  1. When the US first went into Afghanistan I was filled with hope that we would free the women from the Taliban and they would be able to lead western lives of equality. Unfortunately, the creep of Islamist doctrine seeped into Pakistan and now we see things like depicted in this video.
    I have lost hope of freeing the Muslim woman from the chains of Islam in places like the Af and the Pak. I don’t think there is anything the western world can do to change that.
    The women of the Islamist countries have to rise up and free themselves. I have thought that for many years. Until the women exact retribution on those that throw acid in their faces nothing will change. I don’t think this will happen anytime soon.
    I consider “women’s rights” in these countries to be a lost cause. I don’t think western aid will help in any significant way.
    Have you ever had a loved one that was terminally ill? You know in your heart that they are going to die and there is nothing you can do about it? That is the way I feel about the women of Afghanistan and Pakistan.

    But the O N L Y way that such women can gain their inalienable human rights…

    Is if their M E N gain their inalienable human rights.

    It is a cardinal error to concentrate on the rights of women or children — when you are a foreigner — with an alien culture, to boot.

    Every d i r e c t step taken on their behalf, by the West, blows-back upon them.

    Hence, it’s been tragic that we spent a thin dime on educating Afghan girls. To do so is to e n t i r e l y disrupt their social order — and cause the men to attack their own women.

    Instead, every effort should be made to educate the boys — and not in religious dogma. Soon enough, educated young men will be willing to permit their younger sisters to learn, also.

    Put the horse before the cart – and it will pull.

    • Islam is not a normal type of horse. It is totally insane. Moslem women can only gain their equality when Islam has been killed.
      There is no other way.

  4. There is a lot to help them and to get rid of Islamisms in their hearts…….. if there would be will to show the beginnings of Islam as it started.

    Not “another theory” ……. ALL IS BASED ON HISTORY.

    If Muslims and Muslimas learn HOW ALL STARTED they would be desperate to leave Islam ……….

    Until this very second there is not a single publisher out there who is courageous enough to bring this as a book !

  5. It is a huge mistake to think we can overlook the spiritual aspect of the struggle when all along the militant Muslims are using their religion as the justification for the things they do. The reality is you can’t insist that someone fight for their own freedom when they don’t even know what real freedom is. To many women, fighting for their personal well-being means insisting on having the right to hide in a burkha. They would fight to stay in prison while we put our own families and nations at risk to insist they be free. There is only one way and that it is to ‘get rid of the slave woman and her son’ (account of Sarah and Hagar in the Old Testament account of Abraham). There is no place for the children of free people to be yoked in any way with slavery and we should not expect our children to accept that kind of a future. We are responsible for our own children and grandchildren first and foremost, not someone else’s. If they invite us to share what we know about upholding freedom, that’s different. If they reject it outright, then let us concentrate on preserving what’s necessary for our own children’s freedom and peace.
