Excellent as ever. A couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine sent me a You Tube link to a TV programme about the late Irish comedian, Dave Allen. Now, he really was funny as he sat on a bar stool with a packet of cigarettes, a lighter and a glass of whiskey. It’s still up there and I urge everyone to Google him and see for yourselves how funny he was. He managed to stay in work in spite of the Marxist purge of the British entertainment industry during the 1980s which saw the removal from our screens of such funny men as Frank Carson, Benny Hill, Jim Davidson, Bernard Manning and many more for breaching PC/MC norms. Cultural marxism has a lot to answer for.
