Gates of Vienna News Feed 2/14/2017

Kim Jong-nam, the elder half-brother of North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un, has reportedly been assassinated in Malaysia. Two women allegedly stabbed the elder Kim with poisoned needles at a Malaysian airport, and then fled before they could be captured.

In other news, German officials are reportedly alarmed at the possibility that Greece may abandon the euro and take up the U.S. dollar instead as its official currency.

Euro Humiliation: Germany ‘Freaked Out’ As Greece ‘Could Ditch EU Currency for US Dollar’

Professor Ted Malloch revealed that senior Greek economists have enquired about the possibility of adopting the greenback if the country crashes out of the single currency.

He asserted that Athens is so desperate it is prepared to tie itself to the dollar on the same terms as the likes of Puerto Rico if it means being able to quit the eurozone.

Professor Ted Malloch said Germany was ‘freaked out’ about the prospect of Greece quitting the euro

And Prof Malloch said German leaders including Angela Merkel were “freaked out” at the humiliating possibility of losing Greece to a rival currency, which would be a devastating blow to the EU project.

Tying Greece temporarily to the US dollar would be one way for the authorities in Athens to ensure that its currency does not completely tank if it leaves the eurozone, as would likely occur with a reissued drachma.

European Union Demands France Increases Austerity Amid Deficit Breach

The European Commission warned the country’s budget deficit was close to hitting 3.1 per cent of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2018 — above the eurozone’s 3 per cent cap.

Greece Considers Ditching Euro in Favor of the US Dollar

Greece is said to be considering ditching the Euro in favour of the US dollar in a devastating move which would humiliate Brussels.

Donald Trump’s pick for EU ambassador Ted Malloch claimed senior Greek economists are looking into taking on the American banknotes if the country turns its back on the European currency.

Due to Greece’s crippling financial crisis, officials are said to be desperately searching for an alternative to the Eurozone, which would ‘freak out’ Angela Merkel, according to Malloch.

‘The Euro May Already be Lost’ Economists Predict Doomsday for European Union’s Currency

European Union nations are plummeting further into debt, amid angry protests and calls for reform, but the Union continues to push for the joint monetary union.

Now, economists have suggested it is already too late to save the failing monetary union — which will “almost surely fail”.

Tuomas Malinen, CEO of GnS Economics, said: “Living standards in Italy and Greece are below the levels when they joined the euro.

“Finland is the only Nordic country using the euro and it is also the only Nordic country which has not yet recovered from the financial crash of 2008.

“There have been many proposals on how to fix the euro and the EMU, but they are politically unpopular and unrealistic.”

Economists Mr Malinen, Dr Heikki Koskenkylä and Dr Peter Nyberg co-wrote the report ‘The Euro May Already Be Lost’, which has suggested there are solutions, but they are extreme.

A Brief and Appalling History of the Department of Education

Congratulations to Secretary DeVos. She will now roll up her sleeves and work to ensure that our children receive the education they deserve, and not the education they have been receiving for a long, long time. We know that she wants to begin by devolving a good portion of the responsibility for education from the federal bureaucracy to the states.

As noted by E. Jeffrey Ludwig in American Thinker on February 9, 2017, “Federalism in the area of education with its restored respect for state authority is the key to change and progress.” But this will just be a start, not the end. It is time to resuscitate the Constitution of the United States vis-Ã -vis the responsibility for education.

There has never been a constitutional basis for any federal control over education in the states. National government control of education is a constitutional travesty, a regulatory nightmare, a burden on the states’ and the people’s budgets, and a burden on the state and local education systems and institutions over which it has made itself the overseer. Secretary DeVos is the right person to work toward the goal of removing the federal government from the educational process.

Are Mosque Denials a Sign of Anti-Muslim Bias?

Recent media coverage of two Virginia mosque permit proceedings repeats charges of local bigotry and bias directed at the Islamic organizations. At the same time, news reports featured the same accusations, this time originating from a New Jersey federal judge’s ruling against Bernards Township zoning officials and residents. In all of these cases, the proceedings involved a mosque application to build in a residential or quasi-residential area.

Yet case studies suggest that other priorities may be compelling the residents and municipal officials in the neighborhoods where complex mosque applications are being filed.

Ethics Office Recommends White House Investigate Conway’s Nordstrom Remarks

The Office of Government Ethics has recommended that White House counselor Kellyanne Conway be investigated by the White House for comments she made on television, in which she urged people to buy products from Ivanka Trump’s clothing line.

In a letter dated Monday, and released by the Democrats on the House Oversight committee’s Twitter account Tuesday, the office found that Conway committed a “clear violation” when she urged viewers to buy from Ivanka’s clothing line after it had been dropped by Nordstrom.

“Go buy Ivanka’s stuff … It’s a wonderful line, I own some of it … I’m going to give a free commercial here. Go buy it today, everybody. You can find it online,” Conway said on “Fox & Friends” Thursday, standing in front of the podium in the White House briefing room.

For the Media, The Only Jihad is Against Trump

By Roger L Simon

In their zeal to “Jump on Trump,” is our media — not to mention their 9th Circuit cohorts — doing an immense disservice to the American public by obfuscating, effectively censoring, serious discussion of Islamic immigration and what to do about it?

It’s a global problem, surely, and we have a lot to learn from the mistakes of the Europeans who — according to the latest polls — are expressing serious regrets about their open-border immigration policies.

Several countries are beginning to return their migrants, sometimes offering economic incentives. And you can see why, reading last Friday’s report from the Gatestone Institute.

Former Obama Officials, Loyalists Waged Secret Campaign to Oust Flynn to Preserve Iran Deal

The abrupt resignation Monday evening of White House national security adviser Michael Flynn is the culmination of a secret, months-long campaign by former Obama administration confidantes to handicap President Donald Trump’s national security apparatus and preserve the nuclear deal with Iran, according to multiple sources in and out of the White House who described to the Washington Free Beacon a behind-the-scenes effort by these officials to plant a series of damaging stories about Flynn in the national media.

The effort, said to include former Obama administration adviser Ben Rhodes—the architect of a separate White House effort to create what he described as a pro-Iran echo chamber—included a small task force of Obama loyalists who deluged media outlets with stories aimed at eroding Flynn’s credibility, multiple sources revealed.

General Michael T. Flynn, Best Choice for NSA Chief

Michael T. Flynn knows more about Islamic terrorism than anyone in Trump’s cabinet. It is why we need him for our NSA Chief! The left knows it, and it is why they will use every tactic they can to derail his nomination, including the bogus claim that he promised a lifting of sanctions against Russia when he spoke with Sergey Kislyak, the Russian Ambassador to the U.S.

General Flynn spent more than 33 years as an intelligence officer, and that will serve us well. He served as the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Senior Military Intelligence Officer in the Department of Defense. Of all the military men in our President’s new administration, General Flynn knows more about the cunning and ability-to-adapt of the Islamic enemies of freedom than anyone else in Trump’s administration. His book, The Field of Fight, should be read by every patriotic American. Get it, and read it, only 180 high powered packed intel pages! It is why we desperately need this man.

The Bogus Attack Against Flynn

At issue is whether or not Flynn discussed the lifting of sanctions against Russia with Sergey Kislyak before Trump’s inauguration. U.S. intelligence services routinely intercept and monitor diplomats. According to transcripts of the conversation, they show that General Flynn did discuss sanctions with the ambassador. What they don’t show is that the General made any sort of promise to lift the sanctions once Mr. Trump took office. Rather, they show Flynn making general comments about relations between the two countries improving under President Trump.

Had the General promised a lifting of sanctions, he would have violated a law that prohibits private citizens from engaging in foreign policy, the Logan Act. Flynn has stated that he really doesn’t remember the entire conversation, but the transcripts actually show he made no sort of promise, so reality is, the left is scared to death of Flynn and want him gone…

Marion Ingeborg Andrews, (Inge) was born in Dusseldorf, Germany, in 1940 during Hitler’s reign. She is infuriated that people compare President Trump to Hitler and has said,

“What is going on in this country is giving me chills. Trump is not like Hitler. Just because a leader wants order doesn’t mean they’re like a dictator. What reminds me more of Hitler than anything else isn’t Trump, it’s the destruction of freedom of speech on the college campuses — the agendas fueled by the professors. That’s how Hitler started, he pulled in the youth to mis-educate them, to brainwash them, it’s happening today.”

“It saddens me that we are teaching garbage in the schools and in the college. We don’t teach history anymore. History repeats itself over and over. The kids out there today haven’t ever lived through a war like I did. I remember sitting in a rock pile, cleaning rocks, to rebuild Germany. I remember eating maple leaves and grass to survive.”

General Flynn’s book echoes Inge’s fears when he states, “Religious fanatics and secular tyrants work quite well together, transcending even deep ideological divides. The most dramatic example comes from the infamous case of the grand mufti of Jerusalem in the 1930s and 1940s, Amin al-Husseini, and his efforts to forge an operational relationship between Nazi Germany and his own Muslim Brotherhood.” Chuck Morse’s book, The Nazi Connection to Islamic Terrorism spells it out clearly.

Inside the Black Bloc Militant Protest Movement as it Rises Up Against Trump

The movement first made its presence felt in California more than two decades ago, then built its forces amid the protests against the Iraq war.

Out of the sea of largely peaceful antiwar demonstrators marching in San Francisco’s Financial District in 2003, a more militant subgroup emerged. Its members wore black masks, black jackets, black hoods and helmets. They smashed windows and looted military recruitment offices.

And early this month on the UC Berkeley campus, black bloc militants tore down police barricades, broke windows, started a fire and assaulted Trump supporters.

They represented a small percentage of the 1,000 mostly nonviolent demonstrators who went to Berkeley to protest a speech by controversial Breitbart columnist and conservative writer Milo Yiannopoulos, but they dominated the outcome.

Judge Robart, What Are You Thinking?

Would U.S. Judge James Robart stop President Trump’s executive order if those refugees landed in his town to go to school with his kids?

The crux of the refugee problem: nameless federal officials and religious organizations like the Lutheran Church and Catholic Charities force refugees into hapless cities — without any concern for American citizens of those communities.

Whether you look at the destruction of Lewiston, Maine 10 years ago by Somali refugees who shredded that town with cultural chaos or Somaliland in Minneapolis, Minnesota with 100,000 Somali refugees living on welfare with zero ability to become contributing members of American society — -the people at the top remain untouched by the consequences.

The rest of us pay our taxes, which pay for those refugees to live for free for the rest of their lives. And, that’s what’s happening.

Obama Fundamentally Transformed America The Democrats

Former President Obama failed at transforming America, but did succeeded at transforming the Democratic Party. That is why we are witnessing an unprecedented all-out war against the new president.

Since President Trump’s inauguration, the headlines are all about leftist groups forcing Democratic Party politicians to adopt their strategy of “Resist!” and claiming President Trump is a threat to the country.

Believe your eyes: women in pink pussy hats led by a jihadi-supporting Muslim in a hijab, and youths in black masks attacking Trump supporters with clubs, are precisely what they look like — ideologues and extremists.

So where did all these agitators come from? From the moment he entered the Oval Office, Obama staffed up a leftwing DOJ, EPA and Department of Education, and began to target blacks, conservationists, and millennials with his leftwing, divisive messages. Enormous sums of money were lavished on radical groups and agendas.

As Paul Sperry tells us in an important New York Post article, Obama’s private foundation, Organizing for Action, directly churned out community organizers by the tens of thousands.

Ohio State University Features Black Communist

Donald Trump’s adviser Stephen K. Bannon told the truth, but not the whole truth, when he described the media as the main opposition to President Trump. He neglected to mention academia as another important bastion for anti-Trump organizing and action.

Speaking at the January 21 so-called Women’s March on Washington, communist Angela Davis declared, “The next 1,459 days of the Trump administration will be 1,459 days of resistance: resistance on the ground, resistance in the classrooms, resistance on the job, resistance in our art and in our music.”

(Our media somehow overlooked the significance of Davis, a life-long unrepentant communist, as a speaker and co-chair of the event.)

The phrase “resistance in the classrooms” has a lot of meaning, since Davis is a former professor in the “History of Consciousness Department” at the University of California at Santa Cruz. She is now a popular speaker on college campuses.

Why the CIA Wants to Destroy Flynn

The media have figured out they can’t bring down or impeach President Trump. So they are targeting his Cabinet officials and top advisers one by one. In the case of Michael T. Flynn, the media think they have hit pay dirt. The Washington Post has led the charge, using top-secret surveillance intercepts of communications between Flynn and the Russian Ambassador to the U.S. It’s more evidence that the CIA, and perhaps the National Security Agency (NSA), are out to destroy Trump’s national security adviser.

“The knives are out for Flynn,” said one administration official quoted in the paper. The knives are computer keyboards in the hands of scribblers for a paper whose owner, Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, has a business relationship with the CIA. The Post is wielding the knives provided by anonymous intelligence officials.

Nobody knows this better than the Post’s Watergate reporter, Bob Woodward, who said on Fox News that the CIA was using unverified “garbage” allegations in a campaign to destroy Trump himself. Since Trump has survived, the campaign has taken a new form against Flynn, a close adviser to Trump on foreign policy who had campaigned with him and by his side.

At the heart of the story are secret surveillance intercepts of conversations whose disclosure is itself a violation of the law. In fact, these illegal disclosures to the press are far more serious than anything Flynn is accused of doing. But don’t think the media are going to investigate themselves for these illegalities. If they bring down Flynn, they will have wounded Trump. The sharks will smell blood in the water.

Remember that the FBI is said to have reviewed the intercepts and determined there was nothing illicit in what was discussed. That finding hasn’t stopped the CIA and the Post from continuing a campaign to sink Flynn. The so-called sensational news angle is that Flynn forgot what he told the Russian Ambassador and Vice President Mike Pence about the conversations.

The real explanation for the assault, as we have explained in several columns, is that Flynn, former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and a retired Lieutenant General, doesn’t trust the CIA. And the CIA clearly doesn’t trust him.

Liberals Considering Changes to Controversial Islamophobia Motion

Liberal MP Iqra Khalid is considering softening the language in her so-called anti-Islamophobia motion, the Sun has learned.

After Conservative leadership candidate and Ontario MP Erin O’Toole reached out to Khalid with his concerns, the controversial motion may be amended.

“I suggested amendments that I believe would address valid concerns about limiting free speech while ensuring she can bring the debate she wants to bring to the House of Commons,” O’Toole told me in an email. “These would remove any ambiguity with respect to free speech being limited including criticism of radical Islam or even criticizing the faith or its practices like any other faith. We had a good discussion and she said she would consider my proposed amendments.”

A number of leadership candidates have drawn attention to the fact the anti-discrimination motion M103 singles out Islamophobia while also failing to define the nebulous term. While the motion originates from Khalid, sources have revealed the prime minister’s office has an interest in the wording of the motion.

(Khalid’s office has turned down requests to appear on my radio show and did not respond to requests to discuss the motion for this column.)

Media figures are furious that the journalists asked about real issues affecting people in both countries-the United States and Canada-rather than parroting the same anti-Trump narrative about National Security Adviser Gen. Michael Flynn that the media have been pushing all weekend.

A Rapid Untergang?

by Srdja Trifkovic

The Western world in general, and Europe in particular, are threatened not only by a numerically small, overtly jihadist cadre of “radicalized” individuals engaging in terrorism. The West is in mortal peril from a demographically explosive, ideologically highly developed, yet decentralized and structurally amorphous Islamic movement.

To discuss the world-historical implications of this movement—which has global proportions and scripturally ordained, literally limitless objectives—I ask our readers to allow me the liberty of posting an article much longer than is our usual blog format.

The appearance of Islam as a political ideology and a guideline for action at the turn of the millennium has had geopolitical and civilizational implications which are outside the permitted boundaries of mainstream discourse on both sides of the Atlantic. It is nevertheless an observable fact, which cannot be compared in vigor, determination, and likely consequences to any other contemporary creed or dogma. It relies on demography as a paradigmatic tool of “asymmetric warfare,” in order to achieve clearly defined, long-term geopolitical gains—conquest and population replacement—unattainable by other means. It also relies on the inability of the targeted societies to defend themselves. The threat is demonstrably present. It requires a rational diagnosis and a coherent plan of defense.

As I wrote in these pages 15 months ago, Spengler famously heralded The Decline of the West in the aftermath of the Great War, but the English title of his magnum opus did not convey the dark, tragic implications of the word Untergang, “going under.” Spengler himself did not anticipate a cataclysmic event but rather an extended decline, a twilight. (Abendland, the West, literally means the “evening land.”) It now appears that the protracted fall is over, and the stage is set for a series of quick, brutal catastrophes…

Austria: Strauss’s Blue Danube Keeps Waltzing at 150

Born out of defeat, initially not that popular and dedicated to a river that’s more greeny-grey, the beginnings of “The Blue Danube” 150 years ago this week were inauspicious.

But Johann Strauss Junior’s rousing waltz, first performed on February 15, 1867, is now one of the world’s most famous and catchiest pieces of classical music.

It features in movies galore and is being performed and danced to still.

“An der schönen blauen Donau”, as it is known in the original German, began life as a choral work commissioned by the Vienna Men’s Choral Society.

Britain Follows EU — New Espionage Act Treats Whistleblowers and Journalists as Spies

Britain is slowly legislating its way to authoritarianism. If ever proof of this was needed, one only has to look as the mass surveillance spying apparatus installed over all citizens facilitated by the recent Investigatory Powers Act that is unrivalled in the Western world and secret courts of the 2013 Security & Justice Act. But the latest proposals in the form of a new Espionage Act are even more alarming.

The Official Secrets Act 1989 is an Act of the Parliament that repeals and replaces section 2 of the Official Secrets Act 1911. Broadly speaking a breach of the Act “can be committed only by persons who are or have been, and the offence under section 8 can be committed only by persons who are, crown servants or government contractors.”

What the new Espionage Act does is to bring the entire population in to that same legal realm aside from government employees or contractors working for government.

Initially, it looks reasonable to put in place safeguards to protect big data leaks in the modern world. But what this proposal does is ban the reporting of such leaks as well. In addition, the act of leaking and whistleblowing in the public interest would put those actions by individuals in the same category, as far as government is concerned, as spying for foreign states and giving them the same extended jail sentences, from two to fourteen years behind bars.

Sentences would apply even if the whistleblower or journalist was not British, or even located in Britain.

Rapes, murders and terror plots have been kept from the general public for weeks, or played down in press statements from Angela Merkel’s office, commentators have claimed.

When Freiburg teenager Maria Ladenburger was raped and thrown in the river Dreisam by an Afghan asylum seeker — it took weeks for the media to be informed.

A terror attack planned for the Christmas market in the city of Ludwigshafen in early December was stopped when a 12-year-old Iraqi boy was arrested — but again the media was not told.

Now Italians are furious that Germany has decided against awarding any honours to Cristian Movio and Luca Scatà who bravely shot dead terrorist Anis Amri.

JUICE: Exploring Jupiter’s Moons

JUICE, also known as the JUpiter ICy moons Explorer, is a European Space Agency mission intended to explore Jupiter and three of its icy moons: Europa, Callisto and Ganymede. A single orbital spacecraft, with no lander, will be the first to orbit Ganymede, and one of a handful of spacecraft to visit the Jupiter system since the 1970s.

JUICE is targeted to launch in June 2022 aboard an Ariane 5 spacecraft. It will take more than 7.5 years to get to Jupiter, using gravity assists from Venus and Earth to speed the spacecraft up and get it into the outer solar system. The spacecraft is expected to be inserted in Jupiter’s orbit in January 2030, starting a 2.5-year observation session of Jupiter’s moons, as well as the planet’s atmosphere and magnetosphere.

Moroccan Woman Used as Slave in Netherlands Found in Spain: Report

The Dutch police found a woman in Spain who they believe worked as a slave in a household in the Netherlands for three years, the Telegraaf reports.

The woman comes from a very poor part of Morocco. Her father sent her to the Netherlands to work as a slave for a family that also came from Morocco, according to the newspaper. She received no wages, does not have a residency permit and was not allowed out of the house alone. The family paid her father a small amount for her work.

The woman finally managed to escape from the Netherlands and was tracked down in northern-Spain as part of a Dutch-Spanish investigation, according to the Telegraaf.

Soros-Backed Group Urges EU to Use ‘Nuclear Option’ on ‘Populist’ Poland

Declaring its conservative government a threat to ‘European values’, Human Rights Watch (HRW) has called for the European Union (EU) to consider activating a mechanism dubbed the ‘nuclear option’ against Poland.

The election of President Donald J. Trump in the U.S. represents an “overtly nationalistic and anti-rights form of populism” which poses a “serious external threat” to the EU, according to the NGO’s “advocacy director for Europe” Philippe Dam.

Warning that Poland poses an internal threat to the bloc, he says the European Commission should trigger Article 7 of the Lisbon treaty — a never before used legal mechanism which would result in the nation losing its voting rights in the European Council.

Caroline Glick: The Livni-Fayyad Two-Step

MK Tzipi Livni is apparently well regarded at the UN. According to media reports, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres called Livni and offered her the position of under-secretary-general.

Guterres’s offer to Livni is supposed to be a trade-off. Livni will receive the appointment in exchange for the US canceling its veto of his plan to appoint former Palestinian Authority prime minister Salaam Fayyad to serve as his envoy to Libya.

There are three basic problems with this proposed trade. First there is the problem with Fayyad.

Leaving aside the question of the actual duties of a UN envoy to Libya, the question is why would Fayyad be a good candidate for anything?

Before Fayyad joined the PLO-controlled PA in 2002, he served for six years as the International Monetary Fund’s representative to the PA. In that position, Fayyad turned a blind eye to the embezzlement of the donor-financed PA budget to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars a year.

Year in and year out, Fayyad did nothing to warn donors that the funds that they were providing the PA were being transferred to Swiss bank accounts or otherwise disappearing. In 1997 for instance, Fayyad said nothing as Arafat and his cronies caused $323 million, or 40% of the PA budget, to simply disappear…

They’re Young and Lonely. The Islamic State Thinks They’ll Make Perfect Terrorists.

‘What’s happening to our children?’

The threat presented by the Islamic State is taking on a new form: child terrorists either directly in contact with or inspired by the militant group. Even as it suffers setbacks on the battlefield in Iraq and Syria, the Islamic State is cultivating adolescents in the West, who are being asked to stay in their home countries and strike targets with whatever weapons are available, such as knives and crude bombs. A 16-year-old girl was among four people arrested in the south of France on suspicion of planning a terrorist attack, French authorities said Friday.

“The amount of Islamic State videos and propaganda aimed at children has really jumped in recent months,” said Daniel Koehler, director of the German Institute on Radicalization and Deradicalization Studies. “We haven’t seen anything quite like this, not on this scale and of this quality. They know that in the West, you don’t expect a 10-year-old to be a terror suspect.”

Last September, German authorities arrested a 16-year-old Syrian asylum seeker after they discovered the young man was in contact with an Islamic State handler who was teaching him how to build a bomb.

Last month, a 15-year-old girl — the daughter of a German convert to Islam and a Moroccan mother — was sentenced to six years in prison for an attack last February on a German police officer in Hanover. She gouged him in the neck with a kitchen knife, causing life-threatening injuries after being befriended and cajoled by an Islamic State instructor via a text messaging service.

Turkish Woman Kidnapped by a Bin Man Following Fatal Mecca Mosque Crush Faces Death by Stoning for Adultery After Her Family Tracked Her Down 27 Years Later

A Turkish woman kidnapped following a Mecca mosque crush which claimed more than 1,400 lives in 1990 is facing death by stoning after her real family tracked her down after 27 years.

Fahire Kara, who was on pilgrimage to Mecca with her husband Abdoulla in July 1990 when she was critically wounded in the crush outside the Grand Mosque.

Her husband clambered over the bodies of the dead and the dying to find his wife who was seriously injured and saying the Muslim creed to cleanse her soul.

Abdoulla was taken to hospital for treatment and when he was released he went searching for his wife.

Despite searching hospitals and morgues he could not locate her, returning home in mourning.

However, a Yemeni binman kidnapped Fahire and instead of taking her to hospital, he brought her to a house in Medina where she was locked up.

The kidnapper made Fahire into his wife and locked her up for six years. The only time during that period she was allowed out of the building was to deliver his three children.

According to EuroNews, she eventually became aware that her family had been looking for her after hearing about the story of a missing Turkish woman.

However, she has been warned by Saudi authorities, if she tries to return home to Turkey, she faces being stoned to death for adultery.

Russian Insiders Fear Washington Establishment Will Assassinate Trump

Globalist magazine: “Trump may be ousted or even killed”

Russian insiders are fearful that the Washington establishment will attempt to assassinate Donald Trump, according to a magazine with deep ties to the globalist elite.

The revelation is buried deep within a Foreign Policy article about how the Kremlin is confused about how to respond to Trump’s role as a “revolutionary insurgent with a mission to dismantle America’s “old regime.”

From “conversations with Russian policymakers and experts,” the article makes it clear that power players in Moscow are concerned about Trump even being able to see out his first four years in office.

“What the Kremlin fears most today is that Trump may be ousted or even killed. His ouster, Kremlin insiders argue, is bound to unleash a virulent and bipartisan anti-Russian campaign in Washington,” states the piece.

“The Kremlin is perfectly aware that Democrats want to use Russia to discredit and possibly impeach Trump while Republican elites want to use Russia to deflate and discipline Trump. The Russian government fears not only Trump’s downfall, of course, but also the possibility that he could opportunistically switch to a tough anti-Moscow line in order to make peace with hawkish Republican leaders in Congress.”

Afghanistan: Muslims Lynch Couple for Eloping

KABUL, Afghanistan — An armed mob that included relatives of a young woman who had eloped with her lover stormed a police station holding the couple in eastern Afghanistan over the weekend, then dragged the lovers off and killed them, officials and witnesses said.

The mob wounded three police officers, one of them seriously, the officials and witnesses said Sunday and Monday in providing accounts of the couple’s violent deaths, often called honor killings.

The woman, Fatiha, 18, was described as having been married against her will and eloping instead with a young man, Hedayatullah, believed to be in his early 20s, from a neighboring village in Wama District of Nuristan Province. But on Saturday the police caught and arrested the couple on suspicion of adultery.

Within hours an armed mob formed at the police station, led by Fatiha’s husband and his family, but also including her brothers and cousins, the officials and witnesses said.

Brother of North Korea’s Kim Jong un Assassinated in Malaysia

Kim Jong Nam, 45, who had lived outside North Korea for years, was reported to have been killed by poison needle by two women who fled the scene by taxi, the reports said.

He was once considered to be the heir to late North Korean leader Kim Jong Il but he fell out of favor with his father in 2001 after he was caught trying to enter Japan on a false passport, and was arrested at Tokyo airport, apparently en route to Disneyland. Kim Jong Nam had been critical of Kim Jong Un, reportedly saying in 2012 that he “won’t last long” because of his youth and inexperience. The two brothers have different mothers, Bloomberg reports.

Who is behind the murder? As BBG adds, Kim has carried out a series of executions since taking power in 2011, the most high profile of which was the 2013 killing of his uncle and one-time deputy Jang Song Thaek. If Kim Jong Nam was killed by a North Korean spy, it indicates that Kim Jong Un felt a sense of paranoia about his own future and wanted to remove any potential successors, according to Namkoong Young, who has been teaching inter-Korean politics at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies for more than 25 years.

The Secret Sudan Jihad Document Found in Darfur

by Lt. Gen. Abakar M. Abdallah, Deborah Martin and Jerry Gordon

In a January 18, 2017 FrontPage Magazine article, “Obama Lifts Sudan Sanctions”, we reported on the lifting of 20 years of sanctions against the regime of President Omar al-Bashir for making progress against counterterrorism in the Sudan. All while he was preparing to launch a Jihad army of 150,000 recruited from across the Sahel region and the Middle East, including the Islamic State. Many of those jihadists were recruited from Islamic terrorist groups from Libya, neighboring Chad, the Central African Republic, Mali and Niger. They were undergoing training in 16 camps around Khartoum. These cadres were composed of formations of Janjaweed/Rapid Support forces now renamed ‘Peace Forces’. By early February 2017, the Bashir regime completed training of 34,000 ‘Peace Force’ militia at the Kerere and Fatasha camps near Khartoum. 2,500 of these Peace force militia, equipped with heavily armed militarized Hi-Lux Toyota pickup trucks, are already at the Jadeed al Sail training camp in the North Darfur capital of Fashir. Bashir’s jihad army is already on the attack in Darfur.

To understand the Jihad doctrine behind Bashir’s strategy we are presenting the underlying doctrinal strategy found in a captured secret document, the Arab Coalition Guresh 1 and 2. Guresh is the name for the Prophet Mohammed’s tribe in Arabia, used by the people for themselves…

Mexican Official: Cartels Send $64b in Drugs Into US Annually

President Trump’s proposed wall along the southwest border could cost Mexico more than just the price of building it: An official estimated that cartels send a stunning $64 billion worth of drugs into the U.S. every year.

Mexico’s former Public Safety Secretary Genaro Garcia Luna dropped the number at a recent conference in Ciudad Juarez. Luna said drug trafficking organizations have successfully exploited globalization, technology and financial markets to supply America’s appetite for narcotics, according to the Latin American Herald Tribune.

In 2013, Forbes named Luna one of the country’s top 10 most corrupt officials, and he has long been alleged to have ties to Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman’s Sinaloa Cartel. His estimate may be astronomical, but it sounds about right, according to Scott Stewart, vice president for tactical analysis for the Austin-based geopolitical intelligence agency, Stratfor.

In a statement released on Monday, the island’s union of state hospital doctors said the two refugee camps at Moria and Kara Tepe do not have any pediatricians, meaning that all sick children from the camps must be treated at local hospitals, which are seriously understaffed.

Orban: Globalists Will Use Mass Migration to Replace Europeans and ‘Crush the Will of the People’

Hungary’s Viktor Orbán believes the globalist establishment will not respond to their defeats in 2016 by reexamining their policies, but by encouraging a wave of mass migration which will “crush the will of the people” and replace Europe’s existing populations.

“[T]he lords of globalist politics are not searching for the fault within themselves” after their defeats in the Brexit referendum and the U.S. presidential election, he claims, “but are instead blaming the people and nations”.

“They have decided they will not surrender their positions, but will crush any will of the people that opposes the open society and liberal governance. They have declared that if elections in a certain country are not won by their ideological partners, by the liberals, then in that country democracy no longer exists. They have declared that the people constitute a danger to democracy.”

Orbán believes that politicians wedded to the no borders, multicultural “open society” — a reference to the Open Society Foundations funded by George Soros, the billionaire financier whom the Hungarian authorities regard as a malign influence — will respond to reverses at the ballot box by attempting to undermine Europe’s electorates through mass migration.

Turkish Soldiers Apply for Asylum in Netherlands: Report

At least 100 Turkish soldiers applied for asylum in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany since an attempted coup in Turkey last year, NOS and NRC reports. According to the Dutch news agencies, these are all soldiers who worked for NATO and were not in Turkey at the time of the failed military coup.

At the time of the coup about 700 Turkish troops worked for NATO. According to NOS and NRC, some 400 of them were added to a list of soldiers who cannot be trusted following the coup. These soldiers were ordered to return to Turkey, but most of them did not for fear of being arrested upon their arrival. The Turkish government decreed that those who did not return within three months would lose their Turkish nationality.

In the Netherlands, the number of Turkish asylum applications increased from 50 in 2015 to 235 last year.

Christianity and Radical Islam: Breaking the Silence

The American people must hear the truth about the nature of Islamic doctrine continually until they are totally aware of its threat to their way of life and the US Constitution. Sadly, our Churches and other religious institutions dare not speak up for fear of being accused of intolerance toward another religion. Our academia, the university teachers and professors, left or right, dare not, because, most likely, they would be expelled and lose their income. Our elected officials and politicians dare not because they are mostly master practitioners of euphemism, hedging, doubletalk, and outright deception, and they need your votes as well as your money. Many media contributors and editors dare not because they could lose subscribers and be shut down. Countless entrepreneurs and businessmen dare not because they might lose customers and clientele. Even ordinary workers dare not because they might be fired or called bigots and racists. So, I thought I would tell you!

America is faced with a formidable adversary. This adversary has a name: Islam, not radical Islam or political Islam, just Islam. Muslims don’t call it radical Islam, why should we? I think it is time to revisit the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and see if Islam is qualified as a religion. Is this an outlandishly absurd proposal? Not at all, serious problems require equally serious solutions. The call for evaluation of the First Amendment may be seen as an attempt to curb Islam or other militant cults. The truth is: it is. It is truly a matter of survival of the United States and the free world.

It is long past time to take a stand and shift the debate to orthodox Islam. There is no need to exhaustively investigate every other religion on the planet in order to compare them or offer an opinion about their relative “goodness” in declaring that on the whole, Islam perpetuates malevolence and violence. Let others devolve into religious disagreements. But for the press and some commentators who would further question: “OK great, so now what? You claim Islam is malevolent. How do we combat that?” Your response is already clear: Through the spread of truth, not deceit. Through voluntary social sanctions and laws in every civilized country that forbid evil practices like Sharia, coercion and violence against women, threats against those who disagree, honor killings, apostasy and other hate crimes. Let the world know the truth and decide for itself. Let Muslims who come to their senses, opt out.

  1. ” The Washington Post has led the charge, using top-secret surveillance intercepts of communications between Flynn and the Russian Ambassador to the U.S. It’s more evidence that the CIA, and perhaps the National Security Agency (NSA), are out to destroy Trump’s national security adviser.”

Someone blew the cover on NSA capability and activity in intercepting the phone calls of the Russian Ambassador. That is a crime, and the person responsible should be fired from whatever government job they hold, and probably jailed.

But let’s not lose sight of the fact that Flynn has been unwise in the extreme on several occasions recently. Yes, as private citizen (prior to becoming NS advisor) he should not have been discussing anything with the Russian Ambassador. But he should have realized the likelihood his call would be intercepted and that he had political enemies who might leak the details. Then he failed to tell his boss, VP Pence the full story. Again poor judgement. Before that he made the breathtakingly unwise trip to the RT Television celebration and got to sit at Putin’s table. He was probably set up by the Russians and should have seen it coming, especially if he had aspirations of future US government work.
These incidents to me suggest a man with at times poor judgement, unfortunate because he a man with solid understanding of the threat from Islam.

  2. The Germans tried to subdue Greece into their military sphere of ‘Lebensraum’ during WW2 and failed because they trusted the Italians to do their dirty work to which they had no heart in and failed. So, in the 21st Century the Germans have once again tried to subdue Greece, although this time around through financial means, but they have been put on the back foot by Italy that now announces its complete resistance to German financial hegemony, and to all appearances, the Americans have now offered the Greeks a lifeline, and who knows, possibly the Italians as well? by trading in American Greenbacks.

No wonder Mutte Merkel is screaming – her treachery, both financially and culturally against Germany and her people, is about to be exposed.

And this action has the fingerprints on it of one, Donald J. Trump. God Bless him!

    • In WW2, the Nazis stole the Greek gold reserves to finance their occupation. Maybe this would be a good time to ask for them back (with interest)?

      • The Greeks have been requesting war reparations from Germany for some time now – without any success of course. The German military may have been defeated in WW2, but the ideology that drove German aggression right through Europe is still alive and kicking today.

        • the Greeks have received reparations decades ago, but like much of the money in this country, it got embezzled by scam artists in influatial positions and state agencies. A train engineer ore someone in the state owned petrol industry made twice the money of their homologues in western countries. They are all homeowners, unlike others.

    • Every country needs their intelligence services. The problem is that all Western intelligence services move in lock step with one another and have a central control. It is through that central control that dirt files on all political players are kept as a blackmail insurance policy so that the spy agencies agendas will not be interfered with.

What needs to be done is to trim some of the top branches within the alphabet soup of intelligence agencies and to remove that central control from having any more influence.

It will be interesting with Trump because so far there is no evidence from any spy agency of a blackmail list on him – he’s a clean skin and they don’t know what to do about him – just yet!

  3. I’m not sure how to submit a news tip without my real name attached, so I’ll leave this link here. A Canadian transgender “woman” has been arrested for raping a child. He was the diversity coordinator for the Canadian Mental Health Association (Kingston).
    http://www.edmontonsun.com/2017/02/02/parents-arranged-sexual-abuse-of-own-child-police

He was also an official speaker for Kingston’s Women’s March a few weeks back. He joins the degenerate ranks of the other trans “women” speakers they had at the big DC march. Cherno Biko wrote about raping a woman to try to impregnate her and tries to portray himself as the victim because now he has to feel bad(-ish) about holding down and forcing himself on a woman whole she begged him to stop. Janet Mock campaigns for the “rights” of pimps, johns, and sex traffickers and praises child prostitution as “freedom.” Donna Hilton is a convicted felon who kidnapped, tortured, raped, and murdered a man who now makes a living traveling around talking about how mean the justice system is.

These are the leaders of the transgender community. And they wonder why women don’t want them in our bathrooms.
