According to DHS sources, the car bomb that failed to go off in Times Square was built according to plans detailed in the Al Qaeda instruction manual. A Connecticut man has been arrested in connection with the incident. His name is Shahzad Faisal, and he hails originally from Pakistan. Authorities say they have no clue as to his motive.
