the Virgins in Paradise and raisins? Is this confusion accounted for by Traumatic Brain Injury?

        • In some early states of society, these forces might be, and were, too much ahead of the power which society then possessed of disciplining and controlling them. They ask themselves, what is suitable to my position? what is usually done by persons of my station and pecuniary circumstances? or (worse still) what is usually done by persons of a station and circumstances superior to mine? I do not mean that they choose what is customary, in preference to what suits their own inclination. It does not occur to them to have any inclination, except for what is customary. Thus the mind itself is bowed to the yoke: even in what people do for pleasure, conformity is the first thing thought of; they like in crowds; they exercise choice only among things commonly done: peculiarity of taste, eccentricity of conduct, are shunned equally with crimes: until by dint of not following their own nature, they have no nature to follow: their human capacities are withered and starved: they become incapable of any strong wishes or native pleasures, and are generally without either opinions or feelings of home growth, or properly their own.   4. Whilst I do think that people need to have a copy of The Reliance of the Traveller (in order to prove what sharia law is, and has been for over 1000 years), my recommended books are shorter and more accessible.

    I think that Ibn Ishaq is more accessible for most ordinary people than the koran or the hadiths. What the most authoritative muslim biographer of Mohammed has to say should be enough to shock most non-muslims into thinking that they need to pay deeper attention to other islamic texts and books by the likes of Robert Spencer. There is a shorter version of Ibn Ishaq (from Readers Digest) but it is hard to find (I’ve already given away both copies I had).     • Thanks for the recommendations – more reading for me – I’m currently reading Martin Gilbert’s history of WWII, the third of Winston Churchill’s books on the war (The Grand Alliance) and Laurence Rees’ book, Behind Closed Doors, which deals with a lot of interesting, war-related stuff re. the alliance with the Soviets etc. So it’ll take a while before I get around to Don Richardson’s book, but it’s on my list now …

  5. Well done. One must see the bigger picture to see how and why this situation has developed. Space does not permit, but the overarching reason for the International Islamic Infection is due to the so called “United” Nations.
    Our respective politicians and god only knows how many faceless ‘men’ at the UN, commit nations to an entity that is in fact worse than Islam – commonality being the shared goal for total global influence / dominance.
    A prudent person should examine at least the writings of Sun Tzu to understand both why “The West” has dug it’s grave, and how “The West” can extricate itself.
    A fool (and we are surrounded by them) will dismiss the lessons of history. Given “Western” so called “democracies” are demonstrably the cause of global infection (for a host of reasons) – then it stands to reason that the people we elect – and the systems of governance we choose – are the core problem.
    Fail to change that and be condemned to very unpleasant subservient fates commanded by the Qur’an.
    And last: Have you ever wondered why your governments want you disarmed and defencless? It’s nothing to do with public safety (etc ad-nauseam) it’s all to do with YOUR control. Chew over that when you next vote! PC (Sept 2014)

  6. A read of “Live Not By Lies” by Alexander Solzhenitzen will bring all this into clarity. Once a lie is listened to, and repeated, it’s all over. His talk is available on-line.

    Only by each one of us speaking the truth, whenever we can, will it live again. This takes courage, something that we all lack. I’m afraid to speak the truth at a neighbour’s BBQ because if I do they will shun me – and they WILL do this. It will be subtle because they want to stay ‘nice’ but it will be a shunning nevertheless. So I keep quiet.

    As this speaker says all it takes is for people like me to speak up. There is a tipping point in all things. When enough “me’s” speak up we become the majority.

    I suggest each of us start a blog and simply tell the truth in our own words. If friends and family read it – that is enough. Post your thoughts on current issues in the public realm, without fear. Some will blast you but even if you reach one other person they will be encouraged to repeat your truth and it will become theirs.

It’s heartening that Elisabeth educated American Tea Party members too many of whom, from what I can tell, seem to suffer from the Glenn-Beck/Sean-Hannity/Megyn-Kelly/Bill-O’Reilly Neurosis that can’t shake the TMOE meme (“the problem is not Islam itself, but some Minority of Extremist Islamists and by the way, most Muslims are decent people”). Let’s hope they take her cue and deepen their learning of the problem of Islam.

    • I know Tea Party People and what they stand for:

      Small government
      Thorough revision of the tax code
      Getting rid of the cozy relationship between banksters and government.
      Keeping local government accountable.
      Getting our fiscal house in order.

      One has to choose one’s turf and one’s war. They leave the Counterjihad to us…but we’re on the same side, just not on the same page.

      Obama is making it a one-size-fits-all so that these concerns have merged have merged somewhat with ours, but it is not their primary concern. Our horrible financial mess is their focus.

      The Tea Party erupted and came into being over the horrifically corrupt and deliberately destructive sub-prime scam and the government-wide fall out from that. The fact that no one went to jail is telling.

      Islam was too confusing but the local statehouse wasn’t.

      Canada, for example. has serious messes now with jihad but at least it doesn’t need to clean out the Augean Stables we have in D.C. Their housing is steady and reliable, while here the next generation coming up won’t have a house until mom and dad shuffle off this mortal coil. They won’t have a home they own in which to raise their children. Which will put a damper on having children because rents are inflated too.

      I see it happening now in deep blue places like Charlottesville, where the blue collar retirees who can afford their real estate taxes still live. But the working blue class? No way, not even with two salaries.

      Australia also has sensible domestic policies, now that they got rid of what’s her face, who pushed the carbon tax, the same thing Obama is about to dump on us. At least she went thru parliament for it. Oz came to its senses and voted her out and the parliament walked that law back and things are looking up.

      Oh, that we could do something like that instead of the extremity of a very divisive proposed impeachment. We know what lies down that dark road.

      Wish we could deal with illegal immigrants the way Oz does too. And had their health insurance laws. Neither Canada nor Australia needs a Tea Party. WE do.

      Meanwhile, let’s not badmouth those who would work with us when push comes to shove.
