Gender Warfare Without the Glass Ceilings

I Could Scream: Examining the plight of women under Islam

And now for an update on the Muslim gender war….

Where to start???

Here’s one: on December 7th in Riadyh, an announcement by the Philippine Embassy to its domestic workers in Saudi Arabia will probably take the prize for 2005’s Fatuous Double Speak Award.

Philippine Embassy officials have reminded Filipino women in the Kingdom to avoid going out of their residence at night so as not to get into trouble.
They also urged compatriots not to encourage workers who have complaints against their employers to run away because doing so would only complicate matters.

Want to know why this particular piece of advice — fabricated so as to cover the maximum amount of Embassy gluteus maximus — was issued?

For the same reason all of their pronouncements to their domestic workers are extruded from the wind-up doll they use to make these assinine statements: another domestic worker attempted to escape her Saudi employer and ran from the frying pan into the fire. When her story became public knowledge, they were forced to haul out the robot and push the right words through his mouth tube. Here’s what the tin man said:

Filipino women: Do-not-go-out-of-residence-at-night-in-Kingdom-You-will-get-into-trouble-Do-not-encourage-other-workers-to- run-away-Running-away-complicates-matters.

The victim told embassy officials that she ran away at about 8 p.m. one night last month to avoid the alleged sexual advances of her employer.
“I was walking hurriedly when five young men pulled me into a pickup and drove me to a house just a few blocks away from my employer’s residence,” she said.
She said seven young men took turns on her and gave her away later to another group of five young men, who also gang-raped her inside a tinted van as they cruised along the streets.
The rapists were reportedly playing full-volume music and her cry for help were apparently unheard.
She said her attackers also took her gold earrings and necklace plus SR1,000 cash.
Embassy personnel found her on a street seven hours later, almost naked. She was placed under the custody of Bahay Kalinga (shelter house) and given medical treatment.

She stayed at the shelter about a month and declined to file any charges. Her former employer returned her visa to her and paid her plane fare back to Manila. Wasn’t that nice of him? Maybe it was a birthday present: she turned twenty while staying at the refuge for battered domestics.

That’s one story. Wash, rinse, repeat endlessly in the Kingdom of Evil Saud. I’d have harsher words for the Philippine Embassy except that they’re caught between a rock and a hard place. These domestic slaves pump a lot of money back into the home economy. At least when they’re paid they do.

For the next Muslim gender war story, we fly on to Sweden, where Muslim immigrant men make no excuses for their treatment of Swedish infidel women:

“It is not as wrong raping a Swedish girl as raping an Arab girl,” says Hamid [link is in Swedish]. “The Swedish girl gets a lot of help afterwards, and she had probably fucked before, anyway. But the Arab girl will get problems with her family. For her, being raped is a source of shame. It is important that she retains her virginity until she marries.” It was no coincidence that it was a Swedish girl that was gang raped in Rissne – this becomes obvious from the discussion with Ali, Hamid, Abdallah and Richard. All four have disparaging views on Swedish girls, and think this attitude is common among young men with immigrant background. “It is far too easy to get a Swedish whore…… girl, I mean;” says Hamid, and laughs over his own choice of words. “Many immigrant boys have Swedish girlfriends when they are teenagers. But when they get married, they get a proper woman from their own culture who has never been with a boy. That’s what I am going to do. I don’t have too much respect for Swedish girls. I guess you can say they get fucked to pieces.”

The rate of rape and other violent crimes by Muslim immigrants in Sweden is difficult to ascertain. Sweden’s suicidal multi-cultural choke on freedom of the press makes it hard to know exactly how many young women are being victimized. The most basic of freedoms, the inviolability of the person, has been tied to a rock, put in a burlap bag, and dropped into the sea in Sweden. The ugly sister, P.C.-Speak, has taken Liberty’s place.

But the numbers of victims are not nearly so important nor as lethal as the motive behind the systematic degradation of women by Muslim men. As Fjordman says:

The number of rapes committed by Muslim immigrants in Western nations are so extremely high that it is difficult to view them only as random acts of individuals. It resembles warfare. Muhammad himself had forced sex (rape) with several of his slave girls/concubines. This is perfectly allowed, both in the sunna and in the Koran. If you postulate that many of the Muslims in Europe view themselves as a conquering army and that European women are simply war booty, it all makes perfect sense and is in full accordance with Islamic law. Western women are not so much regarded by most Muslims as individuals, but as “their women,” the women who “belong” to hostile Infidels. They are booty, to be taken, just as the land of the Infidels someday will drop, it is believed, into Muslim hands. This is not mere crime, but ideologically-justified crime or rather, in Muslim eyes, attacks on Infidels scarcely qualify as crime. Western women are cheap and offensive. We Muslims are here, here to stay, and we have a right to take advantage of this situation. It is our view of the matter that should prevail. Western goods, like the land on which we now live, belong to Allah and to the best of men — his Believers. Western women, too, essentially belong to us — our future booty. No wonder there is a deep and increasing suspicion against Muslims in the Swedish and European public.

What Fjordman says makes sense in one context, but not in all of them. Many of the Indonesian victims of gang rape in Saudi Arabia are Muslim girls, not infidel whores. This is just another example of taqiyya at work.

Islam practices misogyny of a most muderous kind. All women — not just infidel women — are potential booty. Objects. Disposable containers. One has only to observe how women are treated in Muslim countries to know you wouldn’t want to be a Muslim woman if you had any say about it.

But Swedish girls want to fight back so they’ve invented something to protect themselves:

A group of Swedish teenage girls has designed a belt that requires two hands to remove and which they hope will deter would-be rapists…
“It’s like a reverse chastity belt,” one of the creators, 19-year-old Nadja Björk, [said]… meaning that the wearer is in control, instead of being controlled.
The military-style buckle has a latch that the wearer has to move through a labyrinth into the correct position in order to unlock the belt.
“You need two hands to open it, so the rapist can’t hold you down and open it at the same time. It takes a while to figure it out if you don’t know what you’re doing,” she said.
The product was designed as part of a high school project in entrepreneurship and the girls have already sold 300 of the belts in Sweden, priced at 150 kronor.
Björk and one of her partners now plan to start a business to mass produce the belts and are currently in negotiations with potential partners.
“But I’m not doing this for the money,” she said. “I’m really passionate about stopping rape…

Her youth and passion are endearing. However, wait till one of those young women run into a group of Muslim men who don’t find their protection of themselves amusing. Nadja, how many times do you have to get punched before you’ll gladly undo that belt buckle you invented?AmandaIt’s not just rape, my dear, it’s systematic degradation. If you don’t understand this, ask your fellow countrywoman, who made the mistake of going out to celebrate New Year’s Eve with a friend. Here’s how her year ended at the hands of five Somali Muslims. Do you think, Nadja, that your belt would have helped her? I don’t. I think it would have enraged her attackers even more. They don’t let you have guns over there, do they, my girl? Lacking armament, I suggest you consider the oldest weapon women have: men. Belt or no belt, don’t leave home without several testosterone-filled humans for back-up.

Otherwise, until your country can make some provision for protection of its women, move here and join the NRA. We’d love to have an entrepreneurial soul like you.

  1. Once again the dreaded “I Could Scream” banner means a melancholy evening for a4g, as I go home to my three beautiful innocent daughters and wonder how any father would not kill or die to protect his own. Who is it that manufactures these evil boys whose highest expression of morality is the dry hump?

On one level, evil is so easy to understand, as you feel it tickling at the back of your mind.

But that’s almost a pretend evil, compared to the orgiastic bacchanal of brutality and hate these subhumans indulge in.

Enough to make an old atheist wonder if maybe there’s not some great pressure in the pipe, behind that slow drip drip drip in the conscience.

    Thanks a lot, D.

(And I mean that in whichever way you may take it.)

  2. This thinking is incomprehensible to me.

How does one fight against such hatred? How does one not call it evil? This is what humans are capable of. We are capable of the highest good and the greatest evil. I am so infuriated at what I see that I cannot even put two thoughts together.

  3. Can anyone explain what is it with certain women (Swedish in this case) that convinces them it’s alright to hang around with these animals? I’m not referring to the women who are violently raped but rather those who chose a boyfriend/lover from this culture when all the evidence indicates they are held in contempt.

  4. the Swedes deserve another 4-5 million muslims at least, 8-10 million more would be even better, but will they smile when made to clean their toilets, that is the burning question of the hour…?

  5. I’m sorry, but I can’t believe you just said that. The swedes don’t deserve this any more than any other people deserve it.

Ok, I have to confess, I’m married to a swede, so the news that comes out of sweden has a much more personal angle for me. Nevertheless, to say that the inhabitabnts of any particular country deserve the fate that Sweden is facing is just wrong. Their media is, if anything, even more uptight and arrogant than the BBC when it comes to admitting the possibility of muslims being bad. They simply won’t do it. Sweden, you see, is a socialist “paradise”. The government tells people what to believe, and they believe it largely because they have no choice in the matter. Their government was reformed in the 70s when a liberal left party took power, and that mindeset, if not the party, has remained in power ever since.

Sweden has the added difficulty of being a non-combative supporter of Hitler during WW2. Their government, at least, didn’t prevent the germans from marching across their land to Norway. There’s a a certain amount of collective guilt about this, which the lefties – and in sweden a lefty is basically a communist – wheel out whenever people start to make noises about Islam, or islamic crimes, or the growing problem in Malmö.

So no, they don’t have guns. They didn’t choose this, though. The government told them they weren’t allowed guns anymore and the swedes, like all scandanavians, are a caring bunch and were swayed by arguments that it would make life safer. They don’t complain about immigration, because they don’t want to seem cold-hearted. The history is such that they were desperate to be seen to do the right thing. Yes, it’s come back and bitten them on the arse, buit that isn’t their fault. It’s the fault of the left, expressed first in their government and now expressed in their virtual enslavement to the EU.

It’s a state of affairs that won’t last much longer, I can priomise that much. They need to be encouraged to stand up to this growing oppression. Telling them they deserve it isn’t going to work. Would you tell a battered woman that she deserves the treatment she gets? No. Sweden is a battered woman. It clings to the one thing it thought it loved, that being leftism, even when it knows it isn’t working anymore. The country as a whole needs encouraging to move away from that.

  6. goesh—??

Where is *that* sentiment coming from? No one deserves what is happening to Swedish women.

And it is damned hard to give up your utopian dreams. If the Swedes don’t do it soon, it will be too late.

OTOH, if you’re referring to the low status of immigrants in European countries, that is dismally true. They have never had to cope with this before. People emigrated out, not in.

During the boom manufacturing times, it made sense to small countries to allow mass immigration, just as we were doing with the Mexican immigrants. Both these situations failed because of the cynicism behind the motive of the immigrants.

I know France has blocked any real assimilation of its immigrant colonials, but Britian didn’t and it did no good. The hatred and violence that grows from indolent socialism is metastasizing.

I don’t have a solution, but I know they don’t deserve it. It is hard enough to watch Europe implode demographically without having the added burden of an immigrant population which despises them and wants them dead even quicker.

  7. BTW, a4g, I too hate the dreaded “Scream” banner. It’s always bad news. Same song in a different key. Still, it’s a song that needs singing. SOMEONE has to bear witness…

…so take your atheist soul to Midnight Mass with your wife and pretend to pray for Sweden. As a theologian friend of mine once said, “of course I pray. It is the only thing I can do while I wait to see what happens.”

  8. Shoprat–

The biggest change I’ve seen in the last thirty years is that people are beginning to use the word “evil” again, without embarrassment. About time…

Many years ago Karl Menninger wrote a book about psychology/morality with the plaintive title Whatever Happened to Sin?

    Whatever indeed.

  9. “Archonix said…
I’m sorry, but I can’t believe you just said that. The swedes don’t deserve this any more than any other people deserve it.”

And then in a mere four paragraphs, Archonix explains why one could conclude that Goesh might just be right.

I’d not have expressed it as Goesh did. I agree with him.

“Telling them they deserve it isn’t going to work. Would you tell a battered woman that she deserves the treatment she gets? No. Sweden is a battered woman.”

Give me a break. Sweden is not a battered woman. Sweden is a once proud nation that needs to find both its spine and its soul. Turning away from the harsh realities of the situation and sympathizing with the poor guilt ridden, gunless, ever so proper Swedes is just to feed into their already fetid swamp of political correctness. That their population demographic is imploding is just all the more reason to encourage them to get some balls.

A nation that lets an immigrant minority commit an epidemic of gang raping its girls is beneath contempt. The girls didn’t deserve it. Their suffering is heart rending. That’s not Goesh’s point, nor mine.

A group of high school girls has to invent a reverse chastity belt to protect themselves from rape on the streets of their home town? In an enlightened society that awards the Nobel Peace Prize to the likes of Arafat and Mohamed ElBaradei? Sorry, folks. That society deserves the predation that’s occurring.

    Men and guns, Dymphna. Amen.

  10. I have written about it in my Spanish blog.

Hmm, European society, you Say? I can speak of Spanish society. Here the control of the press is magnificent. Ooh, and the Government: do you know that the Congress (led by a Coalition of Socialist, Comunists and Independent Communists) has rejected a measure proposed by the Popular Party to forbid the access of dangerous Islamists -Ramadam, for example- saying they were not going to cut their freedom of expression?

Three years ago, there was a riot in a village of Southern Spani, called El Ejido, just because of a rape. But they have threatened so mauch the Muslims, they now are respecting anything… in that city. Anyway, the press just remmembers the riots saying “there were racial hatred”.

    Greetings

  11. Interesting and horrible psychology here:

“1)I am in the West, where they have accomplished all kinds of things my culture couldn’t.
“2)Here I am an outsider, and am poor or living on handouts, lacking the superior status I think I deserve.
“3)To protect my pride, I will look on them with disgust.
“4)To justify my disgust, I will degrade and torture them, mostly their women who don’t fight back.

    “See, Mohammed was right.”

  12. dymphna

Re: “I know France has blocked any real assimilation of its immigrant colonials, but Britian didn’t and it did no good.”

True if you are referring to Muslim immigrants but I don’t hear of any widespread trouble in Britain amongst other non-white immigrants from India, Caribbean, etc.

  13. Linearthinker, you’re confusing the society with the government. In this case, swedish society is being confined and restricted by the government which has, as I previously pointed out, been almost irreperably damaged by the actions of the left wing in the 70s. People are afraid, and the government is in full appeasement mode, but these two things shouldn’t be conflated. The people are afraid because they don’t know the full truth, and they don’t know how many of their fellow swedes agree with them. They’re oppressed in a way I don’t think you quite comprehend.

I certainly agree that the government, the so-called elites, deserve everything they might get. But the people of sweden don’t. They made a mistake a long time ago and they’ve paid the price for it ever since, but to say that they deserve this new threat because of that is just heartless.

  14. linear thinker and archonix and blueslord:

What an important confluence of ideas you bring together! At its heart is government — its size, pervasiveness, and its infiltration by elitist utopians who think they know what is best.

At the Constitutional Convention, George Washington spoke up only one time, and that was to say that the number of citizens represented by each congressman should be lowered from 40,000 to 30,000. He knew, instinctively, that the further the representative gets from his constituents, the deafer he gets to their needs and desires.

How big is the Swedish government? I mean how many people are employed in one way or another in “running things”? In this country, if you count those in federal, state, and municipal jobs, it’s reaching forty per cent. Higher, much higher, if you count the teachers. They receive their salaries from government and in exchange they toe the p.c. line.

Then there are the parasitic entities. You could include the third-party payors (e.g., medical insurance companies), and “non-(hah)-profit” institutions and foundations, etc., ad nauseam.

The only thing that keeps America afloat — an advantage some other countries don’t have — is the relative ease with which one may become an entrepreneur, a self-employed, cock-eyed optimist. Most fail, but many of them go back to it, again and again. There aren’t (yet) too many obstacles to this. Enough to require the expertise of an accountant when you’re first starting out and afraid of running afoul of the KGB…umm, I mean the IRS…

Sweden needs to get rid of half its government (so do we). The best way to do it is to do what some of the Eastern Europeans are doing: the flat tax. This one change has eliminated deficits, inflation, cut the bureaucracy and done much to make government more transparent.

It’s coming. I hope it arrives in time.
    ____
Note: one thing that would reduce the rapes in Sweden is if the populace knew in the first place what was going on — ie, jettison pc muffling of the press. The second would be if women returned to using the oldest protection in the world: don’t leave home without a man. I said this in the post and it bears repeating. Feminists think men are good for nothing. Well, they could take a look at Muslim men and realize that infidel men are infinitely useful and good. Good as in well-intentioned.

Communism is dead and we’re *still* being done in by utopians.

  15. John B– what you say about the lack of trouble in Britain amongst other non-whites has this at its base: these other immigrants grew up with an Anglo world view — i.e, the rule of law.

The Anglo Indian, Trinidadian, etc., are really Brits already.

The Pakistanis are not and won’t be. They rejected the Anglo pov and opted for Islam with its essentially nihilistic world view. What could be worse than a nihilistic utopian??? Ugh. Talk about miscegenation.

  16. This just gets curiouser and curiouser …

I’m sitting in self-imposed exile in a cabin in the Sierras…no newspapers, no TV, scratchy AM radio reception. And I’m better informed than the Swedish people about events occuring on their streets and in their neighborhoods?

Seems to me the Aussies on their beach near Sydney last weekend understand something that’s escaping the citizens of Malmo…and they managed to produce a response without guns, too.

Bears out a thought I’ve had for a long time. Were guns totally banned, violence would continue with bats, bricks, and slingshots. But, I’m straying here.

So, Archonix. What’s the solution to the poor Swedes’ dilemma? Give them all internet access so they can dialup Fjordman? Charter an airplane and drop leaflets over Stockholm and Goteborg? I enjoy reading a Swedish novelist, whose name I naturally can’t recall. His detective hero has been sensing the same malaise and surrender to the politically correct state for 15 years or more. Seems a pity they don’t read his stuff in Sweden…or, maybe they do, and just don’t care.

And don’t mistake me. I like the Swedes, and have travelled among them. But I can’t accept this concept of a vast population of the helpless and intimidated.

  17. I said, “But I can’t accept this concept of a vast population of the helpless and intimidated.”

Let me rephrase that. I can’t sympathize with this concept of a vast population of the uninformed, helpless, and intimidated.

From Australia, an Aussie addresses conditions at home in the aftermath of recent
    riots:

“…All in all I feel pretty good, although I’d like to see more, and this has certainly brought my
anger and frustration up above ground. You never win the war at the first skirmish, but all things
considered, for an opening campaign it was very good. Because, we are right! And I have no hesitation or embarrassment in saying that loud and clear. The injustices the “original” communities have had to swallow, and for so many years, are coming home to roost. WE demand.”

  18. 40 years of being told that the state will protect you tends to make people very unable to help themselves. That’s the problem the swedes face. Most of europe, in fact. They – we – are told that the state will protect us, save us, look after our every need. We’re stripped of responsiblity, and a great many of our rights disappear along with them. This has been going on for two generations. You can snark away from your cabin high in the mountains but let me tell you this; you haven’t lived here for a lifetime. You don’t know what it’s like. You’re like those people who reckoned it couldn’t be that bad in the old soviet union. It was. And it is that bad here. There are very few people who actually have enough independence of thought to see what’s happening. The rest are scared, because they are continually told that the state will protect them. They hide behind that ephemeral protection, assuming it to be solid. They rely on the state for their information, because they’ve been told for their entire lives that the state knows everything. The state media claim to know everything. This is the reality we live in, in all these once free nations of europe. Our guilded cage.

Like the soviet union, it will eventually collapse in the face of massive protest from the citizens of these countries, because even people so deceived will eventually see the truth. But, again, I will say that you can’t hold them responsible for it. Those who are complicit in this ongoing subjugation, yes; the government, the media, the self-styled “elites”, you can blame them, but I’ll stick by my battered wife comparison if it’s all the same to you.

  19. Twice in a week I’m called a snark. I must be doing something right.

To make a name for learning,
    When other roads are barred,
    Take something very easy,
    and make it very hard.
    Piet Hein

Good luck to you and your friends in Scandanavia.

  20. linearthinker, I read the whole post you linked to, and while I do agree on some levels for optimism in Oz, it’s going to be a bloody hard road.

I’ve not had the time to delve more seriously into exactly what’s going on here (Oz) due to Christmas and family stuff, so it will take me a couple more days to sink my teeth into it all.

The general feeling amongst friends and any strangers I ask is that it’s going to get worse, the State governments are a pack of mongrels who let it get this bad and the police should never have been feminised and politicized. They should have been allowed to kick heads if necessary.

Viking Observer has the best summation I’ve seen so far, most likely as it’s coming from a foreign perspective.

Another interesting observation I’ve made is that the M-word has become the elephant in the living room. At my godmother’s annual christmas get-together, one thing that wasn’t spoken about was politics. That’s practically unheard of. I did broach the subject a couple of times, but people (including my dad, who’s always good for a rant on the pollies) couldn’t change the subject fast enough.

A friend of mine who we’ll be seeing on Christmas Day after church is a staunch feminist and pagan. I don’t mean feminazi – a husband and 2 sons put paid to any leanings in that direction – and she is suffering from the idea that multiculturalism is good, assimilation is evil. When we spoke briefly this evening, we both agreed that Australia has never been ‘assimilationist’ in expecting everyone to become identical copies of each other, but in the last few years the politicians have started spouting on about being ‘Un-Australian’ and ‘racist’.

Pointing out to her that on the whole, we’re really pretty accepting of everyone who comes here is fine. Getting her to admit that there is one segment of the population that does not wish to accept our right to live as we choose is near impossible.

We may have to agree not to discuss this at all, but I’m thinking of dropping her a copy of one of Robert Spencer’s wonderful books. She might hate me for it, but she has a son a bit older than my daughter, another on a bit younger than mine, and another child on the way.

I’m thinking of their futures, not ours.

It’s going to be a long, difficult and bloody battle. There is a lot of anger out there, and when it erupts, the politicians will need to run far and fast.

  21. Apologies for the typos. It’s still early (8.10pm) but it’s been really hectic and sleep is something I’m not familiar with at the moment. 🙂

  22. In case you haven’t screamed loud enough, or plan to scream again some time, here is a link to an in-depth Jerusalem Post story about honor killings amongst the Arab populations of Israel.

    Great work Dymphna

  23. I can’t believe that no one has pointed this out, but – what’s to stop the rapists from forcing the women to “blow” them?

BTW, many of these rapists form packs to rape – there goes the “he needs 2 hands” reasoning.

  24. Why our country continues to call the Saudi Regime an “ally” is a mystery to me. I recognize that it’s “about the oil,” but do we have to kiss-up to ’em?

As for the Swedes, (and us as well) don’t adopt some form of publicly-administered corporal punishment to accompany whatever jail term imposed upon those who commit violent crimes. I can think of few things more humiliating to the ego of these thugs than being beaten with a cane on their bare backside and the accompanying tears and loss of bowel/bladder control.

  25. “they were desperate to be seen to do the right thing”..an interesting phrase. “To be seen to do the right thing,” rather than “to do the right thing”, seems to be the motivation of many of today’s “progrssives,” in whatever country.

  26. > Archonix said: [snip]The swedes don’t deserve this any more than any other people deserve it.

In the general sense, no, but, having brought it upon themselves by rigid adherance to a PC-MultiCulti agenda, and subsequent rejection of the obvious need to revise said agenda in the face of objective reality, they are certainly more complicit in the problem than a true “victim” is.

I don’t believe any woman, for example, deserves to be beaten and abused, but I save my compassion for one who has tried to get away from an abusive husband and has failed through HIS actions, not her own unwillingness to leave him and their destructive relationship behind.

Likewise, I save my compassion for women born in Islamic (or any other) countries who are abused as a matter of course, not for women raised in nations who know better and have (or should have) police and governmental officials prepared to protect them from such lunacy.

The Scandinavians do not have such a justification. Their women know what they should have to put up with in that regard and should be marching publicly against such events. The hue and cry they raise should be heard around the world. That their men don’t stop it — and that they aren’t acting to force them to stop it — says a lot about how screwed up they all are.

  27. “I’m sorry, but I can’t believe you just said that. The swedes don’t deserve this any more than any other people deserve it.”

Of course they deserve it. They willingly made the choice and voted for the people that made this possible. They willingly made the choice to be propagandized by their television, radio, and newspapers, day in and out. They willingly support this whole sickening edifice by their willing participation. They fully deserve everything that is dished out to them.
