AOC Says America Should Lead the World

In committing national economic suicide and sending living standards back to 19th century

Twenty-nine-year-old ex-bartender and freshman U.S. Representative (D-NY) Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez received thunderous environmentalist and media acclaim when she introduced her Green New Deal resolution in the House and Ed Markey (D-MA) submitted it in the Senate. It was quickly endorsed or cosponsored by scores of House and Senate Dems, including many who want to run against President Trump in 2020.

But within days the GND was subjected to rigorous analysis (and ridicule) by energy experts, President Trump, Republicans, conservative pundits and even some Democrats. Their disdain is well-founded. .

Asserting yet again that “manmade climate change” poses an “existential threat” to people and planet—with only a dozen years before total disaster strikes—the Green New Deal demands that the United States convert to 100% “renewable” energy within ten years. It also proclaims an equally urgent need to abandon free enterprise capitalism in favor of 100% socialist economic and “social justice” policies.

[Comment: Shades of Mao’s “Great Leap Forward”. People in office who have no wish or desire to follow the constitution should be ousted and barred from holding any public office in the USA.]

Autopsy of a Dead Coup

By Victor Davis Hanson

The illegal effort to destroy the 2016 Trump campaign by Hillary Clinton campaign’s use of funds to create, disseminate among court media, and then salt among high Obama administration officials, a fabricated, opposition smear dossier failed.

So has the second special prosecutor phase of the coup to abort the Trump presidency failed. There are many elements to what in time likely will become recognized as the greatest scandal in American political history, marking the first occasion in which U.S. government bureaucrats sought to overturn an election and to remove a sitting U.S. president.

[…]

The deep state is by nature cowardly. It does not move unless it feels it can disguise its subterranean efforts or that, if revealed, those efforts will be seen as popular and necessary—as expressed in tell-all book titles such as fired FBI Directors James Comey’s Higher Loyalty or in disgraced Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe’s psychodramatic The Threat.

[…]

About a dozen FBI and DOJ grandees have now resigned, retired, been fired, or reassigned for unethical and likely illegal behavior—and yet have not faced criminal indictments. The reputation of the FBI as venerable agency is all but wrecked. Its administrators variously have libeled the Trump voters, expressed hatred for Trump, talked of “insurance policies” in ending the Trump candidacy, and inserted informants into the Trump campaign.

In candidate and President Trump’s case that prepping of the battlefield translated into a coordinated effort among the media, political progressives and celebrities to so demonize Trump that his imminent removal likely would appear a relief to the people. Anything was justified that led to that end.[…]

All through the 2016 campaign and during the first two years of the Trump presidency the media’s treatment, according to liberal adjudicators of press coverage, ran about 90 percent negative toward Trump—a landmark bias that continues today.

Black Civil Rights Activist Says Jussie Smollet Could Have Started “Race War”

Black civil rights activist Najee Ali is calling for the arrest and prosecution of actor Jussie Smollett for allegedly lying about being the victim of a hate crime, saying Smollett could have unintentionally triggered a “race war”.

During a press conference yesterday, Ali, who is the director of Project Islamic HOPE, said Smollett’s actions were an insult to real victims of hate crime.

“It’s a slap in the face. We have many members of the black community and the LGBTQ community who have been the victims of racism and hate crimes, so for Smollett to say that he was a victim…and we believe is a lie…certainly is an injustice to those true victims…,” Ali said. “Jussie Smollett must be brought to justice for lying.”

CBS News Chief Foreign Correspondent Admits Journalists Have Become “Political Activists”

Lara Logan says the media has abandoned any pretense of objectivity

Lara Logan, chief foreign affairs correspondent for CBS News, admits that journalists have abandoned any pretense of objectivity and become “political activists”.

During an interview with the Mike Drop podcast, Logan agreed with host Mike Ritland that the media had become hyper-partisan in favor of Democrats and that this was a disaster for America.

“The media everywhere is mostly liberal, not just the U.S.,” said Logan, adding that this made it impossible for the viewer to tell if they were being deceived at any given moment.

“How do you know you’re being lied to? How do you know you’re being manipulated? How do you know there’s something not right with the coverage? When they simplify it all [and] there’s no grey. It’s all one way. Well, life isn’t like that. If it doesn’t match real life, it’s probably not. Something’s wrong. For example, all the coverage on Trump all the time is negative. … That’s a distortion of the way things go in real life.”

Acknowledging that, “One ideological perspective on everything never leads to an open free diverse tolerant society,” Logan said that many of today’s journalists are in fact lobbyists for far-left political narratives.

Deranged Leftist Pulls Gun on Trump Supporter for Wearing MAGA Hat

“It’s a good day for you to die”.

A deranged leftist pulled a gun on a Trump supporter and told him “it’s a good day for you to die” simply because the man was wearing a MAGA hat.

The incident occurred at a Sam’s Club in Bowling Green, Kentucky on Saturday.

Alleged victim Terry Pierce told police that the suspect, James Phillips, flipped off him and his wife because of their hats before brandishing a .40 caliber, shoving it in Pierce’s face and telling him, “It’s a good day for you to die.”

“I said, ‘Then pull the trigger. Put the gun down and fight me or pull the trigger. Whichever one you want.’ And he backed up and he said it again, he said, ‘It’s a good day for you to die,’“ Pierce told 13 News.

Pierce then pursued Phillips as he ran off to the parking lot. Phillips was unable to leave because he had left his mother inside the store. A verbal altercation ensued during which Phillips accused Pierce of assaulting him, a claim that was disproved by surveillance footage.

Although cameras didn’t catch Phillips pulling the gun because he was out of sight, eyewitnesses confirmed that this did indeed happen.

Do You Believe in the Deep State Now?

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

That’s a natural reaction to the revelation of Andrew G. McCabe, the former deputy FBI director, that top Justice Department officials, alarmed by Donald Trump’s firing of former Bureau director James Comey, explored a plan to invoke the 25th Amendment and kick the duly elected president out of office.

According to New York Times reporters Adam Goldman and Matthew Haag, McCabe made the statement in an NBC 60 Minutes interview to be aired on Sunday. He also reportedly said that McCabe wanted the so-called Russia collusion investigation to go after Trump for obstructing justice in firing Comey and for any instances they could turn up of his working in behalf of Russia.

The idea of invoking the 25th Amendment was discussed, it seems, at two meetings on May 16, 2017. According to McCabe, top law enforcement officials pondered how they might recruit Vice President Pence and a majority of cabinet members to declare in writing, to the Senate’s president pro tempore and the House speaker, that the president was “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.” That would be enough, under the 25th Amendment, to install the vice president as acting president, pushing aside Trump.

But to understand what kind of constitutional crisis this would unleash and the precedent it would set, it’s necessary to ponder the rest of this section of the 25th Amendment.

Don Cheadle Promotes Breitbart Boycotters Sleeping Giants on ‘Saturday Night Live’

A-list Hollywood actor Don Cheadle appeared on NBC’s Saturday Night Live sporting a black t-shirt with white letters that read, “Protect Trans Kids” and donning a hat with a logo for Sleeping Giants — the far-left political activist organization that has launched harassment, blacklist, and boycott campaigns against Breitbart News and the Fox News Channel.

It’s no secret that Don Cheadle has long-been one of Breitbart News’ favorite characters to cover. Before he was advocating for the protection of “Trans Kids” on prime-time TV, Cheadle was wishing for Donald Trump to “die in a grease fire.” He later deleted that tweet…

Sleeping Giants, founded by Matt Rivitz, targets companies that purchase advertising space on Breitbart.com. It makes disparaging claims about the site’s news content, describing it as anti-Semitic and or white supremacist. The companies see the Sleeping Giants’ false statements about Breitbart News and move to cease advertising on the site. The left-wing group has duplicated the deceptive tactic to drive away advertisers from Fox News Channel shows hosted by Laura Ingraham and Tucker Carlson.

Former CIA Officer Exposes Clinton Charity Fraud as Biggest Scandal in US History

Former CIA Officer and whistleblower Kevin Shipp says the reason for all the crime and treason at the FBI and DOJ all boils down to one thing — the Clinton’s so-called “charity.”

Shipp explains, “Hillary Clinton was running and is running a global financial criminal syndicate. She was using these secret servers to conduct Clinton financial money laundering business.”

“The shocking thing about that is all the former directors of the CIA that have come out to support her, from Clapper to Brennan to Morell to Robert Gates supporting her being elected, knew about this criminal syndicate. Comey was protecting it. Lynch was protecting it. Weissmann was protecting it. And that is the big why. What’s she got on these people? Are they financial ties? They had to be aware of this, especially the counter-intelligence units. We know it was hacked into by foreign intelligence services because it was just hanging out there. Hillary Clinton was running a secret server outside the Department of State for the purposes of laundering money through the criminal Clinton Foundation.”

Are the crimes and treason of the Clinton Foundation the anvil that is about to drop? Shipp says,

“It’s not just an anvil, I think it is a mountain and the nexus of everything. This “Clinton Global Initiative” (CGI) is worldwide, and it’s been out there for a couple of decades. It has now intertwined former Directors of the CIA and FBI. George Soros is a part of it. It’s connected to all kinds of global financial institutions…

It is at least a $100 billion…

All these people protecting and defending Hillary Clinton and knowing about her criminal syndicate, this goes into the so-called ‘Deep State’ of our government, and it is connected, involved and intertwined in the global criminal crime syndicate called the Clinton Foundation. This is probably going to be the biggest scandal in U.S. history—once it’s busted. I think they are quietly working on it now, and I think they have been for the last year. It is so huge the arrests and indictments could cause a Constitutional crisis with some people being removed.

Maybe that’s why they are moving slowly. It all comes back down to the Clinton Foundation and the criminal syndicate.”

Is former President Obama involved with the Clinton crime syndicate? Shipp says,

“Yes, I am absolutely convinced of it. George Soros gave $30 million to Obama’s campaign. Then he gave $27.1 million to Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Both Obama and Clinton are tied directly into George Soros. Obama was put into office with millions of dollars that came out of nowhere.

Yes, he’s part of this cabal. Yes, he’s part of this global syndicate, and in my opinion, the subversion of our government.”

National Emergency: Trump’s Executive Orders to Destroy Deep State Criminal Cabal

A look at the history of the National Emergency Act, and President Trump’s use of it to combat human trafficking and Deep State crimes

As of February 2019, 59 national emergencies have been declared, and more than 30 remain in effect.

This includes the “National Emergency With Respect to Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption,” which was signed on the first Winter Solstice of his presidency on December 21st 2017.

The President therein declared that, “The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption,” and specifically targeted 13 individuals worldwide involved in international human trafficking.

The mainstream media let this National Emergency go mostly unnoticed. Why?

Ignoring the potential real collusion and conspiracy between Democrats and Russians to undermine the Trump candidacy and the Trump presidency. Superclass Threatens to Hijack the First Amendment

The elite are avidly trying to kill the Constitution

The establishment de-platforms and gradually criminalizes those who would seek the truth while protecting the ruling, elitist, corporatocratic Frankenstein pretending to be real American culture.

A superclass with an army of lawyers is on the verge of hijacking the First Amendment for themselves and they must be exposed.

But is Congress strong enough to protect our rights?

Taxing Rain Water Coming to Your State

Another tax—one that, in some cases, is larger even than their property taxes

The rainwater runoff fee (tax) is based on the amount of imperious surface on a property (rooftops, parking lots, driveways, etc.) that does not allow rainfall to penetrate into the ground, but instead causes it to runoff into our streams and rivers. It means that if you have sheds or other out buildings, patios, anything that prevents immediate ground absorption, you pay. In Knoxville, the previous city mayor was pushing for the fee (tax), but it would also have included determining any grade change in your property —a fee would have been determined by the percentage of the grade.

In 2018, more people fled New Jersey than any other state. Why? Perhaps because it is one of the highest taxed states already and Governor Phil Murphy is preparing to sign it into law over the objections, not only of state’s Republicans, but a lot of the over-taxed property owners. Under this law, each of the 565 municipalities could set up a public stormwater utility to “build and manage sewer systems to treat pollutant-filled stormwater runoff”. (I didn’t know rainwater was so nasty, neither did a judge you will hear from later.) The utilities would also have the power to levy “steep fees” on properties. Oh, and by the way, the state would snatch up five percent of the proceeds. Hmmm…

Now, please don’t think this is just a New Jersey thing. In 2010, President Obama’s Environmental Protection Agency ordered states whose rivers and streams flow into the Chesapeake Bay to drastically cut sediment pollution, so Maryland was the first state to jump on the rain tax in 2012, with a law that really ticked off the taxpayers.

“Maryland is the only state in the Chesapeake Bay watershed that decided to tax impervious surfaces to raise the necessary revenue for the federal stormwater management projects. This rain tax has damaged the economy because it forces businesses to pay yet another tax—one that, in some cases, is larger even than their property taxes.

Trump Slams “Illegal and Treasonous” Deep Staters

“They were planning a very illegal act, and got caught.”

Donald Trump slammed the deep staters who, it appears, plotted to unseat him from the Presidency by abusing the 25th Amendment.

Trump took to Twitter and hammered former Acting Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe, accusing him of lying, following a CBS interview Sunday during which he claimed that the Department of Justice sought to force Trump out of office.

“Wow, so many lies by now disgraced acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe. He was fired for lying, and now his story gets even more deranged.” Trump tweeted.

The president also blasted Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, saying that McCabe and “Rosenstein, who was hired by Jeff Sessions (another beauty), look like they were planning a very illegal act, and got caught.”

Another Paris city council clerk, 39-year-old Benjamin G, has reported Monsignor Luigi Ventura, the French daily said.

The “aggressions” are said to have taken place during a reception at the Hotel de Ville on January 17, the French daily said.

Originally from Lombardy, Ventura is 74 and has been the Vatican’s envoy to Paris since 2009.

Brussels Fears Populist Revolt in EU Election as Traditional Groups Lose Dozens of Seats

POPULIST forces are to take Brussels by storm at the upcoming election, according to the first projection released by the European Parliament.

The shocking forecast reveals neither the European People’s Party (EPP) nor the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats (S&D) will gain the majority in the next election. The two groups, historically the strongest in the European Parliament, could see their support eroded by populist and eurosceptic parties, which look set to swoop many of 705 seats up for grabs. The EPP would lose 34 seats, going from the 217 gained in 2014 to 183, and the S&D as many as 51, from 186 to 135, according to the projection.

Expel Priests Who Abuse, Bishops Who Cover Up-Victims

Make it compulsory to report cases to civil authorities

(ANSA) — Vatican City, February 18 — Catholic Church sex abuse victims spokesman Peter Isley said ahead of a four-day Vatican summit starting Thursday that the Church should implement a zero tolerance policy on priestly sex abusers and bishops who cover up for them.

“We ask that zero tolerance be put into practise,” said Isley, who with another former victim, Peter Saunders, has become one of the two main voices of the victims ahead of the much-anticipated summit.

“Every guilty priest must be defrocked and also the bishops who have covered up must be expelled from the Church,” he said.

He said the victims also had another key request: that it should be made compulsory for bishops to report abuse cases to civil authorities.

Italy: M5S Members Vote on Salvini Immunity in Diciotti Case

Govt won’t fall say deputy premiers

(ANSA) — Rome, February 18 — 5-Star Movement (M5S) members on Monday started online consultations to decide whether M5S lawmakers on a Senate panel should vote to lift League leader and Interior Minister Matteo Salvini’s parliamentary immunity to face kidnapping charges over migrants held on board the Diciotti coast guard ship in a standoff with the EU last August.

Magistrates in the Sicilian city of Catania have requested authorization from parliament to proceed against Salvini, who is also deputy premier.

Salvini has said the case should not be allowed to proceed as he was doing his job as minister.

The M5S is the League’s senior partner in Premier Giuseppe Conte’s coalition government.

The movement appears split on whether to vote on the immunity panel for or against allowing the kidnapping charges against their ally Salvini to proceed.

“I can guarantee that the government will not collapse,” Salvini said.

“I don’t fear the court of the people”.

Salvini also said that “we’re all in the same boat” referring to Conte, fellow Deputy Premier Luigi Di Maio, the M5S leader, and Transport Minister Danilo Toninelli, also of the M5S, who wrote in statements to the panel that the interior minister was implementing the policy of the whole government.

Di Maio also said the government would go ahead no matter what the result of the vote.

“The government will go on. I have made a commitment to the Italian people and I intend to carry it out,” he said.

Sources said the result of the vote would be known at about nine thirty on Monday evening.

The chair of the immunity panel, centre-right Forza Italia (FI) Senator Maurizio Gasparri, said Monday the vote would start on the immunity committee at about half past one on Tuesday afternoon.

He said it would be an open vote and the result would be in about two hours afterwards.

Salvini said he is “not asking for favours or help from anyone” in the vote.

“If, to defend the borders of my country, the safety of Italians, to defend the national interest, it brings me and will bring me other charges and other investigations, I’m very ready to face them,” Salvini said.

Salvini has also threatened to take legal action if reports of a possible deal within the government over the Turin-Lyon TAV high-speed rail line and the Diciotti cases continue.

“I’ll sue the next person who talks about that,” League leader Salvini said during a visit to the central city of Terni last week. Salvini says the project should go ahead but the M5S are opposed to it.

Italy’s centre-left and centre-right opposition parties, meanwhile, accused the M5S Senators of ducking their responsibilities by delegating their decision to the party base.

Italy: TAV Costs Halved Says Chiamparino

Thanks to EU funding pledge says Piedmont governor

(ANSA) — Turin, February 18 — The EU has reiterated its willingness to provide half of the funding for the main tunnel of the Tuin-Lyon high-speed rail (TAV) line, Piedmont Governor Sergio Chiamparino said Monday.

This will mean halving the costs for Italy of the Italian part of the line from 1.7 billion euros to 850 million, he said.

It would also mean a further 10% cut in the cost of the tunnel.

The senior government partner the 5-Star Movement (M5S) is against completing the project citing a cost/benefit analysis.

The M5S’s partner the League is not convinced by the analysis and wants the project to go ahead.

Italy: Lazio TAR Court Rejects AirBnB Appeal

Platform refused to implement law on short-term rentals

(ANSA) — Rome, February 18 — The Lazio regional administrative court (TAR) has rejected an appeal filed by Airbnb, which refused to implement a law on occupancy taxes for short-term rentals, the Federalberghi hotel association said on Monday.

The association said it has estimated that in the first 18 months since the tax was originally implemented the online rental platform “has omitted paying over 250 million euros”.

Under the occupancy tax for short-term rentals, real estate intermediaries need to collect occupancy taxes due by owners and provide tax data to the revenue agency.

League to be 2nd-Biggest Party in EP — Projection

PD’s MEPs set to drop to 15 — forecast based on recent polls

(ANSA) — Brussels, February 18 — Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Matteo Salvini’s League is set to be the Italian party with the most MEPs after May’s European elections, second-only at the EU level to Germany’s CSU/CDU, according to a projection based on recent polls.

The League is set to go from the six MEPs it has at the moment to 27, just two fewer than the CSU/CDU.

The League’s government coalition partners, the 5-Star Movement (M5S), are set to go from 14 MEPs to 22.

The opposition centre-left Democratic Party (PD), on the other hand, is set to drop to 15 MEPs from 26 at the moment.

Ex-premier Silvio Berlusconi’s Forza Italia will drop from 11 to seven MEPs, according to the projection.

Radiation From Smartphones May Impair Memory in Teens — Study Finds

A research team at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute says that radio frequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) may negatively affect an adolescent’s brain from cellphone exposure, causing potentially harmful effects on his or her memory performance. The authors say having the device close to one’s head lead to the greatest amount of radiation exposure.

The researchers studied nearly 700 public school students in Switzerland between ages 12 and 17. They examined how RF-EMF exposure from mobile phones over a year’s time affected memory in the adolescents, and found that memory processed and stored in the right brain hemisphere was particularly worsened. It’s believed that participants primarily held the phone up to the right side of their heads when talking, which likely led to the right hemisphere impairment.

Second Homosexual Abuse Allegation Emerges Against Vatican Envoy to Paris

ROME — A second alleged victim has filed a complaint against the papal nuncio in France for homosexual abuse after the Paris public prosecutor opened an investigation into charges that the archbishop repeatedly molested a junior mayoral aide sexually during a speech last month.

Archbishop Luigi Ventura now faces a second complaint of sexual assault which he reportedly committed in January 2018, according to reports made public Monday.

The alleged victim, 39-year-old Benjamin G., described a scene similar to that offered by the first complainant, namely that the archbishop had fondled his buttocks during a public ceremony with the Paris mayor a year ago.

Brian Eno: Israel Must Not be Allowed to Use Eurovision as a Propaganda Tool

The song contest organisers should take a stand against the oppression of Palestinian artists and move their event from Tel Aviv

Those of us who make art and culture for a living thrive on free and open communication. So what should we do when we see culture becoming part of a political agenda? “Music unites,” says UK Eurovision entrant Michael Rice. What happens when a powerful state uses art as propaganda, to distract from its immoral and illegal behaviour? Everybody involved in the Eurovision song contest this year should understand that this is what is happening.

European broadcasters, including the BBC, are pushing ahead with plans to hold the contest in Tel Aviv this May, as if broadcasting a hugely expensive entertainment spectacle from an actively repressive apartheid-like state is no problem at all. Eurovision, says the European Broadcasting Union, is a “nonpolitical” event. It’s impossible to reconcile what the EBU is saying with reality. Israel is a state that sees culture as a political instrument: its prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, praised Netta Barzilai, Israel’s 2018 Eurovision winner, as someone who has done “exceptional foreign relations work”…

Elections and Fury: Why the Indian Terrorist Attack is a Big Deal

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is promising a harsh response to

Thursday’s terrorist attack by Pakistani terrorist group

Jaish-e-Mohammed. Bombing an Indian security forces convoy, JeM killed

at least 46 personnel in India’s northern Jammu and Kashmir province.

And with a general election coming in April, Modi has added political

reason to retaliate against Pakistan, possibly with limited military

action.

Modi’s first reactions to the attack have certainly been aggressive.

Speaking on Friday, the prime minister granted wide latitude to

counterterrorism forces, pledging: “I want to tell the terror outfits

and those abiding and abetting them that they have made a big mistake.

They will have to pay a very heavy price for their actions. Let me

assure the nation that those behind this attack, the perpetrators of

this attack will be punished.” Reflecting Indians’ common fury, the

normally Modi-agitating opposition leader Rahul Gandhi has thrown his

full support behind the government. Politicians of all stripes know the

public wants retaliation.

[…]

Modi might now decide to authorize some kind of limited military action

against JeM targets in eastern Pakistan. But complicating matters here

is the fact that the JeM command and control heartlands are centered

around 60 miles from the Indian border. That’s out of range of Indian

artillery platforms, so any action would appear to require air strikes.

That matters because any air incursion into Pakistan would be far more

inflammatory than a limited artillery action. Adding to the complication

here is the fact that Pakistan’s prime minister, Imran Khan, is an

avowed populist who cultivates Islamic extremist groups. He would face

great pressure to strike back in the event of any Indian strike.

The United States should attempt to mediate here. Recognizing

justifiable Indian anger and Pakistan’s continuing support for fanatics,

the U.S. should immediately call a U.N. Security Council vote that

forces China either to support a crackdown on Pakistani terrorism or to

show its hand against India. The U.S. should also increase pressure on

Khan’s administration, making clear that his failure to restrain JeM

will precipitate greater U.S. drone activity and more overt support to

Indian counterterrorism efforts.[…]

New York Times: Trump’s Border Reforms Are Working

A New York Times’ article on the migrant caravans shows President Donald Trump’s border security reforms are successfully curbing the northward flow of migrants.

One-third of the 6,000 migrants who reached the border just in the November caravan have given up their effort to cross the border, the Times says: “Data from Mexican officials suggested that harsh policies he has introduced to crack down on asylum seekers may already be achieving some of its intended effects.”… In contrast, Democratic legislators encourage the migrants by describing them as humanitarian refugees who are fleeing crime and poverty, and who deserve U.S. sympathy and aid. In fact, Democrats used the 2019 budget process to fund aid and transportation assistance for the economic migrants.

The border protection fight will never end because the growing wave of migrants will rationally look for any legal loopholes in the border wall, such as the Flores judge-created loophole which provides a quick release and work permits to migrants who bring children.

Many loopholes have been cut in the wall by progressive legislators, business groups, and by judges — and many migrants happily use them to move themselves and their children into the United States. The New York Times admitted:

Trump on Solid Legal Ground Declaring National Emergency, Says Intel Expert

Not only are the Democrats once again spouting the emotional outrage but also the news media’s Trump haters who are also big on emotion but short of facts.

In response to the large amounts of mendacity and disinformation being spewed by those more concerned with politics than with the lives and livelihoods of American citizens, Dr. Lyle Rapacki sent his latest report on the recent history of national emergencies by U.S. Presidents

Here’s a list of the 31 national emergencies that have been in effect for years and a list of those presidents who declared the still ongoing national emergencies beginning with President Jimmy Carter (D-Georgia).

According to the Federal Register, 58 national emergencies have been declared since the National Emergency Act of 1976 was signed into law by President Gerald Ford (R-Michigan). But even before Ford, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt (D-NY) declared a national emergency in the early months of World War II. Franklin Roosevelt set a precedent for this when he used his power to declare a “national emergency” that mandated the detention of Japanese-American citizens and other U.S. nationals in 1942.

Perusal of newspapers and other documents of that era reveals that no one used the vitriol against FDR and his administration. Even the leftists, who were opposed to going to war against Nazi Germany changed their minds when Hitler decided to invade the Soviet Union endangering the communist dictatorship of Joseph Stalin. In fact, the Democratic Party became “hawks” in their quest to save Stalinist Russia.

Out of the 58 National Emergencies declared by U.S. Presidents, 31 of them have been renewed yearly and they are still in effect according to their listings in the Federal Register, according to Dr. Rapacki — founder and CEO of Sentinel Intelligence Service, LLC (SIS) — in his report sent to the National Association of Chiefs of Police.

Below is a list of the presidents who declared still ongoing national emergencies:

Political correctness is the only thing holding society back from declaring abortion THE hate crime of our era, according to the formidable archbishop of Durban, South Africa.

“There is no group that kills more black Americans than Planned Parenthood,” Live Action noted. “Abortion is the most lethal form of racism.”

It is Never Necessary to Intentionally Kill a Fetal Human Being to Save a Woman’s Life: In Support of the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act

By Donna Harrison, M.D., Michelle Cretella, M.D., John Schirger, M.D., David Stevens, M.D. And Jane Orient, M.D.

The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act provides a scientifically sound, medically accurate, and respectful approach to ensure that the innocent human being who survives an attempted abortion will be treated with the same human dignity and respect that similarly aged human beings receive in the course of good neonatal medical care. It also ensures that human beings with disabilities are not targeted for intentional killing at the moment of birth.

[…]

It is clear from testimony by abortion practitioners during the Partial Birth Abortion Ban hearings [4] that, unlike a delivery, which separates the mother and her fetus for the purpose of life, an abortion separates the mother and the fetus with the purpose of guaranteeing that the baby is born dead. That’s why a fetus who survives an abortion is called a “failed abortion.” The separation did not fail to occur. What “failed” to occur in a “failed abortion” is the guarantee of a dead baby.

[…]

There are rare circumstances in which a mother’s life is in jeopardy due to either pre-existing conditions or pregnancy complications. It is extremely rare for this to occur prior to the point of viability (currently 22 weeks after last menstrual period, 20 weeks after fertilization). After 20 weeks fertilization age, it is never necessary to intentionally kill the fetal human being in order to save a woman’s life. [5] In cases where the mother’s life actually is in danger in the latter half of pregnancy, there is not time for an abortion, because an abortion typically is a two to three-day process. Instead, immediate delivery is needed in these situations, and can be done in a medically appropriate way (labor induction or C-section) by the woman’s own physician. We can, and do, save the life of the mother through delivery of an intact infant in a hospital where both the mother and her newborn can receive the care that they need. There is no medical reason to intentionally kill that fetal human being through an inhumane abortion procedure, e.g. dismembering a living human being capable of feeling pain [6] [7] [8], or saline induction which burns off the skin, or feticide with subsequent induction.

Meghan Murphy’s War on Twitter

Canadian feminist writer, Meghan Murphy, who was permanently suspended from Twitter last November, is suing the social media site for deceptive trade practices and breach of contract. ‘Twitter would never have attracted the hundreds of millions of users it boasts today had Twitter let it be known that it would arbitrarily ban users who did not agree with the political and social views of its management or impose sweeping new policies banning the expression of widely-held viewpoints and perspectives on public issues,’ Murphy’s lawyers submitted. Good for her!

As I wrote at the time of her ban, Murphy, who, like me, is constantly de-platformed, attacked and vilified for daring to question the Orwellian madness of the transgender Taliban, is a target of vicious trans activists. Murphy had the gall to tweet about Jonathan Yaniv, who had demanded large payoffs from several female beauticians because they had refused to wax his scrotum. Yaniv, who claims to be female, had booked in for a Brazilian wax, a process done on women who wish to wear extremely skimpy bikini bottoms and not flash any pubic hair. Murphy’s crime? She referred to Yaniv as, ahem, a man.

Science is Too Valuable to be Hijacked by Politics

Sadly, science has been corrupted for political purposes and hidden agendas. Charlatans, on a worldwide scale, have hijacked science to dupe, scare and manipulate the masses, for reasons that have more to do with global government and wealth re-distribution than any pure goal of advancing knowledge. The worst of those planet— wide charlatans are those that promote, advocate for and propagandize the fraud of man-caused global warming, AKA Climate Change. That includes most Western governments and virtually all of the environmentalists.

But please consider. All the noise, chatter and propaganda about future rising earth temperatures are solely based on computer models. Although the climate scientists tell us that the computer model science is sound, they are lying through their teeth. The reason we know they are lying is because in 2007 the IPCC Working Group 1 (WG1) assessing the physical scientific aspects of the climate system said, in their own words, “we should recognize that we are dealing with a coupled nonlinear chaotic system, and therefore that the long-term prediction of future climate states is not possible.” The reader should focus on the part of the statement where it reads, “not possible.”…

There are mounds of credible evidence from credible sources stating that government and environmental climate computer models are anything but accurate, simply because, “we are dealing with a coupled nonlinear chaotic system, and therefore that the long-term prediction of future climate states is not possible.” This statement comes from the IPCC Working Group. Those words did not come from Standard Oil, Exxon, BP, or Shell Oil Companies.

  1. “In other British nautical news, as many as 34 migrants were rescued by ships of the British border force off the coast of Kent”

No one will doubt that Britain is doing everything to protect its own native people from invaders. The gov. is very serious about protection. But the jihadis are more serious to invade because they know they will be taken care of.

As for traitors they not serious about anything that harms their nations. They are only serious about shopping for votes at any cost: cost of destroying their nation.

  2. Ironically,

There are 28 countries in the EU, of which only FOUR (14%) have permanently financed more than one billion EUR (1,1 Billion USD) each year.

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/8036097.stm#start

SIXTEEN countries (60%) pay nothing at all. And Spain often leads the way.

The UK annually pays 19 BILLION GBP (25 billion USD, 23 BILLION EUR).

Spain regularly picks up 5 Billion EUR (6 BILLION USD).

    Graphics (2007)
    http://news.bbc.co.uk/nol/shared/spl/hi/europe/09/eu_budget_spending/img/graph_net_contrib_466x485.gif

If we take the 2007 contributions as a ballpark figure, in 40 years,

Great Britain paid 140 BILLION EUR.
    Spain received 170 BILLION EUR.

Spanish biggest export is Sunshine. 18 Million UK visitors each year. (30% of UK population goes their on their holidays). Each one pends on average 1.000 EUR when there.

Holiday season spending 18 BILLION EUROS (20 BILLION USD).

Look at it this way. UK gives SPAIN 25 BILLION EUR each year, or 1 TRILLION over 40 years.

The Spanish population is 47M. Unemployment averages at around 20% over 10J. So, around 5M are permanently unemployed.

Unemployment benefit ranges from 500 EUR to 1,400 EUR, average 1,000 EUR.

    Cost (max) = 5M x 1,000 EUR = 5 BILLION EUR, (6 BILLION USD).

    SUMMARY

Until now, GB has, it can be said, been been paying for 5M Spanish unemployed. And this is the thanks they get?

If the Spanish continue, the British will go on holiday elsewhere.

  3. Under UK Law parents who are legitimately in Britain must send their children to school. If the curriculum does not fit in with those parents who most likely follow a different ideology they can, of course, leave the UK. Otherwise, they will be prosecuted and quite rightly.

On so many issues the United Kingdom has been very tolerant. Now it is time to be less so, especially in respect to those from other lands that have been allowed to live in the UK, but have felt it necessary to go and join terrorist groups. Mostly those that follow the teachings of Islam, and the UK should revoke their citizenship and destroy their passports, they are traitors and not welcome back.

    • The issues of alternative education would be better served separated out from the issue of “ideology”. Some parents are rightly concerned about the safety and well-being of their kids during school hours. Choosing to educate children at home ought to be a parental decision.

In the US, homeschooling is regulated within each state. See the map, here:

      https://hslda.org/content/laws/

We homeschooled through sixth grade without a problem.

  4. The Spanish navy has been harassing ships in the Strait of Gibraltar. Two ships were anchored well within British territorial waters off Gibraltar when they were approached by a Spanish naval vessel.

I Thought I would read: The Spanish navy has been harassing ships of smugglers and NGOs to prevent a new invasion of Andalusia and consequent civil wars. But no. Never to find such common sense in Europe.

  5. It is Never Necessary to Intentionally Kill a Fetal Human Being to Save a Woman’s Life: In Support of the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act

This is factually incorrect. A low number of unplanned pregnancies involve women who are born with three kidneys. Attempting to carry a child even one or two trimesters can potentially crush the superfluous organ and kill the expectant mother.

Without even getting into the mare’s nest of choice, there are scientific and medically sound reasons why an abortion may be a crucial medical procedure.

      • Thank you. No matter how Democratically enacted, any consensus delegation or arrogation of authority that someone has over the most private and personal property they possess (i.e., their own body) sets an incredibly dangerous precedent. The curtailment of human- and property-rights typically follows in rapid succession.

In the long run, as the Prohibition Era so vividly demonstrated, you can’t legislate morals. No body of law ever will substitute for something that must be taught by loving family and friends.

The latest poster child for a centrally planned Command Economy is Venezuela, and it features the usual Communist carnival of Big Government horrors. Losing control of one’s destiny is the most fundamental abrogation of choice and Socialism, in its Culturally Marxist mutation, remains the method of choice for destroying individual life-options.

It always starts small (“Hey kid, the first one’s free…”), but loss-of-choice cascades into servitude and enslavement with such regularity as to have become clichéd.

    • The basic issue is that the actual number of medically
‘necessary’ abortions is far, far lower than what the abortion industry claims.

We are not fooled by this and we do not want abortion policies based on such fraudulent data. If a medical problem requires an abortion, then it is usually performed in a hospital since there are possible serious medical problems that may occur. There is then no need for quick, cheap abortions in a simple clinic with a minimum of available equipment and care available should a serious medical problem occur.

      • Another example in which abortion is necessary
For example the mother was anesthetisez for a procedure during the first months of pregnancy.
In that time frame genetics developmental modifications happen inside the fetus, any anesthetic has crucial effects over every cell in the body and especially fetuses.
So if one does not want to have a monster as a child , may as well abort the fetus.

        • I had a surgical procedure done under general anesthesia whilst pregnant and my baby fetus turned out fine. He was only a monster during mid-adolescence, but then the other children I had suffered from the same condition, sans the experience of in utero anesthesia.

So maybe expectant parents could deliver the infant and then make the decision whether or not to “abort” it.

  6. “…as many as 34 migrants were rescued by ships of the British border force off the coast of Kent”
Small boats are capable of crossing the Channel, and many do so.
Are these Border force events really “rescues”?
    Are they not really interceptions?
The word “rescue” is loaded with humanitarian emotional impact. It is out of place to describe an interception by Border force officials of an unlawful incursion.
