Get Back!

The Israelis are taking action to deal with the mass influx of asylum seekers from sub-Saharan Africa: they are shipping them out to Uganda, with some incentives to induce the Ugandan government to agree to the deal.

Could Europe learn from Israel’s example?

The following article from unzensuriert.at was translated from German into Dutch by E.J.Bron, and from Dutch into English for Gates of Vienna by El Rubio:

Israel ships black African asylum seekers out to Uganda

Israel is shipping thousands of black African asylum seekers out to Uganda. Right now there are 55,000 African asylum seekers n Israel. Many of them beg, hang around in he streets or hire themselves out as day laborers. Israel wants to get rid of these uninvited guests. Therefore the Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a deal with the dictator Museveni in Uganda. Israel will give Uganda development assistance and weapons for its army, and in return Uganda will take the asylum seekers.

Israel will provide Uganda with mortars, artillery guns and surveillance systems, and also it will train fighter pilots in Israel.

Up to 3,000 refugees to Uganda every year

With this agreement, Israel wants to get rid of at least 3,000 asylum seekers to Uganda every year. It is of no consequence that the countries of origin of these refugees actually were Eritrea and Sudan. Israel first wants to convince these asylum seekers to disappear in the direction of Uganda with paid airplane tickets and some financial help. If they don’t want to go voluntarily, then they will lose their residence permits and will be locked up in camps.

Israel wants to force the asylum seekers to turn their backs on Israel with the help of strict work bans and the stopping of monetary transfers to their countries of origin. At the moment 250,000 refugees from Rwanda, the Congo and the Sudan already live in Uganda.

  1. Could Europe learn from Israel’s example?

No. Because the same folk who want Israel to stay what it is also want Europa to stop being what it is:

And those same folk also want to keep inconvenient facts where they belong: well away from public debate:

Double standards? What are you, some kinda hater?

  2. Blessed Foot Forward – You are lumping US Jews with Israeli Jews – not a wise thing to do since we differ so much on so many things. We share ethnicity and religion, but the culture and values are very, very different. We want our country to remain Israel and not become Sudan or Eritrea. Whatever the American Jews – who are, for the most part, much more American than they are Jewish – think and hope for their own country is none of our concern.
Many people are talking about the Uganda operation here. It’s supposed to start after the holidays, and I strongly hope it truly will happen as planned. For a small country like ours, this is a matter of survival.
I think Europe has various small-scale operations such as this, but they will never do anything like this on a large-scale basis, since it goes against their dealy held notions of multiculturalism.

    • Israeli — thanks for comment, but I’m not lumping anyone together. Jennifer Rubin and others like her with a LOT of power and media influence want Israel to stay what it is. Which I support 100%. But Ms Rubin and her fellows also want the US and Europe to stop being what they are. Which I oppose 100%. Maybe you should get on to the Israel supporters in the US and tell them to stop supporting the destruction of Israel’s greatest friend in the world.

  3. How did they even get in to begin with? Crossing through Egypt? Why not just tell them to get lost and enforce the border? Or is this another one of those inexplicably limp wristed actions that we occasionally see from Israel for PR purposes, like releasing psychopathic murderers into the arms of terror groups?

  4. In all honesty, though, this asylum thing seems to have become akin to colonisation. I don’t recognise this obligation that the UN has imposed upon the developed world, and I don’t think that the majority of citizens do either. We will take asylum seekers when and if we want them, not when they decide they want in. I say this as an Australian. We have had our troubles, but our new government should handle them, and they’ve never been nearly as bad as Europe’s, which, frankly, is an invasion.

  5. There are a “few” facts this report “forgets” to include.

Those are not “asylum seekers” – they are illegal infiltrators who openly admit they are job seekers in no danger whatsoever in their countries.
only after they started feeling “in hot water” they started swamping the authorities with their “asylum” claims.
another fact is that they are getting the whole-hearted support and guidance from the usual suspects aka “human rights ngos” with the foreign funding not the least and with all the pompous backing by the 99% “liberal and enlightened” Israeli press and media.
Many times the interviews are conducted with NGO activists of foreign nationality who came to Israel to “help the refugees”.
I guess that’s the european payback for Noam Humski and the kind. 🙂
But we have admittedly the same [epithets] of our own, don’t worry. 🙁
And another fact – those “asylum seekers” have a tremendous impact on Israeli crime rates, expecially in South Tel Aviv. Just like they do in all other places and countries they swarm into. Well, you know what I’m talking about, right?
So, please – they don’t “beg for food and just hang on the streets”. The situation in STA is close to critical and the infiltrators aren’t ashamed of attacking the Knesset members on street if they come without bodyguards.
Besides, I’ve yet to see how the government will fulfil its promises. There were so many already since 2009… And part of them are stuck in the endless high court battles thanks to the horde of NGO’s advocates. I don’t hold my breath so far… 🙁 🙁 🙁
