Geert Wilders’ party, the PVV, believes that Jordan is the natural and logical homeland for the Palestinians. Many thanks to our Flemish correspondent VH for his translation of an article from today’s Elsevier:
Jordan angry because of PVV position on Palestine
Wilders finds that Jordan should be renamed Palestine.
by Maartje Willems
PVV leader Geert Wilders wants to resolve the conflict in the Middle East by forming Palestine out of Jordan. The Jordanian Minister of Communications is angry and has requested clarification.
according to Ynetnews, Saudi Arabia has also reacted angrily and asked for clarification via the embassy.
Wilders is not impressed by the reactions of Arab countries. “This is a free country — in contrast to those countries — and we should be allowed to maintain this position,” he says to Elsevier.nl.

“It is not only a conflict about land, but rather about ideology,” says Wilders. If Jerusalem falls into the hands of the Muslims, Athens and Rome will be next, according to the election program [pdf] of the PVV.
That is why the PVV is of the opinion that “we must do everything we can to stop the offensive by the Left and the Muslims to destroy Israel.” Wilders believes that “the West must protect Jerusalem.”
Jordan finds the idea of the PVV strongly reminiscent of the Israeli right wing, and is furious. The Jordanian Minister of Media and Communication, Nabil Al Sharif, has asked for clarification. “Jordan is an independent country that supports the Palestinians,” said Al Sharif. According to him, finding a country for the Palestinians is an illusion, which only a handful of people believe in.
If it were up to the PVV, however, Jordan transformed into Palestine would not need to become an obligatory homeland for Palestinians.
Geert Wilders is quite correct in his opinion of Jordan as a “Palestinian-Arab” homeland:
From 1517-1917 Turkey’s Ottoman Empire controlled a vast Arab empire, a portion of which is today Lebanon, Syria, and Palestine. During World War I (1914-1918), Turkey supported Germany. When Germany was defeated, so were the Turks. In 1916 control of the southern portion of their Ottoman Empire was “mandated” to France and Britain under the Sykes-Picot Agreement, which divided the Arab region into zones of influence. Lebanon and Syria were assigned (mandated) to France… and “Palestine” (today’s Jordan, Israel and “West Bank”) was mandated to Great Britain.
In 1923, the British divided the “Palestine” portion of the Ottoman Empire into two administrative districts. Jews would be permitted only west of the Jordan river. In effect, the British had “chopped off” 75% of the originally proposed Jewish Palestinian homeland to form an Arab Palestinian nation called Trans-Jordan (meaning “across the Jordan River”). This territory east of the Jordan River was given to Emir Abdullah (from Hejaz, now Saudi Arabia) who was not even an Arab-“Palestinian!” This portion of Palestine was renamed Trans-Jordan. Trans-Jordan would again be renamed “Jordan” in 1946. In other words, the eastern 3/4 of Palestine would be renamed TWICE, in effect, erasing all connection to the name “Palestine!” However, the bottom line is that the Palestinian Arabs had THEIR “Arab Palestinian” homeland. The remaining 25% of Palestine (now WEST of the Jordan River) was to be the Jewish Palestinian homeland. However, sharing was not part of the Arab psychological makeup then nor now.

Of course Jordan and Opensewerabia would react angrily to this, wouldn’t they? After all, the fakestinian “people” was invented solely for anti-Israeli propaganda purposes after the Six-Day War. But, unfortunately, such a repeated-often-enough lie has made most of the world fall for its utter falsehood, coming to blindly believe it to be the truth.
Well, Wilders’s words should be a first step in reminding our gullible and naive world of what the truth has always been, and that’s why it’s only natural that those inbred bedouin savage tapeworms would be so angry. It’d be nice indeed so see more and more folks open their eyes when those ayrabs thought that they had succeeded in duping everyone forever.

Palestinians crowded into Jordan. What could possibly go wrong with that idea?
Does he want to make a place for Dutch Moroccans out of Morocco too?
Geert Wilders should be the leader of the free world. He has vision and goals and ideals. It is amazing that America just can’t seem to come up with a president with values of democracy and freedom. Maybe should vote for Geert Wilders for president of the USA.
Jorden … is furious
Oh how I wish that EU politicians still had some of this oomph.
Imagine:
“OIC demands Europe subdue islamophobia”
“EU reacts with outrage! UK PM furious “we are not putting muslims in jail for 25 years for touching a bible with dirty hands!”
Sigh, can’t we all just vote in the Dutch elections?
It’s about time EVERYBODY who wants to weigh in on the Arab-Palestinian dispute get the truth. A good place to start is to read Efraim Karsh’s book, Palestine Betrayed. It shows that immediately after the UN mandated a two state solution to the conflict in 1947, the Arab/Muslims initiated the fighting which has continued ever since. Meanwhile, they have tried to rewrite history with the “Palestine myth.”
So, Helen Thomas has a defensible free speech position regarding Jews being encouraged to return to Poland, or wherever?. Yes she does.
Wilders is supposed to be excoriated for pointing out the obvious need for the Arab power structure to maintain misery among Palestians, via Saudi and Jordanian neglect. No he shouldn’t. Free speech loses again.
Wilders wins on subtlety, Thomas wins on Leftist PC. Pity the world yawns.
