Gates of Vienna News Feed 5/21/2017

Newly-elected French President Emmanuel “Toy Boy” Macron met with Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni to discuss a Europe-wide solution to the ongoing migrant crisis. The goal is to take some of the load off Italy, which has borne the brunt of the immigration wave.

In other news, North Korea tested another ballistic missile off its eastern coast, the second such test in a week.

America’s Elected Government Hangs in the Balance

It may turn out to be the case that Trump’s real crime was failing to clean house in the intelligence community. Did the firing of Comey come too late to make a difference?

Years ago I agreed to be interviewed for a film which was included in an exhibit for the national museum in Washington, D.C. known as the Newseum. It was on the use of anonymous sources. In the film, which is still playing, I cautioned about their use, saying that they can be inaccurate or even non-existent, and that they reduce trust in the news media.

Today, the use of anonymous sources has accelerated, and the “sources” being used against President Donald Trump are now openly acknowledged as coming from U.S. intelligence agencies such as the FBI, CIA and NSA.

Church Hosts ‘Understanding Islam’ Talk Sunday

Aida Mansoor loves making a good first impression.

The London native, who now lives in the Hartford area, will present an introduction to Islam Sunday from 2 to 5 at the Trumbull Congregational Church on Reservoir Avenue. Despite the fact that nearly one-quarter of the world population is Muslim, most Americans (62%) have never met one…

The other topic that invariably comes up is terrorism, which Mansoor said is politically driven and thrives in areas of political instability. For example, the group Islamic State (ISIS), which is designated as a terror organization by the United Nations and many individual countries, has its foundations in the early 2000s and gained strength after the fall of the Saddam Hussein regime.

Encroachment of Government, Part 2

What the real reason for these meters is not what the energy companies say it is. They say it will lower people’s energy bills and save both the consumer and the electric company money. Both are outright lies. Sustainable Development is code for a policy designed to transform human society, essentially eliminating individual life decisions and replacing them with top — – down, one-size-fits-all government control. In steady fashion, the agenda for this new policy, designed at the international level, is put into place piece by piece with a new government council here, and new regulation there, each designed to appear as a “local” development program. Like the proverbial frog in the slowly boiling pot, many Americans fail to notice the rise in government heat.

The main course of action to impose the new agenda is through the pretense of environmental protection; “Sorry about your rights, but if we don’t save the planet, then we will all perish!” And so with the devastation of a thousand pin pricks, America and its form or government is being changed through the creation of non-elected boards, councils and regional governments, designed to enforce the new regulations and “assure that we protect the environment.”

The pin pricks come disguised as such issues as controls on community development; controls on use of private property; controls on use of open space; creation of development areas, many times under the excuse of historic preservation; communities designed on the blue print of pack and stack housing; making it harder to drive as roads are narrowed, even forcing cars to share the road with bicycles; the enforcement of expensive mass transit boondoggle projects; and the never ending spending spree on inefficient, unworkable alternative energy, such as wind and solar power.

In fact, control of energy and water are the two most effective tools in the enforcement of the Sustainable Development agenda. Without energy and water, human society stops. Using strict controls on how, or even if, energy and water can be used provides government with the power to dictate every aspect of society.

Plane Forced to Land After ‘Turkish Man Tries to Break Into Cockpit Mid-Flight’

On the flight the man, believed to be Turkish, is said to have been waiting to use the bathroom near the cockpit when a flight attendant asked him to sit down.

The man reportedly had a laptop with him, and appeared to try the cockpit door before he was subdued.

[Comment: Note he was carrying a laptop to the bathroom…who takes their laptop into an airplane restroom?…then he tries to enter cockpit with laptop…this looks like a dry run…]

Soros Scores a Triumph in Philadelphia

George Soros made a big addition to his collection of district attorneys dedicated to “reshaping the justice system,” code words for racialist practices that hamstring police and leave demographically favored miscreants unpunished. Even worse, officers stand down from active policing when they know that prosecutors don’t have their backs. The consequences are utterly predictable in a post-Ferguson, post-Baltimore world.

Soros has openly been spending his money on electing progressive D.A.s in big cities and thereby reducing the number of blacks and other minorities punished for crimes. He spent millions last year getting seven D.A.s elected in six states, including Kim Ogg in Harris County (Houston) Texas, a jurisdiction almost three times the population of Philadelphia: 4.41 million to 1.56 million.

Taylor Swift’s Stalker Mohammed Jaffar Held on $20k Bond for Loitering Outside Her Tribeca Apartment

Mohammed Jaffar, the man accused of stalking Taylor Swift, is currently being held on $20K bond for loitering outside her Tribeca apartment for three months.

Prosecutors announced that 29-year-old Jaffar, who did not attend Tuesday’s hearing, will be due back in Manhattan court on June 12 — according to Page Six.

Beginning in December, Mohammed allegedly called the 27-year-old pop star’s management company 59 times and tagged her in numerous creepy social media posts.

Twitter Co-Founder Apologizes for Helping Elect Trump

The co-founder of Twitter apologized Saturday for the social media platform’s role in Donald Trump’s rise to the White House.

In an interview with the New York Times, Evan Williams said that he recently learned that President Trump said he believes Twitter put him in the White house.

“It’s a very bad thing, Twitter’s role in that,” he said. “If it’s true that he wouldn’t be president if it weren’t for Twitter, then yeah, I’m sorry.”

The 45-year-old Silicon Valley entrepreneur criticized the internet for rewarding extremes calling it “broken.” Williams said that he was wrong for thinking that the world would be a better place if there was a platform for everyone to freely speak and exchange ideas.

‘Anti-Brexit Has Backfired’ Farron Loses it as he Reveals He’ll Quit if Lib Dems Fail

Tim Farron refused to admit the Liberal Democrat anti-Brexit strategy had backfired after Sophy Ridge told him he had “put eggs in the wrong basket”.

During a tense interview on Sky News, Ridge said the anticipated Liberal Democrat fightback had become a “Lib Dem flop”.

Despite high expectations of a pro-EU surge, Liberal Democrats have languished in single digits in the polls, with just two weeks to go until the election.

Ridge said the party’s decision to pin their election hopes on the pledge of a second referendum on the EU had been a disaster.

Brexit Secretary David Davis Warns Britain Will Walk Out of Talks if EU Demands €100bn

Britain will walk out of Brexit talks unless Brussels drops its demand to charge €100bn (£86bn) to leave the EU, David Davis has warned.

Brussels Wants Britain ‘To Pay for Its £55billion Pensions Pot’ After Brexit

THE European Union wants Britain to contribute to its staggering £55billion pensions pot for decades after Brexit.

The gold-plated fund banks the average EU official £59,000 — and allows the most senior Brussels bigwigs to draw a maximum of £166,000 in yearly payments in retirement.

And according to analysts, Brussels could demand Britain pays between £4.4billion and £5.7billion during Brexit negotiations.

A senior Brussels source told MailOnline: “Commitments have been made and this is not theoretical.

“These are commitments which exist and we need to make sure that the UK lives up to its part of these commitments.”

The average Brussels pension payout of £59,000 is more than twice the average salary of British citizens.

Danish Teenager Gets Six Years for School Terror Plot

The teenage girl known in Denmark as the “Kundby Girl,” who told her teacher she had sympathies with the Islamic State terror group and planned to attack Danish schools with home-made bombs, was on Thursday jailed for six years.

The would-be jihadist, aged just 15 at the time of her arrest in January 2016, had tried to contact Isis group leaders on Twitter but was arrested after her parents became suspicious that she was experimenting with chemicals in the basement of the family home.

A court in the town of Holbæk, 65 kilometres west of Copenhagen, on Tuesday found the girl, who is now 17, guilty of “attempting a terrorist act”.

The unnamed girl, a Muslim convert, had also written notes about planning to carry out the attacks on both her former primary school and a Jewish school in Copenhagen.

Europe Will be Muslim in 30 Years and Christians Forced to Live in Secret, Orthodox Prelate Warns

Europe will turn Muslim in about three decades and Christians will be so afraid of persecution that they will live in secret during those times, the Russian Orthodox archpriest has warned.

In a statement to Soyuz TV channel translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute, Russian prelate Dmitri Smirnov warned that the Christian civilization only has very little time left before its demise. He also predicted that Islam will rule in the western world because Muslims are willing to give their all to fight for what they believe in, but the people of the West are just too tired to do so.

“There is very little time left until the death of the entire Christian Civilization. Several decades, perhaps 30 years, well, maybe in Russia it will last 50, no longer,” Smirnov told Russia’s Soyuz TV.

In addition, the Russian prelate said Christians will be persecuted and scattered across Europe and will live in secret, gathering in small groups instead. Interfax-Religion also reports that Smirnov said Muhammad is now the most popular name given to British baby boys.

“In three decades, the whole Europe will turn Muslim and Christians will live in a semi-underground,” Father Smirnov added.

Europe: Muslim Atrocities Against Women? So What!

It happened again last week. Two Turkish nationals in Schwerin, Germany were arrested for raping a 13-year-old girl after forcing themselves into her home.

Recently, a judge in Germany acquitted a Turkish drug dealer of raping one of his customers last August. He had forced himself on her for four hours and left her incapacitated for weeks. He told the judge that in the culture from where he came, what she “had experienced as rape” might be considered merely “wild sex”.

What “culture” is this?

‘It’s as Low-Ambition as You Can Get’ EU Ridiculed for Much-Lauded Military Headquarters

The facility has been dismissed as a “call centre” that will be staffed by “eight to nine people” with other jobs.

EU foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini confirmed the so-called Military Planning and Conduct Capability (MPCC) facility would finally be formally launched in a few days.

Britain blocked the creation of the EU military, objecting to use of the words “operational HQ” in the text, but Whitehall sources said there was little concern about its remit.

BRUSSELS bigwigs face ridicule over a European Union military headquarters set to be launched in the next few days…

British fears of plans for an EU army grew this week after new French president Emmanuel Macron appointed an ultra-Europhile defence chief with close links to Germany.

Mr Macron even surprised his own camp by naming Sylvie Goulard, an arch-federalist MEP with no experience in military matters, as his armed forces minister.

[Comment: Those making fun of this miss the point. This is just the camel’s nose. The fact that there is even a physical location for EU military headquarters is the big deal, not how many are inside it. This how globalists operate — in sneaky baby steps.]

Medical Report Published, Confirms That Robert Spencer Was Poisoned in Iceland

A medical report confirms prominent Islam expert Robert Spencer’s claim that he was drugged by an Icelander in the island nation’s capital after giving a speech on Islam and the future of European culture.

As WND reported, Spencer believes someone who recognized him at the restaurant where he dined after the speech last Thursday approached him, declaring himself to be a fan, and slipped drugs in his drink.

Spencer said that about 15 minutes later, when he returned to his hotel room, “I began to feel numbness in my face, hands and feet. I began trembling and vomiting. My heart was racing dangerously. I spent the night in a Reykjavik hospital.”

The doctor states in his one-page report, dated May 12, that Spencer tested “positive for amphetamine and MDMA.”

Reykjavik journalist Hjálmar Friðriksson, who reports for the local news service DV, alerted WND to a copy of Spencer’s medical report that he obtained, which was written in English.

MDMA, commonly known as “ecstasy,” typically causes an increase in heart rate.

Spencer told WND that the doctor “tried to downplay what happened,” but the report makes it clear he was drugged.

“He said I had a panic attack,” said Spencer, noting it’s a symptom of MDMA overdose.

“I’ve never had a panic attack in my life, even after jihadis attacked our event in Garland,” he said. “Also, why would I have a panic attack after a successful event?”

Spencer was referring to the free-speech event he co-hosted in Garland, Texas, in May 2015 that was attacked by jihadists allied with ISIS. WND reported from the scene.

“I can only surmise that the doctor knew who I was and didn’t want me to use the incident to make the Icelandic left look bad,” Spencer told WND.

More Swedes Die Alone — And With No Money

A growing number of Swedes die lacking both money and relatives, meaning their funerals must be paid for by the local council.

The social services in both Malmö and Stockholm say they are having to arrange an increasing number of funerals for people who die lacking both money and relatives, a development confirmed by the Swedish Association of Funeral Directors (Sveriges Begravningsbyråers Förbund, SBF) and the Fonus funeral directors.

“How we take care of our deceased over time shows an interesting societal development; through all times funerals have mirrored the well-being of society. We have a sense that the local councils are often the ones ordering the service, as there is no-one else willing to deal with it,” SBF Director Ulf Lerneus told TT newswire.

The city of Malmö annually arranges between 25 and 30 funerals for deceased who either lack relatives entirely, or when the relatives are unwilling to arrange the funeral.

Sweden: Police in Borlänge: The Criminals Have Won

Swedish policeman admits defeat to criminal gangs. At the same time media and the politicians are accused of having mislead the Swedish people, including not telling people how dangerous the new criminals really are.

Tjärna in Borlänge is one of nearly 60 so-called exclusion areas in Sweden. Car fires, stone throwing and much crime are recurrent in the area. The explanation from the Swedish media and politicians has been that the area is socio-economically vulnerable. The Swedish news outlet Fria Tider has spoken with a Borlänge police officer who claims that the media and the politicians are lying and simplifying.

— I perceive that it was not until the late 1980s that things changed, and in the mid 90s serious organized crime began, heavy criminal and serious violence. It has probably several explanations; the psychiatric reform in 1995 and that Sweden opened up for Europe. Stockholm and other cities changed quickly and I did not feel at all confident with this…

He says politicians and the media have lied straight to the face of the Swedish people of what is happening in Tjärna and in other so-called areas of social exclusion.

– — If people got to know which groups that are present here or in Bergsjön, in Gothenburg or Husby, they would be frightened. These are no ordinary petty criminals thugs we’re talking about. They are people who actually fight to dismantle Sweden and introduce something completely different.

Prior to him starting working in Borlänge, he worked in Stockholm, so he has a good overview. The politicians and the media’s explanation and analysis of the situation are simplified absurdity and dishonesty, he says.

UK: All-Female ISIS Jihad Group Accused of Planning Westminster Knife Terror Attack

Three women accused of forming an all-female Islamist hit squad to carry out a knife attack in Westminster will stand trial in November.

Mina Dich, 43, her daughter Rizlaine Boular, 21, and Khawla Barghouthi, 20, plotted ‘to murder a person or persons unknown’, it is claimed.

Boular was shot and wounded by armed police as the trio were arrested during a series of raids on 27 April.

Officers arrested the youngster and Barghouthi after firing CS gas into a house in Harlesden, northwest London, while Dich was detained in a separate raid in Kent.

UK: Only Two of the ‘Three Girls’ Rochdale Abusers Remain in Prison; Four Fighting Deportation

Only two of the nine men convicted following the Rochdale child grooming scandal remain in prison, and four are using taxpayers’ money to fight deportation to Pakistan.

The Manchester Evening News reports that only Shabir Ahmed, 64, and Mohammed Sajid, 40, are still in custody.

Mohammed Amin, 50; Abdul Qayyum, 49; Hamid Safi, 27; Adil Khan, 47; Abdul Rauf, 48; Abdul Aziz, 46; and Kabeer Hassan, 30, have all completed short sentences of five years or less, or been released on license halfway through longer sentences — as is standard since Labour passed the Criminal Justice Act 2003.

Four of the men, including ringleader Shabir ‘Daddy’ Ahmed, were stripped of their British citizenship so they could be be deported to Pakistan, but are now mounting a taxpayer-funded legal challenge in the Court of Appeal, aided by lawyers accused of “gaming the system”.

The paedophile targeted “dozens” of vulnerable white teenagers, usually underage, for years, in an episode which has been partly serialised by the BBC in the drama Three Girls.

An official report found that the grooming gangs, composed overwhelmingly of Muslim men, were able to operate with impunity because police, prosecutors and social services feared being accused of racism if they intervened.

“They knew all along what was going on. They knew crimes were being committed, but they just told my mum and dad I was making lifestyle choices,” said one of the victims.

“How is being raped by dozens of men a lifestyle choice? Why would any girl of 15 want to do that?”

Egypt Refers 48 to Court Over Coptic Church Bombings

Egypt’s public prosecutor says 48 suspected members of so-called Islamic State (IS) have been referred to a military court in connection with three bombings of Coptic churches.

Thirty-one of the suspects are in custody while the others are still at large.

More than 70 people died in suicide attacks against churches in Cairo in December and in the cities of Tanta and Alexandria in April.

IS said it carried out the bombings.

In a statement on Sunday, public prosecutor Nabil Sadek said some of the suspects were leaders within IS and had formed cells in Cairo and the southern province of Qena to carry out the church attacks.

He said the militants were also responsible for killing eight police officers at a checkpoint in Egypt’s Western Desert in January.

ISIS Video Shows New Weapons, ‘American’ Urging Attacks in U.S.

ISIS has released a new video featuring a purportedly American fighter calling for attacks in the U.S. and footage of new weapons the terrorists have built, including drones and rovers, analysts said.

Using the handle Abu Hamza al-Amriki, the bearded man appears with his face uncovered and urges lone-wolf attacks to avenge U.S. military action in slightly accented English, according to security firm Flashpoint.

It’s been nearly a year since an American was featured in official ISIS propaganda. In June, a fighter using the nickname Abu Isma’il al-Amriki praised the Orlando nightclub massacre in another video. Jihadis use al-Amriki in their noms de guerre to mean “the American.”

The latest video also includes photos of U.S. locations — the Las Vegas Strip, Times Square, banks in Washington — meant to represent potential targets, said Laith Alkhouri of Flashpoint.

Of particular interest was the weaponry on display in the slickly produced 44-minute clip put out by ISIS’ media office in Iraq.

The U.S., Churchill and the Middle East

[…] The U.S. is no longer simply the paralyzed observer of a rise in violence, as in those terrifying scenes in movies where zombies multiply without anyone knowing how to contain, counter or stop them. Since the sheriff is back in town fighting the zombies, the zombies are fighting back.

As soon as President Trump arrived in the White House, in fact, he rolled up his sleeves to try to find solutions to the increasing threats to world peace, based on a sound principle appreciated by great leaders such as Churchill: Si vis pacem para bellum. If you want peace, prepare for war.

To no one’s surprise, and possibly for many reasons, the Nobelized pacifist, Obama, asked to have a bust of Winston Churchill removed from the White House on day one; Trump asked for it back on day one.

In 1938, while Chamberlain and Daladier, with their pallid complexions and sad smiles, congratulated themselves on having abandoned Czechoslovakia to Hitler’s hands in exchange for a promise of peace that rapidly turned out to be just the prelude to the deadliest war in history, Churchill summed up the situation with the scathing phrase: “They had to choose between dishonor and war. They have chosen dishonor and they will have war.”

North Korea’s deputy U.N. envoy said on Friday that the country will continue to strengthen its nuclear program as a necessary measure needed to counter U.S. aggression.

Kim In Ryong told reporters that the U.S.’ hostile policy towards North Korea is “the root of all problems” and that putting a definite end to this would be a “prerequisite for solving all problems on the Korean peninsula,” Reuters reports.

North Korea tested a longer-range missile last weekend, which experts say was a significant advance for a weapons program that aims at having a nuclear-tipped missile that can strike America. The test triggered a new U.S.-backed push for a fresh round of U.N. sanctions against the North.

How a Nation is Being Made Great Again

The first president of our republic, George Washington stated, “It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and the Bible.” A nation is made great by it’s people and their values. What is taught to one generation usually dictates the direction will take in the next. It has also been said that a nation rises and falls on its leadership or lack therein. Throughout the Bible, it is noted that when ancient Israel had a king who reverenced God and held the word of God in high esteem, the apple of God’s eye nation prospered.

But if Israel was saddled with a king who did not respect the principles enumerated in God’s instructions, life within the country was often full of misery. A prime example of that scenario today is Venezuela. For many years, that onetime prosperous nation diminished under communist regimes that were governed in total opposition of God given unalienable rights of individuals. In fact, God’s beneficial principles regarding everything ranging from economics, private property, overall prosperity and national security has rendered the people of that beaten down country helpless, with no hope for a better life in sight.

Venezuela was a proud and prosperous democracy, became the oldest to collapse into communist authoritariananism since World War Two. Power grabs and the overall trashing of the rights of the people have led to massive protests and brutal dictatorial crackdowns against the people. The awful communist regime has even invited in murderous Islamic terrorists to help shoot starving Venezuelan citizens who simply desire to support their families and feed their children.

Mexico Second-Most Deadly Country in the World, Says New Report

For President Enrique Peña Nieto and his administration, 2017 is proving the most violent year yet. January and February saw an alarming uptick in violence while March recorded 2,020 murders. The last time Mexico saw more than 2,000 murders in a month was in 2011, during Felipe Calderón’s presidency, when the army was called on to join the fight against organized crime — a struggle that claimed an estimated 200,000 lives and left more than 30,000 missing.

The violence has been flagged up in a report by the UK-based International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). Citing the 23,000 murders in 2016, the think-tank’s Armed Conflict Survey 2017 named Mexico the second-most-violent country in the world, second only to Syria, whose death toll was 73,000, but beating war zones such as Afghanistan and Iraq which saw 17,000 and 16,000 murders respectively.

Venezuela: “I’ve Never Seen Anything Like This, A Plague Has Passed Through the Country”

Many of the stores in Valencia, the capital of Carabobo state in Venezuela, are graveyards for broken glass. Two weeks ago, hundreds of people looted supermarkets, businesses and even trucks loaded with products. Nothing could have stopped the hordes of people who, for three days non-stop at first, and then intermittently, have decimated the commerce in this province. As well as the damage, there has been another calamitous effect: the worsening of shortages.

Venezuela’s Maduro Attacks ‘Fascist’ Protesters for Setting Man Alight

Venezuela President Nicolas Maduro excoriated opposition protesters on Sunday for setting a man on fire during a demonstration, accusing them of targeting him for being pro-government.

“A person was set on fire, beaten up, stabbed… They nearly lynched him, just because he shouted out that he was a ‘Chavista’,” Maduro said, referring to the ruling socialist movement set up by his predecessor Hugo Chavez.

Witnesses to the incident on Saturday afternoon, including a Reuters photographer, said the crowd had accused the man of being a thief.

About 100 people, who had been participating in anti-Maduro protests, surrounded him, doused him in gasoline and set him alight in Plaza Altamira in east Caracas, the witnesses said.

Though some in the crowd said he should die, others helped him and the man survived.

5,000 Migrants Rescued in 48 Hours Off Libya

Some 5,000 migrants bound for Italy were rescued in waters off the coast of Libya between Thursday and Saturday morning by Italian and Libyan coastguards, statements from both countries said.

Around 2,900 people were rescued on Thursday, 2,300 of whom were found in international waters and taken to Italy, while 580 picked up in Libyan waters were returned to the north African country.

Through Friday until Saturday morning, coastguards rescued another 2,100 migrants packed in 17 vessels, but found the body of one man who drowned, the Italian coastguard said.

The number of migrants arriving in Italy has soared this year by more than 30 percent in comparison with the same period last year, with 46,000 people arriving so far.

Germany: Syrian Migrant Jailed for Passing Info on Terror Targets to Islamic State

BERLIN (AP) — A German court convicted a Syrian refugee Friday of membership in the Islamic State group in his homeland and later providing information for a possible attack against “soft targets” in Berlin.

Berlin’s criminal court sentenced Shaas al-Mohammad, 20, to five years in prison on 150 counts of membership in a foreign terrorist organization and 149 counts of violating weapons laws.

Judges noted the seriousness of the crimes, but applied youth sentencing guidelines because most of them happened before the defendant turned 18.

Al-Mohammad’s lawyer had asked the court to acquit his client, who denied the charges.

The verdict marks the first time that a German court has convicted a Syrian refugee of crimes committed in Syria, federal prosecutor Gerwin Moldenhauer said.

The court accepted prosecutors’ arguments that al-Mohammad had joined IS as a teenager in Syria in 2013 and undergone military training. He later performed armed guard duty during the siege of the eastern Syrian city of Deir el-Zour and its airport in 2013 and 2014, prosecutors said.

After coming to Germany as an asylum-seeker in August 2015, al-Mohammad remained in contact with IS and sent the group information about tourist groups visiting Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz and the Reichstag parliament building. Judges concluded that the defendant must have known the information could be used for an attack.

Integration Commissioner Says German Culture Does Not Exist, ‘Diversity is Nation’s Strength’

But Historian Klaus-Rüdiger May warned the demands of the document, which was developed by more than 50 migrant organisations, would bankrupt businesses, pensions, and the country, and would make native Germans second class citizens in their own homeland.

German culture does not exist and the nation’s history has been shaped by “immigration and diversity”, according to Federal Integration Commissioner Aydan Özoguz, who has argued migrants should not be expected to assimilate.

Writing in Tagesspiegel, the Commissioner denounced the debate over Leitkultur (meaning ‘dominant’ or ‘guiding culture’) — in which conservative politicians have suggested migrants should assimilate to a shared set of cultural values — as “ridiculous and absurd”.

“And no wonder, because it’s simply not possible to identify any sort of culture that’s specific to Germany beyond the language.

“Even historically, it is regional cultures, immigration and diversity that have had a bigger role in shaping our history.”

Globalisation, and the ongoing transformation of Germany into a society of ever increasing numbers of different peoples and lifestyles, “leads to diversity being amplified and multiplied further”, Özoguz added.

She conceded that “cultural diversity is perhaps tiresome”, but argued that it is “the strength of our open society”.

“Promoting the idea that there is a dominant culture doesn’t create common grounds but instead erects borders to exclude.

“Germany is diverse — a fact which seems too complicated for some”, she added…

But Historian Klaus-Rüdiger May warned the demands of the document, which was developed by more than 50 migrant organisations, would bankrupt businesses, pensions, and the country, and would make native Germans second class citizens in their own homeland.

“At its core [the paper seeks] the profound transformation of the Federal Republic of Germany” to the “considerable disadvantage” of the indigenous population, May said.

Gone is even the term “Germans” he noted, suggesting that for Özoguz, the word “seems to have become unmentionable”.

Muslim Migrant Honor Killing in Cleveland, Ohio

No comment from pro-terror, pro-sharia hatemonger, Linda Sarsour. No feminist marches. No tweets from Susan Sarandon and the rest of the vicious bleating sheep of the left.

Fahad Saeed and Rosa Al-Dhannoon came to the U.S. about three years ago as refugees from Iraq,

Fahad Saeed was arrested for murdering his ex-wife. Another Muslim was also arrested in the case. Court records show Amar Sami, 22, pleaded guilty to obstructing justice for lying to investigators who were looking into her disappearance. Islamic honor code of violence. Sources tell FOX 8 News, surveillance video shows Sami and Saeed purchasing shovels after Rosa Al Dhannoon’s disappearance.

Fahad Mohammed Saeed, 27, of Cleveland, also was charged in the indictment with kidnapping, felonious assault, aggravated burglary, stalking and abuse of a corpse in connection with the death of 25-year-old Roaa Al-Dhannoon. She was last seen Oct. 16 at her Lakewood, Ohio, apartment and was reported missing by friends three days later. Abuse of a corpse? Was she beheaded?

Saeed was already in Cuyahoga County Jail after a Lakewood Municipal Court judge sentenced him to 180 days in jail in January for violating a protection order given to Al-Dhannoon. The couple divorced in September, and Al-Dhannoon was granted sole custody of their young son, Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Blaise Thomas said. Police found her body in Big Creek Reserve in Brooklyn where they unearthed a container of human remains. They do not describe the condition of the body.

Sweden: Asylum Seeker Masturbated Next to the Wrong Woman

“The guy had strange movements and I noticed that he looked intensely at me with a sleazy look and I wondered what he was doing.”

Hanna shuts down the music on her headphones, and then she heard that the asylum seeker moaned. He had placed his jacket on his knees, but Hanna could see that the jacket moved up and down. She then understood that the man masturbated. When his jacket slid down, she saw the 23-year-old’s penis. He had a b****.

“I panicked and felt trapped. I did not know if I could get up, because I felt badly threatened by the guy. I’m looking up to see if someone else seems to notice what’s happening, but it does not seem to be the case, Hanna told police.

She eventually got up and and pushed the man to the middle of the hallway, where she hit him with a bottle.

“At the same time, I screamed loudly,” Do you sit and masturbate next to me, you damn bastard.”

— The other passengers must have heard when I screamed.

“I hit him with the bottle several times. I got so angry with what I had been exposed to.”

When the asylum seeker started walking and was trying to leave the train, Hanna tried to prevent him from getting away.

— You are crazy! he screamed to her in English.

A train conductor came out after the incident and talked to Hanna, who told him what the unknown man had done. The train conductor also spoke with the 23-year-old and then asked him to leave the train.

— I said “do not let him leave”. But she did nothing to detain the guy. Instead she let him get off the train without being identified, Hanna told police.

After leaving the train, the man ran away. Hanna had, however, been told that he was living at an asylum residence in Sölvesborg and contacted the place to try to identify the man.

The 23-year-old asylum seeker, who comes from Iraq and has Arabic as a native language, could later be identified and was recently sentenced to pay 80 daily fines for sexual abuse. He will also have to pay SEK 5,000 in damages to Hanna, reports Fria Tider.

In May, the asylum seeker appealed the verdict to the court in Skåne and Blekinge. He believes that the surveillance footage do not prove anything, and he does not want to pay damages to the woman, writes Swedish Radio.

Prof to White Male Employees: ‘Please Quit’

A professor wants universities to “stop hiring white cis men,” according to her May blog post uncovered by Campus Reform Wednesday.

“If you are a cis white man (meaning you identify as male and you were assigned male at birth) you almost certainly should resign from your position of power,” wrote Piper Harron, a temporary assistant professor at University of Hawaii at Manoa.

“That’s right, please quit. Too difficult? Well, as a first step, at least get off your hiring committee, your curriculum committee, and make sure you’re replaced by a woman of color or trans person. Don’t have any in your department? HOW SHOCKING.”

Harron, who is black and teaches math at Manoa, informed readers that “actual solutions require women of color and transgender individuals,” noting that “having white cis women run the world is no kind of solution,” referencing the 53 percent of white women who voted to elect President Donald Trump.

The Gender Obsessed West Sets Itself Up for the Rise of Islam

[…] Anesthetization by an obsession with gender rights further seems to have become a fixture of countries after terror attacks. Soon after jihadists targeted Spain in 2004 and forced it to withdraw troops from Iraq, the Socialist government of Jose Luis Zapatero embraced the titillation of gender ideology, including gay-friendly “diversity” training at elementary schools. The “Zapatero Project” was based on the “scorn of nature, reinvention of what is human, exaltation of desire”. Former U.S. President Barack Obama’s years were also marked by an “obsession” with transgender rights. Obsession with gender is a convenient distraction to avoid facing matters that are more difficult and less pleasant.

There is a saying that civilizations can be destroyed from within, rather than by armies from without. If the West will not commit itself to preserving Western societies and values, it will fall. And its extraordinary progress will be blanketed over by darkness, along with all those gender rights.

According to Camille Paglia, “a purely secular culture risks hollowness and, paradoxically, sets itself up for the rise of fundamentalist movements that ominously promise to purify and discipline”. Such as — name it — radical Islam.

What Have “We” Done to Our Country?

Congress has sat back and done nothing while: Nazi Collaborator George Soros’ Pro-Communist “Open Society Foundation”, 100 Progressive & Leftist organizations that Soros funds for millions of dollars annually, like the Marxist Leninist Communist Workers Party’s front, A.N.S.W.E.R”.

“A.N.S.W.E.R” was funded by “Open Society Foundation”, the Communist Party “Progress Unity Fund.”, Al Sharpton’s “National Action Network,” Obama’s Organization For America with 250 offices nationally, the left leaning Democratic Party, The New Black Panther Party, LA Raza, NOW, CAIR, the Communist Party USA, Black Lives Matter, the Muslim Brotherhood, The Weather Underground, American Immigration Lawyers Association, The International Refugee Assistance Project, The Nation of Islam, The Tides Foundation, Planned Parenthood, Amnesty International, The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), American Federation of Teachers, Code Pink, the Service Employment International Union, The International Refugee Assistance Project, a small group of “Rhino Republicans”, and other Anarchists & Radical, leftists groups.

WHAT DO THESE ORGANIZATIONS HAVE IN COMMON? THE DEMISE OF AMERICA! Why is Congress allowing all the dog and pony shows against our President rather than shutting down these seditious organizations and bringing charges against those committing treason against this country?

They have aligned themselves with these seditious groups of progressives, Socialists, Leftists, Marxists, Communists, and Radical Islamists who are determined to bring down a President of the United States and the country by any means possible.

Journalists Drink Too Much, Are Bad at Managing Emotions, And Operate at a Lower Level Than Average, According to a New Study

Journalists’ brains apparently show a lower level of executive functioning, which means a below average ability to regulate their emotions, suppress biases, solve complex problems, switch between tasks, and show creative and flexible thinking.

This is according to a new study led by neuroscientist and leadership coach Dr Tara Swart, who selected 40 journalists from newspaper, magazine, broadcast, and online platforms to analyse.

The research was conducted over seven months, where the participants took part in simple tests relating to their lifestyle, health, and behaviour.

  1. It’s amusing to see white women finally begin to realize that their own attacks on white men undermine their own very existence in a West gone berserk over gender and racial hatreds. Aborting your babies didn’t help, either, ladies. Shame on you to think that 47 out of 100 of you wanted a virago as the leader of the once-free world. Are you daft?

      • Vera, it’s sad to admit, but the wimmen aren’t doing so well these days.

The fairer sex initiates most of the divorces and certainly all of the abortions used as a form of birth control. They are rapidly reaching parity in being the aggressors in domestic violence situations, and lesbian couples have developed a bad rep among police officers.

Not that men are angels. But many of them go their own way now, dropping out of higher education and leaving the women in charge. “Higher” education is so dumbed down it’s not worth fighting for a place unless you want to attend one of the Ivies for the post-college social connections.

It’s the younger boys who need protecting. Here’s Kay Hymowitz, who’s been studying the situation for years; she has numerous essays on this sad subject:

        https://www.city-journal.org/html/boy-trouble-13615.html

When I started following the research on child well-being about two decades ago, the focus was almost always girls’ problems—their low self-esteem, lax ambitions, eating disorders, and, most alarming, high rates of teen pregnancy.

Now, though, with teen births down more than 50 percent from their 1991 peak and girls dominating classrooms and graduation ceremonies, boys and men are increasingly the ones under examination. Their high school grades and college attendance rates have remained stalled for decades. Among poor and working-class boys, the chances of climbing out of the low-end labor market—and of becoming reliable husbands and fathers—are looking worse and worse.

Economists have scratched their heads. “The greatest, most astonishing fact that I am aware of in social science right now is that women have been able to hear the labor market screaming out ‘You need more education’ and have been able to respond to that, and men have not,” MIT’s Michael Greenstone told the New York Times. If boys were as rational as their sisters, he implied, they would be staying in school, getting degrees, and going on to buff their Florsheim shoes on weekdays at 7:30 AM. Instead, the rational sex, the proto-homo economicus, is shrugging off school and resigning itself to a life of shelf stocking. Why would that be?

This spring [2013], another MIT economist, David Autor, and coauthor Melanie Wasserman, proposed an answer. The reason for boys’ dismal school performance, they argued, was the growing number of fatherless homes. Boys and young men weren’t behaving rationally, the theory suggested, because their family background left them without the necessary attitudes and skills to adapt to changing social and economic conditions. The paper generated a brief buzz but then vanished. That’s too bad, for the claim that family breakdown has had an especially harsh impact on boys, and therefore men, has considerable psychological and biological research behind it. Anyone interested in the plight of poor and working-class men—and, more broadly, mobility and the American dream—should keep it front and center in public debate.

        https://www.city-journal.org/html/boy-trouble-13615.html

She partly right. But to see how schools treat boys differently from the get-go fills a parent with despair. The lack of acknowledgment by school authorities for the differences in needs between boys and girls is maddening. And it was one reason we decided to homeschool.

As one of my sons put it, at age ten or so, “girls in groups are…are scum”. His frustration level after attempting to “work” on a group project in science whose members consisted of him and three girls led to this outburst – at home, not at school. He was frustrated but not suicidal. The outcome of this encounter of several weeks? He did the work and they all got the credit. Because schools have this deep belief in “group cooperative projects” but they fail to take into account gender differences…there aren’t any, see?

I know up close and personally how women get mistreated by the system. I was once one of those battered wives (I forget what the new three-word euphemism is now. “Domestic violence” jumped the shark. I saw the new one today on a forum and was too busy laughing to commit it to memory) whose husband cashed out all his assets, left the state, and left me and the kids to fend for ourselves. Suddenly the man who had asked me not to work, tht he would support our family, changed his tune.

IOW, life ain’t fair and the evil is equally divided.

        • Very true, evil is equally divided. A huge amount of research had been done in the Soviet-Union in order to find out how best to weaken the western civilisations. It all summed up to “wreck the families”, and this goal is diligently pursued ever since.
