Germany Clears Path for EU to Directly Fund Ailing Banks

BRUSSELS — The EU’s bailout fund has moved closer to being able to directly pump money into troubled banks after the German government introduced a bill allowing direct bank recapitalisation.

The draft law will now require approval in the Bundestag, but is planned to enter into force in November.

“This is an important step to stabilise our financial sector … and to increase further the trust in our common European currency,” said finance minister Wolfgang Schaeuble on Wednesday (9 July).

He added that the law would help “rule out the risk that the taxpayer would have to accept liability, as in the financial crisis”.

Is the Fed Going to Attempt a Controlled Collapse?

As most Fed watchers know, last week was interesting because Janet Yellen, speaking at IMF came out and said something quite surprising. In a nutshell, she said “It’s not the Fed’s job to pop bubbles”. While many market participants immediately took this to mean, “To the moon, Alice!” and started buying equities hand over fist, there’s another possible explanation for Mrs. Yellen’s proclamation of unwillingness: The Fed could be preparing to do exactly what it said it wouldn’t.

Here’s a quick re-cap of events: In the recently released Annual Report of the BIS: Bank for International Settlements (commonly thought of as the “central bank’s central bank”) the BIS made a rather ominous recommendation to it’s member banks: Pop this bubble now. Their specific language wasn’t quite so direct, but the message was just as clear.

Chinese Hackers Pursue Key Data on U.S. Workers

WASHINGTON — Chinese hackers in March broke into the computer networks of the United States government agency that houses the personal information of all federal employees, according to senior American officials. They appeared to be targeting the files on tens of thousands of employees who have applied for top-secret security clearances.

The hackers gained access to some of the databases of the Office of Personnel Management before the federal authorities detected the threat and blocked them from the network, according to the officials. It is not yet clear how far the hackers penetrated the agency’s systems, in which applicants for security clearances list their foreign contacts, previous jobs and personal information like past drug use.

In response to questions about the matter, a senior Department of Homeland Security official confirmed that the attack had occurred but said that “at this time,” neither the personnel agency nor Homeland Security had “identified any loss of personally identifiable information.” The official said an emergency response team was assigned “to assess and mitigate any risks identified.”

One senior American official said that the attack was traced to China, though it was not clear if the hackers were part of the government. Its disclosure comes as a delegation of senior American officials, led by Secretary of State John Kerry, are in Beijing for the annual Strategic and Economic Dialogue, the leading forum for discussion between the United States and China on their commercial relationships and their wary efforts to work together on economic and defense issues.

Computer intrusions have been a major source of discussion and disagreement between the two countries, and the Chinese can point to evidence, revealed by Edward J. Snowden, that the National Security Agency went deep into the computer systems of Huawei, a major maker of computer network equipment, and ran many programs to intercept the conversations of Chinese leaders and the military.

American officials say the attack on the Office of Personnel Management was notable because while hackers try to breach United States government servers nearly every day, they rarely succeed…

Costco Removing D’Souza’s ‘America’ From Shelves

The wholesale giant Costco has issued an order to remove all copies of Dinesh D’Souza’s bestselling book, “America: Imagine the World Without Her,” from the shelves of its stores nationwide, WND has confirmed.

The book, in this midterm election year, is a strong rebuttal of the progressive ideology behind President Obama’s policies, which have been supported by Costco co-founder and director Jim Sinegal, a major Democrat donor and a speaker at the 2012 Democratic National Convention that nominated the president. A Washington Post political reporter has noted Obama’s “romance” with the nation’s second-largest retailer.

At Amazon.com, D’Souza’s book, released June 2, is ranked No. 5 overall and No. 1 in Political Commentary and Opinion.

Costco has sold more than 3,600 copies of “America” nationwide, with about 700 copies sold last week as D’Souza’s film by the same name opened at more than 1,000 movie theaters nationwide.

But Costco’s book department issued the “pull order,” requiring all Costco stores nationwide to remove the book, confirmed Scott Losse, an inventory control specialist in the book department at the Costco Wholesale corporate office in Issaquah, Washington, a suburb of Seattle.

Does UN Arms Trade Treaty Threaten the Second Amendment?

At a meeting to discuss gun control held at the United Nations on June 25, representatives of the global anti-gun lobby were discouraged by the U.S. Senate’s failure to ratify the UN’s Arms Trade Treaty (ATT).

“Unfortunately, the United States, the world’s largest arms exporter, has signed but not ratified the treaty,” said Dr. Natalie J. Goldring, a senior fellow with the Security Studies Programme in the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. Goldring went on to lament that the U.S. Senate doesn’t seem disposed to act on approving the treaty and likely won’t “for many years.”

For now, it seems Goldring’s gauge of the political climate in the Senate is accurate. In a letter sent to President Barack Obama last October, 50 senators laid out six reasons the president should refuse to present the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) to the Senate for ratification. Among the objections is the grant to “foreign sources of authority” the power to “impose judgment or control on the U.S.”

At the conference, held to discuss the Programme of Action (PoA) to Prevent, Combat, and Eradicate the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons, Goldring told lobbyists representing both sides of the issue that the National Rifle Association (NRA) and other pro-Second Amendment organizations in the United States have spread lies regarding the potential effect of the Arms Trade Treaty on the right to keep and bear arms.

[Comment: More likely the NRA perceived the endpoint of a multi-step plan. It always starts with a camel’s nose under the tent.]

From King George III to King Obama I

There is no question that this president is out of control and that something needs to be done. As Madison wisely observed, citing the insights of Montesquieu, a clear separation of the powers of government is essential to prevent the rise of tyranny. The Founding Fathers understood that the government they were establishing could not allow any one person or groups of persons to grab all the power. Each branch of government — the legislative, the executive and the judiciary — has a clearly defined role and clearly defined powers. It was also no accident that the very first article of the Constitution deals with the legislature, which was designed to be the most powerful of the three branches.

In our system, the president’s role is to carry out the laws that the Congress passes, not to write his own laws, not to rewrite the laws that do get passed, and not to issue executive orders that bypass the rest of the government entirely. This president makes a mockery of the checks and balances Madison and the other Founding Fathers carefully put in place.

And on the human level, we have in President Obama someone who clearly doesn’t believe in limited government or the rule of law. As Madison also observed, “Ambition must be made to counteract ambition.” The only way to check the abuses coming out of the White House — whether it’s the stream of executive orders, the use of the IRS to go after political enemies, or the ignoring of the clear language of the law repeatedly in the rollout of Obamacare — is for the House Republicans and Speaker Boehner to stand up and say no. The president can’t even make the argument that he’s carrying out the will of the people with his actions — just take a look at his polls.

Gun Confiscation Begins in New York?

Second amendment activists are expressing concern that authorities in New York state have begun moving towards mass gun confiscation after a man had all his firearms seized by police over a 15-year-old misdemeanor charge.

In a post on the nyfirearms.com forum entitled, “NY State Police Just Came to My Home and Took Everything,” a Nassau County man describes how he received a visit from State Police who wanted to inspect the serial number of a semi-automatic rifle he had just purchased.

“I brought him to my safe, opened it and the 2nd officer went in and took out my cx4, Remington 70 sps and Remington 870 shotgun. Then he says that I had a misdemeanor possession charge 15 years ago and all the guns will be taken,” the man wrote, adding that he was put through the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System when he purchased the guns with no issues.

The post elicited a huge response from other forum members who encouraged the man to get a lawyer while advising them that he shouldn’t have allowed cops to enter his home without a warrant. Others said the case highlighted how “registration leads to confiscation.”

The man now faces having to get permission from a judge in order to have his firearms returned.

Hollywood, Islam and Political Correctness

by Oliver Williams

In the politically correct attempt to avoid “stereotyping” and be safe from discomfort, have we been blocking out reality?

Hollywood has been indulging in a sort of reverse racial profiling: cinematic terrorists could be anybody other than Muslims.

Muslim terrorists? As in the movie Non-Stop, Hollywood would rather cast the family members of 9/11 victims as terrorists rather than reflect that such a thing exists.

Impeaching Obama for Tyranny: The Only Way to Salvation

The argument of this essay is that Barack Obama is committing treason through his actions, inaction and statements, because they are designed to cripple America and force us into involuntary socialism.

A. Tiny Summary of Obama’s Recent Screwups

A few things to note here. First, as the commander in chief, Barack is supposed to uphold the Constitution and all the laws of the land, and yet he regularly flouts the law. Second, Obama is to especially protect the rights of Americans, specifically those in the Bill of Rights, and most supremely those mentioned in the Declaration — Life, Liberty, and Property (Happiness).

Third, internationally, Barack is a one-man wrecking crew. The smug martinet helped cause the Middle East to become a tinderbox through his bizarre decision making. Meanwhile, he inexplicably shrinks the military. Fourth, Obama has helped make a sieve of the border, as tens of thousands of illegals pour across the border, daily — quickly whisked to the kinds of accommodations America’s homeless could only dream of.

Leaked Lib Megadonor Doc: ‘Fundamentally Change Our Current Political System’

According to a recently published briefing book “obtained by Politico” by the liberal megadonor group Democracy Alliance, “progressives’ long term success hinges on our ability to fundamentally change our current political system — including large questions about who can vote, the role money should play in politics, and what our courts look like.”

The briefing, a report card of 2013’s challenges and accomplishments for the organization, said that the George Soros founded and funded Democracy Alliance is “more than capable of turning back the latest threats from the Right.” According to Politico, the briefing book was provided to Democracy Alliance donors “ahead of April’s annual spring meeting.”

The Democracy Alliance is a membership group that directs funding to a wide variety of liberal causes. It was created to consolidate the efforts of wealthy liberal donors such as George Soros, Tom Steyer and Robert Mckay.

Obama is Not Finished

More and more people are finally coming to the realization that President Obama is presiding over America’s decline, though there are differences of opinion as to whether he’s deliberately or even directly causing it.

You have to admit that it’s outright bizarre and alarming that people are even having this discussion, yet many of us have been warning about it for years now. It is gratifying that others — albeit belatedly — are waking up.

There are two separate issues: Is Obama trying to bring America down, and is his presidency falling apart (and what does that mean)?

Top NSA Officials: U.S. Has Turned Into Stasi Germany or Soviet Union

Senior NSA executive Thomas Drake is an expert on spying in Stasi Germany … having studied it for years.

Drake told Washington’s Blog that the U.S. has adopted the Stasi model:

“Collect it all, know it all” [the NSA’s model] is actually the Stasi model. It’s not just know everything; we have to be able to keep everything that we want to know, even if we don’t know it yet.

It’s a collect it all first mentality … and then we’ll get to know it all. I call it “feeding the beast”.

I keep shuddering because I’m intimately familiar with the East German surveillance state mentality.

A lieutenant colonel for the Stasi East German’s — based upon his experience — agrees.

The UK’s Internet Filters Block Almost 1 in 5 Websites

Almost one in five websites are blocked by the UK’s internet service providers’ filters, according to the Open Rights Group. Using an in-house developed tool, the digital rights organisation have tested the top 100,000 sites on the web and found that many of the 20 percent blocked by filters — which are intended to protect kids from inappropriate content — included innocuous, inoffensive or educational content.

For example, a website used to sell and service Porsches is blocked by O2, while TalkTalk denies access to a feminist rights blog. Other blocked sites include the political blog Guido Fawkes, whose editor Paul Staines said: “We would really appreciate it if TalkTalk would remove us from their block list. The only people who block us are them and the Chinese government.”

Open Rights Group have launched the tool they used to test sites, which means anyone can check if a website has been filtered and keep track of a running total of blocked sites. At the time of publication, the number of blocked sites had risen since the initial launch to over 22,500.

As for the point of all this, Jim Killock, executive director of Open Rights Group, said: “Through the Blocked project we wanted to find out about the impact of web filters. Already, our reports are showing that almost one in five websites tested are blocked, and that the problem of overblocking seems much bigger than we thought. Different ISPs are blocking different sites and the result is that many people, from businesses to bloggers, are being affected because people can’t access their websites.”

UK MPs ‘Horrified’ By HMRC Overriding Magna Carta by Raiding Bank Accounts

Politicians have slammed HMRC’s new proposals which would allow Britain’s taxman to take money directly out of bank accounts without a court order — breaching the 800-year-old protection of ordinary people inscribed in the Magna Carta.

During a three hour Treasury Select Committee hearing, MPs said they were “horrified” by proposals allowing HMRC to siphon cash directly out of ordinary Britons’ bank accounts, especially given the taxman’s history of mistakes.

“We are talking about the ability of one organ of the state to have the unique right to go against the Magna Carta charter and go in and seize — without judicial process or review — a bank account,” said John Thurso, Liberal Democrat for Caithness, Sutherland and Easter Ross.

Released House Testimony Confirms Author Ken Timmerman’s Dark Forces Allegations About the Benghazi Attack

Testimony of senior military released yesterday by House Armed Services and Government Oversight Committees confirms author Ken Timmerman’s allegations in his expose, Dark Forces: The Truth About What Happened in Benghazi . That the mortar attack on the CIA annex that killed ex-Navy Seals and CIA contractors, Tyrone Woods and Glen Guthrie was professionally planned and executed. However, the closed door testimony by retired US Army General Carter F. Ham, Former AFRICOM commander and the Tripoli embassy defense attaché, did not connect the dots with evidence presented in Timmerman’s book. That the Benghazi attacks were coordinated and planned by Iran’s Quds Force with the Ansar al-Shariah Al Qaeda militia as a cover pick up team.At the State Department Press Briefing today, spokesperson Ms. Jen Psaki doubled down on the fiction that Benghazi was a spontaneous attack by local al Qaeda militia groups provoked by the cheaply made US internet anti-Muslim video. A few days before its publication, Timmerman had personally presented a copy of Dark Forces to Rep. Trey Gowdy who will lead the House Select Committee on Benghazi investigations and hearings that might begin later this year following the mid-term elections. In the interim both the House Armed Services and Government Oversight Committees might hold public hearings on yesterday’s revealed testimony with independent experts including Timmerman. We were referring to the launch of several Syrian made and Iran supplied Khaibar M-302 rockets with a range of 150 to 160 kms. Freedman notified the group in the briefing that the rockets launched from Gaza had ranged as far north Zikron Ya’akov 12 miles north of Tel Aviv. Today, a rocket struck Ma’aleh Adumim where cousins live. That meant that nearly two thirds of Israel’s population, approximately 5 million, were at risk of strikes in the current rocket war by Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ). There are an estimated 10 to 12,000 rockets in possession of these terrorist groups in Gaza.

In March 2014, the Israeli Navy intercepted a Panamanian — flagged vessel the Klos-C. The ship 40 of the M-302’s and a large quantity of 120mm mortar rounds and hundreds of thousands of rounds of ammunition for AK-47 and Kalashnikov assault rifles. They were displayed in the southern port city of Eilat on the Red Sea. In the NSCST briefing, Lisa Benson noted that Eilat was very close to the Jordanian town of Ma’an where ISIS supporters have battled security forces. Freedman and I noted that 40 of those M-302 rockets were shipped from Syria to Iran, put aboard the false-flagged Klos-C, hidden underneath sacks of flour. The ship sailed out of a Persian Gulf port down the Arabian sea to be off loaded at Port Sudan and trucked overland via Egypt and the Sinai into Gaza through smuggling tunnels.

ISIS Run Out of U.S. Embassy in Turkey

According to the former Prime Minister of Lebanon, Saad Hariri, the United States runs ISIS operations in Iraq out of its embassy in Ankara, Turkey. The plan to carve up Iraq and spark a regional war in the Middle East was masterminded by the Atlantic Council, according to Hariri.

A source close to Hariri said the finishing touches were put on the balkanization plan during a George Soros funded Atlantic Council energy summit held in Istanbul last November…

In addition to establishing a medieval caliphate and imposing an austere version of Sharia law, ISIS is moving to secure oil resources in both Syria and Iraq. Balakanization of the region and control of assets by fanatical Muslims will allow transnational oil corporations to cut lucrative deals smiliar to the arrangements they are currently negotiating with the Kurds.

ISIS Spokesman Explains Why ‘Islamic State’ Not Supporting Hamas

Spokesman for radical jihadi group says the time is not right for a confrontation with Israel.

ISIS has been taking a systematic approach in its campaign, and outlined six specific stages it said needed to be fulfilled before taking on Israel.

Some of those “stages” — building a firm base for an Islamic state in Iraq, and using it as a springboard to wage war in Syria and Lebanon — have already been achieved. But he said a number of other criteria still needed to be fulfilled before challenging Israel directly.

Among them, Nuseiri said that the US — seen as Israel’s greatest ally — needed to be weakened politically and economically via attacks on the American mainland, as well as US interests in Muslim countries. Additionally, the existing “Islamic State” needed to expand its borders to cover all of “Greater Syria” (which would include Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jorislamdan and possibly Gaza); such a state, he said, would then be in a position for a direct confrontation with Israel.

Russian Jews Thank Putin for Fighting Against Anti-Semitism

Mystery surrounds Putin’s statement during his meeting with Jewish leaders describing Nazi leader Goebbels as a “talented man”.

Moscow (AsiaNews/Agencies) — Russia’s Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin for the concern shown by the Russian government in matters of religion and in fighting anti-Semitism.

This comes as the crisis in the Ukraine continues to cast its long shadow whilst Russian propaganda continues to describe the new rulers in the former Soviet republic as Nazis.

The chief rabbi spoke during a meeting in the Kremlin between Putin and Jewish religious leaders from different countries, including Israel, Belgium, Austria, Germany, France, UK and Italy.

According to Lazar, the meeting itself shows how Moscow is concerned about it.

In fact, the rabbi said that Russia is really worried about the threats posed by neo-Nazism, Holocaust deniers and historical revisionism regarding the Second World War.

He appreciated the fact that unlike other countries an open debate on this issue is possible in Russia.

Still Putin’s meeting with Jewish leaders did cause some controversy.

According to the Itar-Tass news agency, the president said that leading Nazi Joseph Goebbels was “a talented man, who always achieved his goal.”

The reference was to Nazi propaganda’s tragic success against the Jews. The Russian leader wanted to condemn Goebbels’ idea that “The bigger the lie, the more it will be believed.”

However, as soon as Putin’s statement appeared on the Itar-tass website it was gone, whilst Jewish leaders denied he had ever uttered those words.

Pakistan’s Woeful Record on ‘Honor Killings’

After a particularly shocking case, will Pakistan finally revise its laws?

In Pakistan, when a person is believed to have brought shame to a family’s name, they can be subject to what is known locally as karo-kari, or an “honor-killing.”

The majority of honor killing victims are women, for reasons such as committing adultery, marrying without the family’s consent, refusing to marry a man chosen by the family, and sometimes even for being a victim of rape. The United Nations estimates that perhaps up to 5,000 honor killings occur each year worldwide, with around 1,000 victims in Pakistan alone. In fact, the number may be even higher because most honor killings occur in rural areas, where they often go unreported

Japanese Cows Develop Skin Spots, Mysterious Disease; Farmers Fear Radiation Affecting Humans, Too

(NaturalNews) Livestock with strange white spots covering their skin were put on display at a recent protest in front of Tokyo’s agriculture ministry, according to the Associated Press (AP). The damage is affecting hundreds of animals on farms near the plant, barring the sale of milk and meat due to safety concerns. Amnesty Border Boosters Meeting in Secret With Congress

Leaders of leftist activist organizations seeking blanket amnesty for more than 52,000 unaccompanied children flooding the American border are about to step out of the shadows into the spotlight.

Having already labeled the ongoing border surge as “a humanitarian crisis right here on our doorstep”, the activists are holding a congressional briefing, 10:30 a.m., July 8, in Senate Dirksen Room 226(Judiciary Hearing Room). The briefing is limited to Senate staff and is closed to media.

The speaker’s list, touted as “a panel of experts” includes outspoken border pass boosters who will argue that it is the violent conditions of Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala that are driving children to flee Central America, as well as provide context to the children’s treatment upon arrival in the U.S.

Migration Helps Boost EU Population to 507.4 Million

(BRUSSELS) — The population of the European Union stood at 507.4 million people on January 1, official EU data showed Thursday, with a significant boost from immigration.

According to the Eurostat agency, the EU’s population grew by 1.7 million people over a 12-month period.

Overall, the EU population last year grew by 80,000 on a natural basis, the net of births and deaths, and added 700,000 people through migration. The rest of the change was due to statistical adjustments.

Immigration was proportional highest in the smaller countries of Luxembourg, Malta and Sweden. In absolute numbers, Germany saw a big boost of 437,300 residents while Italy’s immigrants rose by 181,700 people.

In Spain, a net 257,000 people left the country. Crisis-hit Portugal lost 36,000 residents, Greece dropped 52,000, Ireland 26,000 and Cyprus 12,000.

Washington’s PR Nightmare Continues in Murrieta as Residents Turn Back the DHS Buses Again

After a long and hard fought day in the baking California sun, the Department of Homeland Security and US Border Patrol were forced to bend to the will of the residents of Murrieta, California, as federal bureaucrats made the decision to redirect immigrant bus convoys at 10pm PST — to a facility at the San Ysidro district of the City of San Diego.

The atmosphere of tension between local residents and DHS/US Border patrol at the federal processing compound in Murrieta had become further inflamed yesterday morning when hundreds of college students in conjunction with radical pro-immigration activists from La Raza, the Communist Revolution Party as well as other Occupy-linked groups, were bused in from Los Angeles, purposefully positioning themselves opposite peaceful local Murrieta residents at the front gates of the facility. The highly confrontational leftist activists had been seen desecrating a number of small flags that local residents had pinned to the DHS facility fence, while also burning American flags on the very holiday that commemorates the country’s independence from Great Britain’s rule. The timing of this dramatic effect was not lost on those who are truly aware of the many challenges facing America today, as lefty-agitators mutilated a symbol that represents the freedom in which the United States was founded on 238 years ago…

The move to insert outside provocateurs into the mix backfired however, after radical leftists attacked a 70-year-old local female Patriot protester.

America: The Rise of a Holographic Empire

The basic foundation of America is the Judeo-Christian belief that if you work hard with the freedom to pursue your dream, you can live a better life and pass it on to your children. An analysis by USA Today shows that in order to live the America dream it would cost the average family of four over $130,000 a year. Only 16 million American homes, or one in eight, can now afford that dream.

This deconstructing of the American Dream did not happen by accident. The idea since the early 1900s was to destroy America and rebuild it as a “workers paradise,” which basically means Communism. The final stages of that plan are now at work, but the average America is hypnotized by television, entertainment, drugs, iPhones, and porn and lives in a virtual reality. All you have to do is walk through any public place like a shopping mall or a large store and attempt to have a meaningful conversation with anyone. You will look into their eyes and see that robotic glaze like they were in a trance. The majority of people are capable of making small talk, but if you get into anything substantive they will look at you with suspicion and repeat the mantras of political correctness they have been programmed with.

It is a very sobering thing to realize that even though fireworks still go off on the Fourth of July most Americans have almost no idea what they represent. They live in a carefully programmed holographic reality.

Apostate Pastor’s Pro-Homosexual Sermon Earns Him Special Trip to White House

An apostate former Southern Baptist pastor, who endorsed homosexuality in a recent sermon, has been invited to attend a ‘gay pride’ reception at the White House with President Obama.

As previously reported, Danny Cortez leads New Heart Community Church in southern California. Earlier this year, Cortez surprised his Baptist congregation by declaring that he has accepted a pro-homosexual position.

“This is a huge step for a Southern Baptist church!!” Cortez ecstatically wrote in a letter to a Patheos blogger. “So now, we will accept the LGBT community even though they may be in a relationship. We will choose to remain the body of Christ and not cast judgment.”

In his letter, Cortez further explained that his 15-year-old son came out as “gay” soon after he changed his mind on the homosexuality issue.

Cultural Marxism

Marx and Engels published The Communist Manifesto in 1848. The goal of worldwide revolution did not quite pan out during Marx’s lifetime. Indeed, it might have seemed to him that his hopes were not going to be realised. In fact, things weren’t looking too good when he died in 1883 and only a handful of people bothered to show up for his funeral.

Perhaps Marxism would have been buried with Marx back then, but he still had plenty of avid followers. His vision for the destruction of the West was still carried on by others. In the same year of his death a new movement was launched to continue his dreams.

The Fabians

The Fabian Society was established in 1883 to keep the dream alive. It had the same end in mind, but simply tweaked the means. It was dedicated to spreading socialism by evolution, rather than by revolution. As a clear indication of their new modus operandi, the symbol of the Fabians was a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

They’re After Your Children!

For children, sexual preference has become a one-way street.

In the state of California, for example, according to laws on the books at this very moment, if children are sexually abused and feel attracted to their own gender, they may be counseled in favor of the idea that they are homosexual, lesbian, bisexual, transgender or something else. However, if the children do not like that feeling and want to get rid of it, it is illegal for professional therapists to say or do anything to help them turn from those urges and return to heterosexual feelings.

Even non-professionals are in danger of being accused of discrimination and hate in any attempt to guide them to the truth.

This didn’t happen overnight. For years laws in California and some other states have been passed that allow LGBT advocates more and more access to your child:

SB 543 (2010) allows school staff to remove your 12+ year old child from school without your consent, to be counseled in favor of homosexuality by LGBT counselors, under the guise of “mental health counseling.”

ACR 82 (2010) makes schools into “discrimination-free zones” that will “counsel” anyone who speaks or writes against LGBT behavior.

SB 572 (2009) forces celebration of “Harvey Milk Day” yearly, about May 22nd, teaching children to admire a homosexual predator, who sexually abused males as young as 16.

SB 777 (2007) requires teaching all children from kindergarten upward that gender is not determined at birth, but can be chosen later, based on feelings.

How does this affect your child?

World Cities, Home to Most People, To Add 2.5 Billion More by 2050: U.N.

More than half of the world’s seven billion people live in urban areas, with the top “mega cities” — with more than 10 million inhabitants — being Tokyo, Delhi, Shanghai, Mexico City and Sao Paulo, according to a United Nations report on Thursday.

That proportion is expected to jump, so that more than six billion people will be city dwellers by 2045.

Indeed, urbanization, combined with overall population growth, will boost the number of people in cities by 2.5 billion over the next three decades, with much of that growth in developing countries, especially in Africa.

  3. RE Murrietta and the dissolving Southern US border:
One thing I do not understand is why states such as Texas and Arizona seem so helpless in this situation. Most states have laws against “child abuse, child trafficking, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, endangering minors…violating public health standards, endangering public health” , etc.. etc…; surely some of the actions of the Federal government in this situation can be seen as violating those laws? Assuming a state’s governor had the will to do so, could he not instruct his State Police, Sheriffs, or Constables to arrest, charge, and JAIL Federal agents involved in such things, while on his state’s soil? Is there no governor or attorney general in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, or CA that would be willing to stand up and do this? It would certainly give those federal agents pause; it would shine more light on the issue. Texas is known as a conservative and even laissez-faire state, perhaps they don’t have so many child protection laws as, say, Massachusetts….but surely California has such laws? What about the other border states? Anyone????

    • getn2old, Texas Rangers have been sent to uphold Texas borders as far as I know. Maybe you could check on their website? As to other measures, didn’t the Texas Governor, Rick Perry, once say he would never shake the hand of Obama? Apparently he did the other day, so I guess that goes part way to answering why you feel so frustrated?
