Below is the reaction of Geert Wilders, the leader of the Dutch Party for Freedom (PVV), to a recent public opinion poll about Islam. Despite massive politically correct indoctrination by the government and the media, the Dutch people make it clear that they have become aware of the danger of Islam in the Netherlands.

The Netherlands has had enough of Islam. More than three quarters of the Dutch (77 percent) believe that Islam is no enrichment for our country. More than two-thirds — 68 percent — say that there is enough Islam in the Netherlands. It is striking that a majority of voters from all political parties (from PVV to VVD, CDA, D66, PvdA, SP and 50plus) share this view.
A poll conducted by the research bureau of Maurice de Hond (the Dutch equivalent of Gallup), commissioned by the PVV, among a representative sample of over 1,900 people also shows other striking results:
- A majority of 55 percent favors stopping immigration from Islamic countries.
- 63 percent say: no new mosques.
- 72 percent favor a constitutional ban on Sharia law in the Netherlands.
- 64 percent say that the arrival of immigrants from Islamic countries has not been beneficial to the Netherlands.
- Nearly three-quarters — 73 percent — of all Dutch see a relationship between Islam and the recent terror acts in Boston, London and Paris.
PVV leader Geert Wilders: “The results are very clear. The Netherlands has had enough of Islam. The majority do not want new immigrants from Islamic countries, nor any new mosques. They think that Islam is no enrichment for the Netherlands and say: Enough is enough. I will confront the Dutch government with these findings and demand that we finally stop the Islamisation of the Netherlands. For a long time is has been claimed that anti-Islamic opinions are extremist. It is clear now that they a majority of our people supports them!”

This is wonderful news. I wonder if it will be a watershed moment? I do expect loud cries of “racism,” and learned editorials decryng the poll or denying it, but for the first time in a long while I have a sense of optimism and the thought that we may prevail–and prevail without the horrible, bloody conflict that has seemed inevitable. I will watch with a sense of a caution and hope. I pray for the safety of Wilders and his family.

Maybe Prime Minister Cameron, when he gets back from topping off his tan on holiday, can take the opportunity to distance himself from the violent fascist group Unite Against Fascism, perhaps even denouncing them. Or maybe he supports violent thugs assaulting the people of Britain on the streets of England, in service of preventing them from excercising their civil rights, free speech, peaceable assembly, petitioning government for the redress of greivances, peaceful protest marches and rallies, and by members of a legal political party in the UK.

The Muslim population is a very real and present danger to humanity. Not a religion and not peaceful. Rabid and serpent like.
It seems my Dutch distant cousins have had enough of the repeated “islamic sticks in their eyes.” I wonder when when they’ll take those sticks away, and use them to run the liberal politicians that brought the “enrichers” in to the Late Great Netherlands out of office and in to the canals to flush them out to sea, never to return?
I won’t return to my ancestral homeland until Holland is Holland once again, if that day ever comes.

I thought Europeans were supposed to be better educated and cultured . . . ????
Bear in mind that many of those with pro-islamic views were probably muslims themselves. And there are plenty of them in the Netherlands.
The best tactic for all freedom loving people in Europe to deal with Islam, now, is to deal with the dhimmi apologists and enablers first and foremost.
The only reason muslims are able to do what they do in Europe is because of these middle class commie so-called ‘do-gooders’. THEY are the ones who need court cases brought against them. Chip away at the dhimmis, and watch them change their tune as they become increasingly accountable for multiculturalism in courts of law all over the continent. See them scurry like rats to change their policies.

Reminds me of the health care debate here in the US. The majority of those polled do now and did 3 years ago oppose Obamacare. And yet, our political elite rolled on with propaganda and obfuscation.
The US is the 3rd largest nation in the world. It is much more hard to “turn the ship” than in a little country like the Netherlands. I wish them the best and think they have a very good chance of making significant change in their immigration policy.

Many of us in Australia are of similar views regarding the growing number of Islamic malcontents flooding into our country under a range of excuses, mostly claiming ‘political asylum’. As they destroy their IDs before arrival we have no idea who they are or what they’re running from. Wilders is establishing a new political party in Australia. Just watch it flourish. They will take large numbers of votes from the other two major parties.
In relation to large numbers of incompatible immigrants into his country when the rot set in several decades ago, Enoch Powell warned : “It is like watching a nation busily engaged in heaping up its own funeral pyre”.
Once upon a time, aside from a few bravely outspoken people speaking with concerned foresight, it was almost illegal to rail against host countries being swamped with incompatibles. Nowadays host citizens, forced to cope with the demise of their own way of life, are fighting back – when we should never have been in this position to begin with.

At this point the Netherlands can’t just stop letting in immigrants. The Muslim birth rates outpace that of the natives which will essentially be as bad as allowing in more immigrants. What the Netherlands needs to do is pack the Muslims on a boat and ship them to the Middle East, then we will truly be rid of the Muslim threat.
