It Depends on What Your Definition of “All” Is

The following clip is from a hearing held recently by the House Select Committee on Benghazi. In it you’ll see Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC), the chairman of the committee, question Joel Rubin, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Legislative Affairs.

Rep. Gowdy does his best to get Mr. Rubin to answer a few questions about emails that were sent by persons of interest to the investigators of the Benghazi fiasco in September 2012. But Mr. Rubin is adept at evading those questions, and never really answers anything. I’d like to say that he “squirms”, but he’s too seasoned a bureaucrat to squirm in his seat before a congressional committee. He looks sheepish and pained, but that’s just probably part his repertoire for these occasions:

Hat tip: Vlad Tepes.
