Turkey Smuggles Arms to Al Qaeda in Syria

The United States, Britain, France, Turkey, and other NATO countries are financing the Syrian opposition and supplying them with armaments. It is tacitly recognized — but not generally discussed in major MSM outlets — that the Syrian “rebels” include Al Qaeda and its terrorist affiliates.

Below is a Dutch TV report about the surreptitious help given to the rebels by the Turkish government and military, ensuring that war materiel makes it across the border into the right hands.

  1. Well, this certainly lends more credence to the weapons trafficing rumors @ the 9/11 /2012 Benghazi meeting the now deceased Ambassador Stephens had with Turkish Ambassador Who Dined With Stevens moments prior to the terror attack.

  2. What of the counter-jihad is it not at the point of futility when Western governments arm jihadists and Western politicians jihadmonger their electorates into fighting wars on the jihadists agenda, where does the counter-jihad movement go from here?

  3. The men who destroyed so many thousands on 9/11 will then be fighting alongside the very nation whose innocents they so cruelly murdered almost exactly 12 years ago. Quite an achievement for Obama, Cameron, Hollande and the rest of the miniature warlords.

    This, of course, will not be trumpeted by the Pentagon or the White House – nor, I suppose, by al-Qa’ida – though they are both trying to destroy Bashar. So are the Nusra front, one of al-Qa’ida’s affiliates. But it does raise some interesting possibilities.

      The American lexicon owes Mr. Fisk a debt for having provided his last name as *the* best word for taking someone’s argument apart, complete with a de rigueur ironic tingle.

      Yes, of course BHO knows on whose side he fights. He’s on Obama’s side along with whatever erstwhile ‘allies-of-the-moment’ he can dig up, threaten, blackmail, intimidate or otherwise co-opt. Just look at Chicago politics for an insight into how he fights.

      Unfortunately, Chicago-thy-name-is Corrupt is in a headlong race to join Detroit at the bottom of the governance pile. It is shuddering to contemplate that America may be on the same trajectory. No president with any common sense or sense of gravitas who still had a grip on reality would ever EVER have chosen John Kerry as his Sec State.

      BHO is busy nailing the lid on our coffin; Kerry is one of those nails.
